Abstract The development of capacities for being flexible is based on top management, helps firms to manage the environmental uncertainty and tends to increase the companies performances. We propose the hypothesis as both environmental factors and internal resources affect directly the production system and also the company performances. In order to create the present paper we have been done statistical analysis based on impact factors over the internal product and processes. The results show in optimization development phases, the customer involvement brings a major impact in change process and means it can have an impact over the final process and product.

The rationalization of the industrial production process, through the reduction of waste and the modernization of the production process, with the adoption of the Toyota Production System (Lean Production), has been adopted by an important part of the industries in the world. This article aim to describe this methodology used by the intensive phase improvement group adopted at Vallourec Tubos do Brasil S.A. As a result, the process used to implement short-term changes was the intensive week, also known as the Kaizen event in the automotive industry.

AbstractRhamnolipids have recently attracted considerable attentions because of their excellent biosurfactant performance and potential applications in agriculture, environment, biomedicine, etc., but severe foaming causes the high cost of production, restraining their commercial production and applications. To reduce or eliminate the foaming, numerous explorations have been focused on foaming factors and fermentation strategies, but a systematic summary and discussion are still lacking. Additionally, although these studies have not broken through the bottleneck of foaming, they are conducive to understanding the foaming mechanism and developing more effective rhamnolipids production strategies. Therefore, this review focuses on the effects of fermentation components and control conditions on foaming behavior and fermentation strategies responded to the severe foaming in rhamnolipids fermentation and systematically summarizes 6 impact factors and 9 fermentation strategies. Furthermore, the potentialities of 9 fermentation strategies for large-scale production are discussed and some further strategies are suggested. We hope this review can further facilitate the understanding of foaming factors and fermentation strategies as well as conducive to developing the more effective large-scale production strategies to accelerate the commercial production process of rhamnolipids.

The term 'Hydroponics' was derived from Greek words 'hydro' means water and 'ponics' means labor. Hydroponic is a modern agricultural technique that uses nutrient solution rather than soil solution for fodder production. As population increases the food demand also increased, the existing system of agriculture will not be able to meet the food requirement in the near future due to environmental challenges in the industry. The major environmental factors affecting the hydroponics production system are; Temperature, relative humidity, and light. The objectives of this studies are to examine the hydroponics greenhouse technologies, impact of environmental factors on hydroponics greenhouse cultivation and challenges of growing on hydroponics greenhouse system. This study revealed that hydroponics greenhouse cultivation is a better option for improved fodder production, water utilization, palatability and digestibility.

The COVID-19 pandemic, along with responses to pandemic control in the form of a national blockade with widespread application of travel restrictions, has made tourism one of the most vulnerable sectors. With increasing mitigation measures in many countries regarding tourism and travel restrictions in some segments, different tourism recovery programs are being launched according to the specifics of each country. The paper will consider various proposed measures through different impact factors set in order to accelerate the recovery of the tourism sector. Selected mathematical models will be presented and discussed.

Scheduling is defined as the process of sequencing the manufacture of a product as a whole on several machines. All industries need proper scheduling to manage the allocation of resources so that the production system can run quickly and precisely as of it can produce optimal product. PT. Sari Warna Asli Unit V is one of the companies that implements a make to order production system with the FCFS system. Thus, scheduling the production process at this company is also known as job shop production scheduling. The methods used in this research are the CDS method, the EDD method and the FCFS method. The purpose of this research is to minimize the production time and determine the best method that can be applied to the company. The results of this research showed that the makespan obtained in the company's scheduling system with FCFS rules was 458 minutes, and the results of scheduling using the CDS method obtained a makespan value of 329 minutes, then the best production scheduling method that had the smallest makespan value was the CDS method.

Business in modern business conditions requires a continuous process of improvement and investment in all activities in the company. In order to survive on the market, resist the challenges of competition, but also the demands of customers, companies are constantly innovating the production process in an effort to improve all the company's activities. One of the production systems that proved to be suitable for continuous improvement and improvement of the production process is Lean production system. It represents the way companies react to the challenges of the present and the future. The Lean production system offers a variety of instruments, and for their implementation and application, managers are at all levels of responsibility and responsibility. Bearing this in mind, it can be said that the Lean production system is part of the management accounting. In addition, it represents a complete philosophy of thinking and action, which results in significant results by adequate application. The condition and the assumption that this management philosophy will lead to proper effectiveness and efficiency and enable them to continually improve in the function of maximizing profits is the authorization of employees to engage in the process of continuous improvement and decision-making. Lean is based on certain principles and philosophies, including customer value, value flow mapping, continuous flow, system requirements, and continuous improvements. Lean focuses on the added value. Lean's principle is a continuous search for perfection, perfection in production and business cooperation, with complete elimination of losses. Companies that implement the Lean Concept are constantly looking for ways to continually improve their efficiency, reduce costs and improve the quality of their products.

Currently, the level of efficiency of an effective agricultural production process is determined by how it reduces natural environmental hazards caused by various types of technologies and means of agricultural production. Compared to conventional production, the aim of integrated agricultural cultivation on commercial farms is to maximize yields while minimizing costs resulting from the limited use of chemical and mineral means of production. As a result, the factor determining the level of obtained yield is the soil’s richness in nutrients. The purpose of this study was to conduct a comparative analysis of soil richness, depending on the production system appropriate for a given farm. The analysis was conducted for two comparative groups of farms with an integrated and conventional production system. The farms included in the research belonged to two groups of agricultural producers and specialized in carrot production.
