Exclusive breastfeeding is one of ways to maintain a good growth and development for the baby. Exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is the right for every baby which is regulated in government regulations, but the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is still low in some areas. The lowest exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Padang is in the working area of Air Dingin health center. The aims of this study is to determine the relationship between husbands support with exclusive breastfeeding in Air Dingin public health center.This study was a quantitative study with cross sectional design conducted at Air Dingin health centerfrom Marchto December 2017. Subject of this studywere mothers who had 6-12 month babies whichwere106 people. Data was collected by using questionnaires and guided interviews. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate using chi square test with  p-value ≤  0,05.The results showed 76,4% of mothers did not provide exclusive breastfeeding for their babies and 59,4% of mothers did not get support from their husbands.Bivariate analysis showed  that there was a relationship between husband support with exclusive breastfeeding with p-value=0.000.There was a relationship between husband support with providing exclusive breastfeeding for the babies. Because of the importance of husbands role, husbands must be the target for exclusive breastfeeding counseling.Therefore, husbands can also be active to find the information and participate in the success of exclusive breastfeeding for the babies.

Background :Stunting is called a cross-generation nutritional problem caused by multifactors including genetic factors (maternal height). Another factor causing stunting is lack of nutrition. ASI fulfills all of the baby's nutritional needs, so breastfeeding status also affects the incidence of stunting.Objective : to determine the relationship of exclusive breastfeeding and maternal height with the incidence of stunting in children aged 6-36 months in the UPTD of the Ulee Kareng Health Center in Banda Aceh.Methods : This research is descriptive analytical research with cross sectional design with a quantitative approach. It was held on May-June 2019. The population of this study was all children aged 6-36 months in the UPTD of the Health Center Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh. The sample size was 81 children aged 6-36 months. The sampling technique in this study was accidental sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire to determine toddler identity and the identity of the respondent. Measurement of height using microtoice, and body length was measured using an infrantometer Analysis of data using the chi square test with a 0.05 degree of confidence.Result : Based on the results of the study, children who received exclusive breastfeeding were 51.9%. Short mother 58%. Normal child 51.9%. There is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and maternal height with the incidence of stunting in children aged 6-36 months. With p-value 0.05. Namely exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting in children (p-value = 0.011). Maternal height with incidence of stunting in children (p-value = 0.028).Conclusion : Exclusive breastfeeding and maternal height have a relationship with the incidence of stunting in children aged 6-36 months in the UPTD of the Health Center Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh. So it is expected that mothers give exclusive breastfeeding for babies as an effort to prevent stunting.

Exclusive breastfeeding is one program that is quite difficult to develop because it deals with various problems in social society. Until now exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Yogyakarta still has not reached the target expected. The factors that are suspected in this case is lack of exclusive breastfeeding motivation.One cause of this is husband support.  The objective of this study was to analyze the relationship between husband’s support in giving brestfeeding and breastfeeding self-efficacy with mother’s exclusive breastfeeding motivation in Puskesmas Sewon II Bantul. The method of this research used non-experimental research with cross-sectional design. Respondents in this study were breastfeeding mothers who had infants <6 months in the work area at Puskesmas Sewon II Bantul. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analytical test which was used was to know the relationship of chi-square test. The result was Husband's support for breastfeeding in the working area of Puskesmas Sewon II Bantul Yogyakarta was in the category of 47 people (58.8%). Motivation of exclusive majority breastfeeding mother in moderate category as many as 49 people (61.2%) and breastfeeding self-efficacy has middle category was 56 people (70%) .The result of correlation test between two variables got each p value <0.05. The conclusion was there was a relationship between husband’s support in breastfeeding with exclusive breastfeeding and mother’s exclusive breastfeeding motivation in Puskesmas Sewon II Bantul (p<0.05).

Background: The measles rubella (MR) immunization coverage rate in Padang City is only 30.82%, still far below Indonesia's national target of 95%. The coverage of measles rubella immunization at the Rawang Health Center is around 62.1%. This study aims to determine the role of health workers in the success of measles rubella immunization in the Rawang Public Health Center, Padang City. Methods: This study used a cross sectional design. The study was conducted in October 2018-July 2019. The research population is mothers who have children aged 12-59 months (toddlers) as many as 1807 respondents. The sampling method is proportional random sampling with a sample of 87 respondent. Data was collected by interview using a questionnaire. Results: The results showed that 37.9% of children under five had not been immunized against measles rubella and 44.8% of health workers had an unfavorable role. The results of the chi-square test showed a significant relationship  between  the role of officers in  the success of measles rubella immunization  (p-value=0.020). Recommendation: It is hoped that health workers can increase health promotion activities regarding the risks due to children not being immunized against measles rubella and intensify door-to-door programs in the implementation of measles rubella immunization

Background: The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Hiang Health Center Working Area in 2019 was 49.1%. Purpose: This study aimed to determine the relationship between family and health worker support with exclusive breastfeeding at the Hiang Health Center, Kerinci Regency Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design with a sample of 165 people. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique. The samples taken were mothers who had children aged 6-23 months with the mother's condition physically healthy, able to read, write and speak Indonesian, did not suffer from serious diseases that harm the baby when breastfeeding, such as HIV, Active TB, and Hepatitis. Data collection was carried out from April to May 2021 with the interview method using a structured questionnaire. Data processing was carried out univariate and bivariate using chi-square test. Results: The proportion of children who did not get exclusive breastfeeding was 45.5%. Bivariate analysis showed that family support (p=0.004 OR= 1.68 95%CI 1.2-2.3), and support from health workers (p=0.000 OR=2.42 95% CI 1.73 - 3.37) were associated with exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion: Family and the health workers support were associated with exclusive breastfeeding.

Infant deaths that are infectious can be prevented by exclusive breastfeeding during the first 6 months. Although the number of mothers who have realized the importance of breastfeeding their babies has increased, it has still not been successful for women to breastfeed for up to 6 months. Indonesia Health Profile Data for 2018 shows that the percentage of exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged 0-6 months is only 61.5%. This study aimed to analyze the factors that affecting housewife not breastfeeding exclusively at Working Area of ​​the Singkohor Health Center. This type of research uses mix methods. The populations were 80 people and the sample was 5 people. The method of collecting data was through interviews with respondents using questionnaires and in-depth interviews with informants. Data analysis was using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Based on the chi-square test results obtained on the age variable with p-value = .117, education p = 0.000, knowledge p = .001, attitude p = .003, husband support p = 0.000 with the most influential factor was husband support exp (B) 892.841. Interview results showed exclusive breastfeeding was only given to children when crying alone. The conclusion shows that there was an influence between age, education, knowledge, attitude and support of the husband and housewife not exclusively breastfeeding at Singkohor Health Center and the most influential variable was husband support.

The kind of research that was utilized in this study was an analytical questionnaire. In this study, a cross-sectional design was employed to collect data. Sixty-six individuals were included in the samples that fulfilled the requirements. The findings revealed that 1) the midwife's attitude toward promoting exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas (Community Health Center) Mare had no impact on the outcomes of the study. The results of the chi square test revealed that the p-value was 0,089, indicating that the hypothesis was correct (0,05). There is an association between midwife assistance and an increase in exclusive breastfeeding at the University of Puskesmas Mare, according to the findings of the chi square test (p-value =0,007 for exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas Mare) (0,05). The rise in exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas Mare may be attributed to the midwifery program, according to the findings. The results of the chi square test reveal that the p-value is 0,0002, which indicates a significant difference (0,05). 4) Midwife assistance had a 12,7-fold higher impact on the rise in exclusive breastfeeding, with a p-value of 0.028 0.05 for the effect of midwife support. The midwife program, on the other hand, had a moderate impact on the rise in exclusive breastfeeding, with a p-value of 0,038 0.05 and a moderate effect of 11,1 times on the increase in exclusive breastfeeding.

Sidomulyo Health Center working area of 33.7%. One of the factors that influence the low level of exclusive breastfeeding is the lack of encouragement and support from family and the environment. Support from the environment can be realized by forming a breastfeeding support group (KP-ASI). The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that cause the unsuccessfulness of exclusive breastfeeding through breastfeeding support groups (KP-ASI) at Sidomulyo Health Center Pekanbaru. Methode: This type of research is quantitative with cross sectional method. This research was conducted on 02 June - 17 June 2020 at Puskesmas Sidomulyo Pekanbaru with a sample size of 25 KP-ASI members and 25 infant mothers. The technique of collecting interview data using a questionnaire. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate with the Chi Square test. Result: The results of univariate analysis showed that most 13 people (52%) had good motivation, most of the availability of infrastructure, 14 people (56%) were in the inadequate category and supervision, namely 13 people (52%) were in the poor category The results showed a p value of 0.028 for the motivation variable, 0.070 for the variable availability of infrastructure and 0.025 for the monitoring variable. Conclusion: The conclusion is there is a relationship between motivation and supervision with the practice of exclusive breastfeeding. Meanwhile, seen from the p value> 0.05 for the variable availability of infrastructure, there is no relationship between the availability of infrastructure and the practice of exclusive breastfeeding

The use of contraceptives is one way to control the population explosion. It is estimated that in 2013 the world population growth acceleration will experience a higher increase. In 2025 the world's population will increase to 8.1 billion, and will continue to grow in 2050 to become 9.6 billion. This study aimed to see the relationship between knowledge and support from husbands in the use of injection family planning at the Afiyah Pratama Clinic. This research method with analytic survey using cross sectional design. It will be held on December 1 to 31 2019 at the Afiyah Pratama Clinic. With the population, namely family planning acceptors who visited dikilinik with a total of 57 respondents. The sampling technique was using Accidental Sampling. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Data processing procedures include Editing, Coding, Processing, Cleaning. The analysis used was univariate, bivariate and multivariate. Bivariate analysis using the chi-square test with a confidence level of 95%. From the research results, it was found that the knowledge obtained p-value = .002, while husband's support was p-value = .000. So it can be concluded that the husband's knowledge and support greatly influence the use of contraceptives.   Keywords: Knowledge, Husband Support, KB injection ABSTRAK   Penggunaan alat kontrasepsi merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengendalikan ledakan penduduk. Diperkirakan pada tahun 2013  percepatan pertumbuhan penduduk di dunia mengalami peningkatan lebih tinggi. Pada tahun 2025 penduduk dunia akan naik menjadi 8,1 miliar , dan akan terus berkembang pada tahun 2050 menjadi 9,6 miliar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan pengetahuan dan dukungan suami dalam penggunaaan KB Suntik di Klinik Pratama Afiyah. Metode penelitian ini dengan survey analitik menggunakan  design cross sectional. Pelaksanaannya pada tanggal 01 sampai 31 Desember 2019 di Klinik Pratama Afiyah. Dengan populasi yaitu ibu aseptor KB yang berkunjung dikilinik dengan jumlah 57 responden. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan Accidental Sampling. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Prosedur pengolaan data dengan Editing, Coding, Processing, Cleaning.  Analisis yang digunakan secara univariat, bivariate dan multivariate. Analisa Bivariat menggunakan  uji  chi-square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pengetahuan didapatkan nilai p-value=.002, sedangkan dukungan suami p-value=.000. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan dan dukungan suami sangat mempengaruhi dalam penggunaan kontrasepsi KB. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, Dukungan Suami,  KB suntik..

Breast milk is very beneficial for babies, mothers, families, countries and the earth, so every mother is encouraged to do breastfeeding to their babies. The lowest coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Gunungkidul District is Girisubo Health Center as much as 32.8%. Many factors influence the low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding, one of them is the support of the family especially the husband. Support from the nearest person (husband) is important in the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Objective this study to Know Relationship between Husband’s Support and woman’s attitude in their third trimester towards Exclusive Breastfeeding at Public Health Center of Girisubo Gunung Kidul. This study types was correlational analytic research with cross sectional study design. Sampling technique used purposive sampling with a large sample of 86 trimester pregnant women 3 who had a husband and live together. Data collection used closed questionnaires with Likert scale. Data analysis used chi square test. This research showed that Husband’s support in exclusive breastfeeding majority in less than 46 respondents (53,5%). Likewise with the attitude of pregnant women in giving the majority of the milk is also negative by 57%. The result of cross tabulation of husband support is negative, mother's attitude in giving ASI 32 fall in negative category, whereas the husband/s support is positive, negative pregnant woman attitude only 17. Result bivariate analysis is known that p value = 0,011, there is relationship between husband support with attitude of pregnant mother with OR value as much as 3,092. It can be concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the husband’s support and the attitude of the expectant mother. The husband's positive support to the wife, raises 3 positive attitudes of TM III pregnant women in exclusive breastfeeding.  Keywords: Attitude, Support, Exclusive Breast Milk ABSTRAK ASI sangat bermanfaat baik bagi bayi, ibu, keluarga, negara serta bumi, sehingga setiap ibu dianjurkan untuk memberikan ASI. Puskesmas Girisubo mempunyai cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif terendah di wilayah Kabupaten Gunungkidul yaitu sebanyak 32,8%. Rendahnya cakupan dapat dipengaruhi banyak faktor, salah satunya adalah dukungan dari keluarga khususnya suami. Dukungan dari suami atau keluarga sangat berperan dalam keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif. Tujuan dari peneitian ini adalah mengetahui korelasi dukungan suami dengan sikap Ibu Hamil Trimester III dalam Pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Puskesmas Girisubo Gunung Kidul. Jenis penelitian analitik korelasi dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Besar sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 86 ibu hamil trimester 3 yang memiliki suami dan tinggal bersama. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Dukungan suami kepada istri dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif mayoritas negatif sebanyak 46 responden (53,5%). Begitu pula dengan sikap ibu hamil dalam memberikan ASI mayoritas juga negatif sebesar 57%. Hasil tabulasi silang dukungan suami yang negatif, sikap ibu hamil TM III dalam memberikan ASI 32 masuk dalam kategori negatif, sedangkan jika dukungan suami yang positif, sikap ibu hamil yang negatif hanya 17. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan nilai p = 0,011, ada korelasi yang signifikan antara dukungan suami dengan sikap ibu hamil dengan nilai OR diketahui 3,092. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan secara statistik antara dukungan suami dengan sikap ibu hamil. Dukungan positif suami kepada istri, meningkatkan 3 kali sikap positif ibu hamil TM III dalam pemberian ASI Eksklusif.  Kata kunci: Sikap, Dukungan, ASI Eksklusif

Abstrak. Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Atas (ISPA) merupakan penyakit infeksi yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan utama di Indonesia yang dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai macam virus yang menginfeksi tubuh balita dengan kekebalan tubuh yang masih lemah. Salah satu faktor yang dapat menyebabkan ISPA pada balita ialah pemberian ASI ekslusif. ASI ekslusif memiliki kandungan gizi dan sistem kekebalan yang melindungi balita dari infeksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ASI eksklusif terhadap kejadian ISPA pada balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kopelma Darussalam.  Variabel dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan menggunakan kuisioner pemberian ASI ekslusif pada balita. Metode penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 63 balita diambil dengan teknik Non Random (Non Probability) Sampling dengan metode Accidental sampling. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Chi-Square. Data penelitian menunjukkan balita yang diberikan ASI ekslusif sebesar 30,2% dan balita yang mengalami kejadian ISPA sebesar 82,5%. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa p-value =0,008 yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pemberian ASI eksklusif terhadap kejadian ISPA pada balita di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kopelma Darussalam. Balita yang tidak mendapatkan ASI ekslusif lebih banyak mengalami kejadian ISPA.Kata kunci: Air Susu Ibu (ASI) esklusif, ISPA, balitaAbsrtact. Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) is an infectious disease that still a major health problem in Indonesia which can be caused by various viruses that infect the bodies of infants with weak immune bodies. One factor that can cause ARI in infants is exclusive breastfeeding. Exclusive breastfeeding has nutritional and immune systems that protect infants from infection. This research aims to determine the effect of exclusive breastfeeding on the incidence of ARI in infants in the Community Health Center Kopelma Darussalam. These variables measured by exclusive breastfeeding questionnaire in infants respectively . The type of the research is analytical observational study with cross sectional  design. The samples is 63 infants who are taken by Accidental sampling. The statistical analysis of the research were analyzed using Chi-Square test. The result of the research showed that 30.2% infants who were given exclusive breastfeeding and 82,5% infants who experienced ARI events. The conclusion of this study shows p-value=0,008 that the influence of exclusive breastfeeding on the incidence of ARI in infants in the Community Health Center Kopelma Darussalam . The Infants who do not get exclusive ASI experience more ARI events. Key words: exclusive breastfeeding, ARI, infants
