Abstract This article presents the key elements in understanding the development and design of uniforms for the employees of the Customs Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for the purpose of corporate identity. It will show, in detail, the process from design to analysis of evaluation data for the multifunctional waterproof jacket, after three months of wearing by the employees. The success of a corporate uniform depends on how effectively it serves a specific function, makes the organisation recognisable in society and also on the satisfaction level of the user. The results are presented in four groups: First, the relationship between design and communicating identity for recognition in the market; Second, the determination of the pattern and functionality considerations; Third, the selection of materials and their properties; Last, the quality of workmanship, giving practical value to the above parameters.

The article describes the solution of the task of creating linguistic tools and the methodology of automatic determination of the tonality of news reports related to the quality of life of an ordinary citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The approach for solving the problem was defined, software and methods of automated creation of object dictionaries and evaluation predicate dictionaries, as well as evaluation measure modifier dictionaries were developed. The experiment confirmed the correctness of the proposed methodology for assessing events covered in news reports and the operability of the software complex. This technique, with appropriate selection of event assessment objects, can be used in creating tonal portraits of specific authors on the set of their publications, as well as tonal portraits of various news aggregates on the set of events they cover in a particular time interval.

This chapter discusses the nature and operation of mandatory and default rules in fiduciary law, arguing that loyalty is a core element of every fiduciary legal institution. Loyalty is the hallmark of fiduciary law, as it requires persons in other-regarding positions of power to perform functions selflessly, rather than selfishly. However, there are many circumstances in which a person undertakes and exercises other-regarding powers, underscoring the fact that a broad range of persons may be the subject of fiduciary law. This chapter first provides an overview of key concepts and context, focusing on the distinction between mandatory rules and default rules as well as sources of such rules in fiduciary law. It then considers fiduciary loyalty, citing examples that illustrate how a baseline of fiduciary accountability is implied by the essential nature of fiduciary legal institutions, along with the mandatory or default quality of the duties of care and good faith. The main thesis of this chapter is that loyalty is a basic constituent element of all fiduciary legal institutions. Whether fiduciary principles are mandatory involves a consideration and determination of whether the relationship or institution is inherently fiduciary as matter of law and legal classification. It also highlights the modern trend toward codification and clear legislative demarcation of mandatory and default rules in fiduciary law.

Studying the historical facts of past wars and armed conflicts and natural and man-made emergencies, today in the Republic of Kazakhstan one of the most important security issues is the preparation and organization of the evacuation of the population from possible dangerous zones, taking into account the emergence of new threats to the country’s security. The paper presents an algorithm for constructing universal scales of the distribution function of opportunities by types of support and rebuilding them into subject scales using display functions. The purpose of the paper is to determine the integral indicators characterizing the possibility of accommodation of the evacuated population and the impact on resources during relocation. On the subject scales of cities and districts of the region, indicators of the possibility of relocation of a certain amount of the evacuated population by types of support and indicators characterizing the impact on the district’s resources during resettlement of a certain amount of the evacuated population are determined. It was concluded that the use of integrated indicators allows the selection of areas to accommodate the evacuated population without the use of statistical data, in conditions of incomplete and inaccurate information. The presented method does not replace traditional methods based on classical methods of territory assessment by the level of life sustenance, but also allows their reasonable combination with the experience of specialists in this field, taking into account the incompleteness, uncertainty, and inconsistency of the initial data of the study area, which does not allow the application of existing methods.

The determination of operation area from en-route alternates for long-range airline aircraft is an important aspect of ensuring safety of the upcoming flight. In the domestic and foreign methodological literature on flight planning, including the guidance material for flight planning systems, there is no single reasonable algorithm for constructing operation areas of long-range aircraft, including the use of the EDTO-ETOPS rules. The lack of methodological materials leads to the «free» values determination of areas of operation by airlines for their long-range aircraft while building routes, in particular, when determining the areas of operation on the route, the decrease in the aircraft weight during fuel combustion is ignored. A big question is also the «initial» mass calculations to determine the value of operation areas. The article identifies shortcomings of existing algorithm for identifying the areas of operation based on the fundamental methods for determining area of operation. Microsoft Excel 2019 has been used to perform a polynomial approximation of the table-specific function of the dependence of operation radius on the mass of a long-range aircraft. Based on the certain equations, more advanced algorithm to determine areas of operation has been developed. The new algorithm pays special attention to the selection of the original value of operation area. The calculations in this article are made for the Boeing 777 as the main type of long-range aircraft operated by airlines in the Russian Federation. The developed algorithm increases the flexibility of the route by increasing the radius of operation areas from en-route alternates and can be used in flight planning systems of airlines.

The article is devoted to the development of technologies for the production of quality sowing material, which is the main problem of cotton growing, which has a greater share in the agricultural sector, which is the basis of the economy of the republic. For this purpose, a new technology for the production of sowing material was developed as a result of the selection of biologically mature yarns during the combined sorting of fibrous cotton yarns, as well as processing of these yarns by the proposed method, and two positive decisions were made by the Intellectual Property Agency. In addition to the mentioned advantages of the proposed technology, the use of low-percentage starch solution, as well as absorbents with high absorption capacity (zeolite or bentonite) in the country to improve the quality of sowing material in the production of sowing material as a result of processing raw materials. indicates that it has indicators. Indonesia as archipelagic country, needs strong maritime sector security. The Indonesian Navy in Law Number 34 Year 2004 has been given the mandate to safeguard the sovereignty of the Republic of Indonesia. The Armada II Command as Kotamaops annually carries out Military Operations Other Than War (OMSP) which is carried out under the command of Guspurla and Guskamla. Intelligence information regarding the estimated threat / contingency that will occur is very influential on decision makers in operational planning. With the contingency provided by the intelligence staff, it is necessary to have an appropriate marine operation modeling. In a multi-operation operation, it is necessary to have a supporting attribute, that is, a base ship. The purpose of this study is to formulate an operation modeling using the selection of a headquarter ship which is preceded by the determination of contingency priorities. This study uses MCDM which consists of MCDA and MCDO which uses the integration of the Delphi method, AHP, Fuzzy weighting, Goal programming and linear Integer-Zero one programming. Based on the processing of Delphi and AHP, in determining the threat of OMSP, it is influenced by the number / intensity of incidents of 20.4%; impact of Ipoleksosbudhankam 29.4%, Capabiity 38.2% and involvement factor of 12.1% where national jurisdiction marine security operations are selected as the first priority. Meanwhile, in the selection of the headquarters ship which functions to coordinate the KRI in carrying out sector patrols, using the FWH and IGP, the KRI was chosen as the Sigma class to be the headquarters ship. This modeling uses 22 of the 24 KRI that have been allocated by obtaining an increase in the optimization of the coverage area and fuel savings.. The article deals with the problem of transport infrastructure development in modern cities. The relationship of mass motorization with the quality of the urban environment and the development of the transport framework is analyzed. Examples of the modernization of the transport system and the humanization of the urban environment from the world urban planning practice are given. The authors formulated a number of recommendations for the reconstruction of the transport infrastructure on the example of the Crimea.
