Capacity building is part of improving the quality of performance. This research aimed at determining the effect of capacity building and leadership of school principals on teachers’ performance in Primary School of Pulau Rimau. The population and sample in this study were teachers who taught at Primary School of Pulau Rimau, sampling was conducted using purposive sampling techniques. The results obtained there is positive and significant effect of capacity building on the performance of teachers; there is positive and significant influence of school leadership on the performance of teachers; and there is positive and significant influence of capacity building and leadership of school principals on the performance of teachers.

This study aims to determine the effect of school committee performance on improving the quality of educational learning and principal leadership on Islamic learning. This study uses quantitative methods because the research data is in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics. The variables in this study are the contribution of the school committee's performance, the leadership of the school principal and the improvement of the quality of learning Islamic religious education. The data were processed using SPSS version 21. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the performance of the school committee and the improvement of the learning quality of Islamic religious education by 37.8% and the remaining 62.2% was influenced by other factors outside the research. This data shows that the higher the influence of the school committee's performance, the higher the increase in the quality of learning. In other words, the school committee is an institution that is located in each educational unit, and is an independent body that does not have a hierarchical relationship with government institutions that are in the middle between parents, students, teachers, and the local community. Furthermore, there is the influence of the principal's leadership on improving the quality of Islamic religious education learning by 66.4% and the difference of 33.6% is influenced by other factors outside the research. This data shows that the higher the influence of the principal's leadership, the higher the increase in the quality of learning.

This study determined the effect of school principal leadership and school climate on the work productivity of SMK Pharmacy teachers in Palembang. Data in this study were collected through questionnaire distribution to respondents. The results of filling out the questionnaire were analyzed by multiple regression analysis through t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination test. The population in this study were all teachers who teach at the Pharmacy Vocational School in Palembang from 8 schools totaling 151 people. The sample in this study was based on calculations using the Slovin formula. So that the number of samples obtained in this study were 110 teachers. The results of this study indicate (1) there is a significant influence of school principal leadership on teacher work productivity; (2) there is a significant influence of school climate on teacher work productivity; (3) there is a significant influence of school principals leadership and school climate together on teacher work productivity. This paper contributes to educational principal to improve leadership and climate whether they would have very good teacher’s work productivity.

The results of the analysis show the principal leadership style, teacher work motivation simultaneously significant and significant to teacher performance, thus hypothesis. Based on the results of data processing and research results there was an influence between the leadership style of principals and work motivation on the performance of madrasah teachers by 26.9%. So it can be said the better the quality of leadership style of principal and work motivation, the better the performance of teachers. Based on these findings, it can be concluded: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style and four sub-variables on Executive Style and Developer Style (2) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style on teacher performance Madrasah Tsanawiyah / MTsS (3) There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on teacher performance, achievement of financial motivation. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership style and the motivation of cooperation on teacher performance. (5) Managerial efforts to improve the principal's leadership style and work motivation and teacher performance by increasing the dimensions that determine these variables.

This study aims to determine the principal's leadership in improving the quality of SMP IT Nurul Fadhillah, the constraints of the principal's leadership in improving the quality of schools at SMP IT Nurul Fadhilah, and the principal's efforts to improve the quality of schools at SMP IT Nurul Fadhilah. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach and the techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were the principal and teachers. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Ensuring the validity of research data uses credibility, transfibility, dependability and conformability. The results of this research are the principal's leadership in improving the quality of education by caring for subordinates, assertiveness, democracy, and supervision. The obstacles faced by school principals in improving the quality of schools are the lack of educational facilities and infrastructure. As for the efforts made by the principal in improving the quality of education, namely developing teacher competence, meeting the needs of school stakeholders and getting used to working together in overcoming problems.

This study aims to analyze and find out the implementation of principals 'leadership through school quality with the long-term goal of improving the quality of schools through principals' leadership. The specific target of this research is to develop a principal's leadership model. The research method uses a qualitative approach through case studies through observation, interviews, document studies relating to the principal's leadership and school quality. The general conclusion is that improving school quality is a process towards the realization of quality schools. Principal's leadership in strengthening school quality can be found in (1) Improving school quality (2) Principal's leadership strategy in improving school quality.

Abstract The purpose of this research is to understand the influence of price and product quality of T-Mart Express Indonesia’s customer satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research by using the SPSS Statistic 22 with 112 respondent of the sample which is T-Mart Express Indonesia consumers in North  Jakarta who have bought the product three times or more by using non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling techniques. The measurement used was a questionnaire that was distributed through Google Form to the respondent. The result of hypothesis analysis shows that price and product quality significantly affect customer satisfaction. Implications and suggestions are explained in the article. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan T-Mart Express Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS Statistic 22 dengan sampel sebanyak 112 responden yaitu konsumen T-Mart Express Indonesia di Jakarta Utara yang telah membeli produk tiga kali atau lebih dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling. Pengukuran yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dibagikan melalui Google Form kepada responden. Purpose of the study: This research was compiled to analyze the improvement of the quality of education in Indonesia. The purpose of program evaluation is to know for sure whether the achievement of the results, progress, and obstacles encountered in the implementation of the program. Recognizing the low competency of school principals of the principal's partnership programs. Methodology: The type of this research is development, research which aims to produce instruments to evaluate a school principal partnership program. The development design in this study using the Plomp model. The data was analyzed qualitatively as input for improvement of activities in 2018. The following data was collected using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Main Findings: The data and analysis show that the partnership program has recorded various advances made in the impact schools — both those related to curriculum management and implementation of supervision of learning and strengthening of school ecosystems. The effectiveness of school programs is very dependent on the carrying capacity of each school. However, it is the real result of this program is the change in mindset not only for principals but for almost all stakeholders. Applications of this study: This Study is analyzed based on the school principal partnership program report to become recommendation and references for another partnership programs, improving the competency of school principals, and developing remote area (3T regions/frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged in Indonesia national scale) of Indonesia. Novelty/Originality of this study: The findings imply that the partnership program has a significant impact on the equity growth in remote areas.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel. The research method used is the analytical survey research method. The approach chosen in this study is the Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study are customers who use the services of PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel, from August to November 2018. The sample in this study used accidental sampling techniques totaling 60 customers who used the services of PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel in December 2018. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The results of the study can be concluded that there is a simultaneous significant influence between service quality consisting of Tangible , Reliability , Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy on Customer satisfaction PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. There is a partial significant influence between the quality of service consisting of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness , and Empathy on Customer satisfaction PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Reliability Factoris the most influential factor (predominantly on Customer satisfaction at PT. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel, dari bulan Agustus sampai dengan November 2018. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidental sampling berjumlah 60 orang pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel pada bulan Desember tahun 2018. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara kualitas layanan yang terdiri atas Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance dan Empathy terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Ada pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara kualitas layanan yang terdiri atas Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, dan Empathy terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Faktor Reliability merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh (secara dominan terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. The study intends to determine simultaneous and partial influence of service quality (X) consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) on patient satisfaction  (Y)  in  the  General  Hospital  of  Banggai  Islands,  where the  study  is  located.  The type  of  research  is  descriptive. Sources  of data  is  primary  data  retrieved  from  questionnaires  and secondary data  obtained  from  documents  of  the  Regional  General  Hospital Banggai  Islands.  The sample consists of 72 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the results, it is shown that the quality of service (X), consisting of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5) simultaneously have significant influence on patient satisfaction (Y) of 69.60% while the remaining 30.40% is influenced by other causes. Partial test  shows  that  there  are  three  independent  variables:  physical evidence  (X1),  reliability  (X2)  and assurance (X4) that have non-significant influence to the patients’ satisfaction at the General Hospital of Banggai Islands.Tujuan  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh kualitas  layanan  (X)  yang terdiri  dari  bukti  fisik  (X1),  reliabilitas  (X2),  responsivitas (X3), jaminan (X4),  dan  empati (X5)  secara simultan  dan  parsial  terhadap  kepuasan  pasien.  (Y)  di  Rumah  Sakit  Umum Kepulauan  Banggai.  Lokasi  penelitian  ini  di  Rumah Sakit  Umum  Kepulauan  Banggai.  Jenis penelitian  ini  bersifat deskriptif.  Sumber  data  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  data  primer yang diambil  melalui  kuesioner  dan  data  sekunder  diperoleh  dari  Rumah Sakit  Umum  Daerah Banggai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 72 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah  purposive sampling.  Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  variabel kualitas pelayanan (X) yang terdiri dari bukti fisik (X1), reliabilitas (X2), responsivitas (X3), jaminan (X4),  dan  empati (X5)  secara  simultan berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap  kepuasan pasien  (Y)  dengan pengaruh 69,60%  sedangkan  sisanya  30,40%  dapat  dijelaskan  oleh penyebab  lainnya.  Uji  parsial  menunjukkan  bahwa  terdapat  tiga variabel  bebas  yang  tidak signifikan yaitu bukti fisik (X1), reliabilitas (X2) dan jaminan (X4) terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Kepulauan Banggai.

School leadership is as challenging as it is rewarding. And, in a fast paced educational policy environment, school leaders sometimes are having to play catchup with the latest government mandate. This challenge is exacerbated in environments where economic and social problems and lack of parental engagement in education are a daily occurrence and a significant risk to the effectiveness of schools. While we recognize the notion of sustainable school leadership is continuing its evolution, we also acknowledge it is not a single act and nor is it enacted by a single individual. Reporting findings from a qualitative study of primary school leaders in Jamaica, we argue that sustainable school leadership is not a new form of leadership, but rather a type of leadership that combines multiple practices to produce long-term impacts on members of a school community that are “now” and “futures” oriented.
