The review is devoted to the skin manifestations of new coronovirus infection (SARS-CoV-2), information about which is constantly updated. However, this information has not been systematized yet. The purpose of this review is to analyze the dermatological manifestations of a new coronavirus infection. On average, 12.520.4% of patients with confirmed COVID-19 have developed skin manifestations. The question of whether the skin symptoms are a secondary consequence of a respiratory infection or a primary infection of the skin itself remains open at the moment. The possible mechanisms of development of skin lesions and the role of diseases of complement system and blood hypercoagulation in the pathogenesis of the disease are discussed in the article. The review also provides descriptive and clinical examples of skin manifestations in COVID-19. Since COVID-19 tends to be asymptomatic within 14 days, skin manifestations can be an indicator of infection, which leads to the timely diagnosis. In addition, doctors' awareness about skin symptoms associated with COVID-19 infection plays a big role in preventing misdiagnosis of the disease. The authors cite their own clinical сase of a patient with COVID-19 and associated skin angiitis.

Обзор посвящен анализу дерматологических проявлений при новой коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19, информация о которых непрерывно обновляется и дополняется. Однако до сих пор имеющиеся данные не были систематизированы. Цель обзора: проанализировать дерматологические проявления новой коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19. В среднем, у 12,5–20,4% пациентов с подтвержденным COVID-19 развились кожные проявления. Вопрос о том, являются ли кожные симптомы вторичным следствием респираторной инфекции или первичной инфекцией самой кожи, на данный момент остается открытым. Обсуждаются вероятные механизмы развития поражений кожи и роли системы комплемента и гиперкоагуляции крови в патогенезе развития дерматологических проявлений. В обзоре также приводятся клинические примеры вовлечения кожных покровов в инфекционный процесс при COVID-19. Поскольку COVID-19 имеет тенденцию к бессимптомному течению в течение 14 дней после заражения, кожные проявления могут служить индикатором инфекции, способствуя своевременной диагностике. Кроме того, осведомленность врачей о кожных симптомах, связанных с инфекцией COVID-19, имеет решающее значение для предотвращения неправильного диагноза заболевания. Along with the respiratory, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, rheumatological, and neurological manifestations of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), the effects of this virus on the ENT organs is undeniable, as the main portal of entry of any respiratory infection. It has been proven that symptoms such as hypo- and anosmia are associated with one of the ways of the virus penetration – transnasal, through the olfactory nerves into the central nervous system. Otorhinolaryngological complaints of patients are not limited only to deterioration or loss of smell, many note the appearance of dizziness, tinnitus, worsening of the course of chronic sensorineural hearing loss, and in some cases – sudden hearing loss, which may indicate damage to the auditory and vestibular analyzer by a viral agent. The mechanisms of development of the corresponding complications at the moment are still unclear. The presented article is a review of the literature data of foreign and domestic sources, which examines the central and peripheral neurological complications, the pathways and molecular features of the penetration of the virus, as well as clinical cases of hearing impairment and the appearance of tinnitus against the background of new coronavirus infection. At the moment, information on the direct effect of the SARS-CoV-2 virus on the auditory and vestibular analyzer is insufficient and scattered, which requires further observation with subsequent detailed analysis of the results.

The pandemic of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19, caused by SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, continues to develop. The first data indicated that children tolerate this infection much easier than adults, the disease course is generally asymptomatic and mild. Chinese, American and European scientists described a variety of skin manifestations in children with COVID-19 coronavirus infection. The article presents literature data on skin manifestations in children, characteristic for COVID-19. In April 2020, the description of a new severe inflammatory syndrome in children associated with SARS-CoV-2, called multisystem inflammation syndrome (MIS), appeared for the first time. The article presents literature data on MIS clinical manifestations and its incidence. The authors describe clinical observation of MIS development in a 7-year-old child with COVID-19 and with lesions of the skin and mucous membranes.

The variety of dermatological manifestations in patients with the novel coronavirus infection COVID-19, the incidence of which depends on concomitant pathology and the characteristics of drug treatment, and their characteristics are similar to those that occur with conventional viral infections is discussed. At the present time it is proposed to distinguish several groups depending on the cause and mechanism of development: angiitis of the skin; papulo-squamous rash and pink lichen; measles rash and infectious erythema; papulo-vesicular rash; toxidermia; urticarial eruptions and artifical lesions. The variety of the clinical picture of the skin manifestations of coronavirus infection requires in-depth analysis in order to interpret correctly the skin lesions and other infectious exanthema and dermatoses in patients with COVID-19.

This article is based on the premises that the function of phantasy melts the subjectivity, revealing the perspective of intersubjectivity within it. On this purpose Sartre’s, Husserl’s and Merleau-Ponty’s researches on the function of imagination, which elucidate the image as the boundary slipping from the centre of Ego, are compared to the story of Hollywood’ movie „Fight Club“. The penguin, which appears in one of the episodes, registers the moment of egological schism, thus becoming the revelation and incarnation of phantasy. While the playful, autonomous and multiform character of imaginary is cleared out, we can ascertain, speaking in Kantian terms, that it has not a complementary or intermediary function, but, in the genesis of transcendental subject, plays the paradoxical role of „allien innerness“ or „inner alienity“. The diffusion of innovations is described as a process in a number of scientific papers. At the same time, the causes of this process have not been sufficiently studied. The author’s goal is to consider the main regularities, under which the life cycle of innovations begins, and propose measures to enhance diffusion in modern conditions. As a scientific hypothesis, the author accepts the postulate about the primary role of the obolescence of attracted innovations in this process. The analysis revealed not only the economic proportions that initiate the start of innovation promotion, but also the influence on the diffusion rate of the obsolescence degree of innovations and the market share occupied by the new product. Methodological approaches have been developed to determine economic efficiency depending on the moment of technological change-over, as well as to determine the absolute and relative speed of innovation diffusion. Sociological studies were conducted to determine the state of innovation development and the time lag between obtaining information about an innovation and its practical implementation. The author presents his “Agroopyt” information system developed to disseminate knowledge in the agricultural sphere and ensure technology transfer in agriculture. Digital methods provide for significant accelerateion of the diffusion of innovations and expand its scope.

Impressic acid (IPA), a lupane-type triterpenoid from Acanthopanax koreanum, has many pharmacological activities, including the attenuation of vascular endothelium dysfunction, cartilage destruction, and inflammatory diseases, but its influence on atopic dermatitis (AD)-like skin lesions is unknown. Therefore, we investigated the suppressive effect of IPA on 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB)-induced AD-like skin symptoms in mice and the underlying mechanisms in cells. IPA attenuated the DNCB-induced increase in the serum concentrations of IgE and thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), and in the mRNA levels of thymus and activation regulated chemokine(TARC), macrophage derived chemokine (MDC), interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-5 (IL-5), interleukin-13 (IL-13), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) in mice. Histopathological analysis showed that IPA reduced the epidermal/dermal thickness and inflammatory and mast cell infiltration of ear tissue. In addition, IPA attenuated the phosphorylation of NF-κB and IκBα, and the degradation of IκBα in ear lesions. Furthermore, IPA treatment suppressed TNF-α/IFN-γ-induced TARC expression by inhibiting the NF-κB activation in cells. Phosphorylation of extracellular signalregulated protein kinase (ERK1/2) and the signal transducer and activator of transcription 1 (STAT1), the upstream signaling proteins, was reduced by IPA treatment in HaCaT cells. In conclusion, IPA ameliorated AD-like skin symptoms by regulating cytokine and chemokine production and so has therapeutic potential for AD-like skin lesions.
