This research aims at exploring tourist attraction and the potentials of Selogriyo Temple and its area in Magelang District. The method used is qualitative method. The types of data are primary data and secondary data. The primary data are obtained from observation and interview. The secondary data are obtained from literature review or relevant various literature study and then the results are used as the supporting data for the primary data. The results of this research show that the attraction of Selogriyo Temple and its area located in rice field terracing, local residents activity, and art show. Besides, there are some objects which are potential to be tourist attraction (the temple, sunrise panorama, and settlement in Campurejo Village). Keywords: attraction, potential, region

This research have a purpose for to know about the management system and condition of 4A (Atraction, Accesibility, Amenity and Anciliary) from the Tourist Attraction of Dream Island  Beach. The qualitative Method with the data sources from primary data and secondary data used to collect data.  The Primary data of this research is the data that was come from the observation and interview, while the secondary one come from documentary or literature study to complete the primary data.  The technique to choose the informant that was being used is Purpose Sampling. The result of this research pointed that the management system of Dream Island Beach didn’t went smoothly, because the planning system not reach the maximum point.  The organization system already went smoothly, and all of the staff already put on their position according to their responsibility over their task.  The connection between manager and the staff already on good terms, and the condition of tourist attraction on this beach already in good terms with many attraction inside the beach.  The accessibility on this tourist destination still need more improvements especially on Toilet whom inadequate. The Anciliary or the institution on the Dream Island beach already reach the average point. Keywords: Management, Dream Island Beach, Beach Tourism.

Bukit Jamur is a tourist attraction located in the Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. Originally, Bukit Jamur is protected forest area, because of this place has a tourist attraction, the West Kalimantan Provincial Forestry Office established Bukit Jamur as a Forest Park in 2018. The goal is to be managed as a tourist attraction. This destination is managed by the Pokdarwis Organization, but its management is still not optimal. This can be seen from the condition of the untreated destination and the management system of visitors who are still irregular, causing a lot of garbage that pollutes the destination environment due to tourists visit. This research was conducted to find out what are the problems in the Bukit Jamur destination visitor management system and strategies that can be done to overcome the problem of the visitor management system. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection techniques are by literature study, interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study by compiling all data that has been obtained to be compiled and processed so that it can produce a concise research discussion and a clear as well as an easy comprehensive   conclusion.

Jehem Tourist Village has been designated as Tourism Village in 2015. The existence of tourist attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) is currently popular in the eyes of tourists who visit the Village Tourism Jehem. The purpose of this research is to know the condition of existing tourism Jehem Tourism Village and the influence of attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) to the development of Jehem Tourism Village. The data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. Primary data source data and secondary data, data method used are: observation, interview and documentation. Informant determination technique used is purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that the existence of tourist attraction Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) to make tourists began to visit the Village Tourism Jehem. The attraction of Anjungan Tukad Melangit (ATM) has an important influence in the development of Jehem Tourism Village. Alas Kedaton tourist is a natural tourist attraction. The tourist attraction offered such as forests, monkeys and bats in this natural attraction. In the middle of the Alas Kedaton forest there is a Dalem Kahyangan Kedaton temple that is unique. The choice of this location as a place of research is to find out how the management and role of the local community of Kukuh Village in developing Alas Kedaton as a tourist attraction. The research methodology used is this study is a descriptive qualitative research, with observation, interview, literature study and documentation techniques. Data sources are obtained from primary data and secondary data. The theory or concept used is the concept of role, local society, tourist attraction and management. The result of this research is that management in Alas Kelaton tourist attraction involves local communities actively. The involvement and role of the local community of Desa Kukuh is empowered to become a member of the management body, counter staff, janitors, local guides, security officers, Alas Kedaton Trader Group (KPAK) and as well as forming tourism awareness organisations such as tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis). Study on the potential of gelar river tourist attractions, Batuagung Village as nature tourism. The Gelar River area is a tourist attractions that located in Batuagung Village. Gelar River planned to be developed into local tourism based on natural tourism. Local tourism is tourism whose scope is limited tocertain places, namely the Jembrana district. This study aims to determine the natural resources that have the potential as natural tourism and the potential development solutions in the Gelar River so that it can be developed into sustainable nature tourism. The method used is the survey method. The data collected in the form of primary data and secondary data. The techniques applied to collect the data in current study are observation, interviews, and literature study. The interview was conducted with the management of the Gelar River Tourist Attraction and the Jembrana District Forestry and Plantation Service. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the geographical location, climate and weather, topography and landform, surface materials, water, vegetation, and fauna are natural resources that have the potential to develop the Gelar river Tourist Attraction.

The purpose of this research is to know how the distribution of inheritance and the position of daughters in the distribution of inheritance in Batak Toba and Minangkabau communities. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The data of this research consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was taken from the interview result of researcher with informant from both tribes, while secondary data was taken through literature study from journals, books and literature related to the problem under study. The results of this research show that in the Batak Toba community, daughters do not get a share of inheritance. The kinship system of the Batak Toba community embraces the patrilineal system, in which the lineage is withdrawn from the father's clan so that the inheritance belongs only to the sons. All heritages can only be passed on to the sons. But daughters can get the inheritance that is called holong ate. Holong ate is only given to married girls. The wealth gift is considered a gift of a father to his daughter. While in the Minangkabau community that embraces the matrilineal family system, where the familial system is withdrawn from the mother line, the heritage treasures are only given to daughters. Sons do not have high treasures and the low treasure (search treasure) is given to children and wives.

The existence of a tourist attraction required improving the welfare of the surrounding community. This study aims to find out how many contributions of rafting tourist attraction in society Kedewatan village, in order to contribute positively to the welfare of local communities. Therefore, this research is expected to provide benefits to related parties. This researchused of primary data and secondary data sources, while the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Data were collected through observation, interview and literature study. Determination of informants in this research usedpurposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis techniques and restricted by contribution concept, the concept of community participation, and the concept of community-based tourism. The results obtained are the company's contribution to Kedewatan society been running smoothly, which contributes to the Kedewatan village in the form of donations which pay each month, contributing directly to the public in the form of add job vacanciesfor local people, contributing indirectly to the local communities that helping local community businesses. To optimizie job vacanciesfor local communities,it is necessary to co-operation between companies and Kedewatan communities in recruitment labor.                   Subak Sembung Ecotourismhas width of 155 hectares, administratively a part of Peguyangan village, North Denpasar subdistrict. The existence of this Subak Ecotourism is a green line left in Denpasar city. The purposes of this research are to determine the development of Subak Sembung as ecotourism destination in Peguyangan village, Denpasar, Bali and to determine about the role of youth generation ofSubak Sembung Ecotourism development in Peguyangan village, Denpasar, Bali.                   The data used inthis research is qualitative data with the data sources in the formof primary data and secondary data. Those data collected using method of observation, in-depth interview, and literature study. The determining of informants done by purposive technique.                   The result of this research show that the youth generation of Banjar Pulugambang actively participate in tourism activities such as involved in events that held by Subak Sembung Ecotourism manager. Their roles are as the guest greeters, classified in a cimittee as food and drinks keepers, handicraft accessories keepers, and also involved as a local guide, help in decorating, keep the environment clean, and do events such as fishing, guiding inmaking canang, outbound, teaching the tourists to painting and also teaching the tourist to dance. The theory of Tosun explains that the participation of youth generation from Banjar Pulugambang has done spontanly.   Keywords : Role of  youth generation,Ecotourismdevelopment, Subak.

Bali Treetop Adventure Park is a tourist attraction, which is located in the Eka Bali Botanical Garden, Candi Kuning, Tabanan Regency. This tourist attraction offers adventure activities or adventures that are above the altitude.This researchaims toknow the application of Workplace Safety and Health on adventure activities in the tourist attraction of Bali Treetop Adventure Park The data used in this research is the type of qualitative data, while the data source is primary data and secondary data. Data was collected byobservation, interview and literature study, and assisted by data analysis technique. The results show that the application ofWorkplace Safety and Health in this tourist attraction has been excellent. From the personal aspect, there is training for all the staf to improve their knowledge and skills in preventing and handling accidents, staf also asks for health conditions of tourists before attempting adventure rides, safety checks of the equipment and checking of the adventure rides is also conducted on a daily basis. From The insitutional aspect, company also divides the staf into different tasks so that stafcan focus on their work. Environmental conditions such as weather conditions are also considered, during bad weather conditions this adventure vehicle will be closed. Every package purchased by tourists include the cost of insurance, in case of an accident involving the tourists then all the medical expenses will be covered by the insurance. Lebih Village is a village located in Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency, famous for its coastal tourism, which is Lebih Beach. Lebih Village have been included in the criteria for Tourism Village, however, their certificate has not been issued for this year. In addittion to the coastal tourist attraction, it turns out that the village has more potentials to be developed into a tourist attraction. Theses potentials include a natural, cultural and artificial attraction. These potentials still need to be developed in order to run in the tourism sector. In connection with this, the author tries to examine the “Analisis Prioritas Pengembangan Pariwisata di Desa Wisata Lebih, Kecamatan Gianyar, Kabupaten Gianyar. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis technique and SWOT analysis, to analyze the tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the existing conditions and to find out the priority strategies for tourism development in Lebih Village. Sources of data from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation, interview and literature study, and interview instruments in the form of interview guidelines. The research of informant in Lebih Tourism Village in this research use purposive sampling technique, to get accurate data about tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village, Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency. The conclusion of this research is the exisiting condition in Lebih Village with component 4A which explains the attractions, accsess, facilities, and additional services. In addition there is a main priority strategy for tourism development in Lebih Village which is to develop the potentials they have, collaborate with another stakeholders, conduct training for the community, build tourism facilities, conduct promotions and improve management. The results of this research is the strategies obtained by the SWOT analysis, which were used as a priorities development strategy of tourism in Lebih Tourism Village, Gianyar.
