The purpose of this study was to determine the behavior in Denpasar City using GoCar services. This research was conducted in Denpasar City. Methods of data collection using surveys with questionnaires and data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study found that the Perceived Value, Perceived Risk and Perceived Quality had a positive and significant influence on the intention to use GoCar services. Perceived Price and Advertising have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use GoCar services. Consumer attitudes have a positive and significant influence on the intention to use GoCar services. GoJek company in this case GoCar should begin to increase brand awareness of its products and start educating prospective customers that GoCar products are safe to use. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze (1) the simultaneous significant influence of transparency, accountability and community participation in managing village fund allocation to village development. (2) partially significant influence of transparency in the management of village fund allocation on village development. (3) partially significant influence of accountability in the management of village fund allocations on village development, (4) partially significant influence of community participation in managing village fund allocations on village development. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in the village of Gurung Turi, East Manggarai Regency. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire with sampling techniques using simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that overall the variables of transparency, accountability and community participation in the Village Fund Allocation Management had an influence on Village Development. The principles of transparency, accountability and community participation have been implemented. With the implementation of the three principles of transparency, accountability, and community participation it has an influence on village development by showing the level of development of the desert village that has begun to increase.

The rapid enthusiasm of Korean pop music or K-Pop is very high among the millennial generation. The mushrooming of online music streaming like Joox, Spotify, Apple music has made the CD album sales threatened. However, K-Pop fans apparently are still enthusiastic about buying a CD album even though the price is quite expensive. This study discusses the hedomic motivations and consumers attitudes towards purchasing decisions. This type of research used in this study is a combination of purposive sampling techniques. Data collection is done by using an online questionnaire using Google forms. The statistical analysis used in this study uses SPSS and data analysis techniques in this study use the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. It can be explained that the results of the analysis show that hedonic motivations and consumer attitudes has significant influential on purchasing decisions.

Human resources are the most important asset in an organization, because it is the source that controls the organization and maintains and develops the organization in the face of various demands of the company. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of servant leadership and organizational communication on organizational commitment to Livingstone Cafe & Bakery Bali Seminyak employees. In this study used the method of census (total sampling) in determining the sample of 57 respondents, through multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis can be seen that servant leadership has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment to employees Livingstone Cafe & Bakery Seminyak Bali. Organizational communication has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment to Livingstone Cafe & Bakery Bali Seminyak employees.

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of perceived quality, perceived risk, and perceived price on the buying interest of DFSK Glory 580. Respondents in this study were 150 people, data collection was carried out through questionnaires, data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis ( using SPSS 25.0 tools). The results showed that: (1) There was an effect of Perception of Quality (X1) on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y) partially. (2) There is a partial influence of Risk Perception (X2) on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y). (3) There is a partial influence of Price Perception (X3) on Consumer Purchase Interest (Y). (4) There is an influence from Quality Perception (X1), Risk Perception (X2), Based on the analysis of the correlation matrix between dimensions, the performance dimension in the Quality Perception variable is indispensable for each increase in Consumer Purchase Interest (Y) especially in the Interest dimension. The Dimension of Function in the Risk Perception variable is indispensable for any increase in Consumer Purchase Interest (Y) especially in the Interest dimension. The Quality Dimension in the Price Perception variable is indispensable for any increase in Consumer Purchase Interest (Y) especially in the Action dimension.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership on the performance of teachers in the State-Owned High School I Tanah Jawa, Simalungun Regency. To find out the influence of organizational climate on the performance of teachers in the State-Owned High School I Tanah Jawa, Simalungun Regency. To determine the influence of job satisfaction on teacher performance in the State-Owned High School I Tanah Jawa, Simalungun Regency. To find out the influence of leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction on the performance of teachers in the State-Owned High School I Tanah Jawa, Simalungun Regency. The sample in this research amounted to 55 teachers. Data analysis techniques in this research used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research explain that the leadership variable has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance by 33.27%. Organizational climate variables have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance by 43.30%. The job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance 42.34%. The variables of leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance by 70.00%, while the remaining 30.00% is influenced by other factors not examined.

<p>This study analyzes the effect of advertising creativity, jingles and endorsers on brand awareness using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis on 150 respondents in Semarang. The results showed that advertising creativity, jingles and endorsers have a positive and significant influence on brand awareness. Advertising creativity is the strongest variable affecting brand awareness. Companies need to use this variable as the most important factor because it has positive impacts.<strong></strong></p>

<p>This research aims to find out the influence between customers’ perceptions and attitude toward customer<br />purchase intention at Gramedia Lembuswana, Samarinda that is experiencing a slowdown in sales growth.<br />Factors examined are extrinsic factors which include perceived price, advertisement, and store image;<br />intrinsic factors which include perceived quality, perceived risk and perceived value; and customer’<br />attitudes which include trust, and familiarity. All responses were collected by using questionnaire with a<br />purposive sampling method. The methodology used in this research is quantitative by utilizing the<br />multiple regression analysis. The research population are people who have purchased items at Gramedia<br />Lembuswana. Likert scale was used on 165 random respondents of the research. The result shows that<br />perceived value, advertisement, store image, trust, and familiarity have significant influence toward<br />intention to purchase, while perceived quality, perceived risk, and perceived price do not have a<br />significant influence toward customer purchase intention. Finally, all the independent variables are found<br />to have simultaneously significant impact toward customer purchase intention with an adjusted R square<br />value of 0.467.</p>

This study was conducted to determine the extent of the influence of personality, work orientation and employee placement on the performance of employees of Bank Nagari Main Branch of Padang City. This type of research is descriptive and causal research with 98 respondents. Test and analysis methods with validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination tests. In testing the hypothesis for Personality on Employee Performance obtained partially the influence of employee personality has a significant influence on employee loyalty. For testing the Work Orientation variable towards Employee Performance, partially perceived value has a significant effect on Employee Performance. For testing the Employee Placement variable on Employee Performance obtained partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance. With the results of this study it is expected to help the management of Bank Nagari in formulating strategies in improving the performance of employees of Bank Nagari in Padang City Branch.

Credit card is a non-cash payment instrument that are desirable to the society, this is showned by the increasing number of credit cards used by the society, and the amount of transactions done using credit card in Indonesia. This study aims to explain the influence of lifestyle, perceived benefit, and perceived risk on the intention to use credit card in Indonesia. By using purposive sampling method, a sample of 140 respondents were used in this study. Data was collected through online questionnaires and analysed using multiple linear regression analysis. Study results show that lifestyle and perceived benefit has a positive effect on the intention to use credit card, while perceived risk has a negative effect on the intention to use credit card. Perceived benefit and perceived risk are the strongest factors that influence the intention to use credit card, therefore it is recommended for banks to educate consumers about the benefits and risks of using credit cards through seminars and other educational events. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze how important the perceived value of Elsirestore's products is on customer loyalty, to test and analyze how much satisfaction increases with customer loyalty at Elsirestore, and to test and analyze perceived value of customer loyalty to Elsirestore's products with customer satisfaction. The method of data collection using a questionnaire conducted on respondents, namely consumers of Elsirestore. Data analysis techniques in testing the hypothesis of this study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results show that the Perceived Value variable has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, as evidenced by the p value = 0.037 (p <0.05), which means there is a significant effect, where the better the Perceived Value, the better the Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty as evidenced by the p value = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, where the better customer satisfaction, the better Customer Loyalty. Customer satisfaction moderates the effect of perceived value on customer loyalty at Elsirestore. This is indicated by the value of p value = <0.001 (p<0.05).
