This study aims to describe and analyze the values of religious harmony in the village of Mopuya. This paper, becomes a common reference as social capital, and can sustainably be the main foundation or foundation in caring for the harmony of inter-religious dialogue relations in Mopuya village, Bolaang Mongondouw. Through the relation of religious harmony, the social cohesion of the Mopuya community has so far been maintained. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with: village government, religious leaders, and elements of community institutions as representatives of each religion. The results of the analysis of the data obtained show that tolerance of religious harmony that has been applied so far, can be used as the main foundation of inter-religious dialogue relations in Mopuya village. Referring to the values of tolerance which is a pattern of community life as social capital, the Mopuya community is able to offer patterns of inter-religious relations that prioritize relational values. The relationship between religion that has been preserved by the Mopuya villagers shows a social relationship that maintains a peaceful and respectful pluralism.

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the life values of the Balinese "Menyama Braya", as one of the values of "local wisdom" (local wisdom), which will be a common reference as social capital, and can sustainably become the main foundation or foundation in maintain harmony in inter-religious dialogue relations in the village of Dalung, Bali. Through the concept of life "braving", the social cohesion of the Dalung community so far has been maintained. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with: village government, religious leaders, and elements of community institutions as representatives of each religion. Finally, the results of the analysis of the data obtained show that "matching braya" can be used as the main foundation of inter-religious dialogue relations in the village of Dalung. By referring to the values of local wisdom which are the heritage of the ancestors as social capital, the Dalung people are able to offer patterns of inter-religious relations that promote relational dialogue and share humanist civilization values. This study aims to examine other social values, which are considered as supporting instruments of the concept of "equalizing braya", especially in building inter-religious dialogue relations to penetrate the boundaries of differences.

Modal sosial adalah serangkaian nilai-nilai atau norma-norma informal, seperti rasa saling percaya, saling pengertian, kesamaan nilai dan perilaku, yang membentuk struktur masyarakat dan menjadi perekat antar anggota kelompok yang berguna untuk koordinasi dan kerjasama dalam mencapai tujuan bersama. Makalah ini mengulas modal sosial yang terbentuk pada kelompok nelayan di perairan waduk Gajah Mungkur, khususnya di Kecamatan Wuryantoro, kabupaten Wonogiri. Metoda studi kasus dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2012-Januari 2013 dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam pada informan kunci yang terdiri dari unsur nelayan, koperasi, pengurus kelompok dan dinas. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan tahunan, statistik perikanan serta referensi sesuai dengan topik kajian. Analisa deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk menjelaskan modal sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwakelompok Mina Tirta memiliki modal sosial yang baik dari unsur pengikat (bonding), penghubung (bridging), dan pengkait (linking). Modal sosial yang baik dalam kelompok nelayan dapat mendukung pengelolaan perikanan Waduk yang lestari. Title: Social Capital of Fisher’s Group at the Gajah Mungkur Reservoir (Case Study at Tirta Mina Group, Sub District Wuryantoro, Wonogiri District)Social capital is a set of values or informal norms, such as mutual trust, mutual understanding, in common values and behaviors , which form the structure of society and be the glue between group members that are useful for coordination and cooperation in achieving a common goal. The paper reviews the social capital formed in groups of fisher in Gajah Mungkur reservoir, in Wuryantoro Sub district, Wonogiri district. Primary and secondary data were used in this study. Primary data were collected in June 2012- January 2013 by conducting in-depth interviews to key informants, which consist of fisher, koperasi, groups of administrators and officials of fisheries agencies. Secondary data were obtained from annual reports, fisheries statistics and references according to the study topic. Qualitative descriptive analysis is used to explain social capital. The results showed that the Mina Tirta group have good social capital of elements- bonding, connecting/ bridging, and linking. Good social capital in the fisher’s group can support the sustainable management of reservoir fisheries.

This research was triggered by the problem of the status and role of the MAN 2 Kudus Arabic teachers in the community which is not always in line with the predicate of the guru agama which is inherent when teaching in madrasa. This study aims to describe the status and role of the MAN 2 Kudus Arabic teachers in the community, explore their arguments and subjective responses from various surrounding community clusters. This research is a case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study stated: 1) All Arabic teachers in MAN 2 Kudus had social status and roles that penetrated several social fields, including medicine, organizational leadership, and spiritual counseling; 2) the relevance of the status and role of teachers in madrasas with within the community concerns three categories, indigenous Arabic teachers and migrants. Second, Arabic teachers graduated from Arabic Education (PBA) and non-PBA graduates. Third, senior and junior Arabic teachers; 3) The views of community institutions, religious leaders, madrassas, and ordinary people, related to the social status and role, First, Arabic teachers are not identical with guru agama. Second, Arabic teachers are identical to guru agama.

Structurally and culturally, the identity and role of Banten Jawara are still very powerful and still exist in the circle of Banten bureaucratic power, giving rise to the public's negative views and image of the champion's identity. The purpose of this paper was to analyze the idea of cultural transformation and revitalization of the values of the local wisdom of Banten Jawara and the deconstruction of the identity of the champion as a Banten subculture. The study method used a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from observations in the field and interviews through direct interaction with key informants determined by purposive sampling technique. Secondary data were obtained through various searches of data relevant to the study from various literature such as journals, books, print and electronic media to support data analysis and described in the form of data narration. The stages of data analysis consisted of: sorting data, presenting data and conclusions. The results showed that the process of transformation and revitalization of Banten Jawara by repositioning the structur of champion institutions as cultural products and representations of cultural communication, while in the deconstruction process, it was rebuild the identity of Banten Jawara, so that society has the same view through peaceful tolerance and coexistence; the creation of social cohesion through the acceptance of local and national cultural identities with various individual, sectarian and communal differences; and has the willingness to resolve non-violent disputes; have community institutions that bind communities across groups; and place past violations as inheritance and serve as learning for current and future generations. The transformation and revitalization of Banten Jawara as the power of the social and cultural sub-culture of Banten is a continuous and continuous idea and perspective.

This study aims to determine how Administration, Reporting and Accountability of Dana Nagari in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. There are three (3) aspects in village funds, administration, reporting and accountability. To achieve these objectives, descriptive qualitative research methods are used. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: (1) Administration carried out by the treasurer in the form of receipts and expenditures which are recorded in the general cash book, bank book, income details book, and financing details book which is equipped with receipts. (2) Reporting that the delay in disbursing village funds was due to the late regulation of the Regulations of the Regent of Padang Pariaman which caused the disbursement of stage I and phase II village funds to be delayed too late. (3) Accountability Submission of accountability reports to the public through various media, such as websites and billboards. Submission through this media can make it easier for the public to obtain information about the performance of the village government.

The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of the differences in the strength of social capital that is bonding and bridging two community groups, namely land-dwellers and Sama Bajo boat-dwellers in three islands in Wakatobi Marine National Park. This study used a post-positivistic research paradigm, and the primary data were collected by using a questionnaire to 240 respondents who represented the group of land-dwellers and Sama Bajo boat-dwellers on the islands of Wangi-wangi, Kaledupa, and Tomia. This research was also supported by qualitative data through in-depth interviews from several informants and desk studies. The results showed that bridging social capital relations tend to be weak in the two forms of interactions between the Sama Bajo and the land-dwellers on Wangi-wangi Island and Kaledupa Island, while bridging social capital tend to be secured in Tomia Island. We found that the social context through the historical links in the past and identity played a role in the relationship of bridging social capital and bonding social capital in the three communities as an analytical unit of this research.

The discussion of this research is the development of creative cities in a country is the result of the efforts of the government and creative actors in the city in the country. Creative city can not be separated from the potential of social capital that is owned by the people in the city. Social capital is a social organization concept that includes network of norms and social trusts that facilitate mutual coordination and cooperation including in developing the regional economy. This research aims to (1) know the contribution of social capital in making a creative city, (2) express the social capital and creativity of individuals and communities to realize creative city, and (3) know aspects of social capital that dominant influence on a creativity of the city. The method of this research is qualitative primary data with technic observation and indepth interview, also secondary data in the form of document and archive analysis from Bandung city as one of creative city in Indonesia. Research is done during 2015-2016. Conclusions this research are (1)Social capital that form trust, tolerance, cooperation, openness, and independence of the community greatly contributes in the creation of creative city because through the braided integration of social capital that forms a norm of behavior binding for its citizens to be creative and does not require material capital,(2)Individual urban creativity formed through the process of socialization of elements of social capital in the life of society to trigger creativity of individuals and society as a whole, and (3) The form of openness, tolerance, and cooperation are the dominant elements of social capital in growing the creativity of individuals and societyKeywords: Creatif city, Social capital

<p>This study aims to examine and analyze about base factors collaboration of economic community, political community, and civil community in investing social capital and forms of the social capital invested for preservation of marine and coastal environment in the Pemuteran village, Bali. This study uses qualitative method, with <em>kajian budaya </em>approach. The technique of data collection, involves observation, serious interviewing, library/document study. Data is carried out in qualitative descriptive, and implemented in narration shape. The result of this study shows, there is the factors that base the collaboration among the communities of economic, politic and civil, to invest the social capital in appearing ecological everlasting of marine and coastal in Pemuteran village there are: situation is based on awareness to natural ecology condition, ecologic intelligence, the purpose reason, that has economical character, politic, sociological, socio religious, and development policy. The shape of social capital that’s collaborated by economic, politic, and civil community in developing the everlasting of marine and coastal environment, involving the ideology of <em>tri hita karana, nyegara gunung, menyama beraya, </em>kinship system, neighboring relationship of <em>Desa Pakraman </em>and office village.</p>

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the leadership of village head in development in Jambak village, Pante Ceureumen District, West Aceh Regency and to identify how the success rate of Jambak village development in terms of physical development and non-physical development. The research method used is qualitative descriptive method with research focus among others development of education facilities, bridge facilities, road facilities, electricity facilities, training courses of village government institutions, PKK development courses, and the development of art and culture. Primary data sources in this study were village head, village secretary, community, and community leaders in Jambak village.The results obtained by the authors in showing the leadership of the village head in the development of the village of Jambak is still lacking and can not say good, because there is still a lot of work that includes physical development and non-physical development of Jambak village has not all been resolved properly. Like the construction of educational facilities that are still said to be quite good. Bridge facilities that have not been built all in accordance with community expectations. Road construction has not been fully resolved yet, electricity facilities are also a problem faced by Jambak villagers. In addition to the non-physical development of the village, the training of village institutions has been running but still ineffective to further improve the quality of village government officials, so that village government officials are more comfortable. Based on the phenomenon that occurred in Muna, he recognized one of the traditions of the Haroa culture every thanksgiving event. This study aims to determine and understand the social values and objectives of haroa at the Muna community thanksgiving event. The research method used is using qualitative research methods. The research method using a qualitative descriptive method is a research method that produces a narrative description of the procedures for implementing the haroa event that can be observed. The research technique used, namely by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in the study were 14 people in the community. Sources of data in this study, namely primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique is that the researcher collects all the data obtained both from the results of observations, interviews and documentation, then the researcher sorts and selects the most accurate data about the focus of the related research. Then the researchers performed data processing to find other information related to the phenomenon of the social and cultural life of the Muna community. The results of the study showed that the social values of haroa in Muna society contained three socio-cultural values in the haroa culture, namely; the first is the value of solidarity, the two values of cooperation, and the third is the value of trust. While the purpose of haroa in the Muna community is as a form or manifestation of gratitude to Allah SWT, as a form of refusing reinforcements and for commemorating Islamic holidays
