The Difference

This study aims to determine the effect of school committee performance on improving the quality of educational learning and principal leadership on Islamic learning. This study uses quantitative methods because the research data is in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics. The variables in this study are the contribution of the school committee's performance, the leadership of the school principal and the improvement of the quality of learning Islamic religious education. The data were processed using SPSS version 21. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the performance of the school committee and the improvement of the learning quality of Islamic religious education by 37.8% and the remaining 62.2% was influenced by other factors outside the research. This data shows that the higher the influence of the school committee's performance, the higher the increase in the quality of learning. In other words, the school committee is an institution that is located in each educational unit, and is an independent body that does not have a hierarchical relationship with government institutions that are in the middle between parents, students, teachers, and the local community. Furthermore, there is the influence of the principal's leadership on improving the quality of Islamic religious education learning by 66.4% and the difference of 33.6% is influenced by other factors outside the research. This data shows that the higher the influence of the principal's leadership, the higher the increase in the quality of learning.

Capacity building is part of improving the quality of performance. This research aimed at determining the effect of capacity building and leadership of school principals on teachers’ performance in Primary School of Pulau Rimau. The population and sample in this study were teachers who taught at Primary School of Pulau Rimau, sampling was conducted using purposive sampling techniques. The results obtained there is positive and significant effect of capacity building on the performance of teachers; there is positive and significant influence of school leadership on the performance of teachers; and there is positive and significant influence of capacity building and leadership of school principals on the performance of teachers.

The leadership role of the principal in improving the quality of learning at SDN 3 Makarti Jaya, Banyuasin Regency can be said to have played a role in improving the quality of learning.As educators, school principals guide teachers how to deliver effective and efficient learning materials, as managers of principals able to optimize educational facilities, as administrators able to compile programs,as a supervisor able to compile an educational supervision program, as a headmaster leader Understand the condition of the school community, as an innovator able to implement reform (change for the better),as a motivator to be able to regulate the work / learning atmosphere, as an intreprenuer of the principal together with the school committee to work together to work creatively in extracting sources of empowerment to improve teacher professionalism,especially with regard to teachers to attend professionalism education and training as well as sending teachers to attend seminars.

The objective of this study is to describe and examine the evaluation of the implementation of the Quality Assurance of Learning Activities is seen in terms of the efforts made to ensure the quality of learning, supporting and restricting factors of quality assurance in activities learning at class XI in SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews and documentation. Results showed that (1) The efforts that SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta conducted to guarantee the quality of learning activities in class XI were preparation of the learning tools, supervision of class, quality management system ISO 9001:2008, convene a workshops, evaluation of the learning activities, and monitoring of the learning process by the school principal. (2) The factors that support the implementation of the quality assurance activity learning class XI in SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta were the school facilities, involvement of teachers and learners while carrying out the learning process in the class, the encouragement and warning from teachers to students, coordination between the parents of class XI students with the school, the evaluation meeting with the school committee, regular meetings between the head of the SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta with Dikdasmen good area or region.Keywords: Quality Assurance, SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta

This study aims to analyze and find out the implementation of principals 'leadership through school quality with the long-term goal of improving the quality of schools through principals' leadership. The specific target of this research is to develop a principal's leadership model. The research method uses a qualitative approach through case studies through observation, interviews, document studies relating to the principal's leadership and school quality. The general conclusion is that improving school quality is a process towards the realization of quality schools. Various components influence quality religious education. One of the dominant ones is the teacher. Learning will be of high quality if the teacher is competent and professional. The professional development of teachers is a stage in strengthening skills, competencies, and career advancement, which leads to an increase in the quality of learning being taught. This research uses a literature study method. Sources of data obtained through references and other reading sources related to teacher professionalism, the results showed that the problem of teacher professionalism originated from three components, namely self-development, scientific publications, and innovative work. Quality improvement is more dominantly influenced by teacher professionalism, where teachers are required to achieve predetermined qualifications. by meeting adequate qualifications, the teacher's position will automatically increase. Professional development is related to advancing knowledge and skills by considering attitudes and approaches to improving the quality of learning. It is a process of growing teacher professionalism in strengthening the skills, duties and careers of teachers in facing the changes that occur.Pendidikan agama yang bermutu dipengaruhi oleh berbagai komponen. Salah satunya yang dominan adalah guru. Pembelajaran akan bermutu, apabila gurunya kompeten dan profesional. Pengembangan profesionalitas guru merupakan tahapan dalam penguatan keahlian, kompetensi, dan peningkatan karir yang berujung pada peningkatan mutu pembelajaran yang diampu. Riset ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan, sumber data diperoleh melalui referensi dan sumber bacaan lain yang berkaitan dengan profesionalisme guru.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masalah profesioalisme guru berawal dari tiga komponen, yaitu pengembangan diri, publikasi ilmiah, dan karya inovatif. Peningkatan kualitas lebih dominan dipengaruhi oleh profesionalisme guru, dimana guru dituntut untuk mencapai kualifikasi yang telah ditetapkan. dengan memenuhi kualifikasi yang memadai maka posisi guru akan secara otomatis meningkat. Pengembangan profesionalisme terkait dengan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dengan mempertimbangkan sikap dan pendekatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Merupakan proses peningkatan profesionalisme guru dalam memperkuat keterampilan, tugas dan karir guru dalam menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi.

The purpose of this research was to investigate leadership facilitating effective inclusive school practices. Data were collected from leaders at a complex multicultural school perceived by the system and local community as an inclusive school with a focus on quality education. A qualitative case study was used and data were collected over a 6-month period of immersion at the research site. Data included semistructured interviews with the head of special education and the school principal, observations of dialogical and behavioural data described within the lead researcher's reflective journal, and the documented operational structure of the school. The findings include insights into what the principal and head of special education believed inclusion to be, and how these leaders worked with staff to embed inclusive practices. The conclusion drawn from the study is that school leadership for inclusion involves making hard decisions. It is a complex and multifaceted act requiring consciously targeted effort, advocacy, and particular ways of leading. Inclusive practices need reinforcing by frequently articulated expectations, support, and acknowledgement that for all stakeholders inclusion is a constant journey toward a shared vision.

ABSTRACTThe problem of this research is about improving the quality of education output which is reflected in the achievements of the students, is the expectation of all schools starting from the principal and also teachers who teach as well as both parents, but in reality there are still many students who actually have achievements but not yet seen or even do not know the achievements in themselves, so they can and have the achievements as expected. The problem in this study is limited around the principal's leadership and teacher performance, as well as the achievement of the students themselves.The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. This research is correlational because this study seeks to investigate the effect of school principal leadership and teacher performance on student achievement.The results showed that (1) there was a positive influence between the principals' leadership variables on the achievement of students obtained the value of the analysis of 2.464 so that the positive results were concluded, the level of strong influence. (2) there is a positive influence between teacher performance on student achievement obtained value of 2.868 so that concluded positive results, the level of influence is strong. (3) simultaneously the leadership of the school principal and the performance of the teacher have a very significant effect on the achievement of students in MA NurulFurqon, Cibinong District, Bogor Regency.keywords of Education, Leadership, school, teacher, achievement

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of the reflective model in improving the quality of learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of this study provide a technical picture of policy making in education units as well as actions that need to be taken to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education teachers in primary schools. This research shows that Islamic Religious Education teachers in schools have different views and learning styles in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. As much as 87% of teachers agree with the Learning From Home (LFH) policy, but the rest think that learning will not be of good quality if it is done online. The interesting thing that was revealed in this study was that the teachers of Islamic Religious Education had optimism and enthusiasm to improve the quality of learning through various learning innovations in the midst of a pandemic. Revlective Model emphasizes learning that involves reflective thinking activities in the process. This study used an action research method involving 32 Islamic Religious Education teachers from 30 elementary schools in Mojokerto district. The process of planning, implementing, observing and evaluating is carried out with 2 models, namely synchronous and asynchronous.

Research objectives for describing an application of scientific learning approach on Islamic religious education lessons in Elementary School Muhammadiyah Sapen and application of authentic assessment in the subject Islamic studies, as well as the description do approach to scientific learning and assessment can improve the quality of learning of authentic Islamic education in Muhammadiyah Sapen elementary school. The type of research used is evaluative research program with research approaches to mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative). The technique of collecting data through in-depth interviews and documentation.  The results of these research findings are as follows (1) On scientific learning administration device owned by the teachers have not been adequate because of the completeness of an administration owned teachers still refers to KTSP curriculum. Padaproses PAI has not fully observed the teaching steps in scientific learning, which includes observations, asking questions, trying, rational and communicate. (2) on the assessment process, authentic teachers still experience difficulties especially since the high and complexity of curriculum assessment of 2013. (3) the quality of learning Occurs in the primary PIE Muhammadiyah Sapen experience increased, ranging from improved process i.e. business guru PAI SD Muhammadiyah Sapen to creatively make administration curriculum tailored to 2013 and the end result be the values obtained showed an increase in students from semester to semester II
