Regarding contemporary formal education, several students question themselves about specific information treated in the classroom. In Brazil, courses focusing on building knowledge for undergraduate purposes are like undergraduate degrees. The various existing Brazilian undergraduate degrees undergo in their curriculum notes various changes for the most different motivations. Especially in a world where knowledge is rapidly reconstructed and shaped with the emergence of new technologies in the new post-digital age. These circumstances create difficulties due to the need for constant legislative updating.In this context, the teacher finds an extremely unstable situation, the point of view of its implementation, where, on the one hand, has the need for constant changes and technological adaptations, and other guiding legislation of their work with updating needs.The indiscriminate use of technology makes mostly people without initiatives to build creative thinking. In addition, there are daily cases of depression and various diseases arising from the occurrence of this fast-paced, connected and globalized world. From this point of view, it is up to the teacher to broker an orientation for to the use of such innovations to be beneficial, not the other way around. In this paper, we present one of the possible uses of technology, inserting or learning as a protagonist of its own educational process and presenting very interesting results of engagement.

AbstractIn this article we examine the educational process and learning from the edusemiotic point of view in terms of meaningful experience and meaningful action. A conception of meaningful experience is central in many branches of educational thinking, from pragmatism to existentialism. We analyze this conception from two traditional and somewhat remote perspectives, utilizing some themes of Kant’s educational philosophy on the one hand and Greimas’ semiotics on the other. Kant’s views of human formative powers – Bildung – will be described as a basic philosophy of learning experience. Kant’s theory is then critiqued from the perspective of existentialist educational philosophy. Concepts of meaningful learning and experience are further clarified utilizing Greimas’ semiotic tools and, specifically, his semiotic square. Finally, the question of meaningful learning experience is related to Kant’s pedagogical paradox and the educator’s role in the pedagogical process.

Se trata de una propuesta de innovación que pretende ser realizada en el contexto de las actividades en el medio natural en relación con las tecnologías de la información y comunicación a través de la materia de Educación Física en un centro educativo de Educación Secundaria. Se pretende poder innovar en nuestro contexto educativo con la incorporación de las nuevas tecnologías y poder comprobar los resultados, siendo así el centro de nuestro trabajo el diseño y evaluación de una aplicación que creemos mejora la experiencia de aprendizaje de los estudiantes. La intervención ha consistido, por tanto, en el desarrollo e implementación de una aplicación móvil (Orienta Educación Deportiva) basándonos para ello en el análisis de los criterios de diseño y usabilidad de varias aplicaciones relacionadas con la materia, que propone caminos interactivos y actualizados en el proceso educativo, con el fin de mejorar y enriquecer el proceso de Enseñanza-Aprendizaje del alumnado mediante el uso de dispositivos digitales.En consecuencia, cien alumnos han usado y evaluado esta aplicación durante el curso escolar 2019-2020. Para la evaluación, han cumplimentado un cuestionario sobre su usabilidad y experiencia en el proceso de Enseñanza-Aprendizaje, así como expresado su opinión en relación al uso de la aplicación en orientación deportiva. Tras el análisis de los resultados obtenidos se puede observar que los alumnos valoran la aplicación de forma muy positiva en referencia a las características de la misma con valores de conformidad por encima del 85%, mostrando también un grado de adquisición de nuevos contenidos en su experiencia de aprendizaje con valores del 87%. La Educación Física está llamada a seguir procesos de inmersión digital, asociados al uso de tecnología, especialmente la móvil (Díaz,2019). Por lo que con la implantación de esta propuesta de innovación se intenta fomentar el uso de las nuevas tecnologías. This is an innovation proposal that aims to be carried out in the context of activities in the natural environment in relation to information and communication technologies through the subject of Physical Education in a Secondary High School. The aim is to be able to innovate in our educational context with the incorporation of new technologies and to be able to verify the results, thus being the center of our work the design and evaluation of an application that we believe improves the learning experience of students. The intervention has consisted, therefore, of the development and implementation of a mobile application (Orienta Educación Deportiva) based on the analysis of the design criteria and usability of various applications related to the subject, which proposes interactive and updated paths in the educational process, in order to improve and enrich the teaching-learning process of the students through the use of digital devices.Consequently, one hundred students have used and evaluated this application during the 2019-2020 school year. For the evaluation, they have completed a questionnaire about their usability and experience in the teaching-learning process, as well as expressed their opinion in relation to the use of the application in orientation. After analyzing the results obtained, it can be seen that the students value the application in a very positive way in reference to its characteristics, with conformity values above 85%, also demonstrating a degree of acquisition of new contents in their learning experience with values of 87%. The Physical Education is called to follow processes of digital immersion, associated with the use of technology, especially mobile (Díaz, 2019). Therefore, with the implementation of this innovation proposal, an attempt is made to promote the use of new technologies.

This study was developed with Early Childhood Preservice Teachers within the framework of the Teaching and Learning of Social Sciences over three academic years (2017–2018, 2018–2019, and 2019–2020) at the University of Alcalá. The main objective was to improve the learning to learn competence during teacher training from an outdoor experience at the Museum of Guadalajara (Spain), using e/m-learning tools (Blackboard Learn, Google Forms, QR codes, and websites) and the inquiry-based learning approach. To ascertain the level of acquisition of this competence in those teachers who were being trained, their self-perception—before and after—of the outdoor experience was assessed through a system of categories adapted from the European Commission. The results show a certain improvement in this competence in Early Childhood Preservice Teachers. Additionally, this outdoor experience shows the insufficient educational adaptation of the museum to the early childhood education stage from a social sciences point of view. Finally, we highlight the importance of carrying out outdoor experiences from an inquiry-based education approach. These outdoor experiences should be carried out in places like museums to encourage contextualized and experiential learning of the youngest in formal education.

AbstractIntroduction: In this article, we want to point out what kind of pedagogical and didactic change is being recorded in Slovakia’s education system and we will point out where it could go and develop to achieve positive results. This article is one of the upcoming outputs in the form of paper and study on the provision of structured, analytical and critical thinking (SAC). In the article, it is shown how the situation has changed and how we perceive the attitude of students during the educational process. Next, it is described current problems and inadequacies in the educational process and define how to use a change of thinking to increase motivation and improve access to knowledge.Purpose: In general, there is a consensus that it is important for teachers to be able to guide their students to problem-solving skills (Aktaş & Ünlü, 2013). It is pointed out that, with the right educational tools, such skills can be stimulated, developed and improved (Jordaan & Jordaan, 2005). This article is designed for all levels of education, but we are mostly concerned with educating future educators.Methods: In this paper, there are described methods that can help to improve the quality of thinking of students and thus increase the level of thinking of the whole society. This article take inspiration from important historical personalities as well as relevant current personalities in their professions. Critical, analytical and creative thinking, also based on logical and structured thinking, is our main method of our educational process.Conclusion: In conclusion, it is pointed out the need to develop SAC as a whole. It is important for the general publica to have better skills in SAC, for example, from the point of view of cognitive mistakes in experts, in the field of political literacy, recognition of misinformation and a better general awareness of rational thinking. As can be seen, SAC is not only about education, but it also closely affects society as a whole. It can thus influence the operation of the company, prevent the development of the first-class solutions offered and raise the whole company to a higher level.

Educational programmes have recognized the growing need to use computers in the classes as it presents unprecedented challenges that help the students to acquire an inquiring, critical and creative mind to capitalize on the opportunities driven by the growth of information, knowledge and technology. The computer knowledge has begun influencing student’s learning experience for more than 25 years ago, but it was in a moderate manner (Cuban, 2001). However, the past decade has witnessed major trend toward integrating computer technology in all the language classes. The integration has increased because the computer technology represents an accessible and instant information, enormous potential for interactivity and media–rich communication, as well as educational tools which engage the students in the classroom (Mouza, 2002). Undoubtedly the recent advancement in information technology and computer usage in the classroom is rapidly transforming the environment of the classroom. The teachers cannot ignore the reality the today’s classroom must provide technology-supported learning (Angers & Machtmes, 2005). Being prepared to integrate the technology in the classroom has become a paramount skill in every teacher’s professional repertoires. The traditional role of the teacher as the center of the schooling is changing recently with all the introduction of the new technologies in the classroom. One of the effects of the new technologies is the decentralization of teachers in the learning environment (Damrian, 1998). This introduces a very valid point of how the teaching profession will change in the era of digital technologies. What is the role of the teacher in a classroom where he/she is no longer the only source of knowledge? How can he/ she teach effectively in a class, where every student has his/her computer and can Google any piece of information? The following study will investigate the effect of the implementation of the technology in the English as a foreign language (EFL) classes on the nature of the teachers’ profession.

Purpose of the study: The paper is devoted to the formation of approaches to international cooperation in the field of higher education. Main Findings: It has been established that in the future, there is a need for broad initiatives from all countries for the qualitative improvement of higher education. It has been determined that the most important basis for the future prosperity of the world economy and society is a strong and diverse training of young people. Applications of this study: From the point of view of further development of new educational information means, the importance of non-formal education integrated into the educational process will grow. The originality of this study: It has been proved that self-education will play an increasing role. The United Nations (UN) identifies four key elements as agents for change and for addressing societal challenges: education, research, innovation and leadership. The use of technology, from a pedagogical and organizational point of view, in higher education institutions has brought about new challenges. The integration of them in the teaching–learning processes has experienced a great evolution, giving way to a digital transformation and the acquisition of new skills and knowledge, thus pointing towards quality education within the framework of sustainable development objectives. This document aims to describe and analyze the ways in which seven higher education institutions, three in Spain and four in Mexico, have taken up the challenge of adopting technologies and applying them to the educational process. To this end, in-depth interviews and direct observations were carried out. The results point to three dimensions: technological, pedagogical and organizational, which shed light on the different factors that influence the choice and availability of the use of technologies. The results indicate that contextual factors play a determinant role in the ability of an institution to profit from technologies to aid the educational process and guarantee its quality.

The process of teaching physics at a medical university is developing within the framework of a fairly rigid modern educational paradigm. On the one hand, there is a steady reduction in the study time allotted to the academic discipline, both lecture hours and hours of practical training. On the other hand, the role and place of physics as the basis of radiation medicine in the health care system, and specifically in medical diagnostics, is constantly growing. In addition, modern physics, following in the wake of the advanced achievements of science and technology, is actively replenished with new technologies and teaching methods, which leads to a significant increase in the material required for assimilation. There is no doubt that this problem is not specific to physics and therefore its solution is not in the plane of increasing the volume of hours at the expense of other disciplines. Innovative approaches are required that take into account modern realities and general trends in the development of the educational process.

Modern education is increasingly linked to market principles. On the one hand, proponents of this approach emphasize the need to develop an entrepreneurial mindset, while critics point out that this approach neglects the humanistic dimension of education. The goal of the paper is to set up a "six thinking hats" learning model as a way to encourage the development of creative thinking. Although its primary use is in non-formal education (creative training and interactive workshops), this model also has its application within the academic community. Within formal education, the authors advocate the possibility to widespread the application of this model, technique, or role-playing game as it is called by different authors, which points to the pluralism of approaches. Also, the analysis of the studied literature revealed the application of the model at different levels of education. In conclusion, it is stated that although it is not a conventional and widely accepted model, it can be a good way to foster creative and entrepreneurial thinking. The application of this model is recommended for teachers who find the traditional approach to teaching rigid and who are ready for changes that involve a more active pupil/student role.

Problem and goal. In the context of digital globalization traditional forms of communication at the university are forced to transform in order to meet educational objectives. However, the established practice of building communications in universities in new formats has revealed a number of problems of ineffective interaction between participants in the educational process. The article aims to identify the main features of the transformation of the forms of communication in distance learning at the university. Particular attention is paid to the conditions for the formation of an effective digital dialogue in the university-student-teacher triad. Materials and research methods. The study of the transformation of communication is considered from an economic, pedagogical, and philological (semiological) point of view. The economic approach includes consideration of resource constraints that prevent the development of various forms of communication in the educational space, and an assessment of the effectiveness of the communication process. The pedagogical approach allows to evaluate the technologies and formats of communication in online learning. The semiological approach is focused on the choice of techniques and schemes that are adequate to digital dialogue. The empirical research was carried out using the questionnaire. The survey involved 2–4-year students at the Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B. N. Yeltsin. Research results. In the 2020–2021 academic year, students were able to adapt to rapid inclusion in distance learning and the use of digital technologies, but half of the students prefer to return to the traditional format of education, 39% of students for a mixed (blended learning) format. It was found that if the verbal forms of communication when transferring the course content from the teacher to the students were not transformed taking into account the digital environment and online learning, then this could lead to unnecessary complexity for perception (according to 54.5% of respondents), the appearance of information noise, as a consequence, the appearance of discomfort (for 40% of the respondents) and attempts to avoid communication (for 18%). 52% of students indicated that their opinion about distance improved over time. Discussion and conclusions. The authors concluded that digital skills today mean more than digital literacy. In communication, it is important to develop new technologies, techniques and tools that are adequate to new educational and upbringing tasks. And in modern conditions, burdened by pandemic threats, other ways of digitalizing the university with the construction of effective communications are rather impossible.
