This research aims to analyze  bilingual milieu toward the student speaking performance  The research method uses  qualitative research  . The data collection techniques are used to obtain the data on  questionnaires response and interviews. The instruments in this research used questionnaires. The data analysis Method using descriptive method. This research is conducted by describing the results of observation and diagnostic of  the student’s  questioner and student’s activities.  This research conducted in Modern Islamic Boarding School because it gives special program to more develop English and Arabic,  one of primary program  to develop language with bilingual milieu. Because bilingual milieu make students habitually in speaking  foreign language. and bilingual milieu can improve the student’s performance   in speaking English

The introduction of Quranic and Fardhu Ain courses (Kelas Al-Quran dan Fardhu Ain (KAFA) by the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM) is an effort to produce a generation that is moulded by the teachings of Al-Quran and Al-Sunnah. However, there are specific ḥadīths quoted in the textbook that require further attentive verification. This study seeks to verify the status of the ḥadīth mentioned in the ‘Aqīdah textbook in the eyes of the Ahlussunnah Wal Jama’ah scholars. This is because ‘Aqīda his the most important subject in Islamic studies.This research is a qualitative research which uses data analysis method, where allthe data and information obtained will be analysed using descriptive method. The method of takhrijal-ḥādīth will be applied to verify the status of the ḥadīths. This study reveals that there are six ḥadīths mentioned in the ‘Aqīdah textbook and the status of 3 of them are problematic. The origin of one of these ḥadīths isunknown while two of them are not properly narrated. This study also suggests the establishment of a committee or panel that is comprised of ḥadīth scholars/experts from the local universities in order to makesureall ḥādīths mentioned in the textbooks would adhere to the prescribed standards.

Terrorism is a transnational crime most feared by the world, not to mention Indonesia. Already many who became victims of terrorism crimes one of the tragedy is the bom Bali that link hundreds of souls. In Indonesia, especially in Riau continue to spread terrorism prevention efforts so terrorism crime does not occur in Riau Province. Prevention needs to be done considering the province of Riau began as a transit area of ​​terrorism because it is a region. The purpose of this research is to know what is done by Ditrekrimum Polda Riau in doing prevention of terrorism.The research conducted on Polda Riau which is located at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman no. 215 Pekanbaru, with the subject of research is Ditreskrimum Polda Riau and the result of his research is the prevention of terrorism in Riau Province by Ditreskrimum Polda Riau. The method used is qualitative research method with data technique is interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive method. In this research the informant is Kasubdit 1 State Security Ditreskrimum  Polda Riau and Kanit III Subdit 1 Ditreskrimum Polda Riau, as well as one member subdit I Ditreskrimum Polda Riau, as a complementary informant to support the research information. From the results of the research can be concluded that the efforts of terrorism have fulfilled the concept of (Darmawan, 2013). This study aims to find reference grammatical cohesion forms used to construct narrative discourse. This research method is a descriptive method with qualitative research. Based on the results of data analysis it was found that the reference grammatical forms of cohesion found in the March 2015 edition of Kompas Sunday's short story collection included personal, demonstrative, and comparative references. The persona reference found is person reference I consists of aku, saya, ku-, -ku, kita, and kami. The persona II reference consists of kamu, kau, -mu, and kalian. As well as reference persona III consists of ia, dia, -nya, beliau, and mereka. The demonstrative form of grammatical cohesion is found in kini, sekarang, saat ini, kala itu, dulu, siang itu, sore itu, hari itu, hari ini, di sana, di sini, ke sana, ke mana, sana, ini, and itu. As well, a comparative form of grammatical cohesion found is seperti.

This research aims to give an overview about administrative reform taxation, taxtation knowledge and compliance taxable enterpreneur for VAT purposes (PKP) descriptively, and whether there is or not an influence of administrative reform taxation and taxtation knowledge towards compliance taxable enterpreneur for VAT Purposes on KPP Pratama Cibeunying Kaler. Data used in this research was primer data collected by using questionnaire which was distributed to respondents. Respondent in this research is PKP listed on KPP Pratama Cibeunying Kaler. Amount of samples obtained as many as 49 PKP taken by method Simple Random Sampling from 96 PKP as a population. As for the research method used was descriptive method and associative. While the data analysis method is in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of this research shows that tax administrative reform taxtation and taxtation knowledge both partially and simultaneously positive and significant effect to compliance Taxable Enterpreneur for VAT Purposes on KPP Pratama Cibeunying Kaler.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan pemimpin pondok pesantren Nurul Amanah dalam upaya meningkatkan life skill santri, untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan life skill santri yang ada di pondok pesantren Nurul Amanah. Ketia, untuk mengetahui pengawasan pemimpin pondok pesantren Nurul Amanah tehadap pelaksanaan kegiatan life skill santri. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode deskriptif karena tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan atau memaparkan penjelasan tentang peran pemimpin pondok pesantren Nurul Amanah dalam upaya meningkatkan life skill santri. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan proses megumpulkan data, diklasifikasikan menurut jenisnya masing-masing serta hubungkan data satu dengan data yang lain, di analisis dan terakhir menarik kesimpulan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode deskriptif karena tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan atau memaparkan penjelasan tentang peran pemimpin pondok pesantren Nurul Amanah dalam upaya meningkatkan life skill santri. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. AbstractJavanese language as a regional language along with the development era is starting to be forgotten. Various attempts to maintain language are carried out as a preservation effort so that Javanese language is not extinct. This study describes the problem of Javanese language retention in Durrotu Ahlissunnah Waljamaah Islamic Boarding School students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research data source of speech by students of Islamic Boarding School Durrotu Ahlissunnah Waljamaah. The data used is a fragment of the speech of students of the Islamic Boarding School Durrotu Ahlissunnah Waljamaah. Data collection techniques using record techniques and note taking techniques. The results of the analysis can be concluded: (1) Javanese language retention Santri Islamic Boarding School Durrotu Ahlissunnah Waljamaah consists of two forms, namely (a) a form of active detention that is the use of Javanese as a whole in which no other languages are mixed, and (2) a form of passive retention that is a form of language retention characterized by the use of Javanese but containing one foreign language element or the use of other languages but there is Javanese in it.Keywords: language retention, boarding school.

Abstract Implicatures in Indonesian Political Humor by Zaenuddin HM. This research is intended to describe conventional and conversational implicatures which contained in Zanenuddin’s works. The researcher use descriptive method and the approach which is used by the researcher is qualitative research as a pragmatic study. The research data and data source are taken from Zaenuddin’s works entitled ‘Humor Politik Indonesia’. Data collection method used are listening and documentation method . Instrument which is used in this research is researcher herself and she uses water analysis method to analyze the data research. According to the results of data analysis, the researcher founds implicatures in Zanenuddin’s works. Conventional and conversational implicatures found in every utterances with functions like, a. wishing, b. ordering, and c. mocking or teasing function. Key words: implicature, humor, political, Zaenuddin Abstrak Implikatur dalam Buku Wacana Humor Politik Indonesia karya Zaenuddin HM: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan wujud implikatur percakapan dan wujud implikatur konvensional yang terdapat dalam buku karya Zaenuddin tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah pendekatan kualitatif, yang merupakan jenis penelitian pragmatik. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Data dan sumber data yang bersumber dari buku humor politik karya Zaenuddin. Teknik yang digunakan ialah metode dokumentasi dan simak. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah diri sendiri. Teknis analisis menggunakan model air Miles dan Huberman (2014:18). Hasil analisis menemukan wujud implikatur dalam buku humor politik karya Zaenuddin adalah: menemukan wujud implikatur percakapan dan implikatur konvensional yang dalam setiap tuturan terdapat juga fungsi, fungsinya yaitu sebagai berikut a) fungsi mengharap, b) fungsi memerintah, c) fungsi menyindir, dan d) fungsi mengkritik. Kata-kata kunci: implikatur, humor, politik, Zaenuddin

This research was conducted to find out Character Education for Students in an Islamic Boarding High School Environment. The study was conducted for 3 months from July to August 2019 in an Islamic boarding school. A qualitative research method is used that aims to examine the condition of natural objects. Data collection techniques were carried out by triangulation, data analysis was inductive and the results emphasize the meaning rather than generalization. The results of this study indicate that the character education policy in boarding high schools stems from the use of the Islamic boarding school label so that all students must be in the same environment. Character education in boarding high schools is carried out in a structured manner and integrated into daily activities, parenting is carried out throughout the day for students from teachers in the school environment and caregivers in the dormitory environment. Evaluation of the conduct of character education is carried out regularly by the boarding trustees and by the school. Keywords: character education, environment, evaluation

This study tries to analyze cases that have been experienced by prospective police chief Budi Gunawan (BG) on the application of pre-trial which was considered odd in the event of violations in the verdict given by Sarpin Rizal as chairman of the court. This resulted in the KPK not being able to submit another legal effort to sue again, because the pretrial decision was final and binding on a lawsuit case. The analysis method used in this study is a qualitative research method in which data analysis is carried out in a descriptive manner that refers to a particular problem and is associated with existing legislation, namely: 1) The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia; 2) Law No. 8 of 1981 concerning Criminal Procedure Law (KUHAP); 3) Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning judicial authority. The collection of legal materials is done by library research. Judge Sarpin Rizaldi's decision reaped many irregularities. The irregularity lies in the decision that does not pay attention to the existence of pretrial as stipulated in the Criminal Procedure Code and legislation relating to corruption.
