Library is one of the information facilities that functions to open the knowledge. Currently there are various types of libraries ranging from conventional to digital. The Faculty of Engineering's Reading Room needs to be developed into a Digital Library to make it more effective and efficient in the delivery and search of libraries. Also a repository needs to be made so that the scientific papers are not only in print format. The diversity of devices at this time causes the Digital Library to not be able to be maximally accessed. So that the Digital Library can be accessed maximally, then the Digital Library needs to be developed with a responsive web-based. The method used in this research is a Prototype Method. Reasons to use the prototype method is because during the development process they could not deliver the maximum requirement needs. Wordpress.org is used as a software that builds and manages web interactions. The results of this research are the successful development of the Digital Library with a responsive web-based that makes the delivery and search of libraries effective and efficient.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat user experience pada web based digital library Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Informatika Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha yang diukur menggunakan metode heuristic evaluation dengan menggunakan 10 Variabel. Tahapan penelitian dimulai dari analisis masalah yaitu penyebaran kuisioner secara online maupun offline. Hasil survey berupa kuisioner yang peneliti sebarkan ke mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Informatika Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan teknik informatika angkatan 2013 dan mahasiswa pendidikan teknik informatika angkatan 2014. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 60 orang mahasiswa, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif dengan persentase kemudian dideskripsikan untuk mengukur tingkat usability pada website digilib. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat user experience pada web based digital library pada responden mahasiswa 47% yang masuk dalam kategori sedang. Dari hasil analisa kuisioner didapat hasil bahwa tampilan (layout) dari website digilib PTI sudah mampu memenuhi kriteria usability sebuah website. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini rekomendasi berdasarkan hasil kuisioner yang memiliki persentase rendah. Saran dari hasil kuisioner antara lain, perlu adanya tambahan menu login untuk mahasiswa agar mempermudah mahasiswa dalam mengakses web digilib, informasi pada website sebaiknya disajikan secara lengkap dan terbaru, design pada web digilib PTI sebaiknya ditingkatkan kembali karena masih kurang interaktif dan masih monoton, perlu adanya perbaikan pada halaman detail mahasiswa karena informasi yang disediakan masih terjadi kesalahan, perlu adanya menu bantuan untuk mempermudah pengguna dalam mencari informasi pada web digilib. Kata Kunci : analisa, usability, heuristic evaluation, Web Digilib This study attempts to analyzed levels of user experience in the web based digital library of Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Informatika Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha measured in a heuristic evaluation by using 10 variables .Stage of the research commenced of the problem analysis that is spreading survey online or offline .The survey who researchers spread to students Pendidikan Teknik Informatika Population research this is a student Pendidikan Teknik Informatika 2013 generation and college students Pendidikan Teknik Informatika 2014 generation .Sample in this research are 60 students , technique analysis the data used descriptive analysis with the then described for measuring the degree of usability at the website digilib . The research results show the user experience in the web based digital library among respondents students 47 % in medium category with the design. From the analysis shows that survey obtained display ( layout ) website digilib PTI are able to meet the criteria usability of a website. So in this study recommendations based on the survey that having low percentage. Advice from survey among others, need to the additional menu logins for students to simplify students in access web digilib, information on the website should be presented a complete and latest, design to the web digilib PTI should be increased back as weak and still monotonous interactive, need of an improvement on page detail students because information provided still error occurred, it needs the help menu to ease users in seeking information to the web digilib keyword : analyze, usability, heuristic evaluation, Web Digilib

Attendance in the world of work is sometimes still done manually. At the Uyu shop, there are still problems that occur in recording and making attendance reports manually, such as mistakes in biodata, forgetting to record the date. Because the Uyu store still doesn't use a computerized employee or staff absence information system in managing data, so the information that can be processed is quite long and storage is not guaranteed safe. The purpose of this researcher is to create an information system that can manage attendance data for employees who work at the computerized Uyu Store and also implement a coloring method on attendance reports that generate reports based on the attendance coloring method according to employee attendance hours that are easy to understand. This method uses the coloring method as a solution to solving problems that can be solved in the greedy method, namely the color problem and the waterfall model as a system development process that uses UML design. The result of this research is that the system can operate attendance data collection as well as report employee data more efficiently and integrated.

Many Indonesian spelling errors occur in research papers published to the public, closely related to academics in all institutions such as research institutions, government, schools, and universities. The spelling errors usually writing punctuation, writing letters, writing words, writing words originating from foreign or regional languages (uptake words), using affixed words, and writing ineffective sentences. The mistakes made by the academics then become a cycle in the academic environment. They usually provide guidance for writing an undergraduate thesis, thesis, dissertations to students, or the other forms of documents and scientific papers. Therefore, the research proposed the application to facilitate all authors of scientific papers in producing quality scientific works based on the General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling published by the Agency for Development and Language Development. The application is named KEBI 1.0 Checker (Indonesian Spelling Error 1.0 Checker), a web-based application with a built-in algorithm to detect and correct Indonesian Spelling in scientific papers. The experiment result shows that the application has given the best accuracy performance to correct the non-standard words, and typographical errors reached 100% and 55,52%, respectively. The application also has been detected 209 meaningless words. The application processing time is relatively low, the average time needed to correct non-standard words is 0.016 seconds, and typo words are 14.58 seconds. KEBI 1.0 Checker is helpful for the end-user in academics but needs to improve the vocabulary of the large corpus in various fields of science for correcting typo words.

Abstract: In the era of information and communication technology (ICT) every institution, including library,competes in integrating technology to develop and empower ICT based application in the library containing digitallearning resource. This research focused on developing Digital Library as a students’ learning resource to assistthem to search digital information. Applying ADDIE Model, the research took place at Curriculum and EducationalTechnology Program, The School of Education, The State University of Jakarta, in March – September 2012 followingthe steps: analysing the students’ need, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the product.The result of the development of the application database for the digital library is the the development of open sourcewhich has applied International Standard, AACR. The software is called SliMS (Senayan Library ManagementSystem). SliMS is an Open Source Software (OSS) web based and designed specifically to meet the need for libraryautomation at small to big scales. Digital Library of Curriculum and Educational Technology Program, The Schoolof Education, The State University of Jakarta is beneficial for the staff and students in searching references andinstrucional materials. Many companies engaged in fashion and self-service such as Independent Jeans, still use manual processes in storing incoming and outgoing product data, and in the process the system is still inefficient and there may still be errors in storing incoming and outgoing product data. Such as the process of storing incoming and outgoing product data that still uses paper, and the calculations still use a calculator and product entry and exit transactions. So in order to solve this problem, we need a web-based application for processing incoming and outgoing product data that has login features, user lists, added users, supplier pages, brand management, SPG transactions, print transactions, print transactions, transaction lists, report pages. The development process uses the waterfall method, for the language it uses the PHP (HyperText Processor) programming language and MySQL as a DBMS. Application using the waterfall method can facilitate the process of completing the application development process because there are already stages in the method used.

In the 1990s, the development of program-controlled switches in our country has experienced the development process from thescratch; especially the successful development of large-scale program-controlled switches has brought great vitality to our informationindustry. This time, I mainly introduced to ZTE ZXJ10 program-controlled switchboard to design distributed modularization in programcontrolledswitch. ZXJ10 digital program-controlled switching system is distributed between modules, module classification control,centralized management of the open architecture, based on general computer platform, LAN technology as the support, client/server modeto control the basic form of structure, in order to make the system has flexible networking ability, strong call processing capability, highreliability, good compatibility and expansibility.

Abstract Background: The use of new technologies and methodologies in young people’s mental health research is needed to allow more frequent and reliable sampling. Mobile applications and e-platforms create exciting potential for the collection of large-scale cohort data, however there are various feasibility and ethical issues to consider. Consultation with young people is needed to inform the research agenda, and ensure these technologies are engaging, useful and safe. This article describes the process of Public and Patient Involvement (PPI) with a sample of young people in London, with the aim of i) informing the development of a mood-monitoring e-platform, and ii) providing feedback and advice for researchers developing web-based technologies in the mental health field. Methods: A total of 26 young people were consulted across four advisory group co-design sessions. All young people were students enrolled at one of the participating London based sixth form colleges, and voluntarily attended a workshop session. Audio recordings of the sessions were analysed using a thematic analysis framework. Results: We found that young people were engaged in discussions around mobile health technologies and valued the opportunity to collaborate throughout the early stages of the development process The advisory groups identified key considerations for future web-development work to encourage engagement and prolonged use, including, the promotion of trust and transparency, consideration of accessibility, provision of support, production of engaging and functional design, and acknowledgment of specific contextual influences surrounding young people’s wellbeing. Conclusions: Involving young people in the development process of e-health technologies contributes to optimising the successful adoption and prolonged usage of new methodologies. The thematic map and informant examples can be used to guide researchers interested in developing web-based technologies in the mental health field and will be directly applicable to the development of a mood-monitoring e-platform.
