Bali Treetop Adventure Park is a tourist attraction, which is located in the Eka Bali Botanical Garden, Candi Kuning, Tabanan Regency. This tourist attraction offers adventure activities or adventures that are above the altitude.This researchaims toknow the application of Workplace Safety and Health on adventure activities in the tourist attraction of Bali Treetop Adventure Park The data used in this research is the type of qualitative data, while the data source is primary data and secondary data. Data was collected byobservation, interview and literature study, and assisted by data analysis technique. The results show that the application ofWorkplace Safety and Health in this tourist attraction has been excellent. From the personal aspect, there is training for all the staf to improve their knowledge and skills in preventing and handling accidents, staf also asks for health conditions of tourists before attempting adventure rides, safety checks of the equipment and checking of the adventure rides is also conducted on a daily basis. From The insitutional aspect, company also divides the staf into different tasks so that stafcan focus on their work. Environmental conditions such as weather conditions are also considered, during bad weather conditions this adventure vehicle will be closed. Every package purchased by tourists include the cost of insurance, in case of an accident involving the tourists then all the medical expenses will be covered by the insurance. This research have a purpose for to know about the management system and condition of 4A (Atraction, Accesibility, Amenity and Anciliary) from the Tourist Attraction of Dream Island  Beach. The qualitative Method with the data sources from primary data and secondary data used to collect data.  The Primary data of this research is the data that was come from the observation and interview, while the secondary one come from documentary or literature study to complete the primary data.  The technique to choose the informant that was being used is Purpose Sampling. The result of this research pointed that the management system of Dream Island Beach didn’t went smoothly, because the planning system not reach the maximum point.  The organization system already went smoothly, and all of the staff already put on their position according to their responsibility over their task.  The connection between manager and the staff already on good terms, and the condition of tourist attraction on this beach already in good terms with many attraction inside the beach.  The accessibility on this tourist destination still need more improvements especially on Toilet whom inadequate. The Anciliary or the institution on the Dream Island beach already reach the average point. Keywords: Management, Dream Island Beach, Beach Tourism.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Strategy for the Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management (K3) implemented by the company to minimize or reduce the number of accidents and occupational diseases. This type of research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach and the data needed are primary data and secondary data derived from observations, interviews and documentation analyzed by researchers so as to obtain accurate and clear data regarding the strategy for implementing K3 Management by PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatra in Pekanbaru City. The results of this study indicate that the Strategy for Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Management by PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatra in Pekanbaru City However, the implementation of occupational safety and health management carried out by PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatra has not achieved the expected goals, this happens because there are still inhibiting factors, namely low employee competence, lack of awareness from employees of the importance of K3 and lack of K3 supervision with reference to Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012.

Bukit Jamur is a tourist attraction located in the Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. Originally, Bukit Jamur is protected forest area, because of this place has a tourist attraction, the West Kalimantan Provincial Forestry Office established Bukit Jamur as a Forest Park in 2018. The goal is to be managed as a tourist attraction. This destination is managed by the Pokdarwis Organization, but its management is still not optimal. This can be seen from the condition of the untreated destination and the management system of visitors who are still irregular, causing a lot of garbage that pollutes the destination environment due to tourists visit. This research was conducted to find out what are the problems in the Bukit Jamur destination visitor management system and strategies that can be done to overcome the problem of the visitor management system. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection techniques are by literature study, interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study by compiling all data that has been obtained to be compiled and processed so that it can produce a concise research discussion and a clear as well as an easy comprehensive   conclusion.

Alas Kedaton tourist is a natural tourist attraction. The tourist attraction offered such as forests, monkeys and bats in this natural attraction. In the middle of the Alas Kedaton forest there is a Dalem Kahyangan Kedaton temple that is unique. The choice of this location as a place of research is to find out how the management and role of the local community of Kukuh Village in developing Alas Kedaton as a tourist attraction. The research methodology used is this study is a descriptive qualitative research, with observation, interview, literature study and documentation techniques. Data sources are obtained from primary data and secondary data. The theory or concept used is the concept of role, local society, tourist attraction and management. The result of this research is that management in Alas Kelaton tourist attraction involves local communities actively. The involvement and role of the local community of Desa Kukuh is empowered to become a member of the management body, counter staff, janitors, local guides, security officers, Alas Kedaton Trader Group (KPAK) and as well as forming tourism awareness organisations such as tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis). Selection of research is motivated by the increased interest of tourists will kind of attraction travel in Bali. In this kind of travel these attraction are extreme types of tourist activity in Pulau Serangan is, Swim with Sharks. Of course, by choosing the type of extreme travel to swim with the sharks, the great possibility of the risk of accidents caused. Hence the importance of this research study releated to health and safetyof employees and tourist who do this activity in Pulau Serangan. The data used in this research is qualitative data, while the data source in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and library research. And assisted with the descriptive data analysis techniques. In applying the safety and health at tourism activities swim with sharks, this report uses occupational safety and health procedures that apply to employees and tourist who do that tourism activity. Besides, the factors triggering the accident, or the result of the impact and the prevention and mitigation to be part of the discussion of this report. The results showed that the application of occupational safety and health on travel activity swim with sharks being the foremost, so most have applied, only need the addition of some other procedure for the safety of travelers.   Keywords: Attraction Tourism, Swim With Shark, Occupational health and safety

The condition of correctional institutions in Indonesia which is currently over capacity or overcapacity as well as the geographical location of Indonesia which is surrounded by dozens of active volcanoes which are also in the zone or ring of fire area which makes the condition of the Indonesian state very dangerous and prone to disasters. However, there are still many lack of employee awareness regarding work accidents and a lack of Occupational Safety and Health signs in the correctional Technical Implementation Unit. So that it caused a lot of riots in the correctional institutions because of the disaster. The purpose of this study discusses the factors that cause accidents in prisons, the implementation of evacuation routes in prisons and a review of the implementation of evacuation routes in prisons. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach, the data sources obtained are field observations, interviews and literature studies. Data collection techniques are direct observation and interviews as primary data and literature studies and theory studies as secondary data. This research was conducted at the Class I Correctional Institution in Bandar Lampung. The results of this study are to be able to find out the factors that cause accidents in prisons, to find out the implementation of evacuation routes in prisons and to be able to evaluate the implementation of safety for natural disasters and other disasters based on the results of implementing the evacuation routes in prisons and the mechanisms for implementing evacuation routes. as the readiness of a correctional institution in dealing with, anticipating and preventing disasters. This study discusses the importance of fulfilling occupational safety and health signs in the form of evacuation routes to provide a sense of security and safety at work. This research also discusses the implementation of occupational safety and health signs as the fulfillment of the rights of prisoners. So that this research is expected to make people's views about prisoners not always negative and change people's views on the life of prisoners in prisons.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) in the coal mining company PT XYZ, Analyze and identify the factors that influence the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) in the mining company PT XYZ. This research is a descriptive qualitative and quantitative research approach. Primary data obtained from respondents are used as a means to obtain information or data carried out by field surveys through direct observation and interviews with respondents in the company and secondary data obtained from PT XYZ collected and compiled according to the problem of this study which was conducted in literature studies. Data were analyzed through text analysis, data interpretation. Data were analyzed using the SPSS (factor analysis) program to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of occupational safety and health in the coal mining company PT XYZ.

Occupational Safety and Health is the primary means of prevention of occupational accidents, disabilities and deaths so that the consequences of occupational accidents from potential hazards can be prevented. Companies need to develop risk management based on hazard identification and risk assessment compiled in occupational safety and health programs. Occupational health and safety risk management is an effort of hazard management which potentially pose a risk to safety and health to prevent unwanted accident. The data collected in this research is primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through direct observation on the floor processing RSS (Ribbed Smoke Sheet) at PT. PQR is useful to observe the potential hazards of work contained in the work area. While the secondary data taken in this study is historical data. The result of determining the risk value for each hazard source contained in PT. PQR is classified by rankings marked with the code E (extreme risk), H (high risk), M (moderate risk), and L (low risk). This is obtained by comparing the severity and probability values of each process / activity. Of the 28 activities, there are 7 activities included in the category of high risk. Process / activity that belonged to high risk is necessary to control to minimize or even eliminate the existing risks. control measures that can be performed on a high risk process / activity is to use a complete Personal Protective Equipment (APD), MSDS, using warning signs, using ladders in sheet sheets, with ergonomic work posture.Factors causing potential work hazards are workers who perform activities of inadvertent, high temperatures, and negligence of workers in using PPE. These control measures are expected to reduce and even eliminate the risk of the process / activity classified as high risk so that the number of workplace accidents can be reduced.

Study on the potential of gelar river tourist attractions, Batuagung Village as nature tourism. The Gelar River area is a tourist attractions that located in Batuagung Village. Gelar River planned to be developed into local tourism based on natural tourism. Local tourism is tourism whose scope is limited tocertain places, namely the Jembrana district. This study aims to determine the natural resources that have the potential as natural tourism and the potential development solutions in the Gelar River so that it can be developed into sustainable nature tourism. The method used is the survey method. The data collected in the form of primary data and secondary data. The techniques applied to collect the data in current study are observation, interviews, and literature study. The interview was conducted with the management of the Gelar River Tourist Attraction and the Jembrana District Forestry and Plantation Service. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the geographical location, climate and weather, topography and landform, surface materials, water, vegetation, and fauna are natural resources that have the potential to develop the Gelar river Tourist Attraction.

The existence of a tourist attraction required improving the welfare of the surrounding community. This study aims to find out how many contributions of rafting tourist attraction in society Kedewatan village, in order to contribute positively to the welfare of local communities. Therefore, this research is expected to provide benefits to related parties. This researchused of primary data and secondary data sources, while the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Data were collected through observation, interview and literature study. Determination of informants in this research usedpurposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis techniques and restricted by contribution concept, the concept of community participation, and the concept of community-based tourism. The results obtained are the company's contribution to Kedewatan society been running smoothly, which contributes to the Kedewatan village in the form of donations which pay each month, contributing directly to the public in the form of add job vacanciesfor local people, contributing indirectly to the local communities that helping local community businesses. To optimizie job vacanciesfor local communities,it is necessary to co-operation between companies and Kedewatan communities in recruitment labor.
