This study to determine effect quality of personnel administration services on employee performance in the Treasury and Regional Cash Fields of Probolinggo City, and determine  effect of employee job satisfaction on employee performance in the Treasury and Regional Cash Fields of Probolinggo City. This type of research is causal research . The method of data collection by questionnaire, a sample of 47 employees  of the Treasury and Regional Cash of the City of Probolinggo with a sampling method that is saturated sample. Data analysis method in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. The results that employee job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance variables in the Treasury and Regional Cash Fields of Probolinggo City.

The development of the business world today more rapidly resulting in tight competition. This is demanding business players in order to leap ahead of the competition with how to improve the quality of human resources and expected employee can improve performance. To be employee performance and the company is also required to pay attention to the factors that can affect the performance of the employees. This research is a type of quantitative research, data obtained with the spread of the questionnaire to 45 respondents. The population in this research is all employees on CV. Putri Sion which numbered 45 people. The Data obtained and then in the analysis using the validity test, test reliability test, classical assumptions, determination coefficient test, t test, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. This research result shows that partially, job satisfaction and leadership style significantly affect to employee performance meanwhile the most dominant affecting performance is employee jobs satisfaction.

CV Cihanjuang Inti Teknik is a company that produces micro hydro and turbine, as well as body warmers drinks in the food and beverage division (makmin). The company has 135 employees. Employee satisfaction is one of the important things that must be considered by a company because as this will impact on the performance of employees. Employees who are satisfied will have the awareness to do the more responsible duties at the company. But the reality on the ground there are some employees who are often absent from work, it is seen through the attendance percentage of employees who are still far from the target of work presence that is equal to 95%, while the rate of attendance of employees in 2015 was only 84.25%. There are also as many as 40% of employees feel less satisfied with promotion opportunities provided by the company. This resulted in employees feel lazy to work because they feel his efforts are not appreciated despite working diligently but can not get the appropriate results in the form of promotion (promotion). This study aims to determine job satisfaction and employee performance as well as the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance in CV Cihanjuang Inti Teknik. The method used is quantitative research methods. Data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis, the classical assumption test, simple correlation analysis, linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The sample in this study were 101 respondents. In the data collection used questionnaire with Likert scale. Based on the results of data processing, employee job satisfaction in the category both in terms of Work Itself, benefits, promotion opportunities, supervision, and Coworkers. Then the employee's performance was in the category good views of the Working Quantity, Quality of Work, Knowledge About Work, Personal Quality, Cooperation, Trustworthy, and Initiative. The conclusion of this research that there is an influence of job satisfaction on the performance of employees is 49,9%.

In this globalization era, every corporation works hard to increase and develop to boost their employee performance. There are lot of factors corporation has to take care to increase their employee performance. This research probes employee well-being and job satisfaction as independent variables to employee performance as dependent variables. The selection method of the sample is using purposive sampling and obtained 95 samples from the population of the whole employee of the corporation using a questionnaire to collect the samples.SPSS 26 from IBM is being used for the multiple linear regression analysis techniques. A significant and positive effect is discovered from job satisfaction to employee performance, while employee well-being has a non-significant effect. The company should consider their employee job satisfaction in order to increase company's performance.

Employees have a big role in fulfilling fluency in the field of organization. Organizations need human resources to develop their businesses. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan. The phenomenon of performance instability that can be seen from the achievement of the company's targets caused by lack of competence and employee work discipline and a decrease in employee job satisfaction is the background of this study. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this study is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses the saturation sampling method. The study sample was 83 employees. The results of this study prove the existence of a significant and positive influence on competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan. <p><em>This study titled influence the quality of work life and job satisfaction on employee performance of PT Pertamina Persero RU Cilacap. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on the quality of work life by partial performance, determine the effect of job satisfaction on performance partially, and determine the influence of the quality of work life and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance. The independent variable in this study is the quality of work life and job satisfaction, the dependent variable in this study is the performance. The population of this study were 600 permanent employees shift part of PT. Pertamina Persero RU Cilacap. Sampling technique using census sampling methods and techniques Probability Proportionate Random Sampling Strarified totaling 221 employees. Data collection method used was a questionnaire and the data mengalisis using the multiple linear regression analysis.</em></p><em>These results indicate that the quality of work life has significant influence but not the performance, job satisfaction has a significant impact on performance, while the quality of work life and job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance remains part of PT Pertamina Persero shift RU Cilacap.</em>

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Lahan Rezeki Kabupaten Kuningan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan di PT. Lahan Rezeki. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 orang responden. Metode dalam pengumpulan data ini menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai p-value (sig) < 0,05 yaitu 0,040 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,107 > 2,0057 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai p-value (sig) < 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 9,267 > 2,0057 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan berprngaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai p-value (sig) < 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai fhitung > ftabel yaitu 44,565 > 3,28 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.. Kata-kata Kunci: lingkungan kerja; kepemimpinan; kepuasan kerja karyawan The Influence of Work Environment and Leadership on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT.Lahan Rezeki Kuningan Regency ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and leadership on employee job satisfaction at PT.Lahan Rezeki Kuningan Regency. Human resources are assets that are very important for the organization or company so the company must be able to develop human resources properly to assist the company in achieving its objectives in accordance with the specified targets. With good human resources, it is expected that companies will be able to optimize and improve the performance of employees. To improve and optimize the performance of employees, companies need to make efforts, such as providing work motivation and employee job satisfaction. This study wants to prove the effect of each variable, namely motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of Tour & Travel employees in Pontianak. Based on previous research and linked to supporting theories put forward by experts using the SPSS 21 program as a statistical data processing tool. This type of research is associative research. The population in the study was 112 employees taken from 21 Tour & Travel companies in Pontianak City and the entire population was sampled with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that motivation and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance.

An employee's positive attitude towards work can be seen from the level of job satisfaction of the employee. There are many factors that can affect job satisfaction including human relations, work discipline, and motivation. This research was conducted at PT. Orchid Boga Utama with the aim of knowing the effect of human relations, discipline, and motivation on employee job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study were 75 respondents with a saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination, t test (partial regression), and F test (simultaneous regression). The results of this study are human relations have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and human relations, discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. employee work at PT. Orchid Boga Utama.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the influence of supportive and directive leadership style on employee job satisfaction in commercial banks in Kenya. The study adopted positivism research philosophy to guide the study and limited itself to descriptive correlational research design to analyze and provide responses to the research questions. The research design was preferred because it allows description and comparison of characteristics of populations based on data collected from samples through questionnaires. The target population of the study was 15,030 employees in all the 43 commercial banks licensed to operate in Kenya as of June 2018. Using stratified sampling technique, the study drew a sample size of 386 employees reporting to middle level managers. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, which included factor analysis, correlational analysis, chi-square, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and regression analysis using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20 and Windows’ Microsoft excel programs.From the findings of multiple linear regression analysis, it was established that directive leadership style had a positive and significant relationship with employee job satisfaction, R2 = .228, F(1, 362) = 53.396, p < .05; β = .454, p < .05. The results from multiple linear regression analysis also showed that supportive leadership style positively and significantly predicted employee job satisfaction, R2 = .603, F(1, 366) = 278.269, p < .05; β = .716, p < .05. In addition, the study tested the moderating influence of environmental contingency factors and was confirmed that environmental contingency factors significantly moderated the relationship between path-goal leadership style and employee job satisfaction, R2=0.090, F(5,364) = 35.04, p < .05; β= 0.229, p<.05.The study makes a contribution to the literature of the influence of directive and supportive leadership styles from Kenyan commercial banks’ perspective and adds an impetus to employees, management and policymakers to address issues that are impeding employee job satisfaction. The future researchers should include all bank employees in their study to determine the influence of directive leadership style and supportive leadership style on employee job satisfaction.

The quality of human resources, work professionalism, communication has an influence on the performance of education and employment center employees in airlines both partially and simultaneously. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The aviation training center population was 79 employees and 75 people were taken as respondents with the sampling method used was simple random sampling or simple random samples. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of testing and analysis conducted stated that the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work professionalism has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the quality of human resources, work professionalism, and communication support employee performance.
