The research method is descriptive and correlational. Statistical population consisted of all 1900 students in dormitories of Valiasr University of Rafsanjan of whom 320 students from eight dormitories were selected as the sample using the stage random sampling and based on Morgan’s table. Skowron and Friedlander’s Differentiation of Self Inventory- Revised (DSI-R), Ryff’s Psychological Well-being Scale, and Berzonsky’s Identity Style Inventory (ISI) were used. For data analysis, Pearson correlation and regression methods were used. Based on the research findings, the Pearson correlation coefficient between normative identity style and differentiation of self and psychological well-being is significant. Value of the Sig that is less than 0.05 and equal to 0.018 between variable of normative identity style and differentiation of self shows a significant correlation between these two variables. Moreover, Value of the Sig that is less than 0.05 and equal to 0.000 between variable of normative identity style and psychological well-being shows a significant correlation between these two variables. Results revealed that there was a significant relationship between normative identity style and differentiation of self. Methods: The statistical population of this correlational study was all undergraduate and master students of Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University in the academic year 2016-2017, of whom 180 students were selected through multi-stage random cluster sampling. They were assessed by Clark’s Weight Efficacy Life Style (WEL), Grolnick’s Perceptions of Parents Scales (POPS), and Keyes & Magyar-Moe’s Psychological Well-being questionnaires. In addition, the demographic questionnaire was completed. Data were analyzed by SPSS V. 24 using descriptive statistics and simultaneous regression. Results: According to the findings of the study, there was a positive and significant relationship between weight efficacy lifestyle and its two subscales of negative emotions and physical discomfort with psychological well-being, and there was a negative and significant relationship between perceived parenting style and all its subscales with psychological well-being. However, 36% of changes in psychological well-being were predicted by physical discomfort, mother’s autonomy support, and mother’s warmth. Respectively, peer relationship was found have significant relationship with the psychological well-being subscales: depression (r=-0.468***), anxiety (r=0.374***), and stress (r=0.441***). Time management also have significant relationship between depression (r=-0.189***), anxiety (r=0.207***), and stress (r=0.197***). Academic environment have no significant relationship between anxiety (p>0.05) and stress (p>0.05). The study concluded that peer relationship (PR), and time management (TM) have significant predictor towards depression (ΒPR=0.458; ΒTM=0.233), anxiety (ΒPR =0.407; ΒTM =0.209), and stress (ΒPR=0.463; ΒTM=0.212) among final year students. Among the two predictors, peer relationship was found have most significant towards depression, anxiety, and stress of final year student, followed by time management. Study suggested that university should develop intention program, appropriate counselling service to student. Besides, student should learn good time management skills and habit in order to develop positive psychological well-being. Future study are encourage to include more possible sources of student psychological well-being, add more size of sample and apply different data collection tools for deeper investigation.

Data collection instruments included two questionnaires of spiritual health and job satisfaction (JDI) and demographic information. The sample size was 321 according to the completed questionnaires. Descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation test and SPSS 16 software were used for data analysis. The significance level of the test is considered to be 5درصد. Results: Among the dimensions of job satisfaction, the highest mean was related to job satisfaction (53.50) and the lowest was related to salary satisfaction (19.72). The study found that there was a relationship between job satisfaction and spiritual health (p = 0.049, r = 0.102). Also, between spiritual attitude to creator with job satisfaction (p = 0.032, r = 0/120) and also between spiritual attitude to self with job satisfaction (p = 0.022, r = 0/128), between spiritual health with satisfaction of the supervisor (p = 0.020, r = 0.139) and there was a relationship between spiritual attitudes toward the Creator with the satisfaction of supervisors and colleagues (p = 0.035, r = 0.118 and p = 0.042, r = 0.114, respectively). Discussion and suggestions: Job satisfaction is associated with higher spiritual health as well as higher spiritual health related to job satisfaction. Paying attention to the spiritual health of staff can be helped by promoting spiritual attitudes, and this requires using up-to-date scientific spirituality training. Research investigating how the recall of one's past functions in maintaining psychological well-being and/or adaptation to the aging process is widely scattered and generally inconclusive with regard to significant findings. One way to address the lack of a systematic research thrust is to replicate previous work. The purpose of the study reported herein was to replicate Costa and Kastenbaum's 1967 study of the relationship between past memories and future ambitions of centenarians using data from the Georgia Centenarian Study. Ninety-seven centenarians and 189 eighty- and sixty-year-olds were asked the same four questions as found in the Costa and Kastenbaum study. Contrary to Costa and Kastenbaum's results, no significant relationship was found between the ability to recall three types of past events and being able to conceive of the future in the Georgia study. Other similarities and differences in findings between the two studies are discussed.

Introduction: Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in women with an increasing outbreak. The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between defensive styles and Islamic quality of life (QoL) with death obsession in women with breast cancer. Methods: This research was a correlational study. The statistical population of the study included 220 female patients with breast cancer; referring to Cancer Patients Association of Gorgan in 2019. According to Krejcie and Morgan’s table, 136 women were selected from breast cancer patients by simple random sampling. Islamic QoL questionnaire of Mohammad Namaqi et al., defense styles questionnaire of Andrews et al., and obsession with death questionnaire of Abdel-Khalek were applied. Data were analyzed; using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation, and stepwise regression. Results: The results showed that there was a negative significant relationship betweenthe developed defensive style and the Islamic QoL with death obsession (P=0.001). There was a positive significant relationship between the neurotic and undeveloped defensive style with the death obsession (P=0.001). In addition, the results of the regression showed that the Islamic QoL (-0.257) and developed defensive style (-0.196) had the potential for predicting the obsession of death. Conclusions: These results emphasize the necessity of the role defensive styles and Islamic QoL on the death obsession. So, therapists and counseling in the treatment of cancer for reducing obsession may benefit from paying attention to Islamic QoL and defensive styles.

The purpose of this study is to assess the conflict activity styles of psychological counselor candidates in terms of psychological well-being and forgiveness. The sample of the study consists of a total of 410 individuals, 281 females and 129 males, who are studying at the department of psychological counseling and guidance at 4 different universities located at İstanbul during the 2019-2020 academic year. The study data were collected by “Personal information form”, “Conflict activity styles scale”, “Forgivingness scale” and “Psychological well-being scale”. The data was analyzed with SPSS-21 statistic software program. The first step of the data analysis included the assessment of the relationship between the variables with Pearson correlation analysis, which then followed by hierarchical multiple regression analysis in order to evaluate the psychological well-being and forgivingness as mutual predictors of conflict styles. The obtained results showed that there is a significant correlation between the psychological counselor candidates’ conflict style scores and their psychological well-being and forgivingness scores. Additionally, it was found that these two variables, though in different percentages, are predictor variables of conflict activity styles of psychological counselors. The data were discussed considering the literature to lead variety of suggestions which would serve both the researchers and field practitioners.
