<p><em>Ceremony Nyentana Nyerod Wangsa Marriage found in Pakraman Jegu village including a ceremony that is very unique and very strange done by the Hindu community in general. This uniqueness can be seen from the ceremonial procession. Where a man who has a higher caste than the woman would perform the Mapatiwangi ceremony in order to perform the marriage ceremony Nyentana with the girl he loves. This fact prompted the writer to explore the problem through research activities entitled: Implementation Marriage Nyentana Wangsa in Jegu Village Penebel District Tabanan (Hindu Religious Education Perspective). Starting from the background of the problem can be formulated problems, namely: (1) How to Form the Implementation Nyentana Nysa Ceremony In Jegu Village Penebel District of Tabanan Regency? (2) How the Impact From the Implementation of Nyentod Wangsa Ceremony In Jegu Village, Penebel District, Tabanan Regency? (3) The Value of Hindu Religious Education What Is Conceived In Nyentana Nysa Dynasty Ceremony In Jegu Village Penebel Sub-District Tabanan?</em></p><p><em></em><em>Theories used to analyze the above problems are: the theory of symbols and value theory. In addition in obtaining and analyzing data used several methods, namely methods of observation, interview and literature study. This research uses semi structured interview technique. The collected data was analyzed by qualitative descriptive method with reduction steps, data display and conclusion.</em></p><p><em></em><em>Based on the results of analysis and discussion, this research includes the form of Marriage Nyentana Nyerod Wangsa, where in the form of marriage is to discuss the process Nyerana Nyerana Wangsa Marriage. Beginning with mebyakala, then performed the ceremony mapatiwangi for groom, followed by the table, then carry out the ceremony madengen - dengenan and end with natab in bale so that the ceremony Nyetana Nyetana Nysa has finished. After three days carried out muluh anten called tugtug katelun the female family to visit the home of men. The impact of Nyentod Wangsa Nyentana marriage has positive and negative impacts. Besides Nyentana Nyerod Wangsa ceremony there are values - values contained therein include: the value of tattwa education, the value of social education, the value of education upakara, the value of aesthetic education, the value of ethics education.</em></p>

<p><em>Topeng Keras Dance Performance in Pakraman Village Munduk Pakel, Gadung Sari Village, East Selemadeg District, Tabanan Regency is one of the ceremonies of Dewa Yadnya. Topeng Keras Performance is held every four months full moon, which starts from full sasih kaenem to tilem kasanga. Because sasih is a hot sasih in the scale and niskala. With this stunning Topeng </em><em>Keras Dance can neutralize all evil forces.</em><em> Based on the above description, the issues to be lifted are: (1) How to Make a </em><em>Topeng Keras Dance Performance in Pakraman Village Munduk Pakel, Gadung Sari Village, East Selemadeg Sub-district, Tabanan District, (2) Is Function of </em><em>Topeng Keras Dance Performance in Village Pakraman Munduk Pakel, Gadung Sari Village, East Selemadeg Sub-district, Tabanan District, (3) The value of education of Hinduism is what is contained in Topeng Keras Dance Performance in Pakraman Village Munduk Pakel, Gadung Sari Village, East Selemadeg District, Tabanan Regency.</em><em> This research uses several theories to analyze the problems in the research, such as structural functionalism, and value theory. Methods Data collection is non-participant observation, structured interview, literature and documentation. The collected data was analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis method with reduction step, and conclusion drawing.</em></p><p><em>The results obtained are as follows: (1) The form of </em><em>Topeng Keras dance performances in Pakraman Munduk Pakel Village, which begins with several stages of the meeting stage and stage of making banten. Then proceed with the process of ritual matur piuning and mendak </em><em>Topeng, Mendak Ida Bhatara, then the process of staging </em><em>Topeng Keras Dance, and end with Nyineb ritual process. (2) The function of </em><em>Topeng Keras dance performance in Pakraman Munduk Pakel is to neutralize negative forces, religious function, cultural preservation function, and unifying function of society. (3) The values of Hindu Religious Education contained in Topeng Keras Dance Desa Pakraman Munduk Pakel namely Tri Hita Karana Education Value, Education Value of Sradha and Bhakti, Education Value of Tat Twam Asi, Value of Aesthetic Education, and Value of Social Education of Society. </em></p>

<p><em>Ngusaba Padi Ceremony at Subak Uma Utu Temple, Adat Village Babahan, District Penebel, Tabanan Regency is a ceremony presented to Dewi Sri when rice field has yellowing. This research was conducted to give understanding to the community in Babahan village considering Ngusaba Padi ceremony that done, containing the teachings that closely with the values of Hindu religious education. Besides, the researchers get the finding that not all members of subak understand about the meaning and value of education contained in the ceremony. This resulted in several stages in the Ngusaba Padi ceremony not performed or missed by the Babahan people. In general, this study aims to reveal, understand and analyze about the values of Hindu religious education contained in Ngusaba Padi Ceremony holistically and comprehensively in accordance with the tradition in Subak Uma Utu Temple,  Adat Village Babahan, District Penebel Tabanan Regency. There are values of Hindu religious education in Ceremony Ngusaba Padi contained in it.</em></p><p><em>Researchers formulate some of the problems studied To be able to understand and describe the values of education contained in the ceremony Ngusaba Padi, among others: 1) How the form of  Ngusaba Padi ceremony at Subak Uma Utu Temple, Babahan Village, District Penebel, Tabanan regency ?, 2) What is the meaning contained in Ngusaba Padi Ceremony at Subak Uma Utu Temple Babahan Village, Penebel District, Tabanan Regency ?, and 3) What values of Hindu religious education are contained in Ngusaba Padi ceremony at Subak Uma Utu Temple Babahan village, Penebel District, Tabanan Regency ?.</em><em> </em><em>The formulation of the problem is analyzed using the theory: 1) Religious Theory is used to dissect the number one problem. 2) Communication Theory is used to dissect the second problem, and 3) Value Theory is used to dissect problem number three. This type of research is qualitative and uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Types and data sources, namely primary and secondary data. The method used in this research is the method of observation, interview method, documentation study and literature study.</em></p><p><em>The result of this research stated that: 1) The form of the implementation of Ngusaba Padi Ceremony at Subak Uma Utu Temple Babahan Village Penebel Sub-district, Tabanan Regency consists of the initial preparation of Ngusaba Padi ceremony and the implementation of Ngusaba Padi ceremony. 2) The meaning contained in the Ceremony of Ngusaba Padi is a sense of gratitude, fertility and also praise of gifts given by the universe through the harvest in accordance with what is expected. 3) The value of education contained in Ngusaba Padi ceremony at Subak Uma Utu Temple Babahan Village, District Penebel, Tabanan District are: (1). The value of Religious Education, (2). The Value of Togetherness Education and, (3). Value of Aesthetic Education (beauty).</em></p>

<p><em>Swamps are part of relatively flat land along the coast, streams or lakes and there is vegetation in the form of water plants, leading to the land up to ± 100 km which is generally affected by tides from the surrounding rivers. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, namely a method of analysis that seeks to explain the conditions of the object of study according to certain criteria so that it can provide a real picture of what is happening in the research place. Public Perception of Swamp Function in the Musi Rawas Area. People living in O. mangunharjo Village use swamps to help farmers in the use of conversion of agricultural land. However, to find out people's perceptions of the function of swamps, there are ten questions to analyze the community's perceptions of the function of swamps in the Musi Rawas area. From the research activities, it is known that from the community's perception of the function of swampland in O. Mangunharjo village, Musi Rawas Regency, there are many activities or activities that occur around swamps carried out by farmers such as; looking for grass for livestock, then hoeing or plowing the fields and farmers who plant vegetables considering that swamps are very important to the balance of the environment, especially in the economy of the people around O. Mangunharjo village in Musi Rawas Regency, there are 2 respondents who do not know the impact of the damage the swamp ecosystem affects the surrounding environment and 3 respondents know its impact. Based on PKL activities, it can be concluded that the community knows the function of swamps in the surrounding settlements, namely that the presence of swamps can balance the ecological functions of the environment.</em><em></em></p>

Along with the times, technology is something that we often encounter around us, including in the world of backpackers. In this digital era, backpakers are divided into two types, namely backpackers who use traveling applications and backpakers who don't. This study aims to determine the positive and negative impacts of digitizing communication on backpacker activists. The formulation of the problem is to determine the positive and negative impacts of new media on the backpacker community, therefore researchers will conduct research on the Jakarta backpacker community. Therefore, the researcher wanted to examine the impact resulting from the use of digital media on the backpacker community by using a qualitative descriptive method and using a phenomenological approach to find out firsthand the experiences of backpacker activists, the research location through zoom from their respective homes. From the results of the research that the researchers have done, the researcher can draw the conclusion that the use of technology in the backpaker world is more positive because the informants whom the researchers interviewed through zoom felt very helped by the current travel applications.Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, teknologi merupakan sesuatu hal yang sering kita jumpai disekitar kita, termasuk kedalam dunia backpacker. Pada era digital seperti ini, para backpaker menjadi dua tipe yaitu backpacker yang menggunakan aplikasi traveling dan backpaker yang tidak menggunakan aplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak positif dan dampak negatif dari digitalisasi komunikasi terhadap penggiat backpacker. Rumusan masalahnya adalah untuk mengetahui dampak positif dan dampak negatif dari media baru yang masuk ke dalam komunitas backpacker, oleh karena itu peneliti akan melakukan penelitian terhadap komunitas backpacker Jakarta. Maka dari itu peneliti ingin meneliti tentang dampak yang dihasilkan dari penggunaan media digital terhadap komunitas backpacker dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi untuk mengetahui secara langsung pengalaman yang dilakukan oleh para penggiat backpacker, lokasi penelitian melalui zoom dari rumah masing-masing. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah peneliti lakukan, peneliti dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan teknologi pada dunia backpaker lebih mengarah postif karena dari informan yang peneliti wawancarai melalui zoom merasa sangat terbantu dengan aplikasi traveling yang ada saat ini.

This study aims to describe 1) the form of cohesion contained in the news Watching Sakinah Movies, UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise Students and 2) describing the forms of coherence contained in the news Watching Sakinah Film, Students of UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise. The subjects used in this study were news of watching Sakinah film, UIN Yogyakarta students giving praise, and the objects used were sentences containing grammatical cohesion, a form of lexical cohesion. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are sentences in the news of Watching Sakinah Movies, This student is a method of literature study. While the method of data analysis in this study is descriptive method analysis method, the method used to analyze and describe cohesion markers and analyze markers of coherence. Test The results of the study show that in the news of watching Sakinah films, UIN Yogyakarta Beri Pujian students have varied markers of cohesion and coherence in the Tebuireng Online news discourse. Cohesion markers were found to reference (3), substitution (1), ellipsis (2), conjunction (3), collocation (1), and markers of coherence found cause-effect relationships (2), relationship coherence suggestions — goals (1), coherence temporal relations (1), and coherence of causal relationships (1).

Describe the implementation of the fingerprint electronic absence policy on the discipline and performance of civil servants as well as the impact it has on implementing the fingerprint electronic absence policy. Qualitative descriptive method describes various conditions and situations as the object of research. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interviews. After the implementation of fingerprint electronic attendance, discipline increases and obligations as employees have been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. The application of sanctions in the regional government of seluma regency is in accordance with the regulations of civil servants and the provision of rewards for employees who excel has been carried out properly, to inspire other employees, so that they can work better.

Abstract-This study discusses Guel dance learning media created in the form of postcards. Aims to be able to direct students in identifying, appreciating, and expressing dances of the Gayo area, especially Guel dance. Theories used in the research of packaging theory according to Cahyorini and Rusfian (2011: 28), theory of learning media according to Heinich in Susilana (2016: 06), and graphic media theory according to Susilana and Riyana (2016: 14) Packaging is a theory used for graphic design, in terms of producing the product, and the image media in the form of postcards used to make Guel dance material as a learning medium. The time of the study was conducted from August to October 2017. The research site was at Sanggar Renggali Jalan Merah Mege Hakim Bale Bujang Laut Tawar, Central Aceh District. The population of several artists Gayo and all members of Sanggar Renggali because learning Guel dance is a dance learning materials in schools in Takengon and Samples are 2 people Gayo artists and 2 dancers dance Guel. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, literature study, and documentation, and then analyzed by qualitative descriptive method. Based on research that has been done Guel dance is a tradition dance Gayo community that has been used as learning materials in the schools of Middle Secondary in Central Aceh district. Guel dance which is packed in the form of postcards as a medium of learning with menggunkana first step of planning is preparing the material, determining the location, selection of dancers, and prepare the facilities and infrastructure. The second step of implementation is taking photos, editing process, then the last step is the completion of postcards and final writing. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has limited the space for the community and health workers to provide health services. In this study, we want to see how the role of health workers can minimize health problems that occur in the field. GERMAS (Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat) which contains to implement the health service programs seeks to provide information through mobile broadcasts on services for preventing Covid-19 activities through vaccination and distributes anthelmintics to children, which is expected to be a forum for the health service to keep interacting with children and societies and also to give some meanings or messages to conveyed the community. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with case study methods and data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The theory used in this research is Coordinated Management of Meaning. For the results, Tanjung Selor Health Center Health Workers and the Tanjung Selor community set a pattern to create meaning in their communication. Health workers and communities create meaning and interpret meaning in their activities through the GERMAS Program.

The number of hotels built closed to supported amenities such as malls are potential and attractive for visitors. They provides an easy accessibility to the several activities and pleasures such as shopping. This study is intended to discuss the accessibility aspect of Grand Mega Resort & SPA Bali Hotels with Bali Galeria Mall. The study used a qualitative descriptive method. The technique of collecting data uses interviews, observation and literature study. The results of this study shows that accessibility is a very important thing that became one factor for visitors to choose the hotel to be visited. Grand Mega Resort & SPA Bali Hotel was chosen by visitors because it has its own uniqueness because its concept that was built adjacent to the Mall Bali Galeria and other facilities. Companies must have innovative ways of communicating messages to compete with other companies because of the many new companies that have sprung up. One of them is by using television media. However, with the increasing number of companies placing advertisements, the number of TV stations in Indonesia is now around 1027 television stations. The public's tendency to switch channels has made advertising conditions worse so that creative advertising is needed. Using a qualitative descriptive method focuses on describing, analyzing, and interpreting Tokopedia advertisements from television media. The data collection techniques used were observation, literature study, and documentation. The results showed that the Tokopedia WIB "Waktu Indonesia Belanja" advertisement was always on television. The advert is inspiring and easy to remember. This advertising has creativity as seen from the indicators of connectedness, suitability, and novelty.
