This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Innovativeness on Business Performance at PT. Bahtera Bestari Shipping. This research method using quantitative method. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees of PT. Bahtera Bestari Shipping Shipping then data processed with SPSS program, after which the data is analyzed by using regression analysis. The results showed that there was an influence between Inovativeness and business performance of 69.2%. For the Leadership variable itself does not have an impact on business performance due to a decrease in the variables. The results of the analysis show that the influence between leadership and innovation variables on business performance where the company must develop innovation to develop the company's performance in order to maintain the company in the era of globalization competition in the world of shipping so that the company is able to diversify at international level.

This research was conducted at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera with the formulation of the problem in this study is whether work experience affects employee performance, whether career development affects employee performance, and whether work experience and career development affect employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 32 people who are employees of PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera and the data collection technique used is questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis. The result of the regression that works experience influenced employee performance and career development influenced employee performance. Kegiatan dakwah ialah suatu aktivitas yang mendorong umat manusia untuk memperkuat keyakinannya kepada Allah SWT dan agar umat yang belum memeluk ajaran Islam juga dapat memeluk ajaran agama Islam dengan menggunakan cara yang bijaksana melalui materi ajaran syariat Islam, supaya mereka mendapatkan kebahagiaan di dunia dan di akhirat. Pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam ialah suatu kegiatan dakwah yang di pimpin langsung oleh sesepuh pondok pesantren azzayniyyah ialah KH. Aang Abdullah Zein. Pengajian kitab al-Hikam ini di dalamnya membahas tentang permasalahan kehidupan manusia seperti masalah hati (qolbu), akhlak, iman, dan Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui penyampayan dakwah melalui pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam di pondok pesantren azzayniyyah dan untuk mengetahui pesan-pesan dakwah yang ada di dalam kitab al-Hikam. Landasan teori yang digunakan ialah teori M. Munir tentang dakwah bil-Lisan al-Hal. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif, ialah dengan menggambarkan keadaan sebenarnya melalui pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dakwah melalui pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam yang di lakukan oleh KH. Aang Abdullah Zein di anggap cukup berhasil, karena jamaah memberikan respon yang baik atau positif dan jamaah yang hadir setiap bulan slalu meningkat atau lebih banyak.Da'wah activity is an activity that encourages mankind to strengthen his belief in Allah SWT and so that people who have not embraced the teachings of Islam can also embrace the teachings of Islam by using a wise way through Islamic teaching material, so that they get happiness in the world and the hereafter. Study of the market of the book al-Hikam is a missionary activity led directly by the azzayniyyah boarding school elders is KH. Aang Abdullah Zein. This study of al-Hikam in it discusses the problems of human life such as the problem of the heart (qolbu), morals, faith, and Islam.  Thep of this study is to determine the delivery of da'wah through the study of the market of the book al-Hikam in azzayniyyah boarding school and to find out the messages of da'wah in the book of al-Hikam. The cornerstone of the theory used is M. Munir's theory about the da'wah bil-Lisan al-Hal. This research method uses descriptive, is to describe the actual situation through data collection conducted using interview techniques, documentation, and literature. The results of this study indicate that preaching through the study of the book market al-Hikam conducted by KH. Aang Abdullah Zein was considered quite successful, because worshipers gave good or positive responses and worshipers who were present every month always increased or more.

The purpose of this researchment is to ascertain how wide the farming of species Saccharun Edule Hasskarl (terubuk) in sub district Tosa, district of East Tidore of Tidore Island through the indicator of the value revenue, production and selling prices so that the farmers will achieve The Break Event Point (BEP). The research method was used a quantitative method with the number of samples of 30 people. The determination of the sample method is using the census method or involving all members of the population into a sample of researchment. The secondary data collection was done by using library literature in the form of document review and relevant references to research object while primary data collection was done by using questionnaire. The data is using equation R /C Ratio, BEP Revenue, BEP Price, and BEP Production. Therefore from the results of the researchment it can be explained that the two of the thirty farmers come through the break event point, while the other twenty-eight farmers declared having a business that worth to be develop or experiencing profit, because the R/C ratio is above 1.0 with average profit reach Rp. 989.000, - per production / farmer.

 ABSTRAK Kontribusi UKM untuk pertumbuhan perekonomian membuat kinerja UKM perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Dalam hal ini ada banyak faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam meningkatkan kinerja di UKM-UKM seperti kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar, sehingga kajian yang telah dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh paling penting dari orientasi pasar dan kewirausahaan pada kinerja usaha UKM. Penelitian dikerjakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dari 50 pelaku UKM yang dibina oleh Dinas Perdagangan Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dalam kajian ini dikerjakan dengan menyebarkan angket kuesioner. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan-temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dan pasar mempunyai pengaruh signifikan baik itu parsial dan secara simultan pada kinerja usaha pada UKM-UKM. Kata kunci: orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar, kinerja usaha  Strategi Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar dan Pengaruhnya Pada Kinerja Usaha Di Unit Usaha Kecil-Menengah (UKM) ABSTRACT SMEs contribution to economic growth makes the MSMEs performance need to be improved. In this case numerous factors should be considered in improving performance of SMEs such as entrepreneurship and market orientations, so this study was conducted with aim to examine the crucial effect of entrepreneurship and market orientations on the business performance to MSMEs. This research is done by using quantitative approach. The samples taken are 50 SMEs business players built by Department of Commerce Surabaya. Data collection in this study was done by distributing questionnaires. Analysis technique of data is multiple linear regression analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Mudharabah Financing, Murabahah Financing and Mudharabah Savings on Return On Assets (ROA) of Indonesian Sharia People's Financing Banks for the 2015-2020 period. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The data used is secondary data. In this study, the analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it can be seen that partially Mudharabah Financing has a negative and significant effect on Return On Assets, Murabaha financing has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets and Mudharabah Savings has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets at Indonesian Islamic People's Financing Bank for the 2015 period. -2020 and simultaneously Mudharabah Financing, Murabahah Financing and Mudharabah Savings have a significant effect on the Return On Assets (ROA) of Indonesian Sharia Rural Banks for the 2015-2020 period. It is expected that the Indonesian Islamic People's Financing Bank will further improve its performance by minimizing financing risk and increasing the amount of third party funds so that its profitability growth is maximized.

This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline and organizational culture on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. The research method used is descriptive statistical method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaire. The number of research samples used was 74 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in training having a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t arithmetic> t table or 23,057> 1,994 and the significance value produced 0,000 <0,05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count> ttable or 2.649> 1.994 and the significance value produced 0.010 <0.05. Organizational culture does not affect the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count <t table or -1.424> 1.994 and the significance value produced is 0.159> 0.05.

The purpose of this study is describe feminism and the resilience of women in the world of work in Indonesia and Iceland. Feminism as a system of ideas, as a framework and study of social life and human experience that evolved from a women-centered perspective. In Indonesia and Iceland, this is a long history as a reflection of the responsibility regarding the reality of gender inequality. In this study researchers used a research method with the type of literature study. Data collection techniques that utilize secondary data obtained through the library and then described and analyzed to extract from the literature such as books, journals, report, documents and other materials that support this research. Based on the results and discussion that has been presented, it can be concluded that feminism is increasingly developing and being recognized by the world. Feminism and the resilience of women in these two countries have shown that women have great opportunities in the development of the world of work, politics and other fields. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan feminisme dan ketahanan perempuan dalam dunia kerja di Indonesia dan Islandia. Feminisme sebagai sistem gagasan,   sebagai kerangka kerja dan studi kehidupan sosial dan pengalaman manusia yang berevolusi dari perpsektif yang berpusat pada perempuan. Di Indonesia dan Islandia, hal ini adalah sejarah panjang sebagai cerminan dari tanggung jawab tentang realitas ketidaksetaraan gender. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian dengan jenis kajian kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik penelitian kepustakaan yang memanfaatkan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui perpustakaan kemudian di deskripsikan dan dianalisis untuk disarikan dari literatur seperti buku, jurnal, laporan, dokumen dan bahan lain yang mendukung penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan yang telah dipaparkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa feminisme semakin lama semakin berkembang dan diakui oleh dunia. Feminisme dan ketahanan perempuan di dua negara ini sudah menunjukkan bahwa kaum perempuan memiliki peluang besar dalam perkembangan dunia kerja, politik dan bidang lainnya.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of employees at PT. Introduce Results Overlay which includes Organizational Commitment (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). This study uses a quantitative method sample 60 employees at PT. Deliver Overlay Results as respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical , namely by using multiple regression analysis, the processing of which was carried out with the SPSS version 25.0 program. 1) The results of the analysis prove that the Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation variables simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Deliver Results Overlays. 2) The results of the analysis prove that Organizational Commitment and Motivation have a partial effect on Employee Performance, while Organizational Culture has no partial effect on Employee Performance. 3) Result prove that between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation, Motivation variables have the most significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Deliver Results Overlays.

The world is currently shocked by the presence of a new type of outbreak, namely the Corona virus, which has now troubled human health, an educational animation has been made so that it can convey health protocol information to be conveyed to the public in a more interesting way. This research method using observation is a data collection by observing mosque visitors who often ignore health protocols. The results of this study indicate the importance of implementing health protocols and procedures for carrying out health protocols, especially for mosque congregants who will pray.

Traffic Police Polresta Banjarmasin improves the public services. The public services improvement depend on The Performance. The performance is influenced by traning, competency, compensation, and work motivation. To analyzing and to know the influence  of those variables to the performance need the research in police lalu lintas Polresta Banjarmasin.  Quantitative method is used in the research. The population is all members of the police. They are 90 persons. Technique of sampling is census. This research sample  63 person. The data collection technique is questioner. Data is analyzed by linier regression analysis.    The results of this research shows that traning, competency, compensation, and work motivation have influence significantly to the performance partially. Traning, competency, compensation, and work motivation are need to improve because these variables have influence significantly to the performance improvemet
