This research examines the influence of accounting understanding, soft skills, information technology knowledge on the readiness of accountants in facing the challenges of the industrial revolution era 4.0. This study uses primary data in the form of questionnaires that contain statements related to research, data collection using purposive sampling techniques that are sampling with certain criteria. The sample in this study is the final semester students majoring in accounting of Bali State Polytechnic. The number of samples in this study was 137 samples. The questionnaire deployment data is statistically analyzed using the SPSS program with multiple linear regression methods, classical assumption tests, T and F tests, and coefficients of determination. The test results showed a significant positive influence between accounting understanding, soft skills, and information technology knowledge on readiness to face the challenges of the industrial revolution era 4.0. The Influence of Service Quality, Brand Image and Customer Relationship Management on Indomaret mini market customer loyalty in Pedurenan, East Bekasi areobjectives of this study. In this study using primary data by distributing questionnairessample used was 100 respondents. Results of calculations using multiple regression methods obtained byresults of a standardized regression, namely Y = 3.316 + 0.338X1 + 0.298X2 + 0.222X3. Service Quality variable (X1) gavelargest contribution of 0.338 andBrand Image variable contributed 0.928 and CRM contributed 0.222 to Loyalty. F test results showed thatindependent variables used in this study were able to explainvariation ofdependent variable changes namely Loyalty soit can be stated thatmodel developed in this study was feasible. Independent variables have a significant and positive influence on loyalty. R square value shows thatpercentage ofindependent variables on Loyalty with R square value obtained by 50.2%.

This research is the empirical study of one of the manufacturing industries in Tangerang. The main purpose of this research analyses the influence of innovation capability and work productivity towards the service quality of the workers to customers. Sample collection of this research is done by questionnaires with random sampling method spread to all permanent workers in the industry. The total samples that are valid have the amount of 115 samples. Data procession in this research is done by SEM method with a software called SmartPLS 3.0. The result of the study proved that innovation capabilities and work productivity of a worker have a significant positive influence on the quality of service. Likewise, innovation capability has a significant positive influence on work productivity. This research suggests a model improve the quality of service of a manufacturing industry through the improvement of innovation capability and work productivity of the workers. This research could pave the way to improve worker’s and company’s readiness to face the era of industrial revolution 4.0. Keywords: Innovation capability, quality of service, work productivity.

This study aims to find out the implementation of uno card games on motivation and learning outcomes in motion system materials in class XI MAN Tasikmalaya Regency. This research was conducted from November to January 2020 in MAN Tasikmalaya Regency. Sample research as many as 2 classes, with sampling using cluster random sampling techniques. The instruments used in this study were test results of learning on motion system materials as many as 32 items of questions and motivational questionnaires learned as many as 22 items of statement. Data analysis techniques using U Mann Whitney. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there is a positive influence of uno card games on the motivation and learning outcomes of learners on motion system materials in class XI MAN Tasikmalaya Regency.

This analytical descriptive research aims to find out the relationship between the investigated variables. These variables had been previously tested hence this study made several modifications. The   data  consisted  of   primary   data  and  involved   150   students   of  Ahmad   Dahlan   Economics School  as the  respondents.  The  research variables  were divided  into  exogenous  variables (i.e.,  eco  labeling,   eco  knowledge, green  product,   green  packaging  and   green  advertising)   and endogenous  variables (i.e.,  purchase  intention  and green  customer).  The  data analysis  technique was the Partial Least Square (PLS) by using SmartPls software. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that: eco-knowledge has a significant negative influence on purchase intention; eco-knowledge has a significant negative influence on green customers; eco-labeling has a significant positive influence on purchase intention; eco-labeling has a significant negative influence on green customer; green product has a  significant positive influence on purchase intention; green product has a significant positive influence on green customer; green packaging has an insignificant influence on purchase intention; green packaging has an insignificant influence on green customer; green advertising has a significant negative influence on purchase intention; green advertising has a significant positive influence on green customer; and purchase intention has a significant positive influence on green customer.

Abstract  This study was conducted to determine the effect of empathy to pro-social behaviour in repeated share information or retweet social activities at social network twitter. The methods was used in this research is quantitative  approach. Sampling techniques are using nonprobability sampling technique with kind incidental sampling techniques. The sample was used in this study amounted to 138. Data analysis techniques are use to test the hypothesis is a simple regression test which using SPSS version 16.00. Based on the counting result value F is 185.409 with value of significance is 0.000. The regression similarity of Y= 24.094 + 0.591X and great influence (R Square) a variable empathy to prososial behavior is 0.577, which means that empathy affect the behavior of prososial as much as 57.7% and the rest 42.3% is affected by another factors. Therefore, Ho denied and Ha accepted so it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence of empathy to the behavior of prososial in sharing information or social activity in a retweet social networking twitter.  Keywords: Empathy, Prososial Behavior, Social Networking Twitter

The purpose of this paper is to explore the perception of Information Technology (IT) fresh graduates on employability in Vietnam. The research is based on primary data from responses in in-depth interviews from 10 fresh graduates working in the IT industry for at least 3 months. A generic qualitative approach and the employability framework of Hillage & Pollard guide this research. Interview protocol is also provided for semi-structured interviews. The findings show a strong awareness of employability among fresh graduates in terms of the assets they own like knowledge, skill, attitudes; deployment; presentation; and context of the labor market. However, the findings also point out a huge area of knowledge and soft skills which need improvement to enhance graduates’ employability. They are advanced IT knowledge, cross-sector knowledge, and a lot of soft skills such as presentation skill, communication skill, management skill, problem solving skill, logical and critical thinking skill, self-study skill, information search-skill, asking question skill, foreign language skill, and adaptation skill. The study provides valuable implications to employers, educators and new young employees in fresh graduates’ employability enhancement by pointing out weak areas for improvement.

This study aims to determine the effect knowledge management influences employee performance at the Makassar Religious Training Center Office. Data collection uses primary data obtained from questionnaires using total sampling techniques. The population is all employees of the Makassar Religious Education Training Office, amounting to 53 people, while the samples taken are 53 respondents, but in the test there were only 40 questionnaires that were feasible to be tested. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, BLUE has also been tested (Best, Linear, Unbiassed and Estimated or Classical Assumption Test in the form of normality assumptions, autocorrelation assumptions, linearity assumptions, and heterocedasticity assumptions. Data analysis methods use simple regression techniques.The results showed that the proposed hypothesis was accepted because it showed positive and significant hypothesis test results. This means that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

A B S T R A C T The taxpayer compliance in Indonesia to convey annual tax return is still low that only by 53.70% in 2012. This is one of the causes that tax revenues in Indonesia is still low. This study was conducted to test the effect of Utilization of Information Technology, socialization of taxes and Tax Knowledge on Tax compliance of individual taxpayer in The South Jakata Regional Office Directorate General of Taxation (DGT). This reaserch analyzed the questionnaires of primary data from 400 respondends of taxpayer. The testing of these variable using multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 21, with significance level of alpha 5%. The results showed that the Utilization of Information Technology, socialization of taxes and tax knowledge has positive influence and significant effect on tax compliance partially. While simultaneously affect on tax compliance. These findings contribute to the General of Taxation (DGT) can add as an alternative method to improve the taxpayer compliance. It can be concluded that tax compliance is affected by the utilization of information technology, socialization of taxes and tax knowledge and other variables not examined in this study. A B S T R A K Kepatuhan pajak Wajib Pajak di Indonesia dalam menyampaikan SPT tahunan masih rendah yaitu hanya sebesar 53,70 % pada tahun 2012. Hal ini merupakan salah satu penyebab masih rendahnya penerimaan pajak di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi, Sosialisasi Pajak dan Pengetahuan Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang ada di Kanwil DJP Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menganalisis kuesioner dari data primer yang berasal dari jawaban responden sebanyak 400 Wajib Pajak. Pengujian variabel penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan program SPSS versi 21 dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan tekhnologi informasi, sosialisasi pajak dan pengetahuan pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan Wajib Pajak secara parsial. Sedangkan pengujian secara bersama- sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan pajak. Temuan ini dapat menambah kontribusi kepada DJP sebagai metode alternatif untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepatuhan Wajib Pajak dipengaruhi oleh Pemanfaatan tekhnologi Informasi, Sosialisasi Pajak dan Pengetahuan Pajak dan variabel lain yang tidak diuji dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of the application of information technology and professionalism on auditor performance. The independent variables in this study are information technology and professionalism and auditor performance as the dependent variable. The population in this study were auditors who worked at the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) in the area of West Jakarta, amounting to 35 auditors. The data used in this study are primary data. The technique used in data collection is the survey technique by distributing questionnaires to auditors. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression methods and hypothesis testing with t test and F test. The conclusions of the study show that: 1) Information Technology influences Auditor Performance; 2) Professionalism influences Auditor Performance; 3) Simultaneous application of Information Technology and Professionalism influences Auditor Performance. Keywords: Information Technology, Professionalism, Auditor Performance

The title of this study is the factors that influence the use of e-filling tax facilities by taxpayers as a means of submitting effectively and efficiently annual notice (SPT) in Pratama tax service office of Bengkulu city. In the use of e-filling facilities, not all taxpayers use it for various reasons. This study aims to find out the empirical evidence of the influence of perception of usefulness (X1), perception of easiness (X2), complexity (X3), security and confidentiality (X4), taxpayer information technology readiness (X5), and counseling to taxpayers (X6) toward the intensity of behavior in the use of e-filling (y) in the Pratama tax service office of Bengkulu city. In this study, the samples taken were 100 taxpayers registered in the Pratama tax service office of Bengkulu City. Data collection is done through direct observation and surveys, and the data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. This study uses Technology Acceptance Models (TAM) with the SPSS program. The results showed that the perception of usefulness (X1) had a significant positive influence on the intensity of behavior for the use of e-filling. Easiness perception (X2) had a positive significant influence on the intensity of behavior for the use of e-filling, Complexity (X3) had significant negative influence on the intensity of behavior for e-filling, security and confidentiality (X4) had significant positive influence on the intensity of behavior for filling the e-filling, taxpayer information technology readiness (X5) had a significant positive influence on the intensity of behavior for filling the e-filling, and counseling to taxpayers (X6) had a significant positive influence on the intensity of behavior for filling the e-filling. Keywords: Perception of Usability, Perception of Convenience, Complexity, Security and Confidentiality, Taxpayer Information Technology Readiness and counseling to Taxpayers on Behavioral Intensity in the Use of E-Filling.
