  Abstract                     Based of the research by the increasing problem of turnover intention at The Lerina Hotel Nusa Dua, Bali. Variables that caused of increased turnover intention are variables of work stress and work insecurity. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of job stress and job insecurity on turnover intention at The Lerina Hotel Nusa Dua Bali, and to determine the effect job stress and job insecurity on turnover intention. Techniques data collection by observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and literature studies. While the sampling technique is saturated sample with a number of respondents of 50 people. This research using descriptive qualitative and quantitative technique consisting of a likert scale, validity test and reliability test, classic assumption test, correlation test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination test.                   The results shows that Fcount (39,020)> Ftable (3.20) with a sig value of 0,000 or <? (0,05). This shows that job stress variables (X1) and job insecurity (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention (Y) at The Lerina Hotel Nusa Dua. The t-test or partial results show that job stress has a total influence of 2,566 with a significance level of 0.014 <0.05 and job insecurity has an influence of 5,849 with a significance level of 0,000 <0.05 which means that job stress and job insecurity have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention in The Lerina Hotel Nusa Dua. Furthermore, the results of the determination test showed that the effect of job stress and job insecurity on turnover intention was 62.4% and the remaining 37.6% was influenced by other factors not included in this study.     Key Word : Job Stress, Job Insecurity, Turnover Intention, and The Lerina Hotel Nusa Dua Bali

This study aims to find the results of analyzing the phenomena encountered in Elresas Hotel employees regarding job satisfaction, job stress, and organizational commitment as independent variables on turnover intention as the dependent variable on Elresas Hotel employees. The research is quantitative, with variables measured using a Likert scale. Data collection use questionnaires and direct observation. This study uses the entire population of Hotel Elresas Lamongan, amounting to 40 people, as a sample. The data obtained were processed using SPSS Vs 18 software in descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. To test the significance level, simultaneous F-test and t-test were carried out. The research conducted concluded that job satisfaction had a partially insignificant effect on turnover intention, job stress had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and organizational commitment partially had an insignificant effect on turnover intention. Simultaneously both the variables of job satisfaction, job stress and organizational commitment influence turnover intention. This study is intended to find out the factors that cause turnover intention at Hotel Elresas Lamongan and can also be used as a suggestion so that employees do not have thoughts of leaving their jobs.

Human resources is a determinant factor of the company's existence in contributing to the achievement of corporate goals effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of work stress on the intense out on the employees of Peppers Seminyak, and explain the effect of job insecurity on the employees of Peppers Seminyak. This research was conducted at Peppers Seminyak. The number of samples of this study were 143 respondents. The method of determining the sample using proportional random sampling. Data collection was done through interview and questionnaire distribution. Research data meets the requirement of instrument test by using multiple linear regression analysis technique which shows that job stress and work insecurity have positive and significant effect to intense out. Based on the results of research can be suggested that for the company is expected to pay attention to his work by suppressing the level of work stress and job insecurity in order to change the mindset of employees, create regulations that benefit both parties both the company and the employee and expected to be able to balance the workload with capacity employee's work.

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of variables work environment, work stress, and organizational commitment toward turnover intention, study at CV Bagaskara Galih Perkasa. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were employees of 90 employees, using simple random sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using the IBM SPSS.25 program. The results of the study at the 5% significance level can be concluded that partially (1) the work environment has no effect on turnover intention, (2) work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, (3) commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. While simultaneously work environment variables, work stress and organizational commitment have a significant effect toward turnover intention. Based on the R2 test that the three independent variables affect the turnover intention of CV Bagaskara Galih Perkasa employees by 30.5% and the remaining 69.5% are influenced by other variables such as organizational culture, transformational leadership, and perveived organizational support.

This study aims to describe the impact of job insecurity and job satisfactionon employee turnover intention at ceramic factory in Mojosari and to figureout the most dominant variable that influences employee performance. Thesample consisted of 68 employees of production department selected byusing Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. In order to pointout the level of job insecurity, job satisfaction, and employee turnoverintention, this study used Likert Scale analysis. Further, Multiple LinearRegression analysis was used to figure out the impact of job insecurity andjob satisfaction on employee turnover intention. The findings indicated thatemployee turnover intention was very high, job insecurity was high, and jobsatisfaction was moderate. Job insecurity did not influence employeeturnover intention with the value of t- arithmetic of 1.051 that is lower than ttableof 1.998. Meanwhile, job satisfaction negatively and significantlyinfluenced employee turnover intention with t-count of -3.108. The result ofSimple Linear Regression analysis, job insecurity and job satisfactionsignificantly influenced employee turnover intention. Moreover, bycomparing the regression coefficients, the most dominant variableinfluencing employee turnover intention was job satisfaction.

Turnover intention is an employee's desire to leave the organization that has not been manifested in a definite action by leaving the organization where the employee is located. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job insecurity and workplace bullying on employee turnover intention at the Seminyak Garden Hotel & Pool. This research was conducted at Seminyak Garden Hotel & Pool which is located on Jalan Raya Petitenget No.7, Kerobokan, Kuta Bali. The number of respondents taken was 47 employees with saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out through observation, questionnaires, interviews, literature and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination, t test (partial regression), and F test (simultaneous regression). Based on the analysis, it was found that Job Security has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Workplace Bullying has a positive and significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention. Job Insecurity and Workplace Bullying have a positive and significant effect on Employee Intention Turnover at Seminyak Garden Hotel & Pool.

Every staff are stressed at work. Organizational interventions were more effective if they improve management including the organization must be paid attention to all nurse. Nurses’ job stress is one of the factors which influence competitiveness among hospitals. Some factors which directly influence nurses’ job stress are the level of work to family conflict, and work motivation. The objective of this research was to find out and to analyze the influence of work to family conflict and motivation on nurses’ job stress at Wulan Windi Hospital. The research used descriptive quantitative and explanatory research method. The population was 54 nurses at Wulan Windi Hospital, and 43 of them were used as the samples, taken by using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples was based on the criteria: the respondents had been married and had children. The data were gathered by conducting interviews, questionnaires, and documentary study. Interval scale was used for measuring scales and the data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis, while residual test and interaction test were used for moderating variable. The result of the research, in the first hypothesis, showed that, partially, work to family conflict had positive but significant influence on nurse’ job stress . The result of the second hypothesis showed that, partially, motivation had negative and significant influence on nurses’ job stress. The result of the third hypothesis showed that work to family conflict and motivation had significant influence on nurses’ job stress.  Keywords: Work to Family Conflict, Work Motivation, Nurses’ Job Stress

This study aims to determine the effect of the size of the company, size of the board of commissioners and industrial sensitivity to the disclosure of corporate social responsibility partially and simultaneously. The data of this study were taken from 87 observations. The number of samples used in this study was 29 LQ-45 companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2016. The samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research showed that size of company significantly influenced the disclosure of corporate social responsibility with significance level by 0,021, while size of board of commissioners did not significantly influence the disclosure of corporate social responsibility with the value of significance by 0,621, but industry sensitivity has significant influence to corporate social responsibility disclosure with a significant value of 0,010. The simultaneous test showed that firm size, board size and industry sensitivity simultaneously and significantly influenced the disclosure of corporate social responsibility significantly by 0,004. The GMS members who have the authority to propose, appoint and dismiss the board of commissioners should consider the candidates of the board of commissioners to be proposed, and the further research should expand the object of research and develop other factors that can affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility such as foreign ownership, growth company, good corporate governance (GCG) practices and several other factors.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and risk perception on student investment decisions in Jakarta. This study used a quantitative approach through questionnaires with as many as 120 respondents taken as sample which is obtained by using non-probability sampling technique and purposive sampling method. The research data is processed with SPSS, where the hypothesis is analyzed using t-test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy variable have a significant effect on investment decision, based on the t-test result which shows that t-count is higher in comparison to ttable (8,433>1,98045). Similarly, the risk perception variable have a significant effect on investment decision, which is shown by the higher tcount compared to t-table (2,319>1,98045).

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of supervison, communication and organizational commitment for employee performance on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. The data collection was carried out through questionnaires conducted on 43 employees on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 22. The sampling technique used is the saturation sampling method and data testing technique used in this study includes the validity test and reliability test. Multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing is also conducted to test and to prove the hypothesis in research. Partial tes results (t test) showed t count (1,721) > t table (1,682) and the significance level was 0,043 < 0,05 proved that supervision had a positive and significant effect on work performance, t count (5,578) > t table (1,682) and the level of significance was 0,000 < 0,05 proved that communication had a positive significant effect on work performance, t count (2,610) > t table (1,682)and the level of significance was 0,013 < 0,05 proved that organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on achievement work. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the implementation of services, perceptions of religiosity of institutions and customer satisfaction, as well as the influence of service quality and religiosity perceptions in BMT Idrisiyyah to customer satisfaction BMT Idrisiyyah Tasikmalaya.The research method used in this research is the field research method (field reaserch), while the data collection techniques are done through the spread of questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique using slovin formula with the number of respondents 100 customers and the analysis tools used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t-test and F test.Based on the results of research and F-test results (simultaneous) showed that service and perceptions of religiosity together affect the customer satisfaction. The result of t-test (partial) which have positive effect significantly to customer satisfaction from service quality is variable of reliability, responsiveness variable, assurance variable and empathy while for physical proof (tangible) has no effect to customer satisfaction. For the perception variable religiosity also does not affect customer satisfaction. For the mutual influence of service quality and religiosity perception have an effect on customer satisfaction in BMT Idrsiyyah with significance value 0,000 and F value equal to 6,750.
