BUMDes has a role to realize the village economy. In improving the village economy, the government has the task of conducting socialization to the villagers through the provincial and district governments. The purpose of the systematic literature review is to determine the determinants of success and failure on the performance of BUMDes. Research data obtained from Google Scholar in 2016-2021 based on an initial search found as many as 484 articles and only 9 journals used as data sources and will be analyzed further. This study only uses research with a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the failure factors that affect the performance of BUMDes are very diverse, namely motivation, education, age, and work experience. While the success factors that affect the performance of BUMDes are communication, AIS, HR, leadership style, motivation, work environment, salary, competence, organizational performance, commitment, organizational culture, training, the influence of job satisfaction, and GCG. One of the effective ways to improve the governance of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) is through privatization. A common problem that occurs at present in SOEs is that state-owned companies are inefficient in the use of resources, especially labor. The purpose of this research is to comprehend what is important in privatization, using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Some things that are important in the privatization of State-Owned Enterprises include privatization performance based on privatization activities, success factors, CSR in privatized SOEs, and performance after reducing government ownership. An improvement of performance both in terms of attainment and income along with a decrease in CSR were likely experienced by SOEs when privatizing. In addition, this research was also conducted to find out whether there were parts that had become worse after privatization. The privatization of SOEs was carried out by modernizing the economy. The decrease in performance of CSR could be minimized by social activities carried out by the company. The role of the government was very important in the supervision of SOEs so no one was able to gain personal benefit. The involvement of stakeholders was very important in this process because it could increase the trust of shareholders. During privatization, cooperating partners had to guarantee that there would be no termination of workers. In fact, it was hoped that more workers were to be added.

Leaders in the global arena are the one who face the challenges never seen before, while coordinating work and managing relationship between team members coming from varied ethnic groups. Globalization has undoubtedly opened up endless growth opportunities for both, businesses and individuals, by collaborating with each other, but with certain inherent challenges. These challenges are the difference in the cultural background of the team members, which gets predominantly reflected in their behavior at workplace too. The cultural differences exist primarily due to differences in shared values, which form the basis for difference in perception and practices of decision making by an individual (Hofstede, 1980). Juana Bordas has rightly described that any business that fails to adapt their leadership style aligning with multi-cultural approach will find it difficult to thrive in a more colorful world. Leadership style has witnessed various facets of changing work environment that has demanded from leaders to modify their approach to adapt along and be effective and survive in the ever-changing environment of business (Bordas,2007).A cross-culture leader plays a significant role in knitting the diverse workforce into an efficient team; which requires a leader to very well understand the various dimensions of culture. This understanding of the leader enables him to learn about blending of leadership styles to address the challenges of such work environment. This paper is an extended work on 'Leadership in Cross-Cultural Environment – A Comparison of Asian and Non-Asian Managers' (Rahul and Ganesan, 2015). The extended research study has identified that enhanced work experience of cross-culture leaders enables them in effective team management, than the rise in designation, as it results in creation of hierarchical distance between the leaders and subordinates.

Earlier in 2020 a knowledge management project was initiated with the aim of organizational performance improvement at a service company. A maturity model was applied for the gap analysis and a systematic literature review was conducted to shape the project. As the COVID-19 grew to a global scale, the aim of the project has shifted into ensuring the business continuity of the case company. Without major changes the project was carried out. At the end it was observed the company not only operated without being affected from the pandemic situation but also improved their organizational performance as aimed initially.

Communication and delegation are two important and parts of the leadership function. However, it is still a matter of debate whether leaders can delegate responsibility for communication, especially policy information, to those under their authority. Various opinions state that there is no prohibition for leaders to delegate their responsibilities because this is the leader's prerogative. This study aims to identify whether leadership should or should not delegate communication. The method used in this study was Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The SLR method is used to identify, review, evaluate, and interpret all available research by topic area phenomenon of interest, with specific relevant research questions. The results showed that leaders can delegate communication but it is highly dependent on the type, style, and approach of leadership on the table at that time. Such a leadership style or approach will automatically influence the style and approach of communication and delegation.

The purpose of this study is to know and understand the community in the Village Sayati Margahayu District Bandung regency with the development and extension of department store (Convenience Store) "X". The research method is descriptive method using qualitative and quantitative approach as the basis of analysis and interpretation. Sample determination technique used is cluster with simple random sampling method and purposive sampling, which means that the sample used in accordance with the purpose of research. Data which is primary and secondary data. The results showed that people responded positively and variedly about the decision to the extension of the "X" Stores, and only a small portion would be used, but it was only up to the government.

Researcher find theories and make a conlclusion about the meaning of transformational leadership. Transformational leadership is how to influence subordinate to be properly motivated. On transformational leadership, there are some characteristic; idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration. Attempts to achieve optimization of machine and equipment maintenance at manufacturing companies over the years have encountered a multitude of problems. Due to equipment losses such as setup and adjustment, minor stops and delays, defective products due to equipment, reduced engine speed, and reduced output has influenced their desire to reach world class manufacturing levels. This paper discusses a large part of the TPM approach in manufacturing companies and provides an overview of the various TPM implementation practices demonstrated by manufacturing companies in the world.. Based on review results of the 50 journals about TPM in industries It was found that most of the TPM implementations used the OEE parameter to see the success rate of implementing this TPM. This paper also highlights the variable approach that is most widely used by various practitioners and researchers and evaluates in detail the success factors of implementing TPM and the reasons behind the failure of implementing TPM are also discussed so as to ensure the implementation of TPM can run smoothly and effectively in manufacturing companies

Research data sharing activities provide many benefits to the research ecosystem. However, in the Indonesian context, there is a lack of policy in regulating research data sharing mechanisms which makes researchers reluctant to undertake the practice of data sharing. Research funders and research institutions play a critical role in developing data-sharing policies. Research related to the policy of research data sharing is important in order to design policies to encourage the practice of research data sharing. A systematic literature review was conducted to see how data-sharing policies were formulated and implemented in various research institutions. The data were taken from Scopus and Dimension indexers using controlled vocabulary. The roles of research institutions and funders as well as policy instruments were analyzed to see patterns that occur between the parties. We examine 23 articles containing data sharing policies. it was found that the funders have the greatest role in determining the design of the data sharing policy. Funders view that research data is an asset in research funded by public funding so that the benefits must be returned to the community. Research institutes play a role as a provider of research infrastructure that contributes to data creation. Meanwhile, researchers as research actors need to provide input in developing data sharing mechanisms and regulating data sensitivity aspects and legal aspects in research data sharing.
