ABSTRAK Keinginan pindah fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama merupakan salah satu bentuk ketidakpuasan pasien serta akan berdampak pada loyalitas pasien dalam memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan. Pada tahun 2016, terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan pada peserta JKN Mandiri di Kota Denpasar yang melakukan perpindahan FKTP yaitu di bulan Juni sebanyak 453 orang dan menjadi 504 orang pada bulan November 2016. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan pihak BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Denpasar didapatkan data mengenai keluhan peserta JKN di FKTP di Kota Denpasar meliputi pelayanan yang kurang ramah, kurang informatif, antrian panjang, penolakan pasien luar wilayah dan pasien tidak terlayani karena berobat di luar jam kerja FKTP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keinginan pindah FKTP pada peserta JKN Mandiri di Kota Denpasar. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan analitik crossectional dengan jumlah sampel 108 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara consecutive sampling di beberapa FKTP yang bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan di Kota Denpasar.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis univariat, bivariat (chi-square) dan multivariat (regresi logistik) Berdasarkan hasil mutivariat didapatkan hasil terdapat hubungan antara ketersediaan fasilitas (p=0,005, 95% CI=2,05-56,57), waktu tunggu (p=0,000, 95% CI=5,98-233,68), jarak (p=0,000, 95% CI=3,66-51,92), pindah domisili (p=0,022, 95% CI=1,34-43,01) dan pelayanan dokter (p=0,005, 95% CI=2,02-55,32) dengan keinginan pindah FKTP, sedangkan waktu pelayanan tidak mempunyai hubungan dengan keinginan pindah FKTP (p=0,138, 95% CI=0,50-147,25). Adapun faktor yang paling dominan terhadap keinginan pindah FKTP yaitu waktu tunggu (p=0,000 dan Adjust OR= 37,38) Bagi pihak FKTP sebaiknya dapat meningkatkan kualitas mutu pelayanan yang diberikan pada peserta JKN serta bagi BPJS Kesehatan dapat meningkatkan penilaian terhadap FKTP yang bekerjasama dengannya dalam hal kredensialing dan rekredensialing FKTP. In 2016, there was a significant increase in JKN Mandiri participants in Denpasar City who moved FKTP in June as many as 453 people and became 504 people in November 2016. Based on interviews with BPJS Health Denpasar Branch data obtained about JKN participants' complaints in FKTP in Denpasar City includes services that are not friendly, less informative, long queues, rejection of patients outside the region and patients not served because of treatment outside FKTP working hours. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the desire to move FKTP on JKN Mandiri participants in Denpasar City. The design of this study used cross-sectional analytics with a sample of 108 people. The sampling technique was done by consecutive sampling in several FKTP in collaboration with BPJS Health in Denpasar City. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire and analyzed by univariate, bivariate (chi-square) and multivariate (logistic regression) analysis. Based on the results of the mutivariat, there was a correlation between the availability of facilities (p = 0.005, 95% CI = 2.05-56.57) , waiting time (p = 0,000, 95% CI = 5.98-233.68), distance (p = 0,000, 95% CI = 3.66-51.92), moving domicile (p = 0.022, 95% CI = 1.34-43.01) and doctor's service (p = 0.005, 95% CI = 2.02-55.32) with the desire to move FKTP, while the service time has no relationship with the desire to move FKTP (p = 0.138, 95 % CI = 0.50-147.25). The most dominant factor for the desire to move FKTP is the waiting time (p = 0,000 and Adjust OR = 37.38) For the FKTP it should be able to improve the quality of service provided to JKN participants and for BPJS Health can improve the assessment of FKTP in collaboration with in terms of FKTP credentialing and recruitment. The lack of repeated visits of old patients will increase the cost of promotion to get new patients, one way to maintain old patients is to grow patient loyalty. Some patients in Arosuka General Hospital are still not loyal because they come to the hospital only for the first examination, then the patient goes to another hospital, some patients have not recommended the hospital to others, one of the factors that influence patient loyalty is the quality of service. This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality servqual dimensions and patient loyalty in Arosuka Hospital. The type of this study is cross sectional. The population in this study were all patients who came to the Arosuka Hospital polyclinic in 2018, a sample of 203 people with a proportional random sampling sampling technique conducted in April 2018 with the analysis used was the chi square test. The statistical test results obtained 60.1% of respondents not loyal, 61.6% of respondents stated that tangible was not good, 37.9% of respondents stated that reliability was not good, 51.2% of respondents stated that they were less responsive, 43.3% of respondents said assurace was not good, and 48.8% of respondents said empaty not good. There is a significant relationship between tangible, reliability, responsive, assurance, empathy and patient loyalty in Arosuka Hospital with a value of p <0.05 (p = 0.001, p = 0.015, p = 0.010, p = 0.002, p = 0.022). Tangible is the most dominant factor associated with patient loyalty. It is expected that the director will make a policy on service hours, sanctions for those who do not obey the service hours, coordinate with the local government in procuring transportation for patients, the head of the ward designing a comfortable waiting room, and providing suggestion boxes for patients.

The Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) method is a medium for giving nicotine needed by smokers without burning tobacco. An electric cigarette is one from many NRTs that uses electricity from battery power to deliver nicotine in the form of vapor. But it is not recommended by the WHO or the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) because it has many negative effects. According to Green, there are 3 behavioral factors which are predisposition, support and drive. According to Notoatmodjo, lack of knowledge can form a false perception of electric cigarettes. According to Hude, perception is the giving of meaning to the stimulus received by sensory systems. The purpose of this research is to know the relation of demographic characteristic and to identify health knowledge to know public perception about the existence of electric cigarette in Palembang City. This research is a quantitative analytical research with cross sectional study design conducted in Palembang city using questionnaire in February 2018. The sample of this research is male active smoker with age> 15 years in Palembang city taken by purposive sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed by univariate analysis, chi square test, and multivariate logistic regression analysis using IBM SPSS statistic version 22. The study obtained 162 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. The result of statistical test in this research is 51.2% positive perception toward electric cigarette based on health knowledge level in Palembang city (p = 0,000). There is no significant relationship between demographic characteristics and public perception of electric cigarette (p> 0,005). Predisposing factors concerning knowledge of electric cigarette usage can cause addiction problem is the most dominant factor in shaping people's perception on electric cigarette (p = 0,008).

Penatalaksanaan farmakologis dan non farmakologis dipercaya dapat mengontrol tekanan darah dan mencegah komplikasi, tetapi banyak pasien hipertensi tekanan darahnya tidak terkontrol. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kepatuhan yang buruk dalam melaksanakan rekomendasi gaya hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan faktor yang berhungan dengan kepatuhan melaksanakan rekomendasi modifikasi gaya hidup. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross-sectional di pukesmas dinoyo Kota Malang tahun 2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Consecutive Sampling. Kuesioner yang digunakan meliputi : karakteristik demografi, pengetahuan dan rekomendasi mofifikasi gaya hidup pasien hipertensi. Hubungan antara rekomendasi modifikasi gaya hidup dengan variabel independen dianalisis menggunakan uji chi square dan analisis regresi logistik. 140 pasien hipertensi berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini (60 laki-laki, 80 wanita). Prevalensi kepatuhan adalah 28,6 %. Tingkat pengetahuan berhubungan signifikan  dengan kepatuhan melaksanakan rekomendasi gaya hidup (p=0,00). Jenis kelamin, usia, dan tingkat pendidikan tidak mempunyai hubungan signifikan dengan kepatuhan rekomendasi modifikasi gaya hidup (p= 0,06; p=0,21; p=0,87). Pengetahuan mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepatuhan rekomendasi modifikasi gaya hidup. Management of pharmacological and non-pharmacological is believed to control blood pressure and prevent complications,  but many hypertensive patients have uncontrolled blood pressure. This is due to poor adherence to recommended lifestyle modifications. This study was aimed to determine the factors associated with adherence to recommended lifestyle modifications of hypertensive patients. A cross-sectional study was conducted in Pukesmas Dinoyo Malang in 2019. Consecutive Sampling was used to select study subjects. The questionnaire included information about demographic characteristics, knowledge, practice of lifestyle-modification measures. Associations between adherence to lifestyle modification and independent variables were analyzed using chi square and multivariate logistic regression analysis. 140 hypertensive patients participated in the study (60 men, 80 women). The prevalence of adherence was 28.6%. The level of knowledge was significant associated with adherence to recommended lifestyle modifications (p = 0.00). Genders , age, and educational level were no significant associated with to recommended lifestyle modifications (p= 0.06; p=0.21; p=0.87). Knowledge was significant associated with adherence to recommended lifestyle modifications of hypertensive patients.

ABSTRAKPneumonia merupakan penyebab banyak kematian balita di dunia. Selama tahun 2016 terdapat 568.146 (65,27%) jumlah kasus pneumonia pada balita yang ada di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan tercatat kasus pneumonia tahun 2017 sebesar 66,52%, data tertinggi pada Puskesmas Beruntung Raya dengan angka 105 kasus (10,80%) di tahun 2017. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan penggunaan antibiotika pada orang tua pasien anak yang terdiagnosa pneumonia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Beruntung Raya serta menganalisa faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan observasional analitik melalui pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua orang tua yang memeriksakan anaknya dalam satu tahun terakhir di Puskesmas Beruntung Raya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 77 responden ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan berlangsung selama 3 (tiga) bulan. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi square dan regresi logistik biner dan kuisioner sebagai Instrumen penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kedisiplinan (p-value= 0,001), sugesti sembuh (p-value= 0,012), dan komunikasi (p-value= 0,025). Variabel kedisiplinan merupakan yang paling berpengaruh dominan terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan antibiotika, sehingga pasien yang disiplin lakan lebih patuh dalam meminum obat antibiotika daripada pasien yang tidak disiplin.Kata-kata kunci: Kepatuhan, pneumonia, kedisiplinan, sugesti sembuh, komunikasiABSTRACTPneumonia is the cause of many under-five deaths in the world. During 2016 there were 568,146 (65.27%) of the number of pneumonia cases in children under five in Indonesia. From the data of the South Kalimantan Provincial Health Office recorded pneumonia cases in 2017 amounted to 66.52%, the highest data in Beruntung Jaya Community Health Center with a number of 105 cases (10.80%) in 2017. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors related by adhering to the use of antibiotics in the parents of pediatric patients with diagnosed with pneumonia in the work area of Beruntung Jaya Community Health Center and analysis the most dominant factor influencing. This study uses an observational analytic design through a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all parents who had their children examined in the past year at Beruntung Raya Health Center. The sample in this study amounted to 77 respondents determined by purposive sampling technique and lasted for 3 (three) months. Data analysis using chi square test and binary logistic regression and questionnaires as research instruments. The results showed that there was a relationship between discipline (p-value= 0.001), recovery suggestions (p-value= 0.012), and communication (p-value= 0.025). Disciplinary variable is the most dominant influence on adherence to the use of antibiotics, so that disciplined patients are more obedient in taking antibiotic drugs than patients who are not disciplined.Key words: Compliance, pneumonia, discipline, healing suggestion, communication

Aims: The aim of current study is to find out the prevalence of depression in doctors in different hospitals of Karachi and its association with lifestyle, the field of specialty and coping mechanisms. Place and Duration of Study: The sample was collected from 10 different hospitals of Karachi, in a period of one Year i.e., March 2019 to February 2020. Methodology: A descriptive cross-sectional study design using non-probability consecutive type of sampling technique was used. Sample size was calculated at 95% confidence interval and was found to be 368. The sample was classified in two broader categories Surgery & Allied and Medicine & Allied. For identification of depression level, Public Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) was used. A 28-item questionnaire Brief COPE was used to asses coping mechanisms. Results: In total 400 forms were used for data analysis. The mean age of doctors was 35 ± 4 years, 65% were males while 35% were females, there was a statistically significant association of female gender with depression. Chi-Square was applied to determine the association of depression and departments and it was found to be highly significant with a P < .001. Highest level of depression was found in Orthopedics and Psychiatry departments followed by Surgery and Gynecology. While Otolaryngology was the least depressed department. Chi-square was applied and a statistically significant association of low monthly income and depression with a p-value of 0.02. In Surgery and allied there was a statistically significant association of depression with extensive working hours and lack of facilities with a p-value of 0.01 and 0.04. While in Medicine and allied there was a statistically significant association of depression with a harsh attitude of seniors and an uncomfortable working environment with a p-value of 0.02 and 0.03. A linear regression model comparing depression and its associations with coping strategies was applied. Conclusion: Our study shows that depression is present in a vast majority of doctors from multiple specialties. Various risk factors for depression have also been identified so appropriate coping strategies should be formulated to deal with it.

Aging is a a natural process in life. Aging is characterized by loss of slowly ability organ tissue repair itself and  is irreversible. The elderly are the final statge of a person’s life cycle and experience the aging process with change in various physical or physiological, psychological and social aspects (Miller, 2012). Hanges dues to aging eldely comple raises enormous opportunity for the elderly are at risk of depression.  The objective of this study was to determine the factors that influence the risk of depression in elderly at Puskesmas Jekan Raya of Palangka Raya City with descriptive correlational research design using cross sectional approach. The sampling technique in this research is by using probability sampling technique that sampling technique giving equal oppurtinity to every individual in the population to be the research sample.The statistical test used was descriptive test and Chi Square test. The result indicate that factors influencing the risk of depression in the elderly is functional impairment were settled with p value= 0,000. Conclusion of the elderly who have other diseases besides DM  settle a vulnerable population at risk of depression. The most dominant factor is the functional disturbances persist  after controlling the variable of age, live event s and other diseases (other than DM) with OR=39. Recommended in elderly nursing decision making in order to improve the health of elderly family based programs to prevent depression in the elderly and especially carring by elderly family members.

Abstract: Background:  The issues of long working hours and short sleep among professional drivers are increasing worldwide, making it necessary to study their health hazards. Obesity among professional drivers and conductors is becoming an equally challenge now a days. In the present study, we investigated the association between long working hours and short sleep with body mass index (BMI) among male drivers and conductors in the city of Multan, Pakistan.Methods:  The cross-sectional sample of 345 participants (197 drivers and 148 conductors) was taken using a convenient sampling technique with the help of a self-administered questionnaire. From the participants, the data were collected about their daily work-ing hours, sleeping hours and working period. Anthropometric measurements (weight and height) of each participant were taken to calculate BMI. Along with descriptive statistics and percentages, Chi-square test was used to examine the association in the full sample and stratified by study participants (i.e. drivers and conductors).Results:  The mean (± standard deviation: SD) of age, BMI, daily working and sleeping hours of all the participants were32.98 ± 11.17 years, 24.35 ± 4.65 Kg/m2, 9.32 ± 3.49 hours and 7.79 ± 1.69 hours, respectively. There were statistically significant association between the short sleep and long working hours with obesity (χ2 = 17.37, p-value < 0.01 and χ2 = 14.43, p-value 0.01, respectively).Conclusion:  The present study concludes that both short sleep and long working hours are significantly associated with obesity among professional drivers and conductors.

Abstrack :Patient satisfaction level is considered as one of the very important dimension and is oneof the main indicators of the standard of a health facility which is due to the influence of health careon the hospital and it is this which makes the measurement of patient satisfaction is an importantcomponent.The purpose of this study was to determine the differences between patient satisfactionlevel on BPJS and Non BPJS users over registration services in Tobelo hospitals. This researchmethod using cross sectional design. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling techniquewith a total sample of 136 respondents. methods of data collection using questionnaires satisfactionlevel of service at the place of registration to measure the level of patient satisfaction BPJS and NonBPJS and statistical test using chi square test. The researchresults can be p-value of 0.000 (≤ α =0.05), which means there are significant differences. Teknik pengambilan sampelmenggunakan teknik consecutive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 136 responden. metodepengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tingkat kepuasan pelayanan di tempat pendaftaran untukmengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS dan Non BPJS dan uji statistic menggunakan uji chi square.Hasil penelitian di dapat nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 (≤ α = 0,05) yang berarti ada perbedaan yangsignifikan. Labor productivity can be affected by various factors such as shift work and overtime working , where the work shift is a method of division of time that has different working hours while overtime work or overtime working is a type of work that is done outside of normal working hours .This study aims to determine the relationship between the division of Nurse Shift and Overtime Working with Performance Productivity in the Inpatient Room of LabuangBaji Hospital in Makassar.This research is a type of Cross Sectional Study, this research was conducted by direct observation by researchers, the determination of the sample was carried out by total sampling technique with a sample size of 35 respondents who met the inclusion criteria, the relationship test was performed with the Chi-Square test with a significance level α <0.05.The results showed that there was no relationship between nurse shift with performance productivity using the Chi- Square test obtained ρ = 0, 203 and there was no relationship between overtime working with performance productivity using the chi square test obtained ρ = 0.603 . It is recommended to hospital agencies to routinely provide motivation to improve morale and work ethic so as to cause high dedication , the management also routinely conducts surveillance of nurse productivity .

Gangguan jiwa merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia. Prevalensi gangguan jiwa berat, seperti skizofrenia di Indonesia mencapai sekitar 400.000 orang atau sebanyak 1,7 per 1.000 penduduk. Seseorang yang pernah mengalami gangguan skizofrenia akan kembali kambuh karena kondisi yang tidak terkontrol dan tidak meminum obat secara rutin. Pemberdayaan masyarakat seperti kader kesehatan jiwa bermanfaat untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi masalah serta mempertahankan kesehatan jiwa masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan peran kader kesehatan jiwa dengan kekambuhan skizofrenia. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah kerja  Puskesmas II Denpasar Timur, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan consecutive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 52 responden. Hasil penelitian didapatkan, kekambuhan skizofrenia sebanyak 30 orang (57,7%) tidak kambuh dan sebanyak 22 orang (42,3%) kambuh, untuk peran kader kesehatan jiwa kategori kurang sebanyak 31 orang (59,6%) dan kategori baik sebanyak 21 orang (40,4%). Hasil uji chi-square didapatkan angka p value sebesar 0,947 (p>0,05), menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan peran kader kesehatan jiwa dengan kekambuhan skizofrenia di wilayah kerja  Puskesmas II Denpasar Timur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan kader kesehatan jiwa untuk membantu masyarakat mencapai kesehatan jiwa yang optimal.   Kata kunci : peran kader, kekambuhan skizofrenia   ABSTRACK Mental disorder is one of the public health problems in Indonesia. The prevalence of severe psychiatric disorders, such as schizophrenia in Indonesia reaches about 400.000 people or as many as 1.7 per 1.000 inhabitants. A person who has experienced schizophrenic disorder will recur because of uncontrolled conditions and not taking medication regularly. Community empowerment such as mental health cadres is useful to identify and solve problems and maintain the mental health of the community. The study aims to determine the relation of the role of mental health cadres with recurrence of schizophrenia. This type of research includes observational research with cross sectional approach. This research was conducted in the working area of Puskesmas II Denpasar Timur, sampling technique using consecutive sampling with the samples of 52 respondents. The result of the research showed that recurrence of  schizophrenia as many as 30 people (57,7%) did not relapse and as many as 22 people 42,3%) relapse, for the role of mental health cadre of less category as many 31 people (59,6%) and category both as many as 21 people (40,4%). chi-square test results obtained p value of 0,947 (P>0.05), showed no correlation role of mental health cadres with recurrence of schizophrenia in work area Puskesmas II Denpasar Timur.
