The family presence during resuscitation (FPDR) has received wide support to be implemented in the ICU.Theimplementation of FPDR has positive impacts on family satisfaction. However, some of the nurses’ opinion stillnot agree on implementation of FPDR in ICU. This research therefore utilized phenomenological approach to gaindescriptive explanation regarding this phenomenon. The purpose of this study is to explore the nurse’s experiences in theimplementation of FPDR in the ICU. This research was conducted on the year 2020 and qualitative phenomenologicalapproach was utilized for this research. Ten (10) ICU nurses have participated in this study and in-depth interviewwas employed for data collection. Data analysis is conducted using Colaizzi. Result of this research areexplained in6 themes which describe the phenomenon of nurses’ experience onfamily presence during recusitation, as follows:(1) Decisions on family; (2) From burdened to selfconfident; (3) Families enhancing teamwork; (4) The bereavedfamily disrupts the CPR process; (5) Feels of ignoring patiets’ family and (6) Expectingthe family be accompaniedby staff nurse. From a nurse’s perspective, the implementation of FDPR has a positive impact on patients, familiesand on the ICU nurse team. However, this also has an unpleasant impact on ICU nurses, especially if the nurseis not ready for the practice. Therefore, policy support and training for nurses are needed in its implementation.

Technological advances not only have a positive impact on people's lives, but misuse of technology can cause social problems. One of the consequences of technology misuse is the phenomenon of divorce due to an affair between husband and wife that can be recorded through social media. The purpose of this study seeks to know the efforts made in preventing divorce due to social media abuse in a Sociological perspective. This research uses qualitative research methods with phenomenological approach, data processing using Nvivo 12. The results showed that divorce due to social media abuse was triggered by an affair between the husband and wife through social media resulting in an ongoing altercation. Efforts to prevent divorce due to social media abuse are carried out by various parties such as efforts from couples not to divorce, families who seek to reconcile, courts that seek mediation, even the city government that actively provides socialization about family resilience rules, premarital education programs, mother's father's school program, and efforts to strengthen the functioning of the family.

This study aims to determine the construction of reality carried out by the community against the tomb of Dewi Sekardadu as pro-poor tourism development. This research method is qualitative with the Peter L. Berger phenomenological approach. The results showed that there was a construction of reality carried out through three stages (externalization, objectivation, internalization). In the externalization, the stakeholders emphasized the Islamic side of Dewi Sekardadu. The objective reality of Dewi Sekardadu as an Islamic figure was accepted by the whole community because they got primary socialization from the family. Secondary socialization of Dewi Sekardau's tomb as a tourism commodity occurs when the community is mature. Due to a lack of knowledge, existing tourism support facilities cannot be maximized by most people. They still work as keepers of fish ponds and river fishermen due to the lack of socialization and training in tourism management from the government.

Research Highlights: Families more dependent on crops as the main source of income of properties have a greater intention of restoring Polylepis forest areas. However, this intention reduces with the increase of family dependence on subsistence products supplied by Polylepis forests. Properties where the chances of restoration of Polylepis forests are greater are those where the educational and technical level is better. Objectives: We aimed to comprehend which socioeconomic factors of rural properties and families’ perception were determinant for the intention to restore Polylepis forests in the Central Andes region of Peru. Material and Methods: We collected data through visits and the application of questionnaires. We selected 13 rural communities in the Tulumayo River Basin. We randomly sampled 10 to 20 families in each community, depending on its size, totaling 200 families. We used generalized linear mixed model (GLMM) to test which variables affect the intention to restore the forest. Results: When crops are the main source of income in the property, the families have more intention to restore Polylepis areas, on the other hand, when Polylepis forests are an important source of products for the family subsistence, the intention to restore forests reduces, indicating that higher technological status has a positive impact on restoration. The perception that Polylepis forests are important for the existence of water sources had a positive impact on the families’ intention to restore the areas. However, the perception that Polylepis forests are important for native flora persistence had a negative impact on the intention to restore their areas. Conclusions: Our results showed that investment in improving the productivity of the properties and in the education of their landowners should increase the success of eventual programs for restoration of Polylepis forests.

This study investigated the effect of patent value on the renewal (survival) of patents. The private value of patents can be one of the main pillars sustaining a firm’s value, and the estimation of the value may contribute to the strategic management of firms. The current study aimed to confirm the recent research findings with survival analysis, focusing on the more homogeneous patent data samples. In this study, a dataset is constructed from a cohort of 6646 patents from the 1996 and 1997 application years, using patent data from the European Patent Office (EPO). We found that the family size and non-patent backward citations exhibited profound impacts on patent survival. This result is in line with numerous studies, indicating the positive impact of science linkages in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields. It was also found that the effect of the ex-post indicator is not as strong as the ex-ante indicators, like traditional family size and backward citations. In short, the family size matters most for the survival of patents, according to the current research.
