The quality of service in a banking service company is very important from the consumer's point of view. The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri Juanda in Sidoarjo. This quantitative descriptive study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Some of the tests carriedout were the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, the classical assumption test, and the statistical test (simple linear regression). The results of the regression analysis show that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of receptionist services on guest satisfaction at the Pusako Hotel Bukittinggi. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with associative causal methods. The purposive sampling used as many as 93 guests who had or were staying at Pusako Bukittinggi Hotel In the period of January-June 2017, data was collected through questionnaires with a Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results obtained from this study are as follows: 1) Service Quality of Hotel Employees is in the poor category with a percentage value (58%), 2) Guest Satisfaction is in a less satisfied Category at Pusako Bukittinggi Hotel with a percentage value (53%). 3) The results of a simple linear regression test obtained a value of Fcount 29,667 with sig. 0,000 <0,05 which means that variable X can explain Y variable significantly. Furthermore, the regression coefficient is 0.383 at a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. This means that each increase of 1 unit of service quality will increase 0.383 guest satisfaction units, and the R square value of 0.246 means that the effect of variable X on Y variable is 0.246 (24.6%) while the remaining 75.4% is influenced by other factors. So the service quality variable affects the guest satisfaction variable, so Ha is accepted. Keywords: Service Quality, Guest Satisfaction

Online transportation in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth. The existence of online transportation is not only in big cities, but has begun to spread to areas that can be categorized as second cities, including Denpasar City as the provincial capital of Bali. Increasingly intense competition, especially in the field of online transportation, where many producers are involved in fulfilling the needs and wants of consumers, causing each service company to place customer satisfaction orientation as the main goal to win the competition. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality offered by online transportation to customer satisfaction in Denpasar City, with the number of respondents as many as 100 respondents. This research is a quantitative descriptive study and the method of this research is a survey method with a questionnaire instrument. The results of the study influence the quality of service on customer satisfaction by 43.5% while the remaining 56.5% can be explained by other causes not examined in this study.

The effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in FBM WORLDWIDE. The study aims to determine service quality to customer satisfaction correlation and influence score at FBM WORLDWIDE. The method used is a survey method by using questionnaires to respondents as many as 75 respondents from customers/users of FBM WORLDWIDE delivery services. The data used are descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, R test, T-test, and hypothesis testing. The results show that the service quality variable simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The type of research is the quantitative method. Furthermore, Data collection techniques use carried out through survey methods. The number of samples is 75 people. The results of this study use statistical data methods with the SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) version 21 program. The results of the analysis state that the relationship between variable X (service quality) and variable Y (customer satisfaction) is forceful. It can be seen from the R-value of 0.903 so that it is close to 1. The influence of service quality variable (X) to customer satisfaction variable (Y) score is 0.813 or 81,3%. Furthermore,  the rest is influenced by other factors. The T-count value is 17.980 and T-table is 1.993 (based on the table), so T-count is greater than T-table which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that the X variable (quality of service) is very related and has a significant effect on the Y variable (customer satisfaction).

Customer satisfaction is influenced by service quality factors, this study aims to find out and analyze how much influence the quality of service on customer satisfaction is felt by customers who use the service of Poor Rice (Raskin) at the Office of Public Companies Logistics Agency (Perum BULOG) in Sampit City Regency East Kotawaringin. The research method used in this study is the method of observation, questionnaire/questionnaire and documentation using a Likert scale and the method of determining the sample used is the error rate of 5% as many as 213 samples. Testing the hypothesis used is a statistical test with the formula "Product moment person". The results showed that there was a very strong correlation between Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction of the Office of Public Company of the Logistics Affairs Agency (Perum BULOG) in the District of East Kotawaringin. As much as 0.9968514278 based on the calculation of Pearson Product Moment value.

This study aim was to determine the effect of e-service quality, price perception, and sales promotion on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction on Gojek customers in Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative study with survey method. The population in this study were Gojek customers in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 235 respondents. The technique of collecting data used an online questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis was bootstrapping method using macro PROCESS by Andrew F. Hayes. The results of this study show that there is a positive effect of e-service quality on the satisfaction of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of price perception on the satisfaction of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of sales promotion on the satisfaction of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of customer satisfaction on the loyalty of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of e-service quality on the loyalty of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of price perception on the loyalty of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, there is a positive effect of sales promotion on the loyalty of Gojek Yogyakarta customers, and there is the effect of e service quality, price perception, and sales promotion on customer loyalty through Gojek Yogyakarta customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the e-service quality variable mediation coefficient of 0,0442; the mediation coefficient of price perception variable is 0,0404; and the mediation coefficient of sales promotion variable is 0.0676.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Service Quality and Promotion on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive method, the unit of analysis in this study is STIE Eka Prasetya and the observation unit is students from STIE Eka Prasetya. The population in this study were 993 respondents from STIE Eka Prasetya. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study is the Slovin formula and amounted to 91 respondents. The research method used is the technique of data collection through the distribution of questionnaires that conducted systematically based on research objectives. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis and regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of the t test show that the variable Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction, and the Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The results of the F test show that the Service Quality and Promotion simultaneously effect the Customer Satisfaction. The result of coefficient of determination test results (R2) shows that Customer Satisfaction was effected by Service Quality and Promotion variables, while the remaining is explained by other variables such as perception, digital marketing and personal selling that are not discussed in this study.

This research was conducted in Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado, which aims to find out the 1) effect of product quality ; 2) price and ; 3) service quality on customer satisfaction in Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Manado, both individually and in groups. With the focus of the problem is whether product quality, price and service quality affect consumer satisfaction in Rumah Makan Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh, Wenang Manado. the method used in this study uses quantitative descriptive methods and The population that came in the Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Manado Heritage is unknown, therefore the researcher took a sample of 50 respondents using a purposive sampling technique that is consideration of populations that are easily found and this research will only be given to visitors who have visited the House. Eating Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh, Managing Manado at least 5 times, and the research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The analytical tool used in the data instrument test (validity and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), data analysis (multiple regression analysis, test t, F test and test coefficient of determination R2). Based on the t test obtained states that product quality has an influence on customer satisfaction individually. While price is the determination of the value of a product in the minds of consumers that must be paid by consumers to obtain a product of Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado. The service quality provided by Dabu-Dabu Iris Fresh Restaurant, Wenang Manado affects consumer satisfaction.

Abstrak           Penelitian ini dilakukan di Labersa Grand Hotel & Convention Center, Siak Hulu, Kampar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Labersa Grand Hotel & Convention Center, Siak Hulu, Kampar. Populasi yang ada dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1.317 orang. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan asidental sampling, yaitu sebesar 93orang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder dengan analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil regresi linier adalah Y=16,974+ 0,642X yaitu memiliki arah hubungan yang positif, dan dan variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen hal tersebut dapat dilihat nilai nilai t_hitung (7,722) > dari t_tabel (1,98638). sedangkan besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah sebesar 39,6 persen sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60,4 persen menggambarkan variabel bebas lainnya yang tidak  diamati dalam penelitian ini.     Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Kepuasan Konsumen.            This research was conducted at Labersa Grand Hotel & Convention Center, Siak Hulu, Kampar. This study is aimed at describing the library service quality of State Institute for Islamic Studies (IAIN) Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta from the point of view of users, and at finding out factors influencing it. This description is really important in order to be able to develop it, as the supporter of realizing the three responsibilities of university or institute, namely education, research, and social service. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach of survey method. Sampling is taken from the group of library users numbering 338 people, and 50 of library staffs. Whereas data collecting is conducted through library research, field research consisting ofdocumentation, questionnaire, and interview The data is organized in tables offrequency and percentage distribution, and it is then described. Based on the service quality concept quoted from the decision of minister of state apparatus empowerment no. 8l of L993, there are ten indicators of service quality namely simplicity, clarity and certainfy,o pennesse, fficiency, economy,f air distribution, punctuality, physical facility, capacity and staff attitude. The result of study indicates that the library service quality of IAIN Sunan Kalijaga yogyakarta based on of users' opinion is generally good. This conclusion is based on the mean result7O.247o of the users have good opinion about the indicators of the library service quality. Factors influencing the library service quality are organization climate (87.007o),s upervisions ystem( 68.67Vo)a, nd bureaucracys tructure( 85.337o)A. lthough the serviceq uality at the IAIN Sunan Kalijaga's Library is in general good, there are things to consider. The first is about library location which is, accarding to the majority of users, not strategic. The second, is the necessity of developing service security and comfortable service' The third is the necessity ofdeveloping reliable physical facilities. Lastly, it is necessary to develop library collection both in quantity and in quality taking the needs of new departments and study programs into consideration.

Abstrak-Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah bermaksud mengetahui apakah dengan adanya kualitas pelayanan yang baik dan harga dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan Gojek khususnya di Kota Tangerang.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Asosiatif kausal. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis.  Berdasarkan hasil pengujian statistik diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh secara positif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Harga memberikan pengaruh yang negatif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan dan harga Secara simultan dengan menggunakan uji F diketahui memberikan pengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna aplikasi Go-jek di Kota Tangerang.Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, harga, kepuasan pelanggan Abstract-The purpose of this research is to find out whether the existence of good service quality and price can affect Gojek customer satisfaction in Tangerang City.
