Taxes are an important source of funding for the Indonesian economy. Tax Avoidance is a company's effort to minimize the company's tax burden by looking for gaps in a country's tax weaknesses, so the scheme is legal. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the correlation of managerial ownership, the proportion of independent commissioners, and the audit committee on tax avoidance. The theory used is the Agency Theory. The research was carried out on mining entities that are on the IDX in the period 2017-2019, with a population of 43 entities. The number of samples obtained are 11 companies with purposive sampling method. Data collection is done by non-participant observation. The data analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that the proportion of independent commissioners has a negative effect on tax avoidance. However, managerial ownership and audit committee have no effect on tax avoidance. Keywords: Managerial Ownership; The Proportion of Independent Comissioners; Audit Committee.

The research aims to know the: Influence of time budged pressure and skepticism of auditors to audit quality. The population in this research were Inspectorate of West Sumatra Provinc. The sample is determined by total sampling method, that all apparaturs of Inspektorate of West Sumatera Province. The data used in this research is primary data. This research used quetionnaires instrument as much as 32 respondents. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result showed that: (1) Time budged pressure has significant negative effect on audit quality, where the tcount  -2,268 < ttable  2,048407 at sig 0,031 < α 0,05, (2) skepticism didn’t significant effect on audit quality, the tcount 0,442 < ttable  2,048407 in sig 0,662 > α 0,05.

Accounting fraud is an action due to the desire or encouragement to use the opportunity so as to manipulate accounting of financial statements, corruption or misappropriation of assets. Research aims to determine the influence of individual morality, organizational commitment and conformity of compensation on accounting fraud in the LPD of Mengwi sub-district. The sampling method is using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method is permormed using questionnaires and questionnaires returned are 194 questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the tests, individual morality, organizational commitment and compensation conformity have negative affect on accounting fraud. Independence is a free mental attitude and is not controlled by other parties as well as the honesty of Auditors in consideration, formulating and expressing opinions. The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of Audit Fee, Non-audit services, old audit relations and size of public accountant office on the Independence of Auditors. The population of this research is the Auditor of the public Accountant office registered in the IAPI Directory in 2019. Data collection is performed using questionnaires. The number of samples in this study was 66 respondents using the purposive Sampling method with the criteria of auditors working at least 1 year. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25.0 program. The results showed that (1) the Audit Fee significantly affects the independence of the Auditor, (2) Non-Audit services have no significant effect on the independence of the Auditor, (3) The length of the audit relationship has significant effect on the independence of the Auditor, (4) The size of the public Accountant Office has no significant effect on the independence of Auditors. (5) Audit Fee, Non-Audit services, length of audit relationship and size of public accountant office simultaneously have significant effect on the independence of Auditors. Thus, to enhance or maintain independence, auditors should avoid variables that can affect independence.

His study discusses to analyze corporate governance, ownership structure and leverage to earning management. The research was conducted at mining companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2018. The samples used as many as 29 companies from the population of 83 companies, through a purposive sampling method. The data collection is done by using the method of observation nonparticipant through the financial statemens. The analysis technique aapplied is a technique of multiple linier regression analysis. The results show that audit committee negative effect on earning management, the proportion of commissioners no effect on earning management, managerial ownership no effect on earning management, institutional ownership no effect on earning management and leverage negative effect on earning management.Keyword : audit committee, proportion of commissioners, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, leverage, earning management

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of religiosity, trust in the apparatus, education level and tax knowledge on Non-Employee Individual Taxpayer compliance. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama, South Malang. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with a sampling method using accidental sampling method. Data collection is done through questionnaires. The   data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that religiosity, trust in the apparatus, education level and tax knowledge have a positive effect on tax compliance. This study purpose to test the effect of the debt to equity ratio (DER) and the return on equity ratio (Roe) the reaction of investors (proxy using stock returns). The population used in this study is a telecommunications company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2011-2015 as 7perusahaan. From this, a sample is taken is composed of six companies. It took a period of the 2011-2015 period, using purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using eviews program. From the results of tests carried out showed that debt to equity ratio is statistically significant effect negative and not on stock returns, which indicated the probability of&gt; 0.05 is -3.314743. Unlike the return on equity ratio is statistically insignificant negative effect on stock returns

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja ter-hadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Regional Makassar. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) terhadap seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PPSDM Regional Makassar.   This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Makassar Regional Human Resources Development Center. The sampling method uses saturated sampling (census) of all 49 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PPSDM Regional Makassar.

This study aims to test and describe Tax Avoidance which is influenced by the Audit Committee, Return On Assets (ROA), and Leverage. This study uses two variables, namely the independent and dependent variables, and the source of data in this study in the form of financial statements of mining sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2017. Data analysis was performed by classical assumption test and hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study indicate that partially the Audit Committee and Leverage variables have a significant effect on tax avoidance, while the Return on Assets (ROA) does not affect tax avoidance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of firm size, financial distress, debt level, and managerial ownership on hedging decisions on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is associative-causality research. The population of this research is all the go pubic manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are 170 companies. The number of samples used was 81 companies, which were taken using a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques obtained from the annual financial statements of manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses the logistic regression analysis method. The results of data analysis show that: (1) firm size and managerial ownership variables have a positive and significant effect on hedging decisions and (2) financial distress and debt levels have a negative and insignificant effect on hedging decisions.Keywords:hedging, firm size, financial distress, debt level, managerial ownership

The purpose of this research to determine the effect of e-Filing implementation,level of tax comprehension, and tax sanction in carrying out their tax obligations. The data were obtained from 178 questionnaires distributed to individual taxpayers who use e-Filing. The population in this research are taxpayers who have used the online SPT reporting program, e-Filing. The sample in this research are 178 individual taxpayers. The method of this sampling is using convenience sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that e-Filing implementation, tax sanction and the level of comprehension taxation has significant effect on compliance. The contribution of this research can provide information about theease of reporting tax returns through e-filing so that more people report taxreturns and pay their taxes and expected to increase knowledge in the field oftaxation.
