The Tanah Lemo and Ara village area are located in Bonto Bahari District, Bulukumba Regency. This area is very possible to develop into the center of the Phinisi ship miniature manufacturing industry, considering that the land of Bulukumba is known to have a historical value that is strongly attached to the culture of panrita lopi (expert boat maker). The most famous potential in the District of Bonto Bahari is the Phinisi Shipbuilding industry. The phinisi ship industrial area in Bonto bahari district is currently located in Tanah Lemo Sub-District. Because of the proficiency of the Tanah Lemo community in making phinisi ship from generation to generation. Aside from being an effort to preserve culture, this miniature phinisi ship business commodity has bcome an economic potential due to increase the number of tourist visits which quite significant in recent years to Bulukumba district. The location of Lemo can be developed as the center of the Phinisi Ship Miniature industry in the District of Bonto Bahari, Bulukumba Regency. This problem seen with the condition of the coastal area and the manufacture of miniature ships that are still in the same condition, while there are other potentials that can support the development of Phinisi ship building, so that in the future this area can be more developed, development direction is needed. The results of the discussion for the future are the development of facilities and infrastructure, especially the road network as access from the Phinisi Shipbuilding site and towards Lemo-Lemo beach, development in the capture fisheries sector to help support the economy of the Tanah Lemo coastal area, development of the Phinisi Shipbuilding area, tourism development natural beach Lemo - Lemo. Promoting the potential of natural resources owned by the Tanah Lemo beach area, so that in the future the Tanah Lemo beach area can become a cultural and natural tourism area. And the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness, especially in the Tanah Lemo beach area.

Tsunami which was generated by the 2004 Aceh eartquake has beenhaunting our life. The building damage due to the tsunami could be seenthroughout Meulaboh Coastal Area. Appearing of the physical loss wasclose to our fault. It was caused by the use dan plan of the land withoutconsidering a tsunami disaster threat. Learning from that event, we haveconducted a research on the pattern of damage that caused by the 2004tsunami. Based on the analysis of tsunami hazard intensity and thepattern of building damage, it has been made a landuse planning whichbased on tsunami mitigation for Meulaboh. Tsunami mitigation-based ofMeulaboh landuse planning was made by intergrating some aspects, suchas tsunami protection using pandanus greenbelt, embankment along withhigh plants and also arranging the direction of roads and setting of building forming a rhombus-shaped. The rhombus-shaped of setting of the road and building would reduce the impact of tsunamic wave. It is expected that these all comprehensive landuse planning will minimize potential losses in the future .

The article discusses the design of road interchanges in terms of their layout, expansion and location in the road network. As a case study, the "Bielany Wrocławskie" interchange was analyzed on the A4 motorway and the southern inlet to Wrocław. Present state was presented (including current renovation) against the history of construction and transformations of this object. Spatial and movement conditions are shown. After analyzing these elements, the author asks about the future of the interchange. Will the most functional solution be further reconstruction or liquidation of the node in this location? The analyzes may be used in shaping the network of rapid traffic routes in other locations than analyzed in the article.

At present, China is in the period of rapid growth of industrialization. In order to develop industrial enterprise, every place is in the construction of industrial park or industrial clusters. But the present social economic activities are uncertain because of the direct impact from the external environment. So in the planning of industrial clusters of Yitang, the elastic planning concept is adopted in order to adapt to this uncertainty. Many measures are adopted, such as the road network planning, the road section, infrastructure layout and focus on the recent planning, so as to improve the ability to adapt to the uncertainty in the future, which makes the planning and design of the industrial clusters adapt to the needs of the future better.

Development growth around the industrial area has increased from year to year to meet the ideal industry criteria ranging from environmental, economic, physical and other aspects. Physical development affects accessibility so that it accelerates production and distribution by increasing the road network. Road network monitoring needs to be carried out to see its effect on the accessibility of industrial park. Therefore, this study analyzes the growth pattern of the road network as a support system for industrial area accessibility. This research was carried out in the Kendal Industrial Park in Kaliwungu, South Kaliwungu, and Brangsong Regencies. The research method uses the Remote Sensing method and Geographic Information System (GIS). Satellite imagery was digitalized on Worldview-2 (0.5 Meter) and SPOT-7 (1.5 Meter) satellite images with multitemporal 2010 and 2019. The digitization results were calculated on the total length of roads from 2010 to 2019. Road growth patterns were analyzed using spatial statistical analysis shown by Ellipse’s Standard Deviation. The growth of road net growth in Kendal Industrial Park from 2010 to 2019 is 45,645.392 meters or 45.645 kilometers. Road growth in the 3 sub-districts in the study area is heading north where in the north there is the Kendal Industrial Park which has a lot of road construction to support access to the Kendal Industrial Park or to other areas that are more effective and efficient.

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the impact of Janti Flyover Construction toward the growth of layout at Janti Urban Area, including structured space, open space, and linkage. Method used for data collecting are observation, air photograph monitoring, and interview, whereas the analysis method is qualitative description, which is the superimposed method of two layers, that are the layout condition before and after flyover construction. The result shows that the impact of Janti Flyover construction can be seen on building mass (solid), the increasing number of open spaces, including the road network, parking place, and park, whereas the relation between spaces, visually and structurally, can be seen on the growth of buildings which have new shapes and styles, therefore the performance of the overall building does not have a proportional shape. Considering Janti Street at the collective relation, its role is getting stronger as the main frame road network. Keywords: Flyover construction, layout changing, Janti AreaAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembangunan Jalan Layang Janti terhadap perkembangan tata ruang Kawasan Janti, meliputi ruang terbangun, ruang terbuka, serta hubungan antar ruang (“linkage”).
