This research have a purpose for to know about the management system and condition of 4A (Atraction, Accesibility, Amenity and Anciliary) from the Tourist Attraction of Dream Island  Beach. The qualitative Method with the data sources from primary data and secondary data used to collect data.  The Primary data of this research is the data that was come from the observation and interview, while the secondary one come from documentary or literature study to complete the primary data.  The technique to choose the informant that was being used is Purpose Sampling. The result of this research pointed that the management system of Dream Island Beach didn’t went smoothly, because the planning system not reach the maximum point.  The organization system already went smoothly, and all of the staff already put on their position according to their responsibility over their task.  The connection between manager and the staff already on good terms, and the condition of tourist attraction on this beach already in good terms with many attraction inside the beach.  The accessibility on this tourist destination still need more improvements especially on Toilet whom inadequate. The Anciliary or the institution on the Dream Island beach already reach the average point. Keywords: Management, Dream Island Beach, Beach Tourism.

Bukit Jamur is a tourist attraction located in the Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. Originally, Bukit Jamur is protected forest area, because of this place has a tourist attraction, the West Kalimantan Provincial Forestry Office established Bukit Jamur as a Forest Park in 2018. The goal is to be managed as a tourist attraction. This destination is managed by the Pokdarwis Organization, but its management is still not optimal. This can be seen from the condition of the untreated destination and the management system of visitors who are still irregular, causing a lot of garbage that pollutes the destination environment due to tourists visit. This research was conducted to find out what are the problems in the Bukit Jamur destination visitor management system and strategies that can be done to overcome the problem of the visitor management system. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection techniques are by literature study, interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study by compiling all data that has been obtained to be compiled and processed so that it can produce a concise research discussion and a clear as well as an easy comprehensive   conclusion.

This research aims at exploring tourist attraction and the potentials of Selogriyo Temple and its area in Magelang District. The method used is qualitative method. The types of data are primary data and secondary data. The primary data are obtained from observation and interview. The secondary data are obtained from literature review or relevant various literature study and then the results are used as the supporting data for the primary data. The results of this research show that the attraction of Selogriyo Temple and its area located in rice field terracing, local residents activity, and art show. Besides, there are some objects which are potential to be tourist attraction (the temple, sunrise panorama, and settlement in Campurejo Village). Keywords: attraction, potential, region

The existence of the potential for heritage tourism in center of Kota Serang is now almost eliminated and forgotten, whereas if it is managed optimally, many benefits can be generated. The purpose of the research is to reveal the potential of heritage tourism in center of Kota Serang to be developed as a tourist destination. The research method used is a qualitative method. Primary data collection through observation techniques and in-depth interviews. Secondary data through library research. Data analysis uses an interactive model, through three activities namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that there is no clear strategic policy and the lack of efforts in achieving optimal utilization of potential inheritance for tourism development. The synergy of all stakeholders and decision makers is needed to run in line with the vision and mission of development. The proposed development model is community-based heritage tourism. The purpose of this study was to determine the management system to Pura Tirta Empul as a tourist attraction in Tampak Siring Gianyar heritage. Background underlying this study is the hallmark and uniqueness of Pura Tirta Empul. The type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data with the source of primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interview and literature study. Determination of informants using purposife sampling techniques. Analysis of the data used by the process of descriptive qualitative analysis conducted through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Management systems to Pura Tirta Empul as a tourist attraction in Tampak Siring Gianyar heritage in this study using POAC management includes planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Results from this study is the strength of a leader or manager in executing management functions POAC management system as well as it has been implemented in Pura Tirta Empul. Alas Kedaton tourist is a natural tourist attraction. The tourist attraction offered such as forests, monkeys and bats in this natural attraction. In the middle of the Alas Kedaton forest there is a Dalem Kahyangan Kedaton temple that is unique. The choice of this location as a place of research is to find out how the management and role of the local community of Kukuh Village in developing Alas Kedaton as a tourist attraction. The research methodology used is this study is a descriptive qualitative research, with observation, interview, literature study and documentation techniques. Data sources are obtained from primary data and secondary data. The theory or concept used is the concept of role, local society, tourist attraction and management. The result of this research is that management in Alas Kelaton tourist attraction involves local communities actively. The involvement and role of the local community of Desa Kukuh is empowered to become a member of the management body, counter staff, janitors, local guides, security officers, Alas Kedaton Trader Group (KPAK) and as well as forming tourism awareness organisations such as tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis). Study on the potential of gelar river tourist attractions, Batuagung Village as nature tourism. The Gelar River area is a tourist attractions that located in Batuagung Village. Gelar River planned to be developed into local tourism based on natural tourism. Local tourism is tourism whose scope is limited tocertain places, namely the Jembrana district. This study aims to determine the natural resources that have the potential as natural tourism and the potential development solutions in the Gelar River so that it can be developed into sustainable nature tourism. The method used is the survey method. The data collected in the form of primary data and secondary data. The techniques applied to collect the data in current study are observation, interviews, and literature study. The interview was conducted with the management of the Gelar River Tourist Attraction and the Jembrana District Forestry and Plantation Service. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the geographical location, climate and weather, topography and landform, surface materials, water, vegetation, and fauna are natural resources that have the potential to develop the Gelar river Tourist Attraction.

The existence of a tourist attraction required improving the welfare of the surrounding community. This study aims to find out how many contributions of rafting tourist attraction in society Kedewatan village, in order to contribute positively to the welfare of local communities. Therefore, this research is expected to provide benefits to related parties. This researchused of primary data and secondary data sources, while the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Data were collected through observation, interview and literature study. Determination of informants in this research usedpurposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis techniques and restricted by contribution concept, the concept of community participation, and the concept of community-based tourism. The results obtained are the company's contribution to Kedewatan society been running smoothly, which contributes to the Kedewatan village in the form of donations which pay each month, contributing directly to the public in the form of add job vacanciesfor local people, contributing indirectly to the local communities that helping local community businesses. To optimizie job vacanciesfor local communities,it is necessary to co-operation between companies and Kedewatan communities in recruitment labor. Bali Treetop Adventure Park is a tourist attraction, which is located in the Eka Bali Botanical Garden, Candi Kuning, Tabanan Regency. This tourist attraction offers adventure activities or adventures that are above the altitude.This researchaims toknow the application of Workplace Safety and Health on adventure activities in the tourist attraction of Bali Treetop Adventure Park The data used in this research is the type of qualitative data, while the data source is primary data and secondary data. Data was collected byobservation, interview and literature study, and assisted by data analysis technique. The results show that the application ofWorkplace Safety and Health in this tourist attraction has been excellent. From the personal aspect, there is training for all the staf to improve their knowledge and skills in preventing and handling accidents, staf also asks for health conditions of tourists before attempting adventure rides, safety checks of the equipment and checking of the adventure rides is also conducted on a daily basis. From The insitutional aspect, company also divides the staf into different tasks so that stafcan focus on their work. Environmental conditions such as weather conditions are also considered, during bad weather conditions this adventure vehicle will be closed. Every package purchased by tourists include the cost of insurance, in case of an accident involving the tourists then all the medical expenses will be covered by the insurance. Carrying Capacity is an important consideration in sustainable tourism development. One of the developing tourist destination in Bali island is Geger Beach which is located in Badung regency, Bali.  Geger beach has different conditions with other beaches, therefore it is necessary to determine the estimation area and duration for tourist activities without degrading the quality of the environment. This study aimed to determine the unit of the area, the required time, and the total time per day for  particular tourist category according to the condition at Geger beach. Moreover, this study investigated the condition of carrying capacity in the Geger beach. The data were collected primary data obtained by interviewed 100 respondents in Geger Beach and based on literature study on the secondary data. Results showed that the average area for tourism activities (Lt) is 41.5 m2 and the duration for tourism activities (Wp) is 2.29 hours/day. The total time that area provided for tourism activities is 10 hours/day and the total area is 5.023 m2. Carrying capacity value at Geger beach uses Lt and Wp value is 529 people/day, 16.385 people/month or 196.620 people/year. The carrying capacity of Geger Beach conditions is suggested remain under carrying capacity for the entire month and the total visits during 2016.

Lebih Village is a village located in Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency, famous for its coastal tourism, which is Lebih Beach. Lebih Village have been included in the criteria for Tourism Village, however, their certificate has not been issued for this year. In addittion to the coastal tourist attraction, it turns out that the village has more potentials to be developed into a tourist attraction. Theses potentials include a natural, cultural and artificial attraction. These potentials still need to be developed in order to run in the tourism sector. In connection with this, the author tries to examine the “Analisis Prioritas Pengembangan Pariwisata di Desa Wisata Lebih, Kecamatan Gianyar, Kabupaten Gianyar. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis technique and SWOT analysis, to analyze the tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the existing conditions and to find out the priority strategies for tourism development in Lebih Village. Sources of data from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation, interview and literature study, and interview instruments in the form of interview guidelines. The research of informant in Lebih Tourism Village in this research use purposive sampling technique, to get accurate data about tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village, Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency. The conclusion of this research is the exisiting condition in Lebih Village with component 4A which explains the attractions, accsess, facilities, and additional services. In addition there is a main priority strategy for tourism development in Lebih Village which is to develop the potentials they have, collaborate with another stakeholders, conduct training for the community, build tourism facilities, conduct promotions and improve management. The results of this research is the strategies obtained by the SWOT analysis, which were used as a priorities development strategy of tourism in Lebih Tourism Village, Gianyar.
