The purpose of this study was to determine the role of moderating employment status in the relationship between job insecurity and organizational commitment of the Badung National Land Agency Employees. This study used a sample of 72 people, consisting of 36 permanent employees and 36 contract employees, with the probability sampling method using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, ANOVA and MRA (Moderate Regression Analysis). The results of this study indicate that job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. Staffing status has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. The moderating effect of staffing status weakens the effect of job insecurity on employee organizational commitment. Clarity of employment status must be taken into account by an organization, this will be a strong reference to reduce the sense of job insecurity and of course increase organizational commitment that will provide increased employee performance. This study aims to examine the effect of work life balance, personality and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. The sample used in this study was 165 respondents. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling. Data analysis methods use descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis using IBM SPSS. The results showed that work life balance was not significantly positive effect, while personality and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment was able to mediate the relationship between work life balance and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. The suggestion from this research is that the company should be able to develop more policies that encourage employees to be eager to contribute. For further research that is examining the same aspects to use respondents who have a position in a relatively high job, such as supervisors and managers. To be compared between employees who have positions and not have positions.

Effect of Financial Compensation, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. The principal issues in this study is whether the process of financial compensation, work environment, work motivation influence on the performance of employees at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This study aims to reveal the Financial Compensation Effect, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study is the employee at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh totaling 67 people. The sampling technique sampling study is saturated. The questionnaire was used as data collection techniques. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis, multicollinearity analysis, analysis heterokedastisistas, normality test and coefficient detereminasi. To test the hypothesis used t test, Test F. Based on the analysis of the influence of financial compensation, work environment and work motivation and employee performance, especially in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh, it would seem that there is a positive influence and significant correlation between financial compensation, work environment, work motivation on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis is proved.

This research aim is to know the influence which is significant from work environment variable to employees performance at PT Mitra Global holiday, Jimbaran Bali. Respondents were all employees which is total amount to 52 respondents and the sampling tehnique using purposive sampling, such as sampling technique with specific consideration. Type of data used qualitative and quantitative which we derived from the premiere and secondary data. The method used to gather the information were interviews, library, research questionary and observation. The analysis technique is descriptive analysis, likert scale, correlation, determination, regression and t-test analysis. Based on the correlation analysis, its clear that the influence of the work environment on employee performance is equal to 0,804. It is mean that there’s be strong relationship influence between work environment of employees performances at PT Mitra Global Holiday Jimbaran Bali. The more conducive of work environment the better the performance of employees. Mean while, from the determination method of 64,4 percent stated that the work environment has the effect of 64.6 percent and the remaining 35,4 percent were caused by other factors. According to regretion analysis the result have t-count 9,559 > t-table 2,40 states that the influence of work environment have relation with enthusiasm of employees at PT Mitra Global Holiday, Jimbaran- Bali.

This study is aimed to analyze and describe the influence of psychological capital and organizational change to employee performance with organizational commitment conducted on Credit Center of a Banking Company in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. The population in this study is 275 employees. The sample 163 respondents is taken by using proportional stratified sampling technique with criteria permanent employees and having been working for at least 5 years. The result of hierarchical regression analysis shows that (1) psychological capital influences employee performance, (2) organizational change influences employee performance, (3) organizational commitment is moderating variable for the influence of psychological capital to employee performance, and (4) organizational commitment is moderating variable for the influence of organizational change to employee performance.

As time has developed, many e-commerce platforms exist in Indonesia, so that competition in maintaining consumer loyalty on an e-commerce website often occurs. This study aims to determine the effect of e-price and e-trust on e-loyalty and the role of e-trust in mediating it. The research method used is quantitative and using questionnaire. The population used in this study are consumers who have ever shopped online through the Indonesian online marketplace who are domiciled in the province of Bali. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and accidental sampling and a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research is that Shopee is e-commerce with the biggest enthusiasts in Bali. E-price and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, and e-price has a positive and significant effect on e-trust, e-trust can mediate the effect of e-price on e-loyalty. This research is expected to be able to provide input to further researchers, e-commerce providers, sellers who sell in e-commerce, and customers. Providing reasonable prices, security in transactions, trust in online vendors, will certainly increase consumer loyalty, either by not moving to other e-commerce and recommending it to others.

This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening variable on employees of BSI KC Semarang. The sample used in this study were 44 respondents with the sampling technique saturated sampling technique. The method of collecting data is by giving a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this research includes regretion analysis, statistical test, classical assumption test and path analysis. Furthermore, processing the data that has been obtained is processed with SPSS tools. Based on the results explains that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) transformational leadership style has no effect on employee performance, 3) organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance, 4) OCB has a positive effect and significant on employee performance, 5) organizational culture has no effect on ocb, 6) transformational leadership style has no effect on OCB, 7) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB, 8) ocb does not mediate the effect organizational culture on employee performance, 9) OCB does not mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance, 10) OCB is able to mediate the influence of commitment or ganization of employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of contract employees the role of transformational leadership style on contract employees and organizational commitment of contract employees to the performance at pt. Bank rakyat indonesia denpasar regional office. The method of determining the sample in this study uses the census method, where respondents numbered 54 contract employees who worked in the indonesian people's bank denpasar regional office. The data analysis technique used for this study is multiple linear regression. From the results of the analysis of this study indicate that contract employee work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of contract employees. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on contract employee performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of contract employees. Suggestions for the bank rakyat indonesia denpasar regional office should pay attention to continuance commitment to be able to improve the performance of contract employees in order to achieve the organization's long-term goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of environmental uncertainty on employee performance and knowing job insecurity can strengthen the relationship between uncertainty over the performance of employees of the Inspectorate of Bali ProvinceSampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that environmental uncertainty had no effect on employee performance, job insecurity had a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and moderating insecurity jobs strengthened the influence of environmental uncertainty on employee performance. The Inspectorate Staff of the Province of Bali is good enough in carrying out their duties, so that environmental uncertainty does not affect performance. But the Inspectorate inspector should provide motivation to grow the confidence of his employees and continue to improve teamwork in finding the latest information to make decisions and realize good governance. Banking industry is one of sector that relies its employees on its quality of human capital. In facing the organizational change in the form of digitaliation, the performances of employees are really challenged.  This study seeks to test the role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as mediator of the effect of employee engagement and organizational commitment  on the employees performance at PT. BCA, Tbk Jember branch, Indonesia.  This study used quantitative approach. As many as 162 employees are involved as respondents. We differ them based on their employee types, those are contract and permanent employees. The analytical tool used is path analysis. We report that there is a significant indirect effect of employee engagement and organizational commitment on employees performance through OCB. The role of OCB as mediator is significant in both of effects. We also found that employee engagement and organizational commitment have a significant direct effect on employee performance, employee engagement and organizational commitment have a significant direct effect on OCB, and OCB has a significant direct impact on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance through organizational commitment at PT. Berkat Bima Sentana. This research was conducted at PT. Berkat Bima Sentana which lasts for 6 (six) months, starting from August 2019 to January 2020. This study uses a quantitative associative method with structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis tools. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling using the Slovin formula. The respondents of this study were employees at PT. Berkat Bima Sentana as many as 98 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire to collect data on variables of emotional intelligence, work environment, organizational commitment and employee performance variables. Descriptive analysis results for the variables of emotional intelligence, work environment, organizational commitment and employee performance at PT. Berkat Bima Sentana, it is in the good category. Based on SEM analysis, emotional intelligence and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance through organizational commitment at PT. Berkat Bima Sentana. Contributions from the variables of emotional intelligence, work environment and organizational commitment explain variable employee performance by 0.818 or 81.8%. The remaining 0.182 or 18.2% is influenced by other independent variables not examined in this study.
