Dilan 1990 is a teenage film with the highest number of viewers in 2018, which reached 6,315,664.  The success of  Dilan 1990 is inseparable  from the culture industry's strength, which can mobilize public interest through reliable publication and marketing. The success of the film Dilan carrying the characters of Dilan and Milea as teen idols raises concerns about the identity of adolescents who are laden with violent symbols. This is because the content and theme of the story in the 1990s were constructed with Dilan's character, who liked to fight. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the construction of adolescent identity and social violence in the 1990 Dilan film. This research method uses a qualitative approach with an interpretative paradigm. Data Analysis Method uses narrative analysis of film subtitles with the Vladimir Propp analysis model. The unit of analysis in this study is the film Dilan 1990 (2018). Data collection techniques are conducted with text analysis, literature study, observation, and documents. This study concludes that social violence among adolescents is constructed in the cinema through adolescents' identity, both verbal violence and physical violence in the school environment and outside of school. Young men carry out social violence to young women who describe gender inequality, which refers to social violence due to cultural factors.

This study aims to determine the struggle of a young woman to hand over a mailbox and get the signature of an old man in Prague. The scene is visualized in the film Surat from Prague. Then this study also sought the meaning of the struggle contained in each scene in the film. The approach used in this study is qualitative with a narrative analysis method that uses the character of the Vladimir Propp performer's function. The focus of this research is to describe the description of 31 character functions, knowing the opposing opposition characters in the film. The data collection technique used by the writer is watching the original film Surat from Prague and conducting interviews with the film's writer, M. Irfan Ramli. The results obtained from this study are the function of actors as many as 16 functions of the meaning of the struggle of 31 functions of the perpetrators. Starting with the initial situation which is then followed by the function of the perpetrator. There is a repetition of functions that occur but in different events. As in narration 4 and 8 both have the Mediation function. The structure of the function of the meaning of the struggle in the film Letter from Prague when arranged as follows: α, M, ↑, B, A, Rs, γ, B, D, ε, ε, E, C, N, H, and Ex.

The purposes of this study were to know teachers’ strategy in promoting the school environment sanitation and to identify the shortcomings arised when attempts to do so. The analysis method used were descriptive qualitative, and data collection techniques were observation, interview, documentation, and literature study. Furthermore, the objects of this research were 1 principal, counseling teachers, and students of SMPN 8 Banda Aceh. The result revealed teacher’s strategy in promoting the school environment sanitation were through group guiding, group counseling, orientation services, and information services. The shortcomings arose in new academic year when new students were recruited. These freshmen had to adapt to school policies, including on school environment sanitation. These adaptation process surely would take times.Keywords: counseling guidance teacher, cleanliness, school environment.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential of Crowdfunding and Peer-to-Peer Lending Financial Technology (FinTech) Sharia to reach the non-banking financing. There are four Crowdfunding and Peer-to-Peer Lending FinTech Sharia operators in Indonesia used as the sample. The data used in this study was obtained from direct interview with the FinTech operators and literature study of similar subject. The analysis method used in this study is SWOT analysis. The results of the study which used SWOT analysis model found that the Crowdfunding and Peer-to-Peer Lending FinTech Sharia are not a threat to existing Sharia financial institutions and can also increase the penetration of sharia financial industry in Indonesia because they offer cost efficiency, ease of access, speed of financing distribution, and the low rate of non-performing financing. However, there are still small quantity of FinTech Sharia registered at OJK, no specific regulation for FinTech Sharia and no Sharia Supervision Board in many FinTech Sharia can be obstacles for FinTech Sharia operators

This study aims to describe 1) the form of cohesion contained in the news Watching Sakinah Movies, UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise Students and 2) describing the forms of coherence contained in the news Watching Sakinah Film, Students of UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise. The subjects used in this study were news of watching Sakinah film, UIN Yogyakarta students giving praise, and the objects used were sentences containing grammatical cohesion, a form of lexical cohesion. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are sentences in the news of Watching Sakinah Movies, This student is a method of literature study. While the method of data analysis in this study is descriptive method analysis method, the method used to analyze and describe cohesion markers and analyze markers of coherence. Test The results of the study show that in the news of watching Sakinah films, UIN Yogyakarta Beri Pujian students have varied markers of cohesion and coherence in the Tebuireng Online news discourse. Cohesion markers were found to reference (3), substitution (1), ellipsis (2), conjunction (3), collocation (1), and markers of coherence found cause-effect relationships (2), relationship coherence suggestions — goals (1), coherence temporal relations (1), and coherence of causal relationships (1).

describe the implementation of an integrated quality management component consisting of the quality of services provided by the school, human resources in teaching, the school environment, and learning process  in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang.               The method used in this study, namely by using a naturalistic qualitative approach. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study include the principal, teachers, employees, and students. The validity of the data is done by triangulation, and deeper observation. Analysis of the data used is the interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.              The results showed that: (a) the quality of services to students in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang had met good service standards. This can be seen from the services in the form of facilities and infrastructure which are quite complete in schools; (b) the quality of human resources in the education process shows good teacher resources. This can be seen from the teacher data which shows that the teaching staff at SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang 95% of educators with S1 qualifications in the field of education; (c) the quality of the environment in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang is already good. This can be seen from the very strategic location of the school because the location of the school is in the middle of the city so that it is easily accessible by the community; (d) the quality of the learning process carried out by teachers at Pangkal Pinang YPAC SLB is good. This can be seen from the realization of the form of activities through learning planning by preparing lesson plans for each subject, then implementing learning, which includes strategies and methods used by teachers in delivering learning material, and evaluation of learning. Keywords: Integrated quality management, student achievement     ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini  adalah untuk melihat pelaksanaan serta mendeskripsikan implementasi  komponen Manajemen Mutu Terpadu yang terdiri dari kualitas layanan yang diberikan sekolah, sumber daya manusia dalam mengajar, lingkungan sekolah, dan proses pembelajaran di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini antara lain kepala sekolah, guru, pegawai, dan peserta didik. keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi, dan pengamatan yang lebih mendalam. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui kegiatan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) mutu layanan terhadap peserta didik di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah memenuhi standar layanan yang baik. Hal ini dilihat dari layanan yang berupa fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang sudah cukup lengkap di sekolah; (b) mutu sumber daya manusia dalam proses pendidikan menunjukkan sumber daya guru yang baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari data guru yang menunjukkan bahwa tenaga pengajar di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang 95% pendidik berkualifikasi S1 bidang kependidikan; (c) mutu lingkungan yang ada di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah baik. Hal ini terlihat dari letak sekolah yang sangat strategis karena lokasi sekolah yang berada di tengah kota sehingga mudah dijangkau oleh masyarakat; (d) mutu proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari realisasi bentuk kegiatan melalui perencanaan pembelajaran dengan menyusun RPP setiap mata pelajaran, kemudian pelaksanaan pembelajaran, yang meliputi strategi dan metode yang digunakan guru dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran.

Monitoring of warehouse inventory data processing is an important thing for companies. PT Talaga mulya indah is still manual using paper media, causing problems that have an effect on existing information, namely: problems with data processing of incoming and outgoing goods. And the difference between data on the amount of stock of goods available with physical data, often occurs inputting data more than once for the same item, searching for available data, and making reports so that it impedes companies in monitoring inventory of existing stock of goods. Which aims to create a system that can provide updated information to facilitate the warehouse admin in making inventory reports, and reduce errors in input by means of integrated control. In this study, the authors used the data collection method used in this analysis using the method of observation, interviews, and literature review (literature study). For analysis using the PIECES analysis method. Furthermore, the system design used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are expected to produce the right data in the process of monitoring inventory data processing, also can provide the right information and make it easier to control the overall availability of goods.

This article aims to examine and describe the influence of guidance and counseling management on learning discipline. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method using survey techniques. Data collection techniques that used are documentation studies and field studies. Moreover, the data analysis technique that has been used to answer the research hypothesis is statistical analysis with a path analysis model. The location of the study was at the Ciledug Vocational High School Al-Musaddadiyah Garut, with 85 respondents taking part in the survey. The results of the discussion show that guidance and counseling management has a positive and significant effect on the discipline of learning

<p align="center">ABSTRAK</p><p>Artikel hasil penelitian tentang kajian normatif keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang akan mengkaji mengenai keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang apakah sudah  memenuhi ketentuan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007. Untuk membahas permasalahan tersebut, metode pendekatan yang dipakai adalah yuridis normatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis, metode pengumpulan datanya : studi dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, sedangkan metode analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis kualitatif.</p><p>Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  keberadaan toko modern di Kota Semarang sudah memenuhi beberapa ketentuan yang ada dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007, yang belum terpenuhi adalah : ketentuan Pasal 13  &amp; Pasal 15 Peraturan Presiden Nomor 112 Tahun 2007.</p><p><em>Articles of research on the normative study of the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang will examine the existence of modern stores in the city of Semarang whether they have fulfilled the provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 112 of 2007. This paper aims to determine the policies implemented by the Papua National Narcotics Agency against drug trafficking. This article is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection methods through interviews and literature study. Data analysis using descriptive analysis model. The results showed that the role of BNN Papua is very central in the eastern region and the Indonesian border. The policies that have been planned by BNN with multi-stakeholder have been implemented, but the new modes adopted by the international network vary. The drug subscription policy cannot be carried out by one institution only, it needs to be supported by other government agencies and the community. The need for a serious role for the regional and central government in both preventive efforts and subscription programs in synergy with the Papua Provincial BNN.

Non-performance loan ratio is one of the important assessment criteria of the security of credit assets. It is also an important financial indicator to evaluate the general strength of commercial banks. Using principal component analysis method and statistical software SPSS16.0 and based on the non-performance loan ratio and relative data of some commercial banks in China in 2007, this paper provided a principal component analysis model for the non-performance loan ratio of China’s commercial banks. The factors that affect the non-performance loan ratio were refined in this paper. Finally, the characteristics of effect factors of each bank were analyzed and compared in detail.
