The purpose of this study to determine whether the planning, regulation, coordination, implementation, decentralization and human resources are all factors that influence delays in budget absorption. This type of research is a survey research with purposive sampling technique that personnel involved in the budgeting process and apparatus that are involved in the process of administration. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the variables influence the planning, regulation, coordination, implementation, decentralization and human resources in the budget absorption. Results of the study found that the planning, regulation, implementation, decentralization, coordination and human resources do not affect the absorption delay budget. Future studies should broaden the scope of the sample and fix theindicator variables are used primarily for budgeting, planning-related issues.

This study aims to prove simultaneously and partially customer loyalty in terms of store atmosphere, convenience and trust in J&T Express Surakarta. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all J&T Express Surakarta service users. The number of samples used according to Sugiyono's guidelines, amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that store atmosphere, convenience and trust have a significant effect on consumer loyalty of J&T Express Surakarta. Keywords : Store Atmosphere, Convenience, Trust.

This study was aimed to examine the effects of trustworthiness, expertise, and attractiveness of celebrity endorser on Instagram to purchase intention of hijab products. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling method. The population in this study was followers of the @gitasav Instagram account. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of trustworthiness, expertise, and attractiveness had a significant effect on purchase intention. However, partially the purchase intention variable is only influenced by the trustworthiness variable which is equal to 3,878. In this study a regression model was obtained, which is Y = 10,021 + 0,655X1 + 0,038X2 - 0,122X3.

<em>This research is about The Effect of Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction. This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect between Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction at Kedai Den Bei in Pondok Gede Bekasi. In this research the sample took 60 respondent using random sampling technique. The data that has been obtained tested using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The result that shown from this research are Service Quality and Price simultaneous and partial gave positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, whereService Quality has more dominant effect to Customer Satisfaction. Thus, it can be concluded that Service Quality and Price influence Customer Satisfaction at Kedai Den Bei in Pondok Gede Bekasi</em>

The purpose of this. study was to analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of the reference group, lifestyle and event marketing on the decision to purchase virtual goods on Mobile Legends: Bang Bang players at the Islamic Batik University Surakarta. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The populationt is all consumers who purchase virtual goods at the Islamic Batik University Surakarta with an unknown amount. The sampling technique in this study was purposive proportional sampling. The sample is 100 studentstfrom the Islamic Batik University Surakarta. Data obtained from questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. F test prove that the reference group, lifestyle and marketing events simultaneously influence the decision to purchase virtual goods on Mobile Legends: Bang Bang players at the Islamic Batik University Surakarta, where Fcount is 37,527 > Ftable is 2,70 with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. t test show that the reference group, lifestyle and event marketing have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase virtual goods on players of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang at the Islamic Batik University Surakarta. This study aims to determine the effect of collateral flexibility, quality of service, and  sharia compliance on intention of filing of mudharabah financing at BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. This study used quantitative method and sample used is some community members who reside around BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Results showed that variable of collateral flexibility, quality of service, and sharia compliance both simultaneously and partially has significant effect on intention of filing of mudharabah financing at BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. Percentage of contributions of the three variables on the intention of filing of mudharabah financing amounted to 62% and the balance of 38% influenced by other factors which is not included in this study.

This research’s type quantitative descripte. this research’s population of this study were buyers for 3 months in 2020 is 1.350 and the sample of this researched is totally 100 responden. Data collection method use questionarie method with accidental sampling technique, and analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The concluded of this researched is servive quality, product variants and quality product influencences significantly towards customer satisfaction.

Application of the reporting system using e-SPT, e-Invoice, and e-Filing can facilitate taxpayers to report their tax returns 24 hours for 7 days. This means that taxpayers can report their tax returns even on holidays. The purpose of this study was to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of the application of e-SPT, the application of e-Invoicing, and the application of e-Filing to taxpayer compliance at the East Denpasar Pratama Tax Office in 2018. The samples used in this study were 100 obtained based on sampling technique incidental, which is a technique of determining samples based on chance, i.e. anyone who accidentally met with the researcher can be used as a sample if it is deemed that the person met by chance is suitable as a source of data. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the application of e-SPT, application of e-Invoicing, and application of e-Filing positive effect on taxpayer compliance, at the East Denpasar Pratama Tax Office.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, and media exposure on CSR in agricultural companies listed on the IDX in 2015 - 2019. Sampling using purposive sampling technique as many as 15 companies with a span of time observations made for 5 years and selected as many as 75 objects of observation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that profitability does not affect CSR disclosure, leverage does not affect CSR disclosure, while media exposure affects CSR disclosure.

In today’s era of competition is important for organization, so expect knowledge management, technology and discipline work can contribute well as human resources, especially in the world of office. This study aims to measure the influence of the knowledge management, technology and work discipline of the employment of the office of the environment office of the Manokwari district. Method of associative research with multiple linear regression analysis technique. The number of samples in this study as many as 46 respondents with sample collection techniques Judgement Sampling. The result of the analysis shows that the knowledge management, technology and work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the environment office of the Manokwari district.

This study revealed the effect of compensation on the performance of nagari apparatus in the management of nagari finance in Kecamatan Salimpaung, Tanah Datar District. This study used associative quantitative method. The population in this study is all nagari apparatus in Kecamatan Salimpaung as many as 42 people consisting of nagari secretary, nagari treasurer, and staffs. The sample of this study consisted of 38 respondents determined by multistage random sampling technique and used slovin formula. The data of this study were collected through questionnaire and analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicated that compensation simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of nagari apparatus in the management of nagari finance in Kecamatan Salimpaung. Partially, finansial compensation had a significant influence on the performance of nagari apparatus in nagari finansial management; while non-finansial compensation had no significant effect on the performance of the nagari apparatus in the management of nagari finance in Kecamatan Salimpaung.
