This study aims to analyze and find out the implementation of principals 'leadership through school quality with the long-term goal of improving the quality of schools through principals' leadership. The specific target of this research is to develop a principal's leadership model. The research method uses a qualitative approach through case studies through observation, interviews, document studies relating to the principal's leadership and school quality. The general conclusion is that improving school quality is a process towards the realization of quality schools. Principal's leadership in strengthening school quality can be found in (1) Improving school quality (2) Principal's leadership strategy in improving school quality.

ABSTRACTThe problem of this research is about improving the quality of education output which is reflected in the achievements of the students, is the expectation of all schools starting from the principal and also teachers who teach as well as both parents, but in reality there are still many students who actually have achievements but not yet seen or even do not know the achievements in themselves, so they can and have the achievements as expected. The problem in this study is limited around the principal's leadership and teacher performance, as well as the achievement of the students themselves.The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. This research is correlational because this study seeks to investigate the effect of school principal leadership and teacher performance on student achievement.The results showed that (1) there was a positive influence between the principals' leadership variables on the achievement of students obtained the value of the analysis of 2.464 so that the positive results were concluded, the level of strong influence. (2) there is a positive influence between teacher performance on student achievement obtained value of 2.868 so that concluded positive results, the level of influence is strong. (3) simultaneously the leadership of the school principal and the performance of the teacher have a very significant effect on the achievement of students in MA NurulFurqon, Cibinong District, Bogor Regency.keywords of Education, Leadership, school, teacher, achievement

Abstract This article discusses the innovation of batik stamp canting equipment using waste paper material. The first focus is on the emergence and the background of the innovation of batik stamp canting made of waste paper material. The second is on the elaboration of concept of stamp batik canting innovation made of waste paper material. The method applied in this study was qualitative approach with case studies by employing informants’ data sources, artifacts, events and documents. The results indicate that the innovation of stamp canting using paper material has occurred since 2014, and it began to be widely used in batik production process in 2016. The background of stamp canting innovation made of waste paper was triggered by the high price of stamp canting from copper which is commonly used in the production process of stamped batik. The concept applied to develop this stamp canting is frugal innovation. The value of knowledge gained is that innovation is not always carried out to improve the quality of processes or products. Innovation is more significantly needed to solve the problems related to the context.

This study aims to increase the quality of leadership according to the context in the field, especially in the standard of international school leadership. The research method uses a qualitative research type, with the data source used is literature both in books and journals. The results showed that there was a weak but influential relationship between the School Principal's leadership on school quality its self. There is a weak but significant and influential relationship between teacher performance and school quality. Simultaneously, School Principal's leadership and teacher performance have a weak but significant relationship, and both have a positive effect on school quality.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan sesuai dengan konteks di lapangan khususnya dalam kepemimpinan pada sekolah bertaraf Internasional. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data yang digunakan adalah berupa literatur baik dalam buku maupun jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang lemah namun berpengaruh antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah. Terdapat hubungan yang lemah namun signifikan dan berpengaruh antara kinerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah. Secara simultan, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru memiliki hubungan yang lemah namun signifikan, dan berpengaruh positif terhadap mutu sekolah.

The purpose of this study is to see how the form of empowerment of school committees in improving the quality of education especially in elementary schools. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Research findings The existence of a school committee is an important element in improving the quality of school education services, its existence with all the tasks and functions it has can play a role in realizing better quality education services. Efforts to empower school committees are carried out in various ways although they are still not ideal as stated in the regulations related to school committees. In principle, so far the participation of school committee members and the form of empowerment of school committees is still limited to routine meetings and the fulfillment of supporting facilities for student learning facilities that are done voluntarily by school committees. Based on this, the efforts to empower school committees have been made but are still limited to routine agendas that are not yet optimal as the actual duties and functions of school committees.

Mental health is a fragile area. One of the frequent psychical illnesses is depression which means decline, uneasiness, anxiety. Many people develop a psychical illness during their life, whereby the triggering mechanism can be different stressful situation. Thus, many people with psychical illness become clients of social services facilities. This way the client comes into contact with social workers, which should be ready for their work (or rather mission) professionally and personally. They should be familiar with a range of approaches, methods and techniques, which they can implement based on the client’s individual needs within social intervention, in order to improve the client’s quality of life. The aim of our research is to determine what approaches and methods are used in social work with depressed clients. As a research method we use the analysis of professional materials and case studies, which focused on the application of methods of social work with clients with depression. The article has theoretical and research parts. In the theoretical part we introduce the diagnostics and symptoms of depression. In the research part we analyze the approaches and methods, used in social work with a depressed client. Then we present case studies, which are focused on the application of methods of social work with clients with depression.

This paper intends to analyze the principal's benchmarking strategy in improving the quality of human resources at SMA Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo in an institution, namely to develop competitiveness. The method used is a qualitative approach through case studies So that it can encourage the quality of good institutional resources. This research provides strategic implications for benchmarking institutions in order to meet the complexities of the demands of the community in Islamic boarding schools to equalize those of high schools outside the pesantren. Even higher quality. As for the efforts made by Nurul Jadid Senior High School in improving the quality of human resources by increasing foreign language skills, Class Acceleration Provide motivation to every school member to continue to improve their performance to match the expectations of all parties. Sales of products achieved by PT Gerbang NTB Emas were not yet optimal. There weresome consumer obstacles and complaints that were occur. Among them were lack of production machineries and skilled manpower, quality of goods under specification and production time is not maximized. One way that can be done is to optimize value creation between consumers and producers. Value created together is expected to provide benefits for both parties. In this study aimed to analyze the process of value co-creation that occurs between the company (PT GNE) and its customers. The research method used is qualitative approach with data collection through interview, observation and documentation. The number of interviewees was five employees and one consumer. The collected data were analyzed with content analysis using NVivo software. The result of this research is that value co-creation at PT GNE can be explained through dialogue, access, risk management and transparency. Value can be interpreted as product innovation, service and strategic policy. By knowing these aspects, the company can maximize value creation along with consumers. The purpose of this study first, to determine and analyze the problems in delegating authority management of land and building tax of rural and urban from central government to the Sidoarjo Regency governments. Second, determine and analyze the contribution of land and building tax of rural and urban for improvement local revenue in the Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used qualitative approach. The results showed first, the problem condition concluded inconsistencies related regulations in delegating credit to the Sidoarjo Regency government. Second, the contribution of its authority delegation increased revenue until 100%, balancing the interests of budgetary for discretionary policies in the regency/city, explored potential  revenue for a wider network of bureaucracy, improved the quality of services to taxpayers, as well as improved accountability for the use of land and building tax of rural and urban.

Education is the foundation of a country's progress. In this case, education has a very important role to improve the quality of human resources to support and meet personal needs or even the needs of a country. Education will run well and structured if there is a directed education system. One of them in the education system is the curriculum as an implementer and reference in the movement of education. Indonesia itself currently uses the 2013 curriculum as its educational curriculum. The 2013 curriculum replaces the old curriculum, namely KTSP (Education Unit Level Curriculum) or the 2006 curriculum. It is necessary to analyze the 2013 curriculum in order to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the 2013 curriculum. Because the curriculum will continue to evolve with the times. This 2013 curriculum analysis uses a qualitative approach research method with interview and observation instruments to convey experiences. The results of this study are expected to be used as study material for students, schools, and academics.
