Business strategies that MSMEs can implement in the digitization era is the Offline to Online (O2O) strategy. This study aims to analyze the influence of Offline to Online (O2O) strategy on the MSMEs sales of BadokanGresik.id application partners. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The sampling techniqueused is random sampling where the sample used is 62 MSME partners in the BadokanGresik.id application. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed with the help of Google Form. The hypothesis was tested using simple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS 25, including t test, coefficient of setermination test and F test. The results of data analysis showed that partially, Offline to Online (O2O) strategy has a significant and positive effect on sales. Simultaneously, the Offline to Online (O2O) strategy has positively and significantly influence ales of MSMEs.

The purpose of this study was to examine the direct effect of variables gender, age, GPA to financial literacy. This research is a quantitative research and the sample consist of 142 students Accounting Department of State Polytechnic Malang. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear  regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 21 program. The results showed gender, age, and GPA significant and positive effect on financial literacy.

This study aims to determine the effect of the level of women's participation in entrepreneurship on the socio-economic level of the family. Technique of data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, sample determination with purposive random sampling and research data collection tools using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The level of women's participation in entrepreneurship is positive and significantly affects the socio-economic level of the family; 2) The greater the level of women's participation in entrepreneurship, the higher the socio-economic level of the family

This study aims to determine the effect of welfare benefits toward employee performance at PT. Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees at PT Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City, of 228 people. Then the sample is the author takes 20 percent of the population, of 46 people. Data collection methods are carried out by observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The results showed that providing welfare benefits to employees had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Panin, Tbk in Makassar City.

Using a descriptive and verification approach, the present study looks at employee loyalty and how it affects work productivity. 76 out 324 employees at a garment company in Garut, Indonesia, selected using Slovin’s formula. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression analysis. The results t-Test revealed that employee loyalty had a significant positive effect on work productivity with an observed value of 2.796, higher than the critical t of 1.67. This finding leads to a conclusion that the more loyal an employee is, the more productive he is.

<p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>This research aims to identify the effect advertising through social media, particularly Youtube, on purchase intention towards Pantene shampoo. The objects of this research object are the students of Bachelor Degree at Business Department of Telkom University in 2013-2015. This research used quantitative method with primary data gathered by questionnaire. The data collection of 100 respondents was conducted based on probability random sampling and analysed simple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that social media advertising via Youtube give positive effect on purchase intention.</em></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan melalui media sosial <em>Youtube</em> terhadap minat beli sampo Pantene. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dengan populasi mahasiswa S1 Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis Universitas Telkom pada tahun 2013-2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Jenis data yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian adalah data primer dengan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel sejumlah 100 responden dilakukan dengan metode <em>probability sampling</em> khususnya <em>proportionate random sampling </em>yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa iklan melalui media sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli.</p>

This research aims to determine the effect of achievement motives and self efficacy on the achievement of sales targets for Tiens Bali distributors partially and simultaneously. This research design using a type of causal research. The population of this study were all distributors registered at Tiens Authorized Store 618 are 4.169 people. The sample of this study amounted to 371 respondents using the proportional random sampling method. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale and processed using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The result of data analysis showed that there was a partially positive and significant effect on the achievemnt motive towards achieving the sale target of Tiens Bali distributors, shown from the value of t=13.491 with a Sig. of 0.000 less than 0.05. Self efficacy, partially has a positive and significant effect on achieving the sales target of Tiens Bali distributors, shown from the value of t=12.915 with a Sig. of 0.000 less than 0.05. Achievement motives and self efficacy have a simultaneous positive effect on achieving sales targets of Tiens Bali distributors, shown by the value of F=323.925 and a Sig. of 0.000 less than 0.05.

This study discusses the influence of motivation and knowledge of Islamic banking products on the decision to become a customer of Bank Syariah Indonesia (Case Study of Ex Bank Syariah Mandiri Kcp Palembang Km 6). Descriptive quantitative research method, with a population of 3,612 customers and 97 samples. While the data collection technique using questionnaires and documentation and data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained show that the motivation to avoid usury and knowledge of Islamic banking products simultaneously on the decision to become a customer has a positive and significant effect with the proportion of motivation to avoid usury (X1) and knowledge of Islamic banking products (X2) on the decision to become a customer (Y) of 75 ,2%. Meanwhile, for the partial test of the motivation to avoid usury and knowledge of Islamic banking products on the decision to become a customer, it is known that the motivation to avoid usury (X1) has a positive and significant effect. The second variable knowledge of Islamic banking products (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on the decision to become a customer (Y) at Bank Syariah Indonesia (Ex. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Palembang KM 6).

This study discusses the influence the effectiveness of e-filing to Increase TaxpayerCompliance with Level of Security and Privacy as a variable Moderation on KPP Pratama Badung Utara. The data in this study was obtained from questionnaires distributed to taxpayers using random sampling method. Respondents were used in this study as many as 98 respondents. Hypothesis test used is simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate hat (1) the effectiveness of e-filing and significant positive effect on the Improvement of Taxpayer Compliance. This is proved by simple linear regression analysis obtained showed the value of R Square of 0.135. (2) Security and confidentiality can moderate (strengthen) influence the effectiveness of e-filing to increase compliance individual taxpayers registered in KPP Pratama Badung Utara. This is evidenced through the analysis performed using Moderated Regression Analysis technique that provides value R square of 0.416.

Research related to the effect of product turnover on the performance of companies in the industrial sector is still needed to do research and study in depth. This is needed because the developed sector, especially related to product rotation, has an important role in advancing the sustainability of the company. The research methodology in this research is descriptive quantitative using simple linear regression analysis and using SPSS v 23 and Amos v 23 software as a calculation tool through a measurement model using simple Linear Regression at 87 MSMEs in Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate a positive effect of product turnover on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
