This research aims to analyze the procurement process of raw materials that correspond to six rights (time, place, quality, quantity, type, and price), klanting agroindustry profit, and marketing mix with 7P (product, price, promotion, place, people (human resources), process, and physical evidence). This research uses the case study method at Klanting Agrondustry in Gantimulyo Village Pekalongan District. The location was chosen purposively considering that the village is a klanting production center in East Lampung Regency. Data of this research were collected from December 2019 to January 2020.  The method data analysis used in this research is a descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative. The results of this research indicated that the procurement of raw materials has not fulfilled all the six components precisely, because it does not match reality expected by agroindustry owners on components on time, the right type, right quality, and right quantity. On the right place and right price component, it is accordance with the agroindustry owner's expectations, because the location of raw materials is close to the agroindustry, and the price is low. The advantages of agroindustry are good, because it shows a positive advantage. That advantage obtained in one month at Mekar Sari Agroindustry amounting to IDR4,933,709.57, Mitra Tani Agroindustry amounting to IDR3,854,706.64, and Mitra Lestari Agroindustry IDR2,907,475.87. The agroindustry marketing strategy has implemented components of the 7P marketing mix, only the promotional components are missing applied optimally. Key words: agroindustry, klanting, marketing mix, performance

Keberadaan museum selama ini sering dianggap hanya sebagai tempat memamerkan koleksi budaya maupun sejarah saja, padahal sebenarnya dapat menjadi alternatif yang menarik untuk dikunjungi wisatawan. Kesan membosankan yang menjadi polemik di berbagai museum di Indonesia harus ditepis dengan melakukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Salah satunya yaitu UPT Museum Balanga yang merupakan museum budaya di Kota Palangkaraya. Museum Balanga selain memiliki tempat yang strategis juga memiliki keunikan dari berbagai koleksi yang menunjukkan siklus hidup suku Dayak. Kenyataannya dari data pengunjung yang dihasilkan pada setiap tahun ternyata masih belum mencapai peningkatan yang maksimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Tahap penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data, kemudian tahap analisis dengan membandingkan antara faktor eksternal peluang dan ancaman dengan faktor internal kekuatan dan kelemahan, dan yang terakhir yaitu tahap penetapan strategi berdasarkan marketing mix 7p yaitu product, price, place, promotion, process, people, dan physical evidence. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis kelebihan dan kekurangan pada UPT Museum Balanga serta memformulasikan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan daya tarik dan jumlah pengunjung lokal maupun mancanegara. Pada hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa UPT museum balanga perlu meningkatkan servis excellence dengan melakukan training dan menetapkan standar operasional pegawai, pembenahan terhadap interior dan eksterior desaign, melengkapi berbagai fasilitas penunjang seperti ruang multimedia, cafe dan lainnya, serta meningkatkan promosi dengan memanfaatkan berbagai media sosial dan bekerjasama dengan pihak-pihak terkait.The existence of museums has often been considered only as a place to display cultural and historical collections, when in fact it can be an interesting alternative place for tourists to visit. The boring impression that became polemic in various museums in Indonesia must be erased by carrying out the right marketing strategy. One of them is UPT Museum Balanga which is a cultural museum in Palangkaraya City. Besides having a strategic place, Balanga Museum also has uniqueness on various collections that shows the life cycle of Dayak tribe. But the fact is that the visitor data generated each year has not yet reached the maximum increase. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach using SWOT analysis. The research stage is carried out by collecting data, then the analysis phase by comparing the external factors of opportunity and threat with the internal factors of strengths and weaknesses. In the last step to support the SWOT analysis, the writer uses marketing mix 7p, which are product, price, place, promotion, process, people, and physical evidence. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the UPT Museum Balanga and formulate an appropriate marketing strategy to increase the attractiveness and the amount of local and foreign visitors. The results of this study indicate that the UPT Museum Balanga needs to improve service excellence by conducting training and establishing operational standards for employees, improving the interior and eksterior design, equipping various supporting facilities such as multimedia rooms, cafes and others, and increasing promotion by utilizing various social media and collaborating with related parties.

This study aims to describe the strategies used in increasing restaurant guest visits in Barru Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the 4P marketing mix strategy (Price, Promotion, Place and position) was applied to the Barru district restaurant to increase guest visits, this proved effective in attracting guests to visit the restaurant. product, price, place, promotion, have shown conformity with the segmentation, targeting and positioning expected by the restaurant. For example, the products offered are varied and use quality raw materials in accordance with the positioning that the company wants to achieve as the only restaurant that uses healthy raw chicken and seafood. Apart from that the price, physical evidence and promotion are also in accordance with the targeting of young people and families, because the prices offered are still quite affordable, the place is also unique and is promoted through online media.

This research is a qualitative research to examine the application of Islamic economic perspective marketing in the business of sharia services in Semarang City, a case study in the sharia industry in the Sharia Universe of Semarang City. The focus of this research is to explain how the application of Islamic economic perspective marketing mix to hotel universe sharia. In this study focuses on product, price, promotion, distribution / place carried out by the hotel universe syariah city all the perspectives of Islamic economics theoretically. The purpose of this study is to provide a conclusion about the application of marketing mix namely product, price, promotion, and distribution / place carried out by hotel universe syariah Islamic economic perspective. This study uses a qualitative approach to the case study method. The data analyzed are the results of interviews, documentation and observations with the field of marketing, namely product, price, promotion, and distribution / place in the Semarang Sharia Universe Hotel. The results showed that the application of Islamic economic perspective marketing mix at the Semarang City Semesta Hotel had not been effective. Because in terms of Sharia Universe Hotel products still have not fully implemented several elements and sub elements provided by the Republic of Indonesia's Creative Economy Tourism Minister Regulation Number 2 of 2014 concerning guidelines for sharia hotel business operators. Pembangunan perdesaan adalah bagian integral dari pembangunan Indonesia, hakekat pembangunan adalah pembangunan manusia dan sumber daya manusia di perdesaan masih sangat rendah sehingga, arah pembangunan desa sebaiknya mengutamakan manusia dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1)  mengetahui fasilitas yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat perdesaan sebagai prasarana belajar, (2) menemukan rumusan kawasan binaan kampung kerja sebagai kawasan aglomerasii pendidikan sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini diselenggarakan di Kabupaten Muna dan metode penelitian ini berlandaskan pada paradigma post-positivisme yakni metode studi kasus pendekatan kualitatif dimana aspek – aspek yang dianalisis adalah angkatan kerja, sektor ekonomi, kebutuhan bangunan, infrastruktur, dan zonasi keruangan. Penelitian ini menemukan dua temuan (1) kebutuhan akan fasilitas yang dibutuhkan untuk peningkatan kualitas angkatan kerja, (2) rumusan model kawasan binaan kampung pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja sebagai kawasan aglomerasi peningkatan sumber daya manusia perdesaan.Rural development is an integral part of Indonesia's development, the essence of development is human development and human resources in rural areas are still very low so that the direction of rural development should prioritize humans and job creation. The objetives of this research are (1) find out the facilities needed by rural communities as learning infrastructure, (2) find the formulation of the working area of the working village as an educational agglomeration area as an effort to improve the quality of rural community resources. This research was conducted in Muna Regency and this research method was based on the post-positivism paradigm, a case study method of qualitative approach where the aspects analyzed were labor force, economic sector, building needs, infrastructure, and spatial zoning. This study found two findings (1) the need for facilities needed to improve the quality of the workforce, (2) the formulation of the model of the village built area of education and job training as an agglomeration area to increase rural human resources.

The study aimed to analyze the effect of the marketing mix (product, price, location, promotion, service, human resources, and physical evidence) and brand image of premixed mortar customer loyalty. A total of 100 questionnaire surveys have been distributed to customers in greater Jakarta area who became a decision-maker in a high rise building project. Based on the analysis of the effect of the marketing mix and brand image on premixed mortar loyalty, it can be concluded that product, price, process, and brand image significantly affects loyalty. The variable that has the most significant effect is the price, followed by the product, process and brand image.

Collecting data in this study was conducted using a survey by questionnaire to 114 students by stratified random sampling method. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, F test and test T. The result is a marketing mix that significantly is the product, place, and physical evidence. And that does not affect the marketing mix is price, promotion, place, and processes

<p>Competitive competition in the world of education services is influenced by the consequences of higher education that has the ability to compete that can survive and achieve the target set. Currently, the existing college are competing to develop their potential and ability to attract prospective students. Therefore, the college must create a Marketing Mix Services strategy that is the product, prices, location, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, and brand image mediated by motivation.The approach used is the survey, which is the activity of collecting data as much as possible about the facts that are supporters of the research, with a view to know the status, symptoms, determine the similarity of status by comparing with the standards that have been selected and or determined. (Arikunto &amp; Kusyati, 2015). This research was conducted to determine the effect of product, price, location, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, brand image, to student's motivation in making decision to choose college of Pharmacy in Bukittinggi. The result of research shows that product, price, process, brand image, have positive and significant effect to motivation, while location, promotion, person, physical proof have no significant effect to motivation and motivation have positive and significant influence to decision of vote</p><p> </p><p><em>Persaingan kompetitif dalam dunia layanan pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh konsekuensi pendidikan tinggi yang memiliki kemampuan bersaing yang dapat bertahan dan mencapai target yang ditetapkan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah survei, yaitu kegiatan mengumpulkan data sebanyak mungkin tentang fakta-fakta yang menjadi pendukung penelitian, dengan maksud untuk mengetahui status, gejala, menentukan kesamaan status dengan membandingkan dengan standar yang dimiliki telah dipilih dan atau ditentukan. </em><em>(Arikunto &amp; Kusyati, 2015)</em><em>. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, orang, proses, bukti fisik, citra merek, terhadap motivasi siswa dalam mengambil keputusan memilih perguruan tinggi Farmasi di Bukittinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk, harga, proses, citra merek, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, sedangkan lokasi, promosi, orang, bukti fisik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pemilihan.</em></p>

This article explores household formation among the Greek Orthodox population of a mixed village of Cappadocia inhabited by Muslims, as well. The village, Çukur, was located on the right bank of the river Kızılırmak, 49 kilometers north–northwest of Kayseri.1 I aim to show that complex forms of household formation were the main type of social organization and were especially durable over time, with a high average household membership. I attempt to clarify whether the predominance of extended households—which, as other studies have shown, is not that common in the Asian portion of the Ottoman Empire—was related to the Christian character of this section of the Çukur population, or whether the agricultural basis of the village economy played a more important role.

Alfamart and Indomaret are the market rulers in Indonesia. According to research firm Nielsen, Alfamart and Indomaret take 87% market share (Gumiwang, 2019). Both retailers compete in opening their outlets which can influence marketing strategies and increase sales volume. This study aims to determine the optimal marketing strategy through game theory that is oriented towards the advantages of company facilities that are prioritized by customers and to find out what strategies are appropriate to be improved and maintained so that customers are more satisfied. Using the SPSS 24 Version tool to calculate the level of validity and reliability of each attribute given and also to determine a Cartesian chart to determine Importance Performance Analysis and use the POM-QM 4 software to determine what strategy is superior to Alfamart and Indomaret. The elements of the marketing mix used are Product , price, Promotion, Place, People, physical evidence and process. The purpose of this research is to get an optimal marketing strategy through game theory that is oriented to the advantages of company facilities that are prioritized by customers and to find out what strategies are appropriate to improve so that customers are more satisfied. The results showed that Alfamart was superior in implementing promotion strategies and Indomaret was superior in implementing product strategies.

Amil zaka in zaka institutions has the right as one of eight ashnaf. Their rights are usually used by zaka institutions as operational cost. However, not all of the intitutions which manage zaka take amil’s right, one of them is Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This institution does not take amil’s right and it is independent in its operational cost. To support this operational cost, Yayasan Nurul Hayat establish business unit with utilize its profit.This study aimed to discover the capability of business unit in supporting operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The selections of informant are using purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews and documentation. This data is analyzed using descriptive method.The result of this study shows that Yayasan Nurul Hayat Employments’ Salary is taken from business unit’s profit. It is also used to give bonus for employments and grow the business unit of Yayasan Nurul Hayat up. From the result of this study, it can be concluded that the business unit which is developed has great capability to support operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat.
