Entrepreneurship has both positive and negative contributions to our society. On the negative side, the degradation of  environmental  quality  caused  by  entrepreneurial  activities  requires  serious  attention.  As  such,  sustainable entrepreneurship  has  been  suggested  as  an  attempt  to  alleviate  environmental  problems. Furthermore, there are scant studies in regard to motivation and propensity in the development of sustainable entrepreneurs among SMEs practitioners.  Thus,  this  study  was  conducted  to  address  the  factors  associated  with propensity  for  sustainable entrepreneurship among owners-managers of SMEs. This sample collection through purposive sampling.  There are 100 respondents as sample of this research by using simple random sampling method. The data collection method conducted by questionnaire. Based  on  the  descriptive  analyses,  this  paper found  that  owners-managers  of  SMEs  generally  possessed  positive  or  favorable  attitude  towards  sustainability, concerned  about  social  pressures  on  sustainability,  perceived  that  sustainable  entrepreneurship  was  attractive  and perceived themselves as having sufficient ability for sustainable entrepreneurship..

The aims of study to identify and analyze the role of human resources (individual characteristics, quality, and employee competence) on the company's performance at Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional. This research using a quantitative approach with survey on the type of research. The sample was determined by simple random sampling method, 51 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results shows that simultaneously, the variable of individual characteristics, employee quality and employee competence have a positive and significantly effect to the performance at Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional. The determination coefficient value of 0.616 indicates that the influence of individual characteristics, employee quality and employee competence on the change of company performance at Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional is 61.6%. Partially, there are positive and significantly influence of employee quality and employee competence to company performance at Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional. While the variable of employee characteristic have a non significantly effect to company performance Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional.

The Role of Agricultural Extension Workers In Assisting Farmers Rice at Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency. This study aims to find out how the role of Agricultural Extension Workers In Assisting Farmers Rice at Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency. Research has been conducted in the of BP3K Karang Agung Tengah Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency June-August, 2016. The method used in this study is a survey method, sampling method used in this study is simple random sampling, data collection methods used in this research were interviews and observations of agricultural extension field and farmers instance guided by questions (quisoner ) which has been prepared. The results showed that the role of Agricultural Extension Workers in the BP3K Karang Agung Tengah is a consultant, facilitator, and educator resources to assist rice farmers groups in the of Lalan District Musi Banyuasin Regency.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Strategic Entrepreneurship and its impact on Financial Performance and Non-Financial Performance culinary business in South Jakarta. Sample Collection was done using a questionnaire in the form of paper with Probability Sampling method, Simple Random Sampling with a total 94 respondents of culinary business field. Processing data using the SmartPLS 3.0 method. The Result of this study indicate that there is a considerable influence if the Entrepreneurial Orientation with Strategic Entrepreneurship runs well it will affect Financial Performance and Non-Financial Performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Entrepreneurial Orientation terhadap Strategic Entrepreneurship serta dampaknya pada Financial Performance dan Non-Financial Performance pada UMKM kuliner di Jakarta Selatan. Pengumpulan sample dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk Kertas dengan metode probability Sampling berjenis Simple Random Sampling dengan total 94 responden UMKM di bidang Kuliner. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang cukup besar apabila Entrepreneurial Orientation dengan Strategic Entrepreneurship berjalan dengan baik maka akan mempengaruhi Financial Performance dan Non-Financil Performance.

The forest inventory is basically a data collection activities. This activity is relatively important, because the effect on further activities. Hence the data collected must have a high enough accuracy. A way of determining the sampling unit is considered to be simpler, easier, and faster is the tree sampling method. The purpose of this study was to quantify the potential large stands of eucalyptus in the Forest of eucalyptus plants in the Faculty of Forestry and calculate the relative efficiency of sample unit. The total area is 0.11 ha of eucalyptus stands. Unit examples used are circular, 4-trees sampling, sampling 5 -trees, and 6-trees sampling is done by simple random sampling method. Potential stands of eucalyptus with method 4 sample trees have an average volume stands perplot is 0.096 m3, with the volume of the stand for the entire area is 111.09 m3 with a sampling error of 43.65%. Potential stands of eucalyptus trees by the method of example 5 has a volume average stocking each plot is 0.091 m3, with the volume of the stand for the entire area is 105.40 m3 with a sampling error of 51%. Potential stands of eucalyptus by using 6 sample trees have an average volume stands each plot was 0.08 m3, with the volume of the stand for the entire area is 92.83 m3 with a sampling error o f 54.77%. Potential stands of eucalyptus with a diameter circular sample plots of 12 m has an average volume stands each plot is 6,37 m3, with the volume of the stand for the entire area is 65.61 m3 with a sampling error of 22.63%.

Faktor kepemimpinan memiliki peran yang sangat penting terhadap keinginan karyawan untuk tetap tinggal  terutama dalam hal memperlakukan karyawan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai pancasila. seorang pemimpin dapat memberikan jaminan keadilan dan kesejahteraan sebagaiaman yang tertuang pada sila ke 5 pancasila keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat indonesia.dalam hal ini pemimpin harus mampu memberi rasa adil dan harapan kesejahteraan kepada karyawan sehingga dengan demikian karyawan bisa lebih termotivasi mengembangkan karir dan mendapatkan kepuasan kerja. Metodologi: penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data simple ramdom sampling pada perusahaan Konsultan Teknik Semarang, untuk metode analisis datanya diolah menggunakan PLS dengan bantuan aplikasi SMARTPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Pancasila terhadap Niat untuk Tinggal dengan dimediasi Kepuasan kerja terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan. Leaders who have the spirit of Pancasila This is very much needed in the midst of a rapidly growing industry competition. In the midst of open competition, sometimes it gives birth to a problem of unfair competition and does not reflect the values of Pancasila. The leadership factor has a very important role in the desire of employees to stay, especially in terms of treating employees in accordance with Pancasila values. a leader can provide guarantees of justice and welfare as stated in the 5th principle of social justice for all Indonesian people. In this case the leader must be able to give a sense of justice and welfare expectations to employees so that employees can be more motivated to develop careers and get job satisfaction . Methodology: This research is a quantitative study with a simple random sampling method of data collection at a Semarang Engineering Consultant company, for the analysis method the data is processed using PLS with the help of the SMARTPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that Pancasila Leadership on Intention to Stay with mediated Job satisfaction has an insignificant effect.

Potential stands of eucalyptus by using 10 sample trees have an average volume stands each plot was 0.03 m3 with the volume of the stand for the entire area is 39.74 m3 with a sampling error of 53.34%. Potential stands of eucalyptus with a diameter circular sample plots of 12 m has an average volume stands each plot is 7.88 m3, with the volume of the stand for the entire area is 76.72 m3 with a sampling error of 14.43%.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of e-commerce and effectiveness of the user'swork on the company's performance on small and medium enterprises in Denpasar. The sampletaken is 88 of 766 SMEs using e-commerce in Denpasar. The sample in this research is determinedby probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. Data collection was donethrough survey obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Respondents in thisstudy are business actors. Analytical technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 22.0software. The results showed that the performance of companies in small and medium enterpriseswill increase if the business actors using e-commerce in running and developing business andimprovement on the effectiveness of e-commerce users will be followed also by improving theperformance of companies in small and medium enterprises thatuse e- commerce in Denpasar. <p align="justify"><strong><em>Abstract: </em></strong><em>This research aims to analyze the allocation of using production inputs, production, and technical efficiency of maize for UPSUS and non-UPSUS programme of corn farming. This study held in two sample villages, namely: Mekar Sari </em><em>v</em><em>illage and Sogo </em><em>v</em><em>illage which were determined purposively. The sample size was 47 farmers participating in the UPSUS program and 36 non-UPSUS farmers</em><em>. </em><em>Simple Random Sampling method</em><em> is applied in this study</em><em>.</em><em> </em><em>The data collection method use</em><em>d</em><em> the survey with questionnaire. Cobb Douglas production function method and Chow Test</em><em> are applied to analyze the data</em><em>. The measurement of technical efficiency is used the Productivity Function Model. The results showed that the maize </em><em>UPSUS </em><em>program was able to significantly increase the allocation of the use of production inputs, productivity and technical efficiency. This means that the UPSUS program can be efficient and successful in achieving its production target of 5 ton/ha and additional production of 0.8 ton/ha.</em><em></em></p><p align="justify"> </p><p align="justify"><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis alokasi penggunaan input produksi, produksi, dan efisiensi teknis usahatani jagung program UPSUS dan non UPSUS. Penelitian ini mengambil dua desa sampel yaitu Desa Mekar Sari dan Desa Sogo yang ditentukan secara <em>purposive</em>. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 47 petani peserta program UPSUS dan  sebanyak 36 petani non UPSUS dengan menggunakan Metode Slovin. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode <em>Simple Random Sampling</em>. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan bantuan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode fungsi produksi <em>Cobb Douglas </em>dan <em>Uji Chow</em>. Pengukuran efisiensi teknis digunakan model Fungsi Produktivitas.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa program UPSUS jagung mampu meningkatkan alokasi penggunaan input produksi, produktivitas, dan efisiensi teknis secara signifikan. Hal ini berarti program UPSUS dapat berdaya guna dan berhasil guna mencapai sasaran produksi sebanyak 5 ton/ha dan tambahan produksi sebesar 0,8 ton/ha.</p>

Research on intention to apply has been done before. Some of  the research that resulted in that the variables - variables that influence on intention to apply is employer branding , reputation of the company , the website recruitment , will be but the results of the study are contained inaccuracies which said that the reputation of the company and website recruitment no effect on intention to apply, so it needs to do research back to answer the formulation of the problems associated with the effect of employer branding, reputation of the company and website recruitment against intention to apply. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employer branding, company reputation, and website recruitment on intention to apply. The population in the study subjects was 102,290 people with a sample of respondents as many as 99 people. The method of determining the sample using simple random sampling method. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The approach that is used in research this is the approach of quantitative, testing the hypothesis in research is using Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.2.9. Results of the study show the employer branding and reputation of the company has influence positively and significantly to intention to apply, while the website recruitment has influence negatively and significantly against intention to apply.Keywords: employer branding, company reputation, website recruitment, intention to apply

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between work engagement and burnout in Korpolairud Ditpolair Baharkam Polri. This study was a correlational study with quantitative method. 120 members of Korpolairud who worked in the Subditpatrolair division were involved as participants. Simple random sampling was used as  sampling method and 4 point Likert scale as data collection techniques. The work engagement scale was based on Schaufeli’s theory with aspects namely vigor, dedication, and absorption. Menawhile, the burnout scale was based on Maslach’s theory with aspects namely emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment. Based on data analysis using Pearson Product-Moment correlation test, the results of this study showed that there was a correlation between work engagement and burnout in Korpolairud Ditpolair Baharkam Polri as proved by -0.752 coefficient value and p=0.00. It can be concluded that the correlation between work engagement and burnout was significant and negatively correlated.
