Human resources (HR) are important in the industrial world, without human resources, natural resources will not develop into high-value finished materials. Knowledge towards the creative industry is not yet available if it has not been given to the community, therefore the community needs to be fostered in the field of creative industries in terms of changing raw materials into finished materials, in terms of changing unused materials into finished goods, in terms of how to find the right opportunities in the field small industries and so on. With the guidance of the community, it is expected that the community will be able to be creative and understand the importance of the creative industry in the field of entrepreneurship. The creative industry implemented is the manufacture of healthy salted eggs without harmful chemical preservatives. Utilizing rubbing ash and salt can increase the resistance of duck / duck eggs and provide a high selling price. The activities carried out are needed by the PKK community who routinely carry out creative activities including the creative industries to increase entrepreneurship.

Abstract The success of any industry in today’s highly competitive market is largely dependent on its ability to produce quality products, quickly and at low cost. Evaluating the effect of a product design on its manufacture is crucial in developing efficient designs. Any potential manufacturing problems detected at this stage can be corrected by modifying the design, leading to shorter product development cycles and lower production costs. This paper presents an algorithm to determine feasible tool approach directions. The algorithm is based on detecting if any part of the object obstructs the tool path. The basis for the algorithm is determining feasible approach directions and clearances around a planar polygonal face. The algorithm is applicable to both protrusions and depressions. The information is useful in performing manufacturability analysis of designs and develop process plans.

Korean popular music or K-pop has achieved popularity among global audiences. The uniqueness of K-pop fan culture has helped to shape the success of the K-pop industry. Through a case study of Chinese fan labor vis-à-vis K-pop male idol group GOT7, the author notes three types of K-pop fan labor: specialized labor, managerial labor, and unskilled labor. This research argues that fan labor transforms the K-pop industry into an alternative creative industry because fan labor as creative labor is an indispensable part of the K-pop industry. Fan labor is utilized to distinguish fans from non-fans, and to draw boundaries between the grateful, more enthusiastic fans and the casual self-proclaimed fans who do not contribute to fandom or their idols’ success. These Chinese K-pop fans comply with the K-pop industry’s commodification of culture, are exploited by the K-pop industry, and seek empowerment in the K-pop production and distribution process. This paper’s exploration of fan labor, based on the author’s participant observations and in-depth interviews, will thus contribute to studies on the creative industries, creative labor, fandom, and the transnational flows of popular culture.

A halftone image processing method of security based on moiré effect is developed in this paper. On the theoretical basis of moiré effect and information hiding in halftone images, some images and text information are hidden in the pre-copy color images, and then the images are output by means of laser printers and traditional printing proof. The experimental results show that when the specific detecting film is in the right angle and position, the hidden graphic information can be clearly observed. This security method is of better effect, lower production costs, which can be widely used in packaging security printing.

The creative industries have gained the attention of neoliberal policymakers as providing future economic growth. However, these industries are often built on precarious working conditions as a compromise for flexible and more meaningful work. This article uses a mixed-methods approach to investigate the dynamics of flexible and precarious work in the creative industries through the lived experience of the editor. The data reveal a higher tolerance to precarity among freelance workers compared to full-time workers, paired with high satisfaction levels, particularly among women. Using the editor as a case study, this article seeks to criticise the global labour trend towards flexible employment, which relies more heavily on digital networked labour that is insecure and precarious by nature and to highlight the particular vulnerability of a female creative industry workers who appear to have a higher tolerance to job insecurity.

AbstractAmylase is an enzyme that has been widely used as a biocatalyst in foodand bioethanol industries. The availability of thermostable amylase will further expand the market and extend the shelf life of this enzyme. Amylase is produced by amylolytic bacteria using media with high-costnitrogen sources, such as pepton. Black soldier fly (BSF) is a potential source of amylolitic bacteria since its ability to degrade organic matters rapidly. This research aimedtoexploreamylolitic bacteria from the larvae of BSF with highest amylase activity that can be produced using low-cost media. The screening ofamylase activity was conducted by culturing the bacteria on starch containing media.Bacteria with the highest amylase activity were cultured in liquid media with twodifferentnitrogensources (urea and nitrate). Determinations of the optimum pH and temperature for this enzyme activity were carried out in the pH range 4to 7 and temperature 35to 65 ºC. Three amylase-producing isolates were obtained in this study. M1 isolate which has the highest activity was characterized based oncatalase activity and Gram staining. The results showed that the M1 isolate mightbelong togenus Proteussp. At the optimum condition (45ºC and pH 7), amylase activityin nitrate mediawas0.791U/mL, which was about 18-folds higher than that in ureamedia (0,041U/mL). Thus, amylase isolated from BSF larvae can be classified as a mesophilic enzyme and has the potential to be developed commercially at lower production costs.[Keywords:crude extract enzyme,Proteus sp.,thermostable] AbstrakAmilase merupakan salah satu enzim yangtelah digunakan secara luas sebagai biokatalis dalam industri pangan dan bioetanol.

This research aims to analyze the procurement process of raw materials that correspond to six rights (time, place, quality, quantity, type, and price), klanting agroindustry profit, and marketing mix with 7P (product, price, promotion, place, people (human resources), process, and physical evidence). This research uses the case study method at Klanting Agrondustry in Gantimulyo Village Pekalongan District. The location was chosen purposively considering that the village is a klanting production center in East Lampung Regency. Data of this research were collected from December 2019 to January 2020.  The method data analysis used in this research is a descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative. The results of this research indicated that the procurement of raw materials has not fulfilled all the six components precisely, because it does not match reality expected by agroindustry owners on components on time, the right type, right quality, and right quantity. On the right place and right price component, it is accordance with the agroindustry owner's expectations, because the location of raw materials is close to the agroindustry, and the price is low. The advantages of agroindustry are good, because it shows a positive advantage. That advantage obtained in one month at Mekar Sari Agroindustry amounting to IDR4,933,709.57, Mitra Tani Agroindustry amounting to IDR3,854,706.64, and Mitra Lestari Agroindustry IDR2,907,475.87. The agroindustry marketing strategy has implemented components of the 7P marketing mix, only the promotional components are missing applied optimally. Key words: agroindustry, klanting, marketing mix, performance
