Absract   This study aims to determine the transparency of the village government in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, to find out the management of village funds in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, and to determine village government transparency in village fund management in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District Sidenreng Rappang. The population in this study was 345 heads of households in which the sampling used was Non-Probability Sampling, with a Purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 35 people. This study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires (questionnaires), library studies, and interviews. The data analysis technique used is frequency tabulation analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the Transparency of the Village Government in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency has an average percentage of 58% categorized as "Fairly Good", while village fund management in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, an average of 57% categorized "Pretty good". Then as for village government transparency in managing village funds in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, it is said to be quite good, where the value of t count = 5.045> t table = 2,035 with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05 with a percentage of 43.5%. This study aims to determine the management of bureaucratic behavior at the Bulo Wattang Village office, public services at the Bulo Wattang Village office and to determine the management of bureaucratic behavior towards improving public services at the Bulo Wattang Village office in Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 337 heads of households where the sampling used was Probability Sampling, with a random sampling technique using the 10% Yount Formula with a total sample of 34 heads of households. This study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is frequency tabulation analysis, and linear regression analysis using SPSS 16 for Windows. The results of this study show that the average percentage of bureaucratic behavior management in the office of Bulo Wattang Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency is 65.8% with a good category, public services at the Bulo Wattang Village office, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang District are 60.32% with a fairly good category of bureaucratic behavior management to improve public services in the office of the Village of Bulo Wattang, District of Panca Rijang, District of Sidenreng Rappang by 33.0% with an influence category.

This study aims to assess the accountability and transparency of the village government towards the management of the Village Fund in Sembiran village, Tejakula sub-district, Buleleng district. The sample used was 127 consisting of the village chief secretary of the village treasurer, the Village Consultative Body (BPD) as representatives of the community as well as section heads, with a probability sampling technique with the prorporotionate stratifid ramandom screening method. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is a linear analysis of begada. The results showed that the management of village funds in the village was good enough to apply the principles and rules regarding the accountability of the transparency principle, and participation in village fund management was carried out both from the side of the village government and from the community side so that the accountability of the management of village funds would increase. Factors of production farming has a different function to level of production and farmers income. The better use factors of production, the amount of production is produced also more and more so that income received by farmers is higher. This study aims to determine whether education, experience, land, and capital affect farmers' income. The population in this study were all barking farmers in the village of Persalakan Angkola Barat South Tapanuli. The sampling technique in studies using methods Solvin with a total sample of 50 farmers bark. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis to prioritize testing and classical assumption of normality as a condition of continued analysis. From the results of analysis can be concluded the factor of land area education and partially no effect on farmers 'income while the experience factor, capital, Extension and Number of dependents has a positive and significant impact on farmers' income in the village of Persalakan Angkola Barat South Tapanuli.  Keywords:     Education, Experience, Land, Capital, Counseling, Number of dependents, income

Sayan Village is one of the villages in Ubud that has a lot of potential to be used as a tourism village. The first three great potentials are natural tourism, potential opportunities for water tubing tourism, and also the potential of Puri Sayan as a heritage tourism object in Sayan Village, which is being planned by the village government and local communities. In addition to the three great potentials, Sayan Village also has the potential for water tourism with beji spring sources which are a source of water that is purified by the local community and is usually used for melukat. In this case, the researcher focused more on discussing the development of biology natural tourism which is currently used as the center of tourism village activities in Sayan Village. This study uses collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis and SWOT analysis. The technique of determining informants used purposive sampling technique. The results of this study contain the existing conditions of Desa Sayan based on tourism product components, namely attractions, amenities, accessibility, and ancilliary. And the strategy for developing SWOT-based Sayan Tourism Village. So that the strategies obtained produce the best ways to realize one of the missions of Desa Sayan as a sustainable tourism village. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource competencies and village financial systems on the accountability of village fund management in Badung Regency. This research was conducted in villages in Badung Regency using a sample of 126 respondents consisting of Village Heads, Village Secretaries, Treasurers and Section Heads, with probability sampling technique with proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence has a positive effect on village fund management accountability. The village financial system has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management. Keywords: Competence; Village Financial System; Accountability.

The level of accountability forand building tax payments in Damai Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, and to find out the factors that influence the level of community awareness in paying land taxes and Buildings in Damai Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 1,486 where the sampling used was Probability Sampling with a random sampling technique using aformula of Yount  5% with a total sample of 74. This study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires (questionnaire), documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is Descriptive Statistics, data quality test, classic assumption test using SPSS 21 and Likert Scale. The results showed that accountability for land and building tax payments in the peaceful village of Watang Sidenreng sub-district was categorized as "Influential/ significant", from the ANOVA test it was able to calculate 13,325 overall, influential/ significant and the probability was far from 0.05. Furthermore partially t arithmetic (3,650)> t table (1993) means that the level of accountability influences / significantly on Land and Building Tax Payments in Damai Village, factors that influence the level of public awareness in paying Land and Building Taxes in Damai Village Watang Sidenreng District Sidenreng Regency Rappang 60.6% included in the category of "good".

Abstract This study aims to determine the level of women's participation in the administration of village governance and the factors that influence the level of women's participation in the administration of the village of Bulucenrana. The population of this study was 1,231 families and a sample of 92 households. The sampling technique used is Purpossive Sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, library research and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use statistics with helped SPSS v.16. The results showed that the participation of women 56% was not good consisting of money participation 59%, participation of property 59%, participation of personnel 56%, participation of skills 49%, participation of ideas 58%, and also social participation 57%. The implementation of Village Government 54% is not good consisting of services 61%, empowerment 50%, and development 52%. Based on SPSS v.16 using the regression formula, the economic aspects of 22%, socio-cultural aspects 41%, geographic aspects of the region 81% affect the level of women's participation in the administration of the Village Government of Bulucenrana.   Keywords: Women's Participation and Implementation of Village Government

Abstract  The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of effectiveness on the management of business entities owned by Lagading District of Pitu Riase, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, To determine the effect of performance on the management of business entities owned by the village of Lagading, District of Pitu Riase, District of Sidenreng Rappang, to determine the effect of effectiveness and performance on the management of business entities owned villages in increasing village original income in Lagading, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study is the overall number of households in the lagading village, amounting to 396 consisting of 4 hamlets. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with the results of 79.8 rounded up to 80 respondents, taken based on the Probability sampling technique, more precisely Random sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, documentation and library research. The collected data is then analyzed using data analysis techniques using a Likert scale, a simple linear regression analysis, then tested with a validity test, a reliability test using SPSS 16.0. Based on the research results of the variables Based on the results of the study of the Effectiveness variable (X1) obtained an average percentage of 57% included in the category of "Enough influence". Measured through indicators The source approach, the process approach, and the target approach. The results of the study of the variable performance variables (X2) obtained an average percentage of 57% included in the category of "quite influential". Measured through indicators of Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility and Accountability. the results of research on the management variable BUMdes (Y) obtained an average percentage of 54% included in the category of "Enough influence". Measured through indicators of Cooperative, Participatory, Emancipative, Transparent, Accountable and Sustainability.  Keywords: Effectiveness, Performance, and Management

The study investigates the factors that influence village officials to have an interest in whistleblowing. Organizational commitment, rewarding, idealism ethical orientation, relativism and machiavellian ethical orientation are used as factors that influence the interest of village officials to do whistleblowing. The population in this research is the entire officials of the village government who worked in district Kelayang, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sampling technique in this research is to use incidental sampling. A total of 60 village officialses participated in this study, which consisted of village heads, village secretaries. regional executor and technical executive. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of hypothesis testing that is: organizational commitment and idealism ethical orientation effect on interest to do the whistleblowing but reward, relativism ethical orientation and machiavellian nature has no effect against the interest to do the whistleblowing.This research contributes to reducing the occurrence of fraud committed by village officials.

Abstract   This study aims to determine the implementation of government  authority over village autonomy in the village Carawali District of Watang Pulu District of Sidenreng Rappang and to find out how much the exercise of government authority over village autonomy in the village of Carawali District of Watang Pulu District of Sidenreng Rappang the population in the this study is the entire population registered as comunities in Carawali village District of Watang Pulu totaing 2,207 people. The sampling techniques uses the slovin formula with the results of 96 respondents, tekan based on a random sampling technique that is a random sample of the eutire population of the communty. Data collection techniques used i this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and library studies. The collected data is then used by means of dat analysis, using frequency  table and litert scales.The resolts of this study show the implementation of government authorty in the village Carawali District of Watng Pulu District of Sidenreng Rappang that 70% of 100% of the oxpected results, whisch is classified as good. As for the factors that influence the exrase of authority influnced by the absence of implmentation of the devision of goverment authority in the village Carawali District of Watang Pulu District of Sidenreng Rappang is 71% of 100% of the expected results which are in the good category.
