These past four years marks an era of escalation for the Indonesian film industry because of milenials’ consumptive behaviour toward entertainment. Even though this industry has steady growth and a lot of potential to evolve, Indonesian film industry still faces challenges and of course, opportunities at the same time. The challenges and opportunities faced by this industry need to then be facilitated with cooperatives that compatible with the characteristics of Indonesian milenials; confident, creative, and connected. Indonesian Film Workers Cooperative enable activities that support the education, production, distribution and film exhibition. This is translated into the form of cooperative office, gallery, library, seminar room, classrooms, multi-function hall, amphitheater, souvenir shops and café & bar. Uniting Indonesia film makers by equipping them with knowledge and expertise, and opening opportunities for cooperation are the main focuses. All this is agreed upon and supervised concurrently; all capital, profits and losses become shared responsibilities. The design method used for this project is typology. The problem of circulation between pedestrians and vehicles is answered through the concept of permeability. Presenting activities that embrace the public are presented along the flow of public circulation. The chosen site, Taman Ismail Marzuki, is a 6,525m2 land space with a total building area of 18,332m2 located in Cikini, Central Jakarta. The presence of Indonesian Film Workers Cooperative brews hope that the film industry in Indonesia will succeed throughout the nation by upholding cooperation and togetherness. AbstrakEra kebangkitan industri perfilman Indonesia empat tahun belakangan digerakkan oleh prilaku konsumtif milenial terhadap hiburan. Sekalipun industri ini memiliki konsistensi pertumbuhan dan potensi berkembang yang sangat besar ke depannya, tantangan dan peluang tetap mewarnai perjalanan industri perfilman Indonesia. Tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi oleh industri ini perlu difasilitasi dengan wadah kerjasama berupa koperasi yang cocok dengan sifat milenial Indonesia yaitu confidence, creative, dan connected. Dalam menjalani kegiatan berkoperasi, Koperasi Pekerja Film Indonesia mewadahi, memfasilitasi, dan melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan aspek pendidikan, produksi, distribusi, dan eksibisi film. Hal ini diterjemahkan ke dalam program ruang berupa kantor koperasi, galeri, perpustakaan, ruang seminar, kelas, multi-function hall, amphiteater, toko souvenir dan café & bar. Memadukan derap para film makers se-Indonesia dengan memperlengkapi mereka dengan pengetahuan dan keahlian yang mumpuni dan membuka peluang kerjasama sebesar-besarnya menjadi fokus utama. Segala kegiatan disepakati dan diawasi bersama. Segala modal, keuntungan dan kerugian pun menjadi tanggung jawab bersama. Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah tipologi. Lokasi tapak terpilih adalah: Taman Ismail Marzuki, Cikini, Jakarta Pusat. Permasalahan crossing sirkulasi antara pejalan kaki dan kendaraan dijawab melalui konsep permeabilitas. Menghadirkan aktivitas yang merangkul masyarakat umum pun turut dihadirkan di sepanjang alur sirkulasi publik yang ada di bangunan. Total luas lahan adalah 6,525m² dan total luas bangunan adalah 18,332m². Dengan keberadaan Koperasi Pekerja Film Indonesia, diharapkan terwujud industri perfilman Indonesia yang berjaya di negara sendiri dengan menjunjung kerjasama dan kebersamaan.

The lecture support system in Higher Education has information about student identity in each system, such as profile photos, names, NIM (Student Registration Number) and according to system requirements. An assessment on the public viewboard is an Online Assessment System aimed at improving services at Raharja University. However, in the multiplication flow system still has 3 disadvantages, namely, students do not yet have the facility to see the allocation value between friends in one class in one course to be able to improve the results of lecture grades with classmates and also between classes. In class design Popular writers also do five methods, namely the method of analysis, method of literature review, observation method, design method, and then implemented. With the existence of this study, there are 3 Benefits, namely, students can see the value determined by classmates, can improve the value, and lecturers can ensure the value given must be recognized by students.

AbstractOver the last year, the dangerous severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has spread rapidly around the world. Malaysia has not been excluded from this COVID-19 pandemic. The resurgence of COVID-19 cases has overwhelmed the public healthcare system and overloaded the healthcare resources. Ministry of Health (MOH) Malaysia has adopted an Emergency Ordinance (EO) to instruct private hospitals to receive both COVID-19 and non-COVID-19 patients to reduce the strain on public facilities. The treatment of COVID-19 patients at private hospitals could help to boost the bed and critical care occupancy. However, with the absence of insurance coverage because COVID-19 is categorised as pandemic-related diseases, there are some challenges and opportunities posed by the treatment fees management. Another major issue in the collaboration between public and private hospitals is the willingness of private medical consultants to participate in the management of COVID-19 patients, because medical consultants in private hospitals in Malaysia are not hospital employees, but what are termed “private contractors” who provide patient care services to the hospitals. Other collaborative measures with private healthcare providers, e.g. tele-conferencing by private medical clinics to monitor COVID-19 patients and the rollout of national vaccination programme. The public and private healthcare partnership must be enhanced, and continue to find effective ways to collaborate further to combat the pandemic. The MOH, private healthcare sectors and insurance providers need to have a synergistic COVID-19 treatment plans to ensure public as well as insurance policy holders have equal opportunities for COVID-19 screening tests, vaccinations and treatment.

Eric Schaefer, in his exploration of the American exploitation industry, has argued that exploitation cinema developed in opposition to mainstream Hollywood products. Furthermore, the topics and subject matter presented in early American exploitation films dealt with subjects Hollywood were unwilling to produce. As a result, the production, distribution and exhibition strategies developed by exploitation filmmakers differed markedly from the American mainstream film industry. However, in Britain (amongst critics and scholars) the exploitation film has no similar defining characteristics and is a term that has been applied to a wide variety of British films without regard to their industrial mode of production, distribution or exhibition. As a result, the cultural currency of the British exploitation film, as it is now understood, has no connection to the films they now describe, and often fails to take into account how these films were originally produced, marketed, distributed and exhibited. In the British film industry during the 1960s, the term ‘exploitation’ was used by the industry to refer to a wide variety of films which are now viewed differently by contemporary critics and academics. In other words, the currency of the term exploitation has changed from its original meaning. Therefore, this article is an attempt to reframe the debate around the meaning of the British exploitation film from the 1960s onwards, and to re-evaluate our understanding of the development of British cinema during this period.

the rapid development of the film industry and its ever-increasing integration into the public and personal lives of people can expand the perspective of the living space of a modern person. In this article, the author considers modern Russian cinema as one of the most popular types of contemporary art and analyzes the products of its activities. The article is written on the basis of qualitative research – focus group discussions with experts in the field of cinematographic art and who have at least 3 years of experience in it. Based on the obtained data analysis, the author describe the products of Russian cinematographic art as a whole and consider its features, trends and development vectors. The author of the work classified the images of modern film characters based on the most discussed trends of modern Russian films and identified the properties characteristic of each type of hero.

HIV / AIDS is the most dangerous virus in the world that can be transmitted. People infected with this disease are called ODHA. At present they are not only fighting against the disease but they are also fighting against the bad stigma in society. With this negative stigma, ODHA are easily depressed and many ODHA choose to end their lives. For this reason, a rehabilitation center is needed to improve the standard of living for ODHA and the place of education for the HIV virus so that the stigma gradually diminishes. From studying the theory of the development of hospital typologies and the HIV / AIDS virus obtained a design method such as a). The hospital is open to the public, b). Sunlight affects the patient's mental and physical development, c). The circulation pattern of the hospital is in the form of aisle, d). Patients and the public can be combined if the disease is not contagious. In conclusion, the existence of a passage that can be traversed by the public and a program that triggers interaction between building users is expected to reduce the stigma of society and become a therapy for ODHA. So that ODHA have a strong mental life and will live their lives like Non-ODHA. Abstrak HIV/ AIDS adalah virus yang paling berbahaya didunia yang dapat menular. Orang yang terinfeksi dengan penyakit ini disebut ODHA. Saat ini mereka tidak hanya berperang melawan penyakitnya namun mereka juga berperang melawan stigma buruk pada masyarakat. Dengan adanya stigma negatif tersebut membuat ODHA mudah mengalami depresi dan bahkan banyak dari ODHA memilih untuk mengakhiri hidupnya. Untuk itu diperlukannya suatu wadah rehabilitasi agar meningkatkan taraf hidup ODHA dan wadah pendidikan virus HIV agar stigma tersebut lambat laun berkurang. Dari mempelajari teori perkembangan tipologi rumah sakit dan virus HIV/ AIDS didapatkan suatu metode perancangan seperti a). Rumah sakit terbuka untuk publik, b). Cahaya matahari memengaruhi perkembangan secara mental dan jasmani pasien, c). Pola sirkulasi rumah sakit berbentuk lorong, d). Pasien dan publik dapat digabung jika penyakit tidak menular. Kesimpulannya dengan adanya passage yang dapat dilalui publik dan program yang memicu interaksi antar pengguna bangunan diharapkan stigma buruk pada masyarakat berkurang dan menjadi terapi bagi ODHA. Sehingga para ODHA memiliki mental hidup yang kuat dan akan menjalani hidupnya layaknya Non-ODHA.

Information and communication technology has opened up both challenges and opportunities for the process of communication. This is particularly true for communicating effectively and efficiently in the digital age, where unique problems of creation and distortion, especially misinformation and bias, can arise. In addition, the broad diffusion of a communication medium eventually prompts both the public and private sectors to establish mechanisms to regulate that medium under the rubric of the public interest. Sometimes this can happen through self-censorship on the part of the industry, while other times it requires the institution of governmental law and regulation. The emergence of the Internet as a mass communication system has raised questions about how this medium can function to benefit society, as well as concerns about its potential harm. Focusing on the nexus of the process of communication and the limitations and prospects of information technology, this panel explores some of the major concerns of the digital age from a legal and policy perspective. The topics to be covered through interactive discussion include: anonymous speech and cybersmearing; the nature of publication and misinformation; and Internet content filtering, freedom of speech, and intellectual property

This paper analyzes the current EU space strategy and confronts it with existing global challenges in the space sector. The ultimate aim of this research is to recommend a well-adjusted space policy for the European Commission to ensure effective and sustainable exploration and use of outer space for the benefit of all EU member-states. In order to draft the most efficient space policy, the uniqueness of Europe’s space sector is studied. This paper argues that the EU space policy has to focus on guaranteeing European autonomy in access and use of outer space. The author extensively analyzes the challenges and opportunities related to dynamic development of private space sector’s activities. Emphasis is made on the significance of symbiotic cooperation between the public institutions and private companies regarding mutual benefits. The paper concludes that it is the right time for the European Union to build a bold and prospective space policy.

One of the main problems in urban areas is the steady growth in car ownership and traffic levels. Therefore, the challenge of sustainability is focused on a shift of the demand for mobility from cars to collective means of transport. For this purpose, buses are a key element of the public transport systems. In this respect Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) systems help people change their travel behaviour towards more sustainable transport modes. This paper provides an assessment methodology which evaluates how RTPI systems improve the quality of bus services performance in two European cities, Madrid and Bremerhaven. In the case of Madrid, bus punctuality has increased by 3%. Regarding the travellers perception, Madrid raised its quality of service by 6% while Bremerhaven increased by 13%. On the other hand, the users´ perception of Public Transport (PT) image increased by 14%.

Cinematography is one of the least studied and emerging areas of research in public administration. The main principles of state policy in the field of cinema are support for domestic cinema and providing access to Kazakhstani film products. The purpose of the article is to analyze the topical problems of domestic cinematography, taking into account the principles of state policy in the field of cinematography. The methodological basis of the research is based on scientific works on the issues under consideration, regulatory legal acts. The work used the official statistics of services in the field of cinema. A factorial analysis of the current state of the film industry was carried out using the analytical tool PEST-analysis. In addition, a discursive analysis of the representation of ideas of state policy in modern Kazakhstani cinema was carried out. Modern Kazakhstani films of the last 10 years were considered as additional materials. The study showed that the support of national films is an important direction in the public administration in the field of cinematography. Socially significant films have non-commercial, spiritual and artistic value. Financial profit belongs to commercial films of private companies. The sharp decline in industry statistics confirms that the global pandemic in 2020 was a tough time for the film industry. Further development of the industry should be a common task not only of the state, but also of all interested parties.

Othello has been the play that seems to speak to current issues of racism and sexism for the last couple of decades. Recent Indian productions have stretched its relevancies further, particularly addressing the politics of identity, of individual and state, of belonging and othering. The 2014 award-winning Assamiya film Othello (We Too Have Our Othellos) appropriates and radicalizes the main concerns of the play to embody and critique the movements for self-determination that continue to rage in the state. The article examines this unusual Indian adaptation of Shakespeare that locates the play directly within the public sphere of the politics of the state through its singular focus on Othello as an ‘outsider’ figure paralleled by other such figures of contemporary Assamese society. It will contextualize the discussion of this film, its production and positioning within the film industry of Assam and attempt to define the nature of its adaptation. It will also glance at its similarities with the earlier film In Othello (2003), which too connected Shakespeare and Assam to illustrate the volatile configurations of the outsider/insider status in contemporary India.
