AbstrakPenelitian  dilakukan di Pondok Batik Padang Sari yang beralamat di Nagari Tebing Tinggi Kecamatan Pulau Punjung Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Indusri Pondok Batik Padang Sari memiliki ciri khas motif yang terinspirasi dari kekayaan alam daerahnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan bentuk motif batik, Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, Dalam penelitian ini informan meliputi: pimpinan dan beberapa orang pengrajin yang mengetahui tentang motif batik di  Pondok Batik Padang Sari. Selanjutnya analisa data dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi kepada pimpinan Pondok Batik Padang Sari. Hasil penelitian ini menggembangkan motif dari Dharmasraya yaitu : kiambang bertaut, angrek hutan,, sawit baserak, candi padang roco,dan  ikan soma. Kata Kunci: batik padang sari, motif batik.AbstractThis research was conducted in at Pondok Batik Padang Sari, located at Nagari Tebing Tinggi Punjung Punjung Subdistrict, Dharmasraya Regency. Pondok Batik Padang Sari is industry pattern inspired by the natural wealth of the region. This study aims to describe the shape of batik patterns. The research method is qualitative deskriptif research. Data collection is done by using interview, observation and documentation techniques.in this study, the informants included leaders and several crafsmen who knew about batik pattern in Padang Sari Pondok Batik industry. Then analyzing the data with the steps of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. The validity of the data is done by triangulation to the leadership of Padang Sari Pondok Batik. The results of this study developed the motives of Dharmasraya, namely, kiambang bertaut, anggrek hutan, sawit baserak,, and ikan soma, batik in Pondok Batik Padang Sari. This paper presents about improving teacher performance through strengthening spiritual intelligence in schools. This spiritual intelligence is critical to be developed to enhancing the character of PAI teachers for learning tasks. Maintaining Spiritual Intelligence is very influential in forming morals in education to produce education that is broad-minded in the field of science. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, as for analyzing the research data with data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that strengthening spiritual intelligence could improve the performance of PAI teachers at SMP Nurul Jadid from the level of discipline, the ability to make lesson plans, mastery of the material, and the ability to master the class. Teachers carry out activities that can support the strengthening of spiritual intelligence, which can improve PAI teachers' quality through habituation, training, and coaching, as well as guidance from caregivers.

The purpose of this study was to describe (1) the diction, (2) prosody, and (3) the use of stylistic collection of poems "Mixed roar of Dust" by Chairil this Anwar.Penelitian using qualitative methods that are deskriptif.Objek this study were 1) structure, diction, figure of speech, prosody, stylistics and 2) the meaning or message contained in the poetry of Chairil Anwar. This research data is lines and verses that contain 1) the structure, diction, figure of speech, prosody, and style, as well as 2) the meaning and the message or thought that would be submitted by the poet. Data collection techniques are engineering documentation. Techniques and procedures analysis using three grooves: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that one characteristic of poetry Chairil Anwar is the powers that be in the choice of words. Every word he created capable of causing a strong imagination, and evoke a different impression, able to liven up the atmosphere, with vivid, so it emits a deep compassion for peniklmatnya. In addition, the strength in diction, characteristic lies in the poetry and literary.

This study aimed to provide an overview of the implementation of the method of educating with heart on student character formation at MTS Nurul Iman Modong, Tanah Abang District, Pali. The research method used was a qualitative method. Data were taken through observation and interviews. Respondents consisted of 20 students of  grade 3 of Mts Nurul Iman Modong. The data obtained from observation and interview were then analyzed by using interactive analysis through several components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The learning used in this research was the method of educating by heart. This study provided illustration that, through the concept of educating with heart can lead to a good, have moral and character generations.

This study aims to find the implementation of organizational culture, in this case the Ministry of Religion of the Regency of Buleleng based on Hindu values. The research method used was qualitative with the location of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Buleleng Regency. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and document studies. Data analysis techniques include (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) conclusion drawing or verification. The implementation of organizational culture in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Buleleng Regency especially in the Head of the Hindu Religion Affairs is inseparable from the role of the socialization of socio-cultural values themselves, both government leaders, traditional leaders, or family leaders. Theoretically, the process of institutionalizing values to society goes through several stages, including the stages known, understood, obeyed, and valued.

The purpose of this study is to find and explain the language of traders in the interaction of buying andselling in the Kawasan Makam Gus Dur Tebuireng Jombang (KMGD) market. The research method used is adescriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were: 1. Technique survey, 2. Recordingtechnique, 3. Listening technique and 4. Note technique. The data analysis technique uses the followingtechniques: 1. Data collection, 2. Data reduction, 3. Data presentation, 4. Conclusing drawing / verification. In thisstudy, the validity of the data used data triangulation: 1. Technique triangulation, 2. Time triangulation. Theresults of the research that can be formulated that the language expressions used by merchants are Javanese,Indonesian and Madurese.

This study aims to describe the style of language used by the novel Tanah Langit Merah and the Comet novel. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research data collection technique is the documentation technique. Data analysis techniques are used through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) Novel Comet contains a comparative language style of 109 citations, contrasting 39 quotations, linking 31 quotations, and repeating 10 quotations. (2) The novel Tanah Langit Merah contains comparative language styles, 97 parable parables, 117 metaphor quotations, 25 personification quotations, and 1 quote antithesis. (3) antagonism, hyperbole 74 citations, oxymoron 6 quotations, sarcasm 24 quotations, satire 15 quotations, paradox 10 quotations. (4) linkages, 8 excerpt metonemicals, 3 excerpts euphemisms, and 15 citation elepsis. (5) iteration, alliteration of 11 citations, anaphora 4 quotations, and efficiency of 2 quotations. This study aims to analyze the application of the storytelling method in fostering students' religious behavior and the factors supporting and inhibiting the application of storytelling in fostering students' religious behavior. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Research informants in this case are teachers of Islamic Religious Education and students of SD YP Indra Palembang. Data analysis through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are the application of the storytelling method embodied in Islamic stories such as the stories of the Prophets and Apostles, friends, scholars, and pious people both sourced from the Qur'an, Hadith, or the books of the scholars. Its implementation is carried out through the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The application of the method as well as in the context of inculcating the values ​​of faith, worship, morals, psychology. The inhibiting factor is the lack of learning media, lack of teaching skills. The supporting factor is the existence of school policies to make the presentation of subject matter easier and more enjoyable.

Learning mathematics requires the ability to think logically and critically, not only learning to count. Therefore, teaching concepts is very important. Many students have incorrect, incomplete concepts and so on. As a result, mistakes occur when students do simple mathematics. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the errors in the castor stage. The stages of castor are used including concept errors, procedure errors and technic errors. This research is a qualitative research. The research subjects were students of grade VI SDN Belitung Selatan 1 Banjarmasin. The procedure for selecting subjects used purposive sampling. The data techniques used were tests and interviews. The test is in the form of description questions. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and data collection. Based on the research data, it can reveal that students made misconceptions, procedural errors and technical errors. Each student made these mistakes with different indicators.

This researh is about the implementation of extracurricular activities (ikrohist) for guide students’ attitude in SMK Penerbangan Techno Terapan Makassar. This research method is a qualitative research using of normative theology, pedagogic, physicologic, and sociologic. The research instruments used interview, observation, and documentation. Informant consisted of principal, refresentative of the school, and teachers. Data collection was done by observation, interview and documentation techniques.  Data analysis by means of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and data verification.  The result of this research, there are: 1) Students’ attitudes in SMK Penerbangan Techno Terapan Makassar, after joining the extracurricular activities showed good attitudes. 2) Students’ Attitudes in SMK Penerbangan Techno Terapan Makassar based on the observation and interview that give awardness, discipline, extracurricular activities (Ikrohist) in SMK Penerbangan Techno Terapan Makassar consisted of three parts, they are dayly/weekly activities, monthly activities and annual activities.

Current Context

Speech acts are actions that are displayed through speech. This means that something like that contains an assumption that the utterances we speak are not really empty speeches without any action content in them, or empty of the current context. Speech acts are divided into three types, namely speech acts of locus, illocution and perlocution. The problems discussed in this research are 1) What are the forms of speech acts between the seller and the buyer at Sumberayu Market, Muncar Banyuwangi? 2) It is included in the category of speech acts whether the utterances uttered by sellers and buyers at Sumberayu Muncar Banyuwangi Market. This study aims to determine the forms of speech acts between sellers and buyers at Sumberayu Muncar Banyuwangi Market, and to find out the meaning contained in the the form of speech acts and including the category of speech acts whether the utterances spoken by the seller and the buyer at Sumberayu Market Muncar Banyuwangi. Researchers here use a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is an approach based on a natural or naturalist background. Research data collection techniques using observation techniques and note-taking techniques, data analysis techniques flow analysis methods which include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions / verification. The results of the study were speech acts which consisted of 19 forms of conversation consisting of 86 locusive speech acts, 20 illocutionary speech acts, and 14 perlocutionary speech acts which were spoken between sellers and buyers consisting of vegetable sellers, fruit-fruit sellers, ampok rice sellers, traditional hawker sellers, soybean sellers and others.
