This research is based on Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 76 of 2012 concerning on Guidelines for Boundary Confirmation and Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 141 of 2017 concerning on Regional Boundaries. This research method was a descriptive analysis with a triangulation method and a triangulation of sources for testing the data of this research. The data of this research were analyzed by using a SWOT analysis. The results of this research revealed that S-O Strategy (1) Clarifying the boundaries between the two Local Governments in realizing a clear government administration; (2) Optimizing the role of the Community in Realizing the Development with the clear territorial boundaries; W-O Strategy (1) Coordinating with related parties to realize the good government administration services; (2) There is guidance and supervision to the Regional Government through the Provincial Government and the Central Government; S-T Strategy (1) Building the government cooperation by taking an agreement through the Provincial Government; (2) Building the good communication with the community at every deliberation; W-T Strategy (1) Strengthening the regulations by disseminating every decision from the Ministry of Home Affairs; (2) Mediating every meeting through the conflicting parties.

This study determined the effect of principal’s leadership style and motivation on the performance of Public Elementary School teachers in Babat Toman District. This research used a quantitative method with the type of correlational research. The study population was 160 people. The sample was 80 people. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method. Data collection technique was using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression techniques. The results showed that (1) the principal's leadership style had a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance at the State Elementary School in Babat Toman; (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance; and (3) the principal's leadership style and motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance of Public Elementary Schools in Babat Toman.

This study determined the effect of the pattern of guidance and supervision of school’s principals on teacher’s performance in SD Negeri 1 Gardu Harapan, Lais, Musi Banyuasin both persially and jointly. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use statistics. The results of this study obtained that the pattern of guidance and supervision of the Principal significantly influence the performance of teachers of SD Negeri 1 Gardu Harapan. This research contributes that if you want to improve teacher performance, you have to improve the pattern of coaching and supervision.

This study determined the effect of school principal leadership and school climate on the work productivity of SMK Pharmacy teachers in Palembang. Data in this study were collected through questionnaire distribution to respondents. The results of filling out the questionnaire were analyzed by multiple regression analysis through t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination test. The population in this study were all teachers who teach at the Pharmacy Vocational School in Palembang from 8 schools totaling 151 people. The sample in this study was based on calculations using the Slovin formula. So that the number of samples obtained in this study were 110 teachers. The results of this study indicate (1) there is a significant influence of school principal leadership on teacher work productivity; (2) there is a significant influence of school climate on teacher work productivity; (3) there is a significant influence of school principals leadership and school climate together on teacher work productivity. This paper contributes to educational principal to improve leadership and climate whether they would have very good teacher’s work productivity.

This study aims at verifying whether there is a relationship between the academic performance of primary school pupils and the socio-professional category of their parents on the one hand, and the formal educational level of the latter on the other hand. The method used to achieve this double objective combines quantitative and qualitative approaches. Thus, 561 primary elementary pupils from six schools in the Savannahs region participated in the quantitative survey by means of a questionnaire and 35 individual interviews were carried out with teachers and parents of pupils. The data collected was subjected to statistical processing using SPSS 20.0 software and content analysis. The results show that the parents' socio-professional category and school performance are related. Likewise, the best pupils’ performances, both in French and in Mathematics, are obtained by pupils whose parents have a higher level of education.

This study examined the leadership of the Kiai in the management of human resource in Islamic boarding schools in Jambi Province. This research used a descriptive analytical-qualitatives approach. Data collection was done by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis used an interactive analysis model Miles and Huberman. Data reliability using participation extension techniques, observation accuracy, data triangulation, and consultation of promoters and promoters. Results of the study of the leadership of the Kiai in managing the boarding school human resources in Jambi Province was carried out by realizing the vision into action and work programs, receiving the right personnel in each position, even though it often collided with familiarity and limited compensation; carry out communication and coordination; and the leadership of the Kiai has not been able to manage the boarding school effectively due to weak management knowledge and synergy in realizing the vision.

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of individual characteristic toward benefit recipients’ participation of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in Nagari Pematang Panjang, Sijunjung District, West Sumatera. This study used quantitative method with a questionnaire and data analysis using SPSS 21. Based on Slovin’s theory, the respondents in this study were 131 from the 194 benefit recipients. Indicator variable Participation as the dependent variable is participation in the implementation of P2K2 and participation in taking PKH fund benefits. While the indicator variables of individual characteristics as independent variables are the level of education (X1), age (X2), and number of dependents of the Family (X3). The results showed that the three individual characteristic variables influence recipients’ participation.

This paper evaluated the influence of PDP on Basic School Teachers’ Classroom Practices in North-Central, Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive survey design. In selecting samples for this study, 746 basic school teachers were purposively selected from 84 sampled Basic Schools across three sampled states using stratified sampling technique out of the six states and Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. The Questionnaire “Influence of Professional Development Programmes ”(IPDP) with reliability index of 0.74 was used. One - Way Analysis of Variance was used to test the hypothesis at 0.05 level of significance. The findings of the study revealed no significance influence of teachers’ participation in PDPs on psychomotor and affective classroom practices based on experience (F (2,724) = .018, p = 982); and F(2,724) =.628, p = .534) were observed .Consequently, teachers’ participation in PDPs had no significant influence in psychomotor and affective classroom practices based on years of experience. There is need to make the programme more effective in term of organization and implementation as antidotes to the hindrances confronting the PDPs in North-Central, Nigeria.

This study verified whether there is a relationship between the feeling of self-efficacy and perceived academic work on the one hand, and between the feeling of self-efficacy and gender and age on the other hand among students at the University of Lomé in Togo. To achieve this objective, a questionnaire of socio-demographic information and Schwarzer's (1993) Self-Efficacy Scale were submitted to 527 willing and consenting students. The data collected were subjected to statistical processing using SPSS 21 software. The results show that students' feeling of self-efficacy is related to their age and perceived academic work. Despite an average score for girls on the SPSS slightly higher than for boys, the feeling of self-efficacy did not vary significantly by gender.

Leadership teachers serve a crucial role in developing university student entrepreneurship competency. Referring to the concept of Entrepreneurial Based University, leaders can create effective entrepreneurship development programs in the frame of spiritual religious. This research aims to determine, understand and analyze the management of university teachers in West Sumatra province in developing student entrepreneurship. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of study conducted at the State University of Padang (UNP), West Sumatra Province, Indonesia. Results of the study show that the leadership plays a role in the development of student entrepreneurship through the implementation of effective management functions, namely (1) planning, in the form of strategic policies in formulation of statute, strategic plans, determination of priority programs for developing campus, business units, and entrepreneurship programs; (2) organizing, in the form of official tasks, restructuring management; (3) Leading; manifested in the concept of VALUE (View, Appreciate, Leading, Understand and Evaluate) with spiritual religious frame-muslimprenur; (4) Controlling, carried out both in the form of program implementation and responsibility of the budget in developing student entrepreneurship.
