This study aims to describe the style of language used by the novel Tanah Langit Merah and the Comet novel. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research data collection technique is the documentation technique. Data analysis techniques are used through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) Novel Comet contains a comparative language style of 109 citations, contrasting 39 quotations, linking 31 quotations, and repeating 10 quotations. (2) The novel Tanah Langit Merah contains comparative language styles, 97 parable parables, 117 metaphor quotations, 25 personification quotations, and 1 quote antithesis. (3) antagonism, hyperbole 74 citations, oxymoron 6 quotations, sarcasm 24 quotations, satire 15 quotations, paradox 10 quotations. (4) linkages, 8 excerpt metonemicals, 3 excerpts euphemisms, and 15 citation elepsis. (5) iteration, alliteration of 11 citations, anaphora 4 quotations, and efficiency of 2 quotations. <p><em>This reseacrh to </em><em>interpreting the shifting forms of Javanese culture in Canting novel by Arswendo Atmowiloto: literary anthropological studies. This research is a literary research with hermeneutical method. The data in this study are words and sentences relating to the shift of Javanese culture in Canting novels. The data collection technique is the documentation which further read, understand, and record, and classify the data. Data analysis techniques by reviewing data and interpreting research data and drawing conclusions. The results show that in the novel Canting by Arswendo Atmowiloto there is a shift in Javanese culture in terms of knowledge, belief, art, and morals, as well as laws and customs.</em></p><p> </p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginterpretasikan bentuk-bentuk pergeseran budaya Jawa dalam novel Canting karya Arswendo Atmowiloto:kajian antropologi sastra. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sastra dengan metode hermeneutika. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah kata dan kalimat yang berkaitan dengan pergeseran budaya Jawa dalam novel Canting. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data adalah dokumentasi yang selanjutnya membaca, memahami, dan mencatat, serta mengklasifikasikan data. Teknik analisis data dengan meninjau kembali data dan menginterpretasikan data penelitian dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam novel Canting karya Arswendo Atmowiloto terdapat pergeseran budaya Jawa ditinjau dari pengetahuan, kepercayaan, kesenian, dan moral, serta hukum dan adat istiadat.</em></p>

Principals in Nur Iman Kindergarten are required to have a concern for the problems faced by students. The head of the foundation has functions as supervisors, leaders, teaching staff, and school administration. The purpose of this research is to find out the leadership style of the foundation head in improving teacher performance and education processing in Nur Iman Kindergarten, to find out the foundation head's achievements in improving teacher performance and educational processing in Nur Iman Kindergarten, and to find out the supporting factors and obstacles to the foundation head's leadership style in improving teacher performance and education processing in Nur Iman Kindergarten. The research method is field study research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using miles and huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusions. The results showed that the head of the foundation had maximized the performance of teachers in Nur Iman Kindergarten.

The aims in this study to determines the correlation between understanding of folklore language style against reading interest on the V grade students in SDN 17 Bengkulu city. Research method using correlational with quantitative. The population are 46 people located in SDN 17 bengkulu city. The sampling technique used saturated side (census. Questionnaire and data is a data collection technique with a questionnaire for assessing reading interest in the home of 20 item statements while the test for understanding the style with 5 questions that serve as benchmark. Data analysis techniques use the correlation statistics "Product Moment". The results showed that there is a correlation between understanding the style of language in folklore against reading interest. It is proved by rcount = 0,600 bigger than rtable that is 0,355 with significant level 5%. Thus, the hypothesis is proved and accepted. It’s means that reading foklore, making someone will increase interest reading, then someone will understand the style of Language by it self.

Abstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan ikon, indeks dan simbol yang terdapat dalam novel 121 Hari di Shimotsuma karya Boby Julian. Metode penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah teknik baca simak dan teknik catat untuk mencari kutipan yang termasuk kedalam semiotik ikon, indeks, dan simbol, lalu menjadikan data tersebut sebagai bahan analisis. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan Reduksi data, menyajikan data, dan verifikasi. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dalam novel 121 Hari di Shimotsuma  ialah ikon waktu, tempat, perasaan, keadaan alam, dan keadaan seseorang. Indeks yang terdapat dalam novel 121 Hari di Shimotsuma yaitu indeks  hubungan antara alam dengan kehidupan, kehidupan dengan keadaan, dan segala perbuatan manusia dengan segala balasannya. Simbol yang terdapat dalam novel 121 Hari di Shimotsuma yaitu berkaitan dengan hakikat kehidupan manusia sehari-hari.Kata Kunci: semiotik, ikon, indeks, simbol, novel Abstract: This paper aims to describe the use of icons, indexes and symbols contained in Boby Julian's novel: 121 Hari di Shimotsuma. The research method was descriptive qualitative using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were reading and note-taking techniques to find quotations that were included in semiotic icons, indexes, and symbols. The data then were used as material for analysis. Data analysis techniques were performed by data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of data analysis obtained in the novel 121 Hari di Shimotsuma were icons of time, place, feelings, natural conditions, and one's condition. The index contained in the novel 121 Hari di Shimotsuma was an index of the relationship between nature and life, life with conditions, and human actions with all reward and punishment. The symbols contained in the novel 121 Hari in Shimotsuma were related to the essence of everyday human life.Keywords: semiotic, icon, index, symbol, novel

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

The objectives of this study are: (1) thematic learning planning in Raudhatul Athfal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan, (2) implementation of thematic learning in improving children's cognitive and language development in Raudhatul Athfal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan, (3) evaluation of thematic learning in Raudhatul Athfal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan , and (4) supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of thematic learning in Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan. This research method is qualitative conducted at Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan. Instrument data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used Miles and Huberman models, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The research findings show: (1) Thematic learning planning conducted by Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan teacher by preparing the learning implementation plan at the beginning of the semester by referring to the applicable Raudhatul Atfhal curriculum, (2) implementing thematic learning at Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah The terrain is done with varied learning methods by using various kinds of games such as remembering names, achievement games, motion games, construction games and also playing roles, (3) evaluation of learning on thematic learning at Raudhatul Atfhal Rahmat Islamiyah Medan by giving a portfolio, in this case evaluated changes in behavior, children can also experience cognitive and language improvement after participating in the thematic learning process, and (4) there are supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of thematic learning but the obstacles can still be well addressed.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengidentifikasi citra perempuan pada kumpulan puisi Milk and Honey karya Rupi Kaur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan kritik sastra feminisme. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik simak catat. Sedangkan tahapan penelitian data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data. Citra perempuan diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga aspek, yaitu fisik, psikis, dan sosial. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa citra perempuan tidak hanya memberikan gambaran mengenai tingkah laku, mental, dan sosial perempuan, tetapi juga memperlihatkan gambaran mengenai berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi perempuan di dalam masyarakat patriarki. The purpose of this study was to describe and identify the image of women in the collection of poetry Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur. The research method used is a qualitative method using feminist literary criticism. The data collection technique was carried out using the note-taking technique. While the data research stages are carried out using data analysis techniques. The image of women is classified into three aspects, namely physical, psychological, and social. The results of the research and discussion show that the image of women not only provides an overview of women's behavior, mental and social, but also shows an overview of the various problems faced by women in a patriarchal society.

This study aims to gain an understanding of the comparison of language styles in a collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmaya and a collection of Nafaskarya Fatimah Musawa poems. The method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques in research using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques with steps: data reduction, data display, and conclusion and verification. The results of the study show that there are comparisons of comparative language styles and opposing language styles. Comparative language style in the collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmala amounts to 18 data and the language style of contention is 5 data, based on the language style that dominates the collection of Phrase Poems at the End of Season. Whereas the collection of Nafas poems by Fatimah Musawa, namely: Language style comparisons totaling 9 data. While the language style of contention is 11 data. Conclusions, a collection of End-of-Season Phrases by Adiska Nirmaya is more dominant in the style of comparison and the collection of Nafas poems by Fatima Musawa has a dominant style of language in opposition. The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts of Arabic language teachers to improve students' ability in mastering vocabularies. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The data collection technique used is interview with Arabic language teachers. The data analysis techniques in this study use the theory of Miles and Humberman including: Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Drawing Conclusions. Arabic teachers' efforts to improve students' ability in mastering vocabularies consist of three aspects: (1) The use of strategies in vocabularies learning such as teaching vocabularies and making students listen to it, instructing students to repeat vocabulary, displaying pictures to understand the meaning of vocabularies, teaching vocabularies with appropriate songs on certain materials and repeating vocabulary at each class hour (2) The use of methods in vocabulary learning such as giving examples or the teacher displays something in accordance with the vocabularies to understand the vocabularies, playing simple roles, repeating the reading, using a vocabulary command and chain message game. (3) The use of media in vocabulary learning such as printed drawing media, blackboards and textbooks.

This study aims to find the implementation of organizational culture, in this case the Ministry of Religion of the Regency of Buleleng based on Hindu values. The research method used was qualitative with the location of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Buleleng Regency. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and document studies. Data analysis techniques include (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) conclusion drawing or verification. The implementation of organizational culture in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Buleleng Regency especially in the Head of the Hindu Religion Affairs is inseparable from the role of the socialization of socio-cultural values themselves, both government leaders, traditional leaders, or family leaders. Theoretically, the process of institutionalizing values to society goes through several stages, including the stages known, understood, obeyed, and valued.
