Currently, corruption has reached an alarming level, because it has penetrated various sectors of life which are very detrimental to state finances. Education is expected to be able to provide mental provisions for students not to commit corruption. The aspect of prevention is relevant in addition to being important as well as the importance of eradicating corrosion. Various state or government policies have been published as efforts to prepare the nation's young generation who are ready to ward off corruption. In this context, public policies have been issued in the form of Law Number 20 of 2003, Presidential Decree Number 87 of 2017, Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation Number 20 of 2018, Governor of West Java Regulation Number 60 of 2019 and Perbup Sukabumi Number 62 of 2019 which pay great attention to integrity, character and education. anti Corruption. Substantial aspects of policy settings on anti-corruption education will determine its success when implemented. With the normative juridical research method and literature review, from the perspective of administration and public policy it appears that in West Java Province the operational policy of the West Java Governor Regulation Number 60 of 2019 and the Sukabumi Regent Regulation Number 62 of 2019 has been issued. policies with policies and hierarchical relationships with policies on anti-corruption education at the national level. Regulation as a form of public policy set in West Java and Sukabumi Regency plays a strategic role in realizing efforts to eradicate corruption.

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Communication on the Work Effectiveness of Apparatus in the Arateng Village Office, Sidenreng Rappang District. The population of this study was 2,133 people and a sample of 32 people. The sampling technique used is saturated samples. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, data quality tests (validity and reliability), classic assumption tests, linear regression and hypothesis testing.The results showed that organizational communication 62.68% influential categories include wise and politeness 61.8%, feedback acceptance 63%, information sharing 60%, giving information assignments 66.8%. reduce task uncertainty 61.8%. work effectiveness 61.4% influential categories include the quantity of work 61.8%, work quality 62.4%, time utilization 60.%. The factors that influence organizational communication 58.26% are quite influential include horizontal communication 62.4%, diagonal communication 56.2%, vertical communication 56.2%. This shows the effect of Organizational Communication on the Effectiveness of Workers in the Arateng Village Office Sidenreng Rappang District is 61% of the 100% expected results, which is classified in the category of "influence".

This study aims to determine the accountability of public services to the management of village funds in the village of Bulo Wattang, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 360 households using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 78 households. The sampling technique used is random sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, library research and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, data quality tests (validity and reliability), classic assumption tests, linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 21.0 with a measurement scale using a Likert Scale. The results showed that the accountability of public services affects the management of village funds by 53% while the results of the analysis of village fund management data by 58.55% with a less good category while the relationship of public service accountability with the management of village funds amounted to 0.710 categorized a strong relationship, which in providing public services quality by applying one of the principles of accountable government can increase the success of village fund management.

The aim of this research is to find out the influence of the professionalism of the apparatus work towards the quality of public services in the Anabannae Village office, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 1,181 people and a sample of 92 people. The sampling technique used is random sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, data quality tests (validity and reliability), classic assumption tests, linear regression and hypothesis testing and with the help of SPSS version 21 application. The results showed that the professionalism of the work apparatus 59.6% was not good. the quality of public service 59.16% is not good. Factors that influenced the professionalism of work 60.32% were unfavorable including 31.4% proficiency, 58.6% readiness, 60% responsibility, 61.2% discipline, and 60.4% employee attitude. This shows the Effect of Professional Workers' Apparatuses on the Quality of Public Services at the Anabannae Village Office in Pitu Riawa Subdistrict is 59% of the 100% expected results, which are classified as "not good".

This study aimed to determine the effect of the coordination function on the implementation of government in Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.  The population in this study were 31 sub-district office apparatus and the head of the Watang Sidenreng sub-district environment, the sampling period used was saturated sampling (census) with the technique of determining the sample if all population members were used as a sample of 31 people, this study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method.  Data collection techniques are used through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and library research.  The data analysis techniques used are Descriptive Statistics, Data Quality Test, using the Frequency Table and Likert Scale. The results of this study showed that the influence of the Coordination Function Against Government Implementation in Watang Sidenreng District with a value of 61.41% is categorized as "not good".  the factors that influenced the Coordination with the accumulated results of 63.31% or categorized as "Less Influential".  So that the Coordination Function Against the Implementation of Government in Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with 60% results with the percentage "not good".

This study aims to determine the supervision model at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital, to determine the effect of the supervision model on employee work performance at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital, and to determine the factors that influence supervision at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital.The research method approach that will be used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were medical employees at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital wich consisted of 176 employees. The sample technique used is Purposive Sampling using the Slovin formula to produce 64 samples. Data collection techniques performed in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The collected data is then processed and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with the help of descriptive statistics using SPSS 21.0 and Likert Scale. The results showed that the supervision model at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital was in the rare category with a percentage of 53.95%, the influence of the supervisory model on the work performance of employees at Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital with a percentage of 55% influence, the factors affecting influencing supervision in Arifin Nu’mang Rappang Hospital is in the rare category with a percentage of 51,36%.

This study aims to determine the participation of women in non-physical development in Kadidi Subdistrict, Panca Rijang Subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the factors that influence women's participation in Kadidi Subdistrict, Panca Rijang Subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang District.The population of this study was 411 women. A sample of 80 people. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and with the help of SPSS application version 21. The results showed that the Participation of Women in Kadidi Village with a percentage of 56.87% was in the unfavorable category. Non-Physical Development in Kadidi Urban Village with a percentage of 60% is in the unfavorable category. Based on the value of t arithmetic> t table or 6,415> 0,219 If the value of t arithmetic ≥ t table, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning Significant, If the value of t arithmetic ≤ t table, then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that is not Significant, then Ha accepted and H0 is rejected, it means that the Participation Rate of Women has a significant effect on Non-Physical Development in Kadidi Subdistrict, Panca Rijang Subdistrict, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a contribution percentage of 54.5% being in the medium level or good kurag category. Factors Affecting Women's Participation: a. Internal Factors: 1) 59.2% participation, 2) Education 62.2%, 3) Income and income 64.6%. b. External Factors: 1) Leadership 65.2%, 2) Government Equipment / Facilities 60.6%. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that the factors that influence women's participation in the Kadidi Village are in the good category 62.36%.

With the availability of mineral resources in the form of coal in the city of Samarinda, it is an advantage for the city government in increasing regional income in the form of taxes and royalties, but with the existence of coal mining activities that have obtained an operating permit from the Samarinda City Government, it has triggered a conflict between the Samarinda City Government. with the local community. This conflict-related relationship cannot be separated from the ecological impacts caused by coal mining activities, in which the government has no commitment to maintaining the quality of the community's environment. In this study, the author wants to analyze how the dynamics of the conflict that occurs between civil society and the Samarinda City Government related to coal mining activities in Samarinda City. In the preparation of this study the authors used qualitative methods. he result of the research is that there is public distrust of the Derah Government in establishing relationships, in the aspect of negotiating the principle that there are differences in views between the government and residents regarding land management, and the needs of residents who are hindered due to the impact of coal mining.

Competence of human resources on the quality of public services in the Maddenra Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the factors that influence human resource competence in the Maddenra Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 2,095 people. Samples were 95 people. The sampling technique used is Purpossive Sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and with the help of SPSS application version 21. The results showed that the Human Resources Competence at the Maddenra Village Office with a percentage of 58.16% was in the unfavorable category. The quality of public services at the Maddenra Village Office with a percentage of 58.30% is in the poor category. Based on the value of t count> t table or 9,855> 1,989, then H0 is rejected, it means that Human Resources Competence has a significant effect on the Quality of Public Services in the Maddenra Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a percentage contribution of 51.1% influence. Factors that Influence Human Resources Competence: a. Internal factors: 1) Employees in improving service capability 58%. 2) The ability of employees to anticipate public complaints 59%. 3) Increased employee use of computers 56%. b. External factors: 1) Government attitudes towards human resource support 59%. 2) Community involvement in improving services 57%. 3) employee training to support technology development 51%. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that the factors that influence the Competency of Human Resources in the Office of Maddenra Village with a percentage of 56.67% are in the unfavorable category.

Apparatus on the quality of public services in Wala Village, Kecamatang Maritengngae, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in conducting this study were people with male and female gender, amounting to 3,725 people from two environments, the data collection technique used was the Slovin formula with 92 results, taken based on purposive sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, data collection techniques used are observation techniques, questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis technique is using the validity and reliability tests using the SPSS 21.0 application and a Likert scale. Based on the research that was taken from the results of the questionnaire data, it was obtained that the recapitulation of the Apparatus Performance variable with a percentage of 67.4% was included in the "Good" category while the recapitulation of the Public Service Quality variable with a percentage of 69.6% was included in the "Good" category.
