Such classes were characterized by the presence of mutual conditioning of children’s behavior, which contributed to moral education (collectivism, camaraderie, conscious discipline). The article provides an overview of scientific publications of Kazakh scientists related to innovations in pedagogical education, development of innovative activities of teachers of preschool organizations. The authors conducted an analysis of the available studies on preschool education and upbringing in recent years, concluding that recently in preschool institutions of Kazakhstan more attention has been paid into education rather than upbringing. Thus, innovative education is considered as a new pedagogy, new educational processes and technologies aimed at a specific result, and the mental development of preschool children is influenced trough the game, the presence of communicative skills and physical education. At the same time, it is important to create conditions for the development of children’s individual and personal abilities, and the main reasons for the introduction of innovative technologies in the educational process are conservatism and emotional burnout of teachers.

The paper deals with the optimal ratio of physical training and moral education in the educational process of a higher education institution that trains employees of the penitentiary system (PS). As one of the ways to solve this problem, it is proposed to introduce moral values to students - prospective employees of the PS in the process of physical education. It is substantiated that moral values are values that are socially approved and shared by most people, they are associated with morality as an ethical category and its structure. There are classic signs of moral values (responsibility of a person for these values; awareness of moral insolvency affecting the conscience; the need for such values; the ratio of moral values to reward and punishment) and their classification (fundamental, basic and systemic social and moral values). The author has selected moral values that should be introduced to cadets - prospective employees of the PS in the process of physical education (good, duty, mutual understanding, mercy, responsibility, truth, freedom, conscience, justice, empathy). It is proved that the value altruism is concretized by the values charity and justice and therefore is not represented in the general list of values. Justice and mercy are considered to be sides of the golden rule of morality, the bilateral action of which contributes to co-feeling, co-action, co-help, co-participation. Values good, mutual understanding, freedom, responsibility, truth and empathy are described as values that should be introduced to a cadet in the process of physical education in order to develop him as a moral personality.

The article analyses the question of theoretical and methodological basis of labor education of preschool year children. The focus of this study is on the need to look at moral education through a retrospective of labor education. Much attention is given to the work teachers of the past (D. Locke, K. Ushinsky, A. Makarenko, V. Sukhomlinsky, etc.) who used work as a means of comprehensive development of the child. In Soviet times, thorough systematic research was conducted in this area (Z. Borysova, T. Vvedenska, V. Nechayeva, V. Pavlenchyk). Considering the issue of preschooler labor education, researchers have proved the educational significance of children's work in educational institutions, linking it with the formation of individual moral qualities. Modern Ukrainian scientists (G. Byelyenka, O. Dolynna, M. Mashovets, O. Nyzkovska) recommend to promote the active participation of children in hard work from an early age that will determine the formation of their work skills and positive attitude to work. They argue that labor education in preschool childhood contributes to the effective development of moral qualities of individual, the improvement of the educational process. The necessary moral qualities of the child's personality are formed in the relationship of labor and moral education. They are responsibility, diligence, mutual assistance, etc. The analysis of scientists’ research shows that the up-to-date development of this problem is marked by the lack of attention to it. The author gives the reasons for the necessity of cultivating the sensitivity by means of labor activity within the preschool children. Extensive coverage is given to involving preschoolers in hard work that is associated with the care of animals and plants, having the aim to improve the morality of personality. The author points out that the effectiveness of the use of labor in nature as a form of work in preschool education, in order to improve children sensitivity through daily taking care of animals and plants. The author argues that sensualy-joyful knowledge of the natural environment by preschool children, their humane perception of living beings is a reliable background for the formation of sensitivity in childhood. At the same time, the study confirms that children are not isolated from suffering, grief and worries. Having the opportunity for such an experience, children understand the necessity of care process.
