The purpose of conducting this research is to find out the students’ motivation in online learning process, to find out the problems faced by the student, parents, and teachers and described the effective solution for the problems in Sadang. The researcher used descriptive qualitative in conducting this research. The technique in collecting data, the researcher used documentation, observation, and interview. The result of this research shows that students’ have a good motivation in learning process in the first condition, but gradually they feel bored and saturated. The problems faced by the teachers is about the difficulties to give the material, the learning process is not effective because teachers can not directly give explanation of the material to the students, teachers get difficulties to build a good motivation in learning process. The problems faced by the parents is about helping students to study, finished the homework, and worried about the students’ psychology progress. the researcher believed that every problems will have an alternative solution.  By inviting students to discuss together about the material and created kind of study group with other students can make the students excited to study. Have a good communication and collaboration with parents is the appropriate solution for all of the teachers’ problems, teachers can discuss about the learning progress, and monitoring the students by parents. Teachers should have variative way in learning process to created students’ creativity. The solution for parents is help students during learning process and invite them to play together, it will make them excited to study.

Abstract - Early March 2020, the corona virus began to spread in Indonesia. To suppress the wider spread of the virus, the government made policies regarding social restrictions. This has resulted in many schools and colleges, offices and companies, and other public places, deciding whether employees or their students should work or study from home. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of online learning during the Corona virus pandemic in Bandung Kridatama Polytechnic students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, and data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. While the analysis of data acquisition was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that online learning carried out during the Corona virus pandemic was ineffective because obstacles were still found that interfered with the learning process, including the absence of two-way communication between students and lecturers, Besides other obstacles, namely students who do not have enough quotas to take part in online learning, or lecturers who do not understand technology so that learning is not carried out using online learning applications but through Whatsapp groups. Keywords: learning, online learning, pandemic, Corona virus Abstrak – Awal bulan Maret tahun 2020, virus corona mulai menyebar di Indonesia. Untuk menekan penyebaran virus yang lebih luas lagi, pemerintah membuat kebijakan mengenai pembatasan sosial.  Hal tersebut mengakibatkan banyak sekolah dan kampus, kantor dan perusahaan,  serta tempat-tempat publik lainnya, memutuskan  para karyawan atau anak didiknya untuk bekerja atau belajar dari rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas pembelajaran online di masa pandemi virus Corona pada mahasiswa Politeknik Kridatama Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis perolehan data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pembelajaran online yang dilaksanakan selama masa pandemi virus Corona kurang efektif karena masih ditemukan hambatan yang mengganggu proses pembelajaran diantara-Nya tidak terjalinnya komunikasi dua arah antara mahasiswa dan dosen, disamping hambatan-hambatan lainnya yaitu mahasiswa yang tidak memiliki cukup kuota untuk mengikuti pembelajaran online, atau dosen yang kurang memahami teknologi sehingga pembelajaran tidak dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran online tetapi melalui grup Whatsapp. Kata Kunci: pembelajaran, pembelajaran online, pandemik, virus Corona

AbstrakPenelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala pembelajaran daring di SD Negeri 38 Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengumpulan data yang dilakukan secara observasi, wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kendala yang dialami guru selama pembelajaran daring yaitu sulitnya mencari strategi yang sesuai dengan pembelajaran daring, guru kurang menguasai penggunan teknologi dan hanya menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp, cara penilaian (sikap, pengetahuan, keterampilan) yang kurang efektif, kurangnya fasilitas yang dimiliki siswa dalam mendukung pembelajaran daring, sering terjadinya gangguan koneksi internet sehingga menghambat dalam proses pembelajaran daring, kuota bantuan dari Kemendikbud yang tidak dapat digunakan, guru tidak bisa menilai secara langsung kelemahan dan kelebihan setiap siswa, tugas yang diberikan oleh guru kepada siswa kebanyakan dikerjakan oleh orang tua siswa.Kata Kunci: Kendala, Pembelajaran Daring, Pandemi AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the obstacles to online learning at SD Negeri 38 Bengkulu City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique was done by observing, interviewing and documenting. Data analysis used in this research is data collection by observation, interviews. The results showed that the obstacles experienced by teachers during online learning were the difficulty of finding strategies that were suitable for online learning, teachers were not good at using technology and only used the WhatsApp application, ineffective methods of assessment (attitudes, knowledge, skills), lack of facilities owned by students. In supporting online learning, there are frequent internet connection disruptions that hinder the online learning process, the quota for assistance from the Ministry of Education and Culture cannot be used, the teacher cannot directly assess the weaknesses and strengths of each student, the tasks given by the teacher to students are mostly done by parents students.Keywords: Constraints, Online Learning, Pandemic

Online learning policies during the COVID-19 pandemic are the main solution to keeping the learning process going. But in the implementation, there are obstacles and flaws. The purpose of this study is to analyze the boredom learning toward biological students at IAIN Jember amid the COVID-19 pandemic. This research used the descriptive qualitative method with in-depth analysis. The results this study indicate the biological students at IAIN Jember experience learning burnout due to various factors indicated by several symptoms of learning burnout.   Kebijakan pembelajaran daring selama pandemi COVID-19 menjadi solusi utama agar proses pembelajaran tetap dapat berlangsung. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat kendala dan kekurangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pembelajaran daring terhadap kejenuhan belajar mahasiswa Tadris Biologi IAIN Jember ditengah pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualiatif menggunakan analisis secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa mengalami kejenuhan belajar dikarenakan berbagai faktor yang ditunjukkan oleh beberapa gejala kejenuhan belajar. The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic forced many universities to apply online learning. The purpose of this study was to break down the online learning process in the early pandemic as well as effective and optimal online learning. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Interestingly, this study found online learning using the WhatsApp Group to be the most effective in the early COVID-19 pandemic. WhatsApp is easy, simple, and does not require a large data quota package. Through WhatsApp accounts, learning took place optimally because students and lecturers could communicate and share PowerPoint files, Microsoft Word files, JPGs, Voice Notes, Videos, and other learning resource links. The study recommends that other researchers uncover the solution to obstacles experienced by students in online learning and the development of other media to implement effective online lectures.

The Covid-19 pandemic is the main reason in doing online learning. The change in this learning process is one of the efforts to stop the spread of the virus. Lecturers and students must adapt with this changes so that the learning process can run well. Many problems that arise in online learning can be solved if the lecturer has good communication strategies and styles during the online learning process. This study aims to analyze and explain some problems that arise in online English course and some communication strategies between lecturer and students to improve the quality of learning. This is a qualitative study with case study method. The subjects of this study were a lecturer and 10 students of the 4th semester Management study program who took English courses. Data collection in this study was done by observation and interview. The result showed that the problems are learning burnout, students’ frustration, and obstacles in providing feedback from students. The communication strategy between lecturers and students during the online courses is very important, such as lecturer should plan the learning process as well as possible and create a creative, varied, and innovative way to foster student enthusiasm in learning, lecturer should apply two-way communication that providing opportunities for students in responding either in the form of questions, discussions, or comments, and implement a collaborative learning system strategy in the form of project based learning (PjBL) and problem based learning (PBL).

Complete online learning is mandatory due to COVID 19 that hit Indonesia. In the implementation of fully online learning, there are obstacles and obstacles. So it is necessary to research the conditions of learning while entirely online. This study describes the learning process and obstacles during complete online learning. This study also discusses online learning facilities that are of interest to students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method to analyze the problem. Respondents in this study were 2047 students. This study resulted in 3 things that happened to fully online learning related to quotas, learning media, and learning facilities. These three components need attention so that full online lectures can run smoothly.

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced humans to change behavior in various aspects and various fields, including education. The basic policy carried out by the government for the world of education during the Covid-19 Pandemic is the existence of a study from home policy for all levels of education. This policy changed the way educational institutions conduct the learning process, from face-to-face learning in the classroom to distance learning. Ready or not ready, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced universities that previously were not optimal in preparing and implementing online learning to carry out full implementation. Students and lecturers who previously lacked interest in carrying out online learning were required to conduct online lectures. Because the essence of lectures is a dialogue between students and lecturers or between students and students, then in the implementation of online lectures an application is needed that can guarantee the implementation of the dialogue. Of the many internet facilities for online lectures, the WhatsApp application is one of the recommended options for use in online lectures. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. In collecting the data, this research conducted observations on the whatsapp group. While the data analysis technique of this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are the whatsapp group feature is a good alternative used in the online learning process. There are so many benefits and also students become active in class even though they don't do face-to-face.

This study aims to find out a brief history of the history of Muhammadiyah education in Tulangan, Sidoarjo, learning strategies, analyzing the courageous learning process, supporting and inhibiting factors for teachers in carrying out learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a very big impact on education, especially in the learning process that was initially carried out directly but is now converted into courageous learning. Students are required to be accustomed to less effective courage. This research was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan. This research used This type of research is a qualitative descriptive method. By taking sound recordings during the interview process. Learning strategies are carried out in order to achieve learning objectives which are expected to establish good communication between teachers, students and also guardians of students. As for some of the supporting factors for teachers in the learning process, namely the number of cellphones, quotas, and stable internet networks. And the inhibiting factor is not being able to meet face to face directly which makes students not focus on receiving online learning.

Integrated Islamic Primary School (SDIT) Insan Madani Madiun has implemented online learning in the Even Semester of the 2019/2020 Academic Year to keep the learning going during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the learning process of tahsin and tahfidz during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is descriptive qualitative; indirect interviews carried out data collection due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study indicates that learning uses existing social media with a system, namely the provision of learning videos, then students make daily Tahsin and Tahfidz deposits via WhatsApp (WA). Some of the obstacles include consuming a lot of quotas and weak internet networks. The learning process still needs to be optimized, and it is necessary to evaluate the improvement of online learning in the next period.

Online learning, also known as e-learning, is the result of the evolution of distance learning that has developed following technological developments, especially information technology. Before the pandemic, online learning was only one alternative that enriched the learning process. Various courses are implemented by combining offline and online learning processes called blended learning. Through the Learning Management System (LMS), the Department of Architecture Unhas combines offline and online learning in studio-based design courses. Lecturers and students are trained to carry out the stages of the learning process guided by online procedures. The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic has made online learning the only way to keep the learning process going as planned. The sudden shift of studio-based courses from offline to totally online resulted in a change in the learning environment and experience. This study found that the online learning process is largely determined by the availability of learning materials and instruction in the LMS, the distance between learning space and time, the learning experience and the meaning of independent learning perceived by students. The study involved student participants at all semester levels, academic administration staff, lecturers, and student parents.
