Human resources (HR) are important in the industrial world, without human resources, natural resources will not develop into high-value finished materials. Knowledge towards the creative industry is not yet available if it has not been given to the community, therefore the community needs to be fostered in the field of creative industries in terms of changing raw materials into finished materials, in terms of changing unused materials into finished goods, in terms of how to find the right opportunities in the field small industries and so on. With the guidance of the community, it is expected that the community will be able to be creative and understand the importance of the creative industry in the field of entrepreneurship. The creative industry implemented is the manufacture of healthy salted eggs without harmful chemical preservatives. Utilizing rubbing ash and salt can increase the resistance of duck / duck eggs and provide a high selling price. The activities carried out are needed by the PKK community who routinely carry out creative activities including the creative industries to increase entrepreneurship.

Indonesia is one of the most largest country that is growing and has the potential of creative industries from various fields, one of which is animation and games. The majority of human resources of Indonesia are now advancing animation and games, but is still hampered by the right technology. Stop motion as an animation technique has a difficult position as mastering, this type of animation required technology and craftsmanship, thus it does not attract many people to use this technique. This research will discuss the development of a lowcost stop motion animation with maximum result that aims to support the needs of creative industry in Indonesia. This study is taking a character from ‘Abdi Dalem’; a popular fictional comic series. In Order to reach lower production costs, This research is using comparative study method in regards of low-cost materials and experimental method to determine the most economical post-production process.

ABSTRACTPangandaran is known as one of many famous tourist destinations in West Java Province that possesspotential beautiful natural marine resources. This coastal area which streches 91 km and has sloping steeprocky beaches. Grows overabundant pandan (pandanus tectorius) plants, however conditions are verydamaged and there is no concern for good governance from the local government. This research aims toproduce eminent products of craft in supporting tourism by increasing the natural resources potentialand the local craftsmen resources from the surrounding areal environment. This article is result of appliedresearch in a type of practice-led research with a focus on the creative industries of craft products thatsupport tourism through the eco-design and eco-tourism approach. This research uses design-thinkingmethod, with Participation Action Research (PAR) approach and the Hexa Helix system. Danen is located in Sumberadi village, Mlati sub-district, Sleman district, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) Province. This hamlet has the potential of good natural resources and human resources especially active youth. However, this potential is not balanced with the attitude of people who are less concerned about the environment (pro-environment). The presence of littering and degradation of watersheds is a form of the necessity of planting a pro-environment attitude of the community. The development of tourist village "kampoeng kalen" is one of the right solutions in accordance with the potential owned by the hamlet. Through the development of tourist village "kampoeng kalen", youths move to be pro-environment agents for the whole village community in particular and the village in general. The method of implementation of this program is in the form of counseling, education, and continuous facilitation. The successful development of tourist village "kampoeng kalen" in instilling a pro-environment attitude is characterized by the state of the environment is more beautiful and community activities that pay more attention to aspects of concern for the environment.

AbstrakPerlunya evaluasi strategi dalam menghadapi pasar yang dinamis dapat mendukung suatu organisasi untuk mampu berkompetisi, bahkan mampu memenangkan persaingan. Namun UMKM walaupun memiliki fleksibilitas dan ketahanan yang tinggi dalam perekonomian, beberapa keterbatasan seperti kapabilitas finansial dan sumber daya manusia membuat UMKM harus dapat menentukan strategi yang tepat dalam meraih keunggulan kompetitif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan strategi pengembangan kinerja sumber daya manusia pada UMKM di Kota Malang melalu implementasti analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weakneses, Opportunities, dan Threatments). Hasil menunjukkan indikator Strength yang paling tinggi adalah S5 (Pelayanan) yaitu sebesar 4.20. Sementara itu, indikator Weakness yang paling tinggi adalah W4 (Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia), yaitu sebesar 3.20. Kemudian indikator Opportunity yang paling tinggi adalah O1 (Oleh-oleh khas daerah) dan O5 (Bahan Baku) yaitu sebesar 4. Sementara itu, indikator Threat yang paling tinggi adalah T3 (Pesaing pendatang baru), yaitu sebesar 2.3. Kemudian untuk lokasi titik potong A, B, C, dan D, yaitu titik E, berada kuadran I (Strategi agresif). Dengan demikian, analisis SWOT terhadap UMKM di Kota Malang menunjukkan posisi yang bagus, sehingga dapat diterapkan strategi SO.Kata kunci: SWOT, UMKM, strategi peningkatan kinerja.AbstractThe need for evaluation of strategies in dealing with dynamic markets can support an organization to be able to compete, even able to win the competition. However, although UMKM has high flexibility and resilience in the economy, several limitations such as financial capabilities and human resources make MSMEs must be able to determine the right strategy in achieving competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy for developing human resource performance at MSMEs in Malang through the implementation of SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Treatments). The results show the highest Strength indicator is S5 (Service), which is equal to 4.20. Meanwhile, the most top Weakness indicator is W4 (Quality of Human Resources), which is 3.20. Then the highest Opportunity indicator is O1 (By-Products typical) and O5 (Raw Materials) that is equal to 4. Meanwhile, the most top Threat indicator is T3 (Competing new entrants), which is 2.3. Then for the intersection points A, B, C, and D, which are point E, are in quadrant I (aggressive strategy). Thus, SWOT analysis of MSMEs in Malang shows a good position, so that SO strategies can be applied.Keywords: SWOT, SMEs, performance improvement strategies

The small industry proven able to survive and continue to grow in the middle of crisis because the sectors still take the local resources, both human resources, capital, raw materials, and equipment for the business. It means that they are not dependent on the import goods.The social network owned by the entrepreneur of small industry could be both supporting and barrier factor for the survival of their business activity. The supporting factor of small business activities are: 1) A proper relationship; 2) A close relationship, personal and informal; 3) Communication and through communication media; 4) Being honest and open to both input and criticism; 5) The informal and flexible cooperation; 6) A proper deliberation; 7) Network extension. Industri kecil terbukti mampu bertahan dan terus berkembang di tengah krisis hal tersebut terjadi karena pada umumnya sektor ini masih memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal, baik itu sumber daya manusia, modal, bahan baku, hingga peralatan, artinya sebagian besar kebutuhan industry kecil dan menengah tidak mengandalkan barang impor.Ditemukan jaringan sosial yang dimiliki oleh pengusaha industri kecil dan menjadi faktor pendorong dan penghambat kebertahanan kegiatan usaha mereka. Faktor pendukung kegiatan usaha pengusaha industri kecil, meliputi: 1). Hubungan yang baik; 2). Terbangunnya hubungan yang erat, personal dan informal; 3). Komunikasi dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan media komunikasi; 4). Adanya sikap jujur dan terbuka terhadap masukan dan kritik; 5). Kerjasama dilakukan secara informal dan fleksibel; 6). Pengutamaan musyawarah; 7). Perluasan jaringan. Adapun faktor penghambat kebertahanan kegiatan usaha industri kecil adalah belum adanya asosiasi pengusaha dan hambatan dalam pemasaran. Kata kunci : jaringan sosial, industri kecil, keberlanjutan usaha

This research aims to analyze the procurement process of raw materials that correspond to six rights (time, place, quality, quantity, type, and price), klanting agroindustry profit, and marketing mix with 7P (product, price, promotion, place, people (human resources), process, and physical evidence). This research uses the case study method at Klanting Agrondustry in Gantimulyo Village Pekalongan District. The location was chosen purposively considering that the village is a klanting production center in East Lampung Regency. Data of this research were collected from December 2019 to January 2020.  The method data analysis used in this research is a descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative. The results of this research indicated that the procurement of raw materials has not fulfilled all the six components precisely, because it does not match reality expected by agroindustry owners on components on time, the right type, right quality, and right quantity. On the right place and right price component, it is accordance with the agroindustry owner's expectations, because the location of raw materials is close to the agroindustry, and the price is low. The advantages of agroindustry are good, because it shows a positive advantage. That advantage obtained in one month at Mekar Sari Agroindustry amounting to IDR4,933,709.57, Mitra Tani Agroindustry amounting to IDR3,854,706.64, and Mitra Lestari Agroindustry IDR2,907,475.87. The agroindustry marketing strategy has implemented components of the 7P marketing mix, only the promotional components are missing applied optimally. Key words: agroindustry, klanting, marketing mix, performance

The possibilities of man to turn natural resources into sources of profit have led the legislator and the right, in general, to resort to much tougher regulations in the field of environmental protection, this could not be possible without knowing precisely the nature of the legal relationship that would lay the basis for subsequent regulations, and in the doctrinal plan it and today suffers from numerous criticisms, debates and controversies. However, one thing is for certain, the relationship of the environment is one of the particular, double-side, where, on the one hand, it regulates the relations between people are established on the occasion of the use, protection, conservation and development, environmental factors, and by the other hand, it requires the modeling of the principles of the other areas of the law with which they come in contact with, and this is asked for a better connectivity and efficiency in the plan for the defense of the values of the environment, the most valuable in the world is on the verge of collapse, natural. In this sense, the realities of today show that the twentieth century is the time of the greatest discoveries and transformations of civilization, but also the most complex and sometimes unintended effects on life. Not long ago, renewable natural resources of the Earth, would be sufficient for the needs of humanity, but for now, as a result of the population explosion, and the unprecedented development of all areas of the business, the demand for raw materials and energy for the production of goods has increased greatly, and the intensive exploitation of natural resources show more obviously, an ecological imbalance. In the context of large-scale changes that can jeopardize the quality of the environment, it is necessary to consider the intentions underlying the exploitation of environmental resources, emerging from the alarming situation that can no longer be tolerated, risking the survival and existence of the human species.

<p><em>Creative industries are industries that intensify information and creativity by relying on stock of knowledge and ideas from Human Resources (HR). One type of creative industry is the batik creative industry. Industrial development was hindered by the inability to access capital, whether provided by the government or other financial institutions. The purpose of this study was to initiate the utilization of batik industry brand rights as collateral for pawning. This type of research uses library research (library research) obtained from literature sources through library research. Then use descriptive methods. Data collection techniques in this study are document studies. Then the data analysis includes: Descriptive Analysis (Analysis Descriptive) and Content Analysis (Content Analysis). The results of the study show that brand rights can be used as collateral for pawning. The use of brand rights as collateral is expected to support the growth of the UMKM batik creative industries in Pekalongan.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong></p><p><em><em>brand rights; collateral; mortgage.</em><br /></em></p>

PT Oto Media Kreasi is a service company engaged in the field of interior and exterior design bodies, producing based on orders or projects. The calculation of the cost of production at PT Oto Media Kreasi plays a role in determining the selling price, which affects the company's profit.The purpose of this study is to determine the calculation of the cost of production as well calculation in determining the selling price with the method applied by PT Oto Media Kreasi, also to find out the calculation of the cost of production as well as the calculation in determining the selling price using the job order costing method and to know the role of the method job order costing in loading the cost of production precisely and more efficiently.The results showed that in calculating the cost of production of PT Oto Media Kreasi still used a simple calculation, only calculating the cost of raw materials, namely Rp.1,092,778,291, direct labor costs Rp.313,200,000, and overhead costs Rp.27,600,000 . The total calculation of the company's production cost is Rp. 1,433,578,291, with a margin percentage of 35.37% of the selling price of Rp. 1,940,640,000. Whereas in calculating the cost of production using the job order costing method in calculating the cost of raw materials Rp.1,101,178,291, the accumulated residual value of raw materials Rp.8,682,000, direct labor costs Rp.313,200,000, and overhead costs Rp.60,532 .260. The total calculation of the cost of production using the job order costing method is Rp.1,466,228,551, with a margin percentage of 32.36% of the selling price of Rp.1,940,640,000. The company has not calculated the cost of goods manufactured using the job order costing method, the cost of goods manufactured is only done by estimating all costs needed to produce a product, so the costs are not classified correctly and the calculations are sufficient simple, so it is difficult to determine the right selling price for a product ordered.The proposed use of the job order costing method is expected so that the owner of the company can apply the calculation of the cost of production so that the company can determine the cost of production in determining the selling price more precisely, so that the owner can know the overall cost of producing the order and also can know the actual acquisition of margins .
