This study was aimed to find out whether or not (1) there is  any significant correlation between reading ability and reading habit, (2) There is any significant correlation between reading ability and internet use, (3) There is any significant correlation among reading ability, internet use, and reading habit of students of private junior high schools in  Kecamatan Ilir Timur II Palembang. This study was a quantitative research approach with a corelational research design. The researcher collected the data through 2 instruments namely, reading test and questionnaires. A test was used to find out students’ reading ability and questionnaires were used to find out students’ reading habits and internet use. The population of this study was 803 and 120 for the population. To analyze the data, the procedures were presenting and describing the data,  testing the hypotheses, and analyzing the regression. From the results, only internet use and reading ability that had a significant correlation (p-value > 0.05). The result of the regression analysis between internet use to reading ability showed that the correlation between those variables was 16,7%.

This research was intended to know the effect of headmaster leadership’s enterpreneurship towards innovative performance of teachers at Bima City Public Junior High Schools, to know the impact of organizational culture towards innovative performance of teachers in Bima City Public Junior High Schools, and to know the effect of headmaster leadership’s enterpreneurship and organizational culture held together toward innovative performance of teachers in Bima City Public Junior High Schools. This research was a quantitative research with ex-post facto method. The technique of data analysis used in this research was regression analysis, both simple regression and multiple regression. The population of this research was certified teachers at Bima City Public Junior High Schools, with 247 teachers. The sample of this research was 71 certifiied teachers in Bima City Public Junior High Schools which were taken with Random sampling technique. The result of this research showed that: 1) There was a significant and positive effect of headmaster leadership’s enterpreneurship toward innovative performance of teachers in Bima City Public Junior High Schools about 78,1%, 2) There was a significant and positive effect of organizational culture toward innovative performance of teachers in Bima City Public Junior High Schools about 53,7% and 3) There were a significant and positive effect of headmaster leadership’s enterpreneurship and organizational culture held together toward innovative performance of teachers in Bima City Public Junior High Schools about 89,2%.

The Aims of the research are to know and analyze : (1) the effect of leadership qualities, work motivation and self-efficacy simultaneously on teacher performances; (2) the effect of leadership qualities on teacher performances; (3) the effect of work motivation on teacher performances; (4) the effect of self-efficacy on teacher performances of teachers of Government Junior High Schools in Tawangsari, Sukoharjo. The type of the research is descriptive quantitative research. The research was carried out in Sukoharjo. The population of the research were teachers of Government Junior High Schools in Tawangsari, Sukoharjo consisted 132 teachers. The research uses Proportional Random Sampling to choose sample in order to represent the penomena. The data collecting method were done using questionnaires and document techniques. The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The conclusion of the analysis were : (1) there is a significant effect of leadership qualities, work motivation and self-efficacy simultaneously on teacher performances; (2) there is a significant effect of leadership qualities on teacher performances; (3) there is a significant effect of work motivation on teacher performances; (4) there is a significant effect of self-efficacy on teacher performances of teachers of Government Junior High Schools in Tawangsari, Sukoharjo. This service aims to increase reading interest in tsanawiah madrasah students or equivalent to junior high schools (SMP) with SQ3R reading techniques that can be applied in reading textbooks. The method of activities used in this service in the form of training/workshops and training results are simulated directly to each student through stages (1) Survey (2) Questions/questions (3) Read/read (4) Recite/Recall/Repeat/Retell and (5) Review/review/review. The trainees were 26 students from Tsanawiah Raudhatusyuban Madrasah and involved two teachers. The results of this service show that the reading ability of students of the Tsanawiah madrasah or equivalent to junior high school is still deficient so that the existence of reading training with the SQ3R method is expected to increase students' interest and reading skills.

Abstract- This research aimed to find out the direct and indirect effect of organization culture, head master’s entrepreneurial competence, and organization culture on the quality of education service of Islamic junior high schools at Islamic boarding schools in Central Lombok. This was a quantitative research with 76 staffs/teachers taken for sample with proportionate stratified random sampling. The data were collected by using questionnaire and analyzed by using path analysis. The result showed that: 1) there was effect of organization culture on the quality of education service, 2) there was no effect of headmaster’s entrepreneurial competence on the quality of education service, 3) there was effect of organization culture on organization climate.4) there was effect of head master’s entrepreneurial competence on organization climate, 5) there was effect of organization climate on the quality of education service, 6) there was effect of both organization culture and head master’s entrepreneurial competence on the quality of education service, 7) there was no effect of organization culture and head master’s entrepreneurial competence on the quality of education service mediated by organization climate. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui tentang eksistensi layanan bimbingan dan konseling selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana guru BK  dalam  menangani  peserta  didik  dalam  penyesuaian  diri,  penanaman  pendidikan karakter  islami,  dan  bimbingan  apa  saja  yang  disediakan  selama  masa  pademi  COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey.  Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa penting  guru BK dalam memberikan layanan  bimbingan  dan  konseling  terhadap  peserta  didik  pada  masa  pandemi.  Peneliti menggunakan sampel empat sekolah di Sidoarjo yang terdiri dari dua SMA dan dua SMP, dengan banyaknya responden 36 peserta didik dan di antarannya ada 6 peserta didik yang melakukan  survey  secara  langsung  dengan  peneliti.    Kesimpulan  pada  penelitian  ini adalah, peserta didik membutuhkan layanan konseling online, apalagi dalam bidang minat dan  bakat,  dan  peran  guru  bimbingan  dan  konseling  pada  masa  sekarang  sangatlah penting.<br /><br /><strong>Abstrac:</strong> The study was conducted to find out about the existence of guidance and counseling services during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study focuses on how BK teachers deal with students in adjusting, planting Islamic character education, and what guidance is provided during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses quantitative research with survey method. This study was conducted to find out how important BK teachers are in providing guidance and counseling services to students during the pandemic. The researcher used a sample of four schools in Sidoarjo which consisted of two high schools and two junior high schools, with 36 respondents as a number of students and of them there were 6 students who conducted a direct survey with the researcher. The conclusion of this study is that students need online counseling services, especially in the field of interests and talents, and the role of guidance and counseling teachers at this time is very important.

The research aims to identify, describe, and analyze whether or not the influence of the socio-economic conditions of parents on student achievement in Junior High Schools in Kedaton Peninjauan Raya District. This type of research is quantitative research. Population in this research as many as 464 students. A research sample of around 216 students was established by using the sampling technique proportional random sampling using the formula of slovin 5% of significance. The technique of  Data collection by using questionnaires and documentation. Then data analysis using linear regression analysis with SPSS program. The result showed that the socio-economic conditions of parents affect student achievement. This paper is expected to provide directions and solutions for educational institutions to carry out education properly and appropriately by following the environmental conditions of the community in improving the quality of education.

<em>The problem that occurs in this study is that there are still many PJOK infrastructure and facilities that have not met as they should be, not comparable to the number of students, there are some teachers who are less creative in making tool modifications, and many teachers are still waiting for assistance from PJOK infrastructure and facilities from the school. This study aims to determine the level of teacher creativity to overcome the limitations of infrastructure in the learning process of PJOK in junior high schools in Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research approach. The method used in this research is a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire as primary data, as well as observation, and documentation as secondary data. The population of this study were all PJOK teachers in junior high schools in Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency, totaling 23 teachers. The data analysis used was a descriptive analysis of the percentage. </em><em>The results showed that the creativity of sports and health physical education teachers in responding to the limitations of physical education facilities and infrastructure in junior high schools in Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency as a whole was categorized as 1 teacher (4%) in the very high category, 6 teachers (26.09%) in high category, 10 teachers (43.48%) in the medium category, 4 teachers (17.39%) in the low category, and 2 teachers (8.70%) in the very low category. It can be concluded that the creativity of sports and health physical education teachers in responding to the limitations of physical education facilities and infrastructure in junior high schools in Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency is in the medium category (43.48%).</em>

the objectives of this research was to investigate and to understand the effect of growth need strength and job characteristics on job satisfaction. It was a quantitative research which was conducted in six state junior high schools in West Karawang District located in Karawang Regency. The research used a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hyphotesis. The respondent sample  are 151 teachers who are selected in a simple random way. The result of this research are: (1) There is a direct positive effect of growth need strength on job satisfaction. (2) There is a direct positive effect of job characteristics on job satisfaction. (3) There is a direct positive effect of growth need strength on job satisfaction.

The focus of this research is to design geometry learning mediain junior high schools based on RME and integrated with Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) using 3D Pageflip Proffesional,and to explain quality of the learning media. In the process of design and development of this media used is the ADDIE development model which begins with the stages analysis, design, development, and  carried out an evaluation in each stages. Implementation stages will be continued in the following years research. This research resulted in a product in the form of geometry learning media in junior high schools especially eight grade according to purpose. Based on the validity test and practicality test the results obtained from the validation by material experts and media design experts were 4.09 namely 81.8% and 4.21 or 84.2%.Based on the criteria for the validity of the instrument, the criteria for "very valid" were obtained. And the practicality results, namely the results of teacher response questionnaire obtained an average of 4.26 or 85.19%, and the results of student questionnaire responses were 4.07 or 81.4%. Then based on the percentage criteria of practicality of the instrument, it is found that the criteria are very practical and the media can be implemented with minor revisions.
