The purpose of this study is to determine the significance of the influence of the leadership, organizational culture and work environment to employee performance and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research population is all employees in the District of the City of Tarakan, with a sample of 128 employees. Data analysis method used in this research is path analysis.The research findings show that leadership, organizational culture and work environment had positive and significant impact on employee performance. The second discovery revealed that the leadership, work environment and job satisfaction held significant positive effect on employee performance, whereas the organizational culture had significant negative effect on employee performance. Results of path analysis showed that:(1) Job satisfaction is proven as an intervening variable between leadership a direct influence on employee performance is more dominant than the indirect effect. (2) Job satisfaction is proven as an intervening variable indirect influence of organizational culture on employee performance is more dominant than the direct effect. (3) Job satisfaction is proven as an intervening variable indirect influence among the working environment is more dominant than the direct effect.Keywords: Leadership, organizational culture, working environment, job satisfaction, employee performanceTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh signifikansi kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel antara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Kecamatan Kota Tarakan, dengan sampel 128 pegawai. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penemuan kedua diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja dan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan budaya organisasi dan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepuasan kerja terbukti sebagai variabel antara variabel kepemimpinan pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai lebih dominan daripada pengaruh tidak langsung. (2) Kepuasan kerja terbukti sebagai variabel antara pengaruh tidak langsung variabel budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai lebih dominan daripada berpengaruh langsung. (3) Kepuasan kerja terbukti sebagai variabel antara pengaruh tidak langsung variabel lingkungan kerja yang lebih dominan daripada berpengaruh efek langsung.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, kinerja pegawai

This paper conducts a more in-depth study of employee performance to connect with compensation and job satisfaction and the work environment of employees in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BRI). This research was conducted at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. operating in Indonesia. The research population was all employees of the Branch Offices of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. spread over in Sumatera, Jawa, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali and Jayapura. The sample was collected using Proportional Random Sampling Stratified from six locations spread throughout Indonesia. Considering the wide area, the sampling technique is adjusted to the area, so sampling is based on the island as a sub-population. The sample of this study was 212 employees. This amount has met the minimum sampling requirements if using the Generalised Structural Component Analysis (GSCA) method. Compensation does not directly affect employee performance. Working environment directly influences the employee performance in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. There is an influence of compensation and working environment on job satisfaction and employee performance in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The leader of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. should improve employees’ performance by taking into account the improvement of compensation which includes the suitability of wages and salaries, incentives, benefits and facilities with their performance.

The purpose of this study is to test training, employee environment, and organizational culture on employee performance with satisfaction as an intervening variable. using a quantitative approach, the data of this study were collected from 100 employees Sekretariat Badan Pelatihan dan Pendidikan Keuangan Jakarta. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used to test the hypothesis in this study by using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that there is a significant positive effect of training on employee performance, there is a significant positive effect of the work environment on employee performance, and there is a significant positive effect of organizational culture on employee performance. then, there is a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, there is a work environment that has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, there is a significant positive organizational culture on job satisfaction, and there is a positive job satisfaction on employee performance. besides, it was found that the direct effect of training on employee performance was greater than the indirect effect of training on job satisfaction, there was a work environment that directly affected employee performance greater than the indirect influence of the work environment on job satisfaction, and there was an influential organizational culture directly on employee performance is greater than the indirect influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction.

This study a purpose to know and analyze the influence of compensation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a variable of mediation either simultaneously or partially in PT. Metiska Farma. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling is the way of sampling by chance, ie anyone who happens to meet with this researcher and considered suitable to be a source of data will be a sample of this study. The sample of respondents in this study was 80 people. Data analysis using path analysis or path analysis. From result of analysis and discussion hence can be concluded that: (1) partially compensation have positive, strong and significant effect to employee performance with correlation coefficient equal to 0,618; (2) partially working environment has positive, strong and significant effect on employee performance with correlation coefficient of 0.679; (3) partially job satisfaction has a positive, strong and significant effect on employee performance with correlation coefficient of 0.618; (4) simultaneously compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction have a positive, strong and significant effect on employee performance with correlation coefficient of 0.723; (5) the effect of compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction is 0.618 x 0.776 =0.479. While the effect of compensation on employee performance is 0.618. In this case, the direct impact of compensation on employee performance is greater when compared with indirect influence through job satisfaction is 0.618> 0.479, so it can be said that job satisfaction variable not as a mediation variable; and (6) the effect of work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction is 0,640 x 0,618 =0,395. While the effect of the work environment on employee performance is 0,679. In this case, it is known that the direct effect of work environment on employee performance is greater when compared with indirect influence through job satisfaction is 0.679> 0.395, so it can be said that job satisfaction variable, not as a mediation variable.

This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Khrisna Multi Lintas Cemerlang with the research population were all employees who work in the company. All data obtained from questionnaires were suitable for use, then were analyzed by using structural equation model based on variant analysis which is known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this research shows that the leadership style has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the leadership style has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has positive and significant on employee performance. The implication of this research was that the leadership needs to give freedom to subordinate to express their opinions, the workplace air temperature was well regulated, the work that was charged according to the ability and expertise, always guided by the company standard in carrying out each task and the employee has high knowledge in solving problem

Objective - This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Occupational Health and Safety, and the Working Environment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) with sample on DAOP I Jakarta. Methodology/Technique - The study population numbered 292 employees and 75 respondents be adopted as a sample of the study. Techniques of analysis using a statistical test structural equation model-based variance (SmartPLS). Findings – The results showed that, (1) Occupational Health and Safety had no effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, (2) the Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (4) Occupational Health and Safety has no effect on Employee Performance even though through Job Satisfaction mediation, (5) the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through mediation of Job Satisfaction, (6) Occupational Health and Safety, and the Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with the coefficient of determination, which is equal to 0,533, (7) Occupational Health and Safety, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a positive effect and significant to Employee Performance with coefficient of determination, which is equal to 0,890. Novelty - The company is expected to provide adequate rest periods, maintain the nutritional intake of its employees by providing healthy food, provide educational scholarships for further levels for employees, safeguard the work environment from chemical hazards and other hazards, and give positive motivation to the employees. The purpose of this research are to knowing, analyze, and reviewing the influence of work environment and motivation on job satisfaction and impact on employee performance at Land Office, Regency of Merangin, Jambi Province. The analysis method used are descriptive analysis and verification analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to reveal the facts of the object that have been research. While verification analysis is used to test and measure the influence of independent variable X1 (Work Environment) and X2 (Motivation) to the dependent variable Z (Performance) with intervening variable Y (Job Satisfaction).      The result of this research and hypothesis testing that have been conducted got the result that : 1) Effect of work environment on job satisfaction directly and indirectly is 9,001%; 2) The influence of motivation on job satisfaction directly and indirectly is 69,739%; 3) Effect of work environment and joint motivation to job satisfaction is 78,740%; 4) The effect of working environment on the performance directly and indirectly is -1,945 %; 5) The influence of motivation on performance directly and indirectly is 15,639%; 6) The influence of working environment and joint motivation on performamce is 13,693%; 7) The effect of job satisfaction on performance is 15,682%; 8) The influence of working environment and joint motivation on performance through job satisfaction is 14,009%.

The purpose of this study are to examine and analyze the influence of Leadership, Work Environment, Competence And Organizational Culture To Job Satisfaction That Impact Lecturer Performance At Polytechnic ATMI Surakarta.This study is a survey research. The data used are primary data by sampling of lecturer at Polytechnic ATMI Surakarta as many as 57 respondents. The data analysis method was tested by validity, reliability test, t-test, F, coefficient of determination (R2) and path analysis test.T test results as follows: leadership not significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment significant effect on job satisfaction, competence significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture not significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership not significant effect on performance, the working environment have a significant effect on performance, competence significantly influence the performance, organizational culture not significant effect on the performance, satisfaction significant effect on the performance of work. F test results showed simultaneous variables of leadership, work environment, competence, organizational culture and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of lecturers. Results Analysis The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that 77.7% of faculty performance variation can be explained by the leadership, work environment, competence, organizational culture and job satisfaction while the remaining 22.3% is explained by other factors outside the model. The result of path analysis showed a direct influence on the performance of greater competence than the indirect effect on performance competence through job satisfaction. The direct effect on the performance of the work environment is greater than the indirect effect on the performance of the work environment through job satisfaction. The direct effect on the performance leadership is smaller than the indirect effect of leadership on performance through job satisfaction. The direct effect on the performance organizational culture is smaller than the indirect effect of organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction. Based on the results of total leverage to improve performance would be more effective if through increased competence.

<p>This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational culture, spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence and employee performance at the PT. PLN (Persero) Distribsui Bali. The research population is employees who are permanent employees with a minimum work period of 1 year totaling 189 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with the number of respondents 128 people and using SPSS 2.1 as an analytical tool. Research findings indicate that organizational culture and spiritual intelligence have a significant effect on emotional intelligence. In addition, organizational culture and spiritual intelligence have a significant effect on employee performance. And emotional intelligence has a significant influence on employee performance. This study also emphasizes that emotional intelligence mediates some of the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. And emotional intelligence mediates some of the influence of spiritual intelligence on employee performance. Finally, this study verifies that organizational culture and spiritual intelligence in private organizations are able to provide useful finding such as those found in public organizations (BUMN). This research only focuses on spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence. Subsequent research can investigate other intelligence possessed by humans such as intelligence quotient and physical intelligence. In terms of comparing the two human intelligences with spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence in the hope of verifying whether employees who are intellectually intelligent, physical, spiritual and emotional can greatly help the organization to improve employee performance. </p>

Having a reasonable effort of adapting to the change will improve the organization's performance. Good communication with the leaders, colleagues, and employees will ease communicating the organization's problems for achieving the best organizational performance. A good work environment will influence more the employee's motivation to work to improve the employee's performance. Conducting the working programs, the government will establish teamwork to fasten the organization's performance achievement. This research aims to analyze the influence of adaptability, communication skills, and working environment on employee performance at Medan Mayor's Office with teamwork as the intervening variable. This research population is government employees at Medan mayor's office with a total of 555 employees, with the amount of the sample being 232 employees. The analysis uses statistics and path analysis. The result shows the adapting ability, communication skills, and working environment directly significantly influence teamwork, and then the adaptability, communication skill, and work environment positively and significantly affect employee performance. Indirectly, collaboration is positively and significantly able to mediate the relationship between adaptability, communication skill, work environment, and employee performance. Therefore, teamwork is significantly able to be the intervening variable in this research.
