In addition, this research also aims to identify which of the variables has the strongestrelationship with BR among polytechnic students. The study employs a quantitative method. 378questionnaires were distributed to polytechnic students of the northern region. The study resulted a significant relationship between BC, BE and BEX in the BR of polytechnic’s students. Based on these results, it is found that BC has the strongest relationship with BR among polytechnic’s students of  the northern region in Malaysia. The findings from this research can be used by next researchers, practitioners, government, university authority as well as academician, as guidance for them to manage well their BR.

This article uses the 2008 Egypt Demographic and Health Survey to explore the relationship between religion and women’s attitudes toward intimate partner violence (IPV). It also asks whether modernization, as measured by having a higher education or living in an urban area, can mediate or moderate this relationship. Using latent class analysis to create categories of women’s wife-beating attitudes, and multinomial regression to explore the relationship between religion, education, and urbanity, we find no significant relationship between being Muslim and justifying wife beating. Our data further suggest that neither education nor urbanity mediate or moderate this relationship.

Teachers begin to experience symptoms of fatigue due to heavy workload characterized by working ineffectively in the classroom so that the interest of the students declined. This study aims to test whether there is relationship between self-regulation and burnout in teachers. The population was junior high school’s teacher. This study use population research, where all the population used as a sample. Researchers use all certified teachers in the school, participants are 35 teachers. The approach used is quantitative method. Data collected using self-regulation and burnout scales, and analyzed using pearson product moment correlation test. The results obtained from this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between self-regulation with burnout in teachers. Significant relationships are seen from the p-value of 0.017 and r value of -0.401. The r value indicates that the relationship between the two variables have a negative direction, meaning that the higher of self-regulation, the lower of burnout. Individual’s good self-regulation be able to cope stress and emotions, because of burnout arising drag on stress experienced by the individual.

Consequently, understanding the relationship between effective resource budgeting and project management is a necessity. The main purpose of this study was to determine if there is a significant relationship between effective resource budgeting and project management. In this research paper, a literature review in the field of resource budgeting and project management was presented, and the papers were discussed for a deeper understanding of state of the art. This research made use of quantitative method to gather data due to the nature of the topic. Survey was used as a method of data collection. It was concluded that resource budgeting is a tool for project management, hence effective resource budgeting goes a long way in ensuring the success of a project. It was recommended that a more comprehensive research covering other states in Nigeria should be carried out so as to contribute to existing knowledge on project management. This paper focuses on how education contributes to economic growth. That is to say that there is a significant relationship between the variables of education and the economic growth of Cameroon. Education is therefore a priority for all nations. This shows the prominent place it occupies in the Constitution of almost every state. There are several studies that have focused on the relationship between education and economic growth of the microeconomic perspective, as macroeconomic, both theoretically and empirically. Empirical studies, which have been carried out everywhere around the world, do not agree with the fact that education has a positive effect on economic growth. The estimation results show that literacy rate, however, remains ambiguous and contradictory when OLS is going to GMM. Investing in Literacy is a challenge for development and it is the heart of poverty reduction process at all levels.

The average person’s weight is climbing as the world grows richer. This chapter investigates the relationship between wealth and weight. Cross-national macro data (1995–2005) analysis finds a small, positive, statistically significant relationship; a 10 percentage point increase in a country’s wealth is associated with an absolute body mass index (BMI) increase of 0.03 points (a 0.13% change). US micro data from the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth (1985–2012) shows a small, negative, statistically significant relationship: each extra pound of weight is associated with a loss of $226 of wealth, and one additional BMI point is associated with a wealth reduction of about $1,900 for the typical adult. A potential explanation for this seeming contradiction is that the macro data are heavily weighted toward poorer developing countries, which make up a majority of the world’s population, and the micro data represent the experiences of a rich developed country.

The relationship between higher education and the world of work is complex and often characterized by a great deal of misperception, underscored by the recent press for accountability purportedly in response to reports of public dissatisfaction with the lack of transparency in institutions of higher education. This chapter explores the complex relationship between learning outcomes assessment, employer expectations, and traditional and emerging pedagogies. An approach used at Washington State University that uses assessment and technology as levers to help students and faculty bridge the real and the perceptual divide between learning in school and learning in the world of work is presented.

American higher education is envied around the world and owes its success to an extraordinary partnership with the federal government. Despite this, there is significant political strain in the relationship between the public and higher education. This is due in part to a number of misunderstandings about who goes to college and how much they pay.

Molar development is widely accepted as a reliable indicator of chronological age in a forensic context. A quantitative method for age estimation has been proposed by Cameriere et al. based on the relationship between chronological age and the third molar maturity index (I3M), which is the ratio between the two apical pulp widths and the total tooth length. Cameriere’s cut off value of 0.08 was found to be a reliable tool in assessing the threshold of 18 years of age. The aim of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of the I3M in different ethnic populations focusing on its specificity (subjects correctly classified as <18 years based on I3M >0.08) and sensitivity (subjects correctly classified as ≥18 years based on I3M <0.08). A review of 22 scientific articles was performed, representing data from panoramic radiographs of 12,286 individuals (5723 males and 6563 females) from all over the world, including some ethnical subgroups. The I3M showed an overall sensitivity for both sexes ranging from 51.8% to 93.4% and a specificity ranging from 86.2% to 100%. The proportion of correctly classified individuals ranged from 74% to 95%. These results can be useful to refer the age estimation with the margin of error of subjects correctly classified as minors (specificity) or adults (sensitivity), according to sex, ethnicity and geographical distribution. The I3M can be considered a suitable method for estimating adulthood in forensic settings, regardless of sex. However, ethnic group can affect the accuracy.
