The purposes of this study are to determine the effect of application of e-filling system on the corporate taxpayers compliance with tax compliance costs as a moderating in The Tabanan Tax Office. The population of the study was corporate taxpayers registered in The Tabanan Tax Office in 2016. The sampling  method used non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Total of the samples were 42 corporate taxpayers. The datas were collected by questionnaire that have been distributed to the respondents and measured by likert scale. The datas analysis method used simple linear regression and moderated regression analysis.the result of th study shown that the application of e-filing system have a positive and significant effect on the corporate taxpayers compliance, while the tax compliance cost can not moderated the effect of the application of e-filing system on corporate taxpayers compliance in The Tabanan Tax Office.

The City

The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality and service quality positively and significant influenced the customer satisfaction

The purpose of this study was to analize the impacts of service quality and customer value on the satisfaction of customers. Questionnaires are used to collect data from Boks Café customer in Bumiayu, Kabupaten Brebes, Central java by using scale of Likert. This study aims to determine the contribution of leadership behavior to teacher job loyalty. This research was conducted in private high schools throughout Cibungbulang District. The number of samples taken was 25 teachers, with a non-probability sampling method with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a contribution between leadership behavior and teacher work loyalty. This shows that the stronger the influence of leadership behavior, the higher the job loyalty generated by the teacher. Therefore, to foster job loyalty to teachers, a leader is expected to further improve leadership behavior in order to increase teacher job loyalty. Keywords: .

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and the environment on turnover attention of employees of Oppo Kota Bima. The type of research used is associative, with a sample of 35 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, simple correlation, determination test and t test (two parties). The results of this study conclude that the workload has an influence on the work environment of the Bima City oppo employees, where the t value of 8.325 is greater than the t table value of 2.036 (8.325 2.036) with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 ( 0,000,0,05).

The Relationship

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the influence of competence with elements of knowledge, understanding, abilities/skills, values, attitudes and interests on employee performance at the Tanjung Perak Port Authority Office, Surabaya. This type of research is an associative study that explains the relationship and influence between competency variables on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 90 people. The sampling technique used the saturated sampling method. Methods of data collection by interview, literature study, observation and questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using the Simple Linear Regression method. This study concluded that competence with indicators of knowledge, understanding, abilities/skills, values, attitudes and interests has a significant effect on improving employee performance at the Tanjung Perak Main Port Authority Office.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying the E-Filing system to Taxpayer Compliance. The population in this study is the small business unit in Batu District. The research sample is 80 taxpayers. the sampling method uses simple random sampling, the data analysis technique is using regression. The results showed that the first hypothesis namely the adoption of the E-Filling system against Taxpayer Compliance was accepted, In the second hypothesis Understanding Taxation of Taxpayer Compliance was accepted and the third hypothesis there was a significant effect of taxation sanctions on tax compliance.

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of promotion and price on purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta. Secondary data was obtained from PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, while primary data was obtained from customers of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk in Province of DKI Jakarta through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that promotion and price positively and significant influenced the purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta. The conclution of this study is that price was dominant than the promotion in influencing the purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Zakat on Community Welfare in Muara Dua Subdistrict, Lhokseumawe City. This study uses primary data. The sample in this study is 28 respondents who are selected using Census sampling technique. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis and classical assumption tests. The results of the study partially show that Zakat has a positive and significant effect on the community welfare in Muara Dua Subdistrict, Lhokseumawe City.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Work Supervision, Employee Commitment and Communication on Employee Performance at PT. BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengan Medan Post Intersection. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling method and the analysis method used is multiple linear regression. From the research results, the multiple regression equation is as follows: PKK = 1.059+ 0.287PK + 0.309KK + 0.135K + ei. This means that the Employee Commitment (KK) variable has a greater influence on employee work performance, because the regression coefficient is greater, namely 0.309. The results of the t test show that the employee commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance where the t value (4.233)> the t table value (1.682) and the significant value 0.000
