The background of this research was perception from the consumer to have a high quality and high prestige from global brand, but the reality sometimes not suitable with the perception. There was indicated that consumer have a gap between two dimensions of Global brand (quality and prestige) with the dimensions of brand purchase likelihood. The objective (s) of this research was to understand if there is an effect between Perceived brand globalness, Perceived brand quality and brand prestige with brand purchase likelihood at McDonald’s and Wendy’s in Centre of Jakarta. The design of this research was formulation are: 1) Are they have an effect between perceived brand globalness with perceived brand quality 2) Are they have an effect perceived brand globalness with brand prestige 3) Are they have an effect between perceived brand globalness, perceived brand quality and brand prestige with brand purchase likelihood at McDonald’s and Wendy’s in Centre of Jakarta. Data analyze used in this research is primer data and using simple random sampling to collect the data, analysis data method in this research is using Linier Regression Method with SPSS program software version 12.0. Respondent in this research are the consumer, which have experience in consuming product from McDonald’s and Wendy’s at Centre of Jakarta<br />The result of this research conclude that the company which offered their product must have an attention to, Perceived brand quality and brand prestige, so the company can increase the<br />consumers perception about the product

Objective – This study explores the influence of product placement towards purchase intention while assessing the effectiveness of the ad determined by aspects of prominence, celebrity endorsement, modality, attitude towards movie and attitude towards brand.Methodology – This type of research was a quantitative method using associative research approach and measured by regression method. The distribution of questionnaires was a non-probability with simple random sampling. The survey was conducted to 184 respondents in Jakarta, Indonesia, in May 2019.Findings – The research found that modality does have a direct and significant effect on attitude towards the movie, attitude towards the brand, and purchase intention. We also find that celebrity endorsement has an impact on attitude towards the brand and purchase intention, not on attitude towards the movie. Prominence does not seem to have any relationship with all dependent variables.Novelty – Although research has investigated product/brand placement, we extend the literature by investigating modality, prominence, and celebrity endorsement.

This study investigated job satisfaction and qualification as a determinant of teachers’ job mobility in primary schools in Oyo State. The study employed the descriptive research design of the survey type. The population consisted of all teachers from the public primary schools in the state. The sample for this study was 300 teachers which were selected from 20 public primary schools using multi-stage sampling procedure. The first stage involved the use of simple random sampling technique to select 10 Local Government Areas from the thirty- three Local Government Areas of the State. The second stage involved the selection of 20 public primary schools using purposive random sampling technique. Also, 15 teachers were selected from each of the public primary schools using simple random sampling technique at the third stage to make the total of 300 teachers as a sample for the study. A self-structured questionnaire tagged Teachers’ Questionnaire on Job Mobility, Satisfaction and Qualification (TQJMSQ) was used to elicit relevant data for the study. The face and content validity of the instrument was ensured. A reliability co-efficient of 0.69 was obtained for TQJMSQ using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis. Data collected were analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Research questions were answered using simple percentage, mean score and standard deviation while the hypothesis was analysed using t-test, ANOVA and Scheffe posthoc test at 0.05 level of significant. The study shows that job satisfaction and teachers’ qualifications determines job mobility in primary schools in Oyo State. The researchers recommended that government and other school owners should encourage teachers on the job by giving them necessary remuneration and teachers should be encouraged to update themselves to acquire higher qualifications so that they can be fixed to relevant position. Pendahuluan: Masa remaja merupakan salah satu periode dari perkembangan manusia. Masa ini merupakan masa perubahan atau peralihan dari masa kanak-kanak menuju masa dewasa yang meliputi perubahan biologis, perubahan psikologis, dan perubahan sosial. Adapun permasalahan yang sering dialami pada masa ini adalah perilaku sosiopatik. Penyebab yaitu dapat disebabkan oleh kemajuan teknologi, informasi, lingkungan, keluarga dan salah satunya pola asuh orang tua mempengaruhi perilaku sosiopatik. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 184 responden dengan  teknik simple random sampling. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan p value = 0,000< α = 0,05 yang berarti ada hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan perilaku sosiopatik pada remaja kelas VIII di SMP PGRI 3 Denpasar. Analisis: Teknik analisa data yang dipergunakan adalah uji Chi-square. Diskusi: Saran bagi orang tua agar memberikan pola asuh yang tepat bagi remaja.   Kata kunci: pola asuh, perilaku sosiopatik, remaja   ABSTRACT Introduction: Adolescence is a period of human development. This period is a period of change or transition from childhood into adulthood that include biological changes, psychological changes, and social change. As for problems that are often experienced during this period is sosiopatik behavior. Causes that can be caused by advances in technology, information, environment, family, and one of them parenting parents influence the behavior sosiopatik. Method: The method used in this research is descriptive correlation with cross sectional.Number of samples in this study were 184 respondents withtechnique. simple random sampling. Result: The results showed p value = 0.000 <α = 0.05, which means that there is a relationship with the parents' parenting behaviors in adolescents sosiopatik class VIII in SMP PGRI 3 Denpasar. Analysis: Data analysis technique used is thetest. Chi-square. This study provides information on the effect of empowerment and trust in the responsibility of the principal at SDN Pulogadung, East Jakarta. The method used in this research is the survey method using a quantitative approach, and explain the causal relationship with path analysis. Data were collected by questionnaire. The target population of this study amounted to 92 principals of all Heads of State Primary School in District of Pulogadung in East Jakarta. In this study a sample set of 75 people, using simple random sampling. Results from this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive direct effect of the empowerment to responsibility, (2) there is a positive direct effect of trust to the responsibility, and (3) there is a positive direct effect of trust to empowerment.

This research aimed to knowthe class of participated member sidodadi UPKD pasca BRDP and to know the factors related to participated from the customers of Sidodadi UPKD pasca BRDP in North Bengkulu, by using primary and secondary data. Data was taken from 71 samples of costumers by using Simple Random Sampling. The analysis data which been used in this research was Spearman Rank by using two tail of t-test by confidence level of 95 % (a=0,025). The research result shows that variable of education, the long time as member and household income show significanly with class partitipation, while the other of variabels are family members and perception were not significantly to class participation Key words: participated member , the factors related to participated

This article tries doing to the correlation of program effectiveness through self-reliance for people who are to be a benefits program of cash conditional transfer. The research was used as a quantitative method by correlation of linear regression analysis. Data was collected by collecting of questionnaire process to respondents. The researcher takes respondents who are getting 11 persons with a simple random sampling technic. This study finds that empowerment has been implemented by the schedule and routine activities that it can increase 9,1% for the effectiveness of family development session action. Meanwhile, the family development session was implemented effectively that it was able to rise of advantages for their program in Pungut Hilir Village. The program as well as effectively has been increased for beneficiaries who are occurring of 70,1% self-reliance that is explained by other factors of 29,9% impact. In contrast, this program can be a rising of 70,1% self-reliance for beneficiaries but it is not maximalising for the terminate of anti-poverty. It becomes of dependency people who assist with programs from the government. Society cannot self-standing and less creativity for well-being in their life. This is an impact on people who are powerless and trapped in a culture of poverty that is the effect of hereditary. This condition will become of people who are higher than hanger to the assistance of the program.         Artikel ini mencoba untuk melakukan uji korelasi efektivitas program terhadap kemandirian keluarga penerima manfaat program keluarga harapan. Pengujian korelasi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan uji regresi linier. Data dikumpulkan melalui proses penyebaran angket (kuesioner) kepada para responden. Peneliti membatasi responden yang hanya mengambil 11 orang dengan teknik simple random sampling. Studi ini menemukan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan pemberdayaan secara rutin dan terjadwal dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kegiatan family development session sebesar 9,1%. Sementara itu, pelaksanaan kegiatan family development session secara efektif dapat meningkatkan keluarga penerima manfaat program di Desa Pungut Hilir. Adapun efektivitas program telah mengalami peningkatan kemandirian sebesar 70,1% dengan dijelaskan oleh  faktor sebesar 29,9%. Walaupun program tersebut dapat meningkatkan kemandirian namun upaya memberantas kemiskinan tidak berjalan maksimal. Hal ini menjadikan masyarakat ketergantungan dengan bantuan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah. Masyarakat menjadi tidak mandiri serta kehilangan kreatifitas dalam memenuhi kehidupan sehari-hari. Dampak yang terjadi menjadikan masyarakat tidak berdaya dan terjebak dalam budaya kemiskinan yang turun temurun. Kondisi ini menjadikan tingkat ketergantungan masyarakat terhadap bantuan yang semakin tinggi.

This study aims to examine the effect of Training and the Accuracy of Job Placement on Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable (Study on PKP-PK Employees of PT Angkasa Pura II Persero). The population in this study were all employees of Aircraft PKP-PK PT. Angkasa Pura II and sampling techniques were carried out through probability sampling methods, namely Simple Random Sampling with 93 employees. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is the test instrument validity and reliability, classic assumption test, hypothesis, correlation analysis and path analysis. Data processing tools using SPSS for Windows version 24.0. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on motivation, (2) Accuracy of Job Placement has a positive and significant effect on motivation, (3) Training does not affect performance, (4) Accuracy of Job Placement has no effect on performance, (5) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance.

The purpose of this research is to examine the emotional stability on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) which is moderated by two variables, they are job autonomy and job meaning with the object of research conducted on employees of Hotel Sahid Group Surakarta. This research is expected to provide an explanation of the variables that affect emotional stability in Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). The data in this study were taken using simple random sampling. The sample used in this study were employees of Hotel Sahid Group Surakarta with totaling 120 respondents. Researchers used the SPSS for Windows 17.0 computer program software for data analysis process. The research showed that emotional stability had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). The result also show that the variables of job autonomy and job meaning moderate the positive and significant relationship between emotional stability in Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB).
