Parenting style is a way that parents use in trying various strategies to encourage children to achieve the desired goals. Parenting style is a reflection of parental behavior that is applied to children. It affects the learning achievement in schools, especially for elementary school children. This study aimed to determine (1) the relationship between parenting style with Civics learning outcomes, and (2) the parenting style applied by parents in democratic, authoritarian and permissive types. This research was conducted at State Primary School 2 of Caracas in 2018/2019 academic year. This research used a quantitative approach with the correlation method analysis. The subjects were 38 students in fifth grade. The data collection techniques were in the form of observation and questionnaires. The hypothesis test of this research was the product moment correlation coefficient analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between parenting style with Civic learning outcomes of fifth grade students of State Primary School 2 of Caracas with a correlation of 12.1%. The correlation between parenting style and democratic type was 17%, authoritarian type was 13.1% and permissive type was 12.2%. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of basic kick motion skills in pencak silat through variations of the basic 'T' and front kick motion using assistive media in fifth grade students of SDN Pinggir Papas I in the 2020/2021 academic year. This research was a Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research was carried out using one cycle, if the desired results have not been achieved then the following cycle is continued, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were twenty-four students of grade five SDN Pinggir Papas I for the 2020/2021 academic year. The data sources came from teachers and students. Data collection by front kick pencak silat and activity observation during the teaching and learning activities of kicks in pencak silat using learning aids. The data in this study were in the form of quantitative and qualitative data. In this research, it produces data on the improvement of students in learning the basic movements of the T kick and front of the pencak silat with variations and learning aids. The achievement of completeness of the learning outcomes of the pencak silat T kick from pre-cycle one is about sixty-seven percent. From cycle one to cycle two amounted to twenty five percent. Meanwhile, learning outcomes for front kicks from pre-cycle to cycle 1 experienced an increase of fifty-four percent. The improvement of learning outcomes for T and forwards kicks with variations in T and forwards kick exercises has increased until it reaches the learning target, namely reaching the good and very good categories. Based on the results of the study, the conclusion is: Variations in the basic motion of the 'T' kick and forwards in learning can improve learning outcomes of the basic movement skills of pencak silat kicks in fifth grade students of SDN Piggir Papas I in the 2020/2021 school year.

In learning, students often face social problems and the teacher does not try to solve the problems through the implementation of learning approach. Therefore, a learning approach that is able to develop social relationship needs to be created to make the learning more enjoyable. Learning in the setting of “teacher directed” or the one which combines the learning environment called “self-directed”. Thus, inquiry model which specifically used in this research called social inquiry is expected to be able to make the teacher know the learning problem in Civics subject and then take steps to solve it. Based on the result of the research, it was known that there was an improvement in terms of quality in the activities and learning outcomes on the fifth grade students at SDN Karangsemanding 02 Balung district, Jember regency in 2018/2019 academic year. There was a considerable raise in the graphic. The classical achievement in pre-cycle which was 58.6% increased to 82.75% in cycle I and 96.55% in cycle II. Meanwhile, the average score of the class increased from 67 in cycle I to 74 in cycle II.

One of the problems in the learning process of class V SD Al-Manar Surabaya in the academic year 2019-2020 integer material is the teacher uses lecture methods that make students quickly bored and passive. The impact is students have difficulty accepting lessons well and learning outcomes are less than KKM. Therefore, to overcome these problems the researchers applied the course review horay (CRH) learning model. CRH can make students more active and not feel bored. In addition, the application of the course review horay learning model can focus students in learning, so students will more easily receive the material well. The purpose of this study is to describe an increase in learning outcomes after applying the course review horay (CRH) learning model of mathematics in integer material in fifth grade students of SD Al-Manar Surabaya. This type of research is a classroom action research that has been carried out in two cycles with an indicator of research success by 75%. The subjects of this study were 28 students in grade V-B SD Al-Manar Surabaya, consisting of 14 male students and 14 female students. The results showed that learning outcomes have increased with the percentage of completeness of the first cycle 64.28% and the second cycle 85.71%. Thus it can be concluded that the course review horay (CRH) learning model can improve mathematics learning outcomes of integer material in fifth grade students of SD Al-Manar Surabaya.
