This research was conducted to determine the effect of social media marketing, store environment, sales promotion, and perceived value to purchase decision SOGO Department Store. This research uses a quantitative method that is by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who have bought goods at SOGO in West Jakarta. The research method in this study used multiple regression analysis assisted by SPSS. The results of this study are known that simultaneously all independent variables have an influence on purchase decision. Partially, the variables of the store environment, sales promotion, and perceived value have a significant influence on consumer purchase decision, while the social media marketing variable do not significantly influence consumer purchase decision.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of social media marketing on small market purchase decisions and to analyze the influence of the store environment on small market purchase decisions. The study also analyzes the influence of sales promotion on small market purchase decisions as well as the effect of perceived value on small market purchase decisions. The study uses a quantitative method and data collection is performed by distributing questionnaires to 170 respondents who have bought goods in the small market. The research method in this study uses structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis using SmartPLS software. The results of this study reveal that all independent variables have some positive effects on consumer buying decisions. More specifically, the variables of small market environmental conditions, sales promotions, and profit values have significant influences on consumer buying decisions, while social media marketing variables has no significant effect on consumers' buying decisions.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the effects of corporate social responsibility, social media marketing, sales promotion, store environment and perceived value on a purchase decision in the retail sector. Design/methodology/approach A quantitative research methodology was used and the data were collected from 278 customers of retail stores in Malaysia. The collected data were analysed using SPSS 19 and structural equation modelling on AMOS. Findings The findings showed that corporate social responsibility has significant positive effects on a purchase decision, whereas sales promotion has a negative effect on purchase decision. The outcomes of this study also indicated that store environment has a significant positive effect on consumers’ purchase decisions. Contrary to expectations, the findings revealed that the effect of social media marketing on purchase decision is insignificant. Finally, the results showed that perceived value has a significant positive effect on a purchase decision. Originality/value The findings of this study contribute to an understanding of the importance of the selected factors in affecting a consumer’s purchase decision in the retail industry.

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze influence of Store Environment, Sales Promotion, and Perceived Value to Purchase Decision to Customer Ramayana in East Jakarta. The research design used in descriptive research and causality research. The sampling in the study used 206 respondent with purposivesampling. The research data is processed with IBM Statistic 22.0 as a tool. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The result showed that Store Environment, Perceived Value influence Purchase Decision, but for Sales Promotion not influence to Purchase Decision. Overall, independent variables affect Loyalty simultaneously.

Sleep is a major factor for human physical and mental health and abnormality in a person's sleep, this can cause sleep disturbances. The emergence of sleep disturbances makes sufferers try various sleep aids that might help sufferers to rest well. In Indonesia, many sleeping products have been created and sold in the market. The large variety of sleeping products with various functions and ways of use is a determining factor in adolescence buying sleeping products. They have several considerations before buying the sleeping products they need and want and it is because nowadays, customers have a lot of choices and considerations when they are choosing products and services. Therefore, it is necessary to understand consumer preferences because they play an important role in making purchasing decisions and in improving the marketing strategy to be implemented. For this research, researchers want to identify the important factors that influence the customers’ purchase decision towards sleeping products and find out the product attributes which become preferred by customers. The researcher uses quantitative methods by using questionnaires as primary data and a variety of literature as secondary data. This research uses non-probability sampling and requires a minimum of 200 respondents with criteria aged 17-26 years old and living in Jabodetabek and Bandung. Using Multiple Linear Regression methods, this research aims to identify the relationship between one dependent variable from five independent variables and answer the hypothesis. The overall evidence showed that product, social, personal value dimensions, sales promotion, and social media marketing have a significant positive impact on purchase decisions. Therefore, researchers suggest marketers in the sleeping product industry convey product advantages and personal values, use influencers to promote products or make price discounts and use social media to attract customers because these points influence purchasing decisions.

<div><div><p class="1eAbstract-text"><em>This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing through instagram on purchasing decisions on clothing linkswear products. </em><em>The result of the study found that all research, namely social media marketing through instagram and purchase decision, were declared valid and reliable. To test for normality that the value of all variables is declared to be normally distributes.</em> <em>The research method used is a quantitative method with explanatory research techniques using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. The sample used is 100 consumers of clothing linkswear products. The data collected was then analyzed using a simple regression technique with SPSS version 25. The results showed that social media marketing through instagram had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This finding implies that to improve online purchasing decisions, companies need to pay more attention to instagram account quality indicators so that consumers can be more interested in seeing instagram social media accounts which ultimately increase good sales for the company.</em><em></em></p></div><p class="1eAbstract-text"><em><br /></em><em></em></p></div>

Purpose The purpose of this paper is twofold: to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility, social media marketing, sales promotion, and store environment on the perceived value and customer retention in the retail industry; and to provide a significant contribution to the existing literature by examining the mediating effect of the perceived value between the stated factors and customer retention. Design/methodology/approach A quantitative research approach was utilized, collecting data from customers of department stores in the east coast of Malaysia. In total, 278 valid questionnaires were used in the analysis of data using the structural equation modeling. Findings The findings indicate that perceived value has a significant positive effect on customer retention. The outcomes also showed that social media marketing has an insignificant effect on the perceived value, whereas its effect on customer retention is positive and statistically significant. Additionally, the results confirmed that corporate social responsibility and store environment have significant positive effects on the perceived value and customer retention. Moreover, the findings showed that sales promotion has a significant positive effect on the perceived value, but its effect on customer retention is insignificant. Finally, the results revealed that the perceived value mediates the relationships between all of the independent variables and customer retention. Originality/value The results of this study improve our understanding of how these factors affect customer retention in the retail industry.

The given scientific article highlights the most popular trends and patterns of goods and trademarks’ promotion in the world in the context of updating the concept of advertising on social networks. The bigger and more engaged your target audience is on social media networks (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc), the easier it will be for you to achieve every other marketing or business goal. The importance of social media marketing’s assistance in attracting new potential clients and customers to the company is also considered in the given article. Besides that, the authors of the article list and analyse wide spectrum of basic trends considering promotion and advertising in 2019 among the well-known brands. In addition to this all, the list of the most successful publicity advertisement campaigns of this year and brands which were promoted with their assistance are listed and analysed. In the context of the study, it shows up that advertising campaigns play a significant role not only in reaching sales but also in generating overall customer loyalty to the brand. This makes it possible to argue that the most reputable brands should have an important social goal that will be positively accepted by society and target audience in addition to the high quality and usability of the products or services. Social networking is the easiest way to see the social response to your promotion and lead to an instant purchase. Therefore, relying on the experience of the already well-known multinational and transnational corporations, social media marketing should take a significant share of the overall promotion of the company. The connection between the brand and potential customer should be built on the emotions that accompany consumers when viewing ads and using products. This scientific article eventually declares conclusions and prognoses in relation to subsequent development of these instruments and platforms for advancement and branding of small and large enterprises in future. It states that emotional connection between person and brand is much more effective for the company than an expensive ad.

In this digital era, the internet, and Social Media (SM) has had a radical impact on the shopping behavior of “costumers” The SM provides a platform where “costumers” are exposed to the best product with the best price along with reviews and opinions about the merchandise. So, we can turn our heads and look at a brand in a way as if the brand is speaking to us. This study was an attempt to explore the Social Media Marketing Activities (SMMA) that are being used for the marketing of fashionable products like apparel and to what level the SMMA activities of brands truly strengthen the relationship with customers and motivate purchase intention. Moreover, SMMA has a robust application in developing a marketing strategy for business. It has become a significant tool that collaborates with businesses and people. It is concluded that the “costumer”-brand relationship does have a positive and statistically significant impact on consumers’ purchase intention through SM.
